    The stay was okay, and the staff was really nice and helpful. Janine and Vania were magnificent. The only downside was the breakfast — it basically didn’t exist, just coffee, even though the booking stated that breakfast was included. The room was clean.

    There was cockroaches in the room and they only provided the beds with two whole pillows when we arrived and when I checked out it took the man running the desk in the morning 20 minutes to come out of his office to check not only me but 2 other individuals to check out of this place.

    If you are tired and want to check in at 3 pm, it is not going to happen. It was almost 6 pm when I arrived and the room was going to take another hour before it was ready. The desk clerk did not offer any solutions so I asked if I down grade are those rooms available? She said yes so I accepted the room. After settling in I looked at my receipt. I was charged the same price as the original bigger room. I called to the desk to ask about the price. I was told the hotel can upgrade me but not down grade me because of the third party booking.

    Old property in need of updating. Plaster off on walls, stains in sinks, etc. Bare minimum in rooms for towels, soap, shampoo, towels, not sure worth it for the price. Oh, and there is a train track by the property that was loud and actually shook the room.

    Check in experience was awful. Person on shift was locked out and we had to wait for a manager to arrive from home. Room was disgusting. 2 gross pillows on each bed, 1 had blood stains on it. Gangs of people hanging out outside smoke and arguing all night long. We literally left at sunrise.

    I found bed bugs in my room after 6 days. I initially thought the rooms were very clean. Once I saw the bed bug crawling on the bed side table, I found other dead bugs. The was considerable dirt under the bedside end tables. As a long stay hotel, I was surprised there were no supplies in the hotel. No plates, bowls, silverware, paper towels, Etc… Cleaning was every 2 weeks. Plus the place seemed to have a number of what I am guessing as Welfare housing. This should be disclosed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

    The grounds were dirty. Trash and cigarettes butts everywhere including stairway and hallways. Had a kitchen but nothing to use in the kitchen. No hangers. You could get supplies from front desk. The staff were pleasant and helpful. At first they told me there were no rooms available even though I had a confirmation number and had already paid. Then the found a room. Location is industrial with nothing around. The vibe was sketchy.

    Mattress worn. Bed and frame loud noise with slightest movement. No breakfast. No coffee in room. No coffee at "breakfast time" in lobby. Only Hot water in lobby. There were instant oatmeal packets but no bowls, or utensils to use them. When told coffee was still brewing I asked for a cup to wait and was told they are out of cups.

    Travelers BEWARE. Room not as advertised. Noisy at night and the clientele is “questionable” to put it mildly. Also saw cockroaches in kitchen area and bathroom. The “breakfast” is basically coffee (if you provide your own cup, that is) and packets of old oatmeal. Terrible hotel!! Did not feel safe at this hotel at night.

    Wouldn't return again. Very noisy. Complimentary Breakfast was non-existent - no coffee made, nothing available but oatmeal packs. Our air conditioner didn't work. Had to change rooms but was placed on 2nd floor even though disabled. No cups in room. Was told they were only available at the office and then given two paper cups. Definitely below par.

    It appears that the establishment was unfavorably compared to a "cockroach hotel," and I find this description to be quite fitting, based on my experience. I was, regrettably, obliged to stay there for almost a week. During my stay, the room had a persistent odor of mold and stale cigarette smoke, reminiscent of a dilapidated 1960s bar, and there were numerous cockroaches present. The kitchen refrigerator was uneven, propped up by a rock on one side. The reclining chair also exhibited considerable mold growth beneath the cushion. Despite the year being 2025, the television lacked smart features. As I mentioned, I stayed for more than a week and was not provided with fresh bed linens or towels. I was also responsible for disposing of the accumulated garbage. It was evident that many guests were staying there out of necessity, yet the nightly rate was not at all justified, especially considering the listing's claim of a fully brand new upgrade and renovation. Furthermore, while the proprietor claims to be pet-friendly, there is a daily surcharge for animals. I would strongly recommend that anyone seeking accommodation for a few days carefully consider alternative options.

    Extremely disappointed & will not ever be making a trip back nor referring anyone. Upon arrival was greeted by several drunken individuals at the front door which seemed to be a normal thing amongst the property. Front desk staff wasn’t very thrilled about having to meet me late unfortunately. I was told over the phone upon making the reservation that not only was the room renovated but was accessible . I was not told that there were no elevators either although i expressed throughly that i had a disability and would be traveling alone , That said i asked if i could change rooms to a first floor and was aggressively told there were no other rooms or options available, however once finally finding my room on the property grounds both rooms on opposite sides of mine were both unoccupied as the curtains were opened and i was able to view the inside. I spent hours after midnight feeling unsafe, carrying heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs with no help. Furthermore i was provided 1 towel and nothing more in my room. I was told they were short on items. I spent the first 3 of the 7 days o booked cleaning the place as it was filthy & full of roaches. I spent cash out of pocket to purchase Insect killer, Lysol and other cleaning supplies . Had i had the extra time to move around and find a different location i would have done so but needed to handle work related issues therefore could not. I will not be returning obviously.

    My husband & I had a very bad time with our stay. We were put in a room that should have been used. We did not have pillows, no shower curtains, no utilities. The staff were rude. We were told by the manager that the room they gave was not to be rented. We were promised a full refund for the horror-able night we had. We have not gotten this refund yet, it’s been a over a week now.

    The room we rented was supposed to have a pull out couch in it since we booked the studio room, the mattress in the couch was old stained and rusted as well as the couch it came from. There were no extra pillows or sheets in the closet per my request. The told me I would be on the ground floor and when I checked in the women was very rude put us on the 2ed floor knowing I have a infant. The bathtub was not cleaned and the towels had stains all in them.

    First, the room that I paid for wasn’t available. Apparently, there is a problem with the hotel’s website and it’s showing availability when there isn’t actually, causing overbooking. The front desk lady is the only reason I’m giving 3 starts to service. She was very nice, explained the situation and for me another room for the same price. That room was disgusting. The beds were not made, there was left over food from the previous guest and even a dirty diaper on the table. She got me another room. I spent the night just to find out the next morning that the door wasn’t locking. They got me another room. Even though there is a non smoking policy, the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. I just gave up. Property management should be better. I never felt so unsafe and uncomfortable.

    I was able to check-in a little early, which was VERY convenient, and when I got there I was upgraded for no extra charge because the room I had booked had become unavailable. Overall a great experience, I’ve been here before and will definitely be back. The manager is such a sweet woman!

    The place does not look like the pictures, from the lobby to the room the smells of smoking was very noticeable, the room was not too pleasant, not even a small trash-can, you literally could tell that the toilet tissue in the bathroom was not a new one, so they put a new one on top of the toilet. There was an odd smell in the room. In conclusion, do not waste your money if you want to sleep comfortably.

    It's under renovation so it has a lot of miscellaneous things around on walkways and thungs strewn about, this aren't all in working order currently. After the renovation in sure it'll be better. Be aware that I-95 and track tracks are right outsise so its very noisy if you're a light sleeper.

    I liked how helpful the staff was and quick response when there was an issue. I did not like the advertising of snoke free rooms. The guest smoke at your door and in there rooms and my room filled up with second hand smoke. I changed rooms but it did not make a difference i was unable to enjoy my room.

    There was grime in the bathtub, in the toilet, the grounds are dated and worn and then entire property smells like marijuana. Expedia advertised they serve breakfast but it’s coffee and granola bars. No lamps in the main room, rusted kitchen stovetop. Wish I had booked elsewhere.

    I went back to front desk. She said there are no suites available and she just checks people in. The system has no way to reserve a suite. Even though i booked this two months before. There is no breakfast. Just some hot coffee on one day. Following day the table with coffee was gone. It’s an old place. We made it work. But it was sub par.

    Unpleasant experience to say the least. After a long day of travel, had a cockroach jump into my medicine bag in the bathroom. Later a second one appeared in the same bathroom (see picture below). Also woke up itching most mornings, likely because of bed bugs. We tried to tell someone who had come into the room for an unrelated inspection of some sort. Later when we called the front desk about what cod be dine about it they attempted to blame us for not telling the right person.

    The pull out sofa bed is broken. One of the mattresses sank. Heat was not working. Noisy outside and inside. Very bad experience. Won’t stay there again

    Bugs in our room. Hair in our towels. Stains in the shower and mirrors. Very dirty. Cheap but you get what you pay for. Not a luxurious stay by any means. No continental breakfast and although the rooms include a kitchenette there is absolutely nothing to cook with. Remote for the TV had no batteries and the phone to the front desk was totally disconnected

    Staff was lovely and she tried to help. The suite i had book 10 minutes prior was not available as someone was still in it. The second room they tried to assign to me was not cleaned yet. I wound up in an old, disgusting room with live roaches crawling on the bathroom walls and the tub was old and visibly covered in mildew and large chunks of paint peeled off of it. It should have been resurfaced. I'm asking for a refund.

    I was very disappointed in the room. The appliances were old, the refrigerator was not that clean, a lamp in the living room was old and worked when manually plugged in. The room was facing the highway and was noisy. This is not the first time I stayed in the extended stay at this location, and I was very surprised at the room that I had, but I didn’t want to change the room because it would be a hassle because I had my cat with me and I didn’t feel like packing up and moving. The next time I come and stay at the extended stay in Boca I will look at the room first, and if it’s not up to my liking, I will just change rooms.

    Probably the worst customer service known to man. AC didnt work and the property manager was rude when informed her. The bathroom reeked of old toilet water, carpet was sticky and the light cover falling off. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

    The hotel locks were apparently being changed. The check in person didn’t say anything but the next morning lock changers barged in. Even after we told them to get out they came back 15 mins later and took off the locks leaving the doors unlocked. And then they blamed us for not knowing about lock changes and having an expectation of privacy. They said “this is an extended stay hotel not a Hilton” - just rude and unbelievable!

    Room smelled like marijuana, fire company came to install smoke detector in the room while I was there in the room. Asked for extra checkout- charged for an hour and housekeeping still came to knock on the door before checkout. Inconvenient because of during school studies and zoom meeting on laptop. Should be done when guests are checked out. Bad communication with admin.

    To start off, the pull out couch was broken, so you could not put it away. My mother and I could not use the couch at all. Spoke to the manager and he said that he would get maintenance. No one came. One hour later, the front desk agent answered, and she said she had no one and manager left. I had to sit on stool and got a bad backache. Cockroaches everywhere. We killed about 6 and saw 4 others. Feces on wall and toilet in bathroom, and the on light is so dim that you can’t see. The windows are filthy. Train came by about every 30 minutes and it was about 30 feet from my door. Heavy footed upstairs neighbor that was stomping around at 5am. Oh, and the claim that there was breakfast is not true. They have oatmeal packets. Worth more like $50 and no where near $160. Got about 4 hours sleep as I am alight sleeper. Good things? Towels looked clean and so did sheets. Mattress was comfortable

    This place is gross. The first thing I saw when pulling into the parking lot was trash everywhere. There were open bags of trash all throughout the parking lot and right outside the door of the rooms. There was a pile of trash directly outside of my room. There were used feminine pads strewn about the parking lot. I get into the room and it immediately smells like someone had been chain smoking in there. This was supposed to be a non smoking building. I went into the bathroom where there were hair shavings on the counter. The tub had some black stuff on the bottom that washed away when I turned the shower on. All the towels were stained. In the bed I felt like there might have been bed bugs I was itching all night. The other occupants were loud and ghetto. Their grab and go “breakfast” was gross too. I would never recommend this place and I wish I could get a refund.

    Everything was very good. Check in was fast and easy and very friendly. Room was very clean however that is my only critic with staying here. Even though the room was very clean, whatever they clean with left a very heavy odor which was unpleasant to have to smell. Not that it was an unpleasant smell but that it was just too too much.

    The bathrooms were disgusting. The pullout sofa was old and dirty. The mattress was all box spring and unusable. When we pulled it back to put on the bedsheet pieces of it were falling off, and it looked so bad we were afraid to even touch the mattress.

    The hotel room was filthy and damp. There was at least 25 fruits flies around. There was stains on the beds sheets and cover. The carpet was never washed, my boyfriend white socks were black at the end of the night.
