We had to change rooms because of a broken TV and the maintenace person was very fast, polite and frinedly. The front desk took care of the issue imediatelly. I had a reservation from Booking.com app. When I arrived I asked for the Membership we have. The front desk said that yes we had, but at the end, when we left in the morning we noticed we paid more with the membership then through the Booking.com app. But we were not informed that the price would change for higher. I never give bad reviewes, but as a business owner, I think it is important to know what we can do better. And the only way is knowing the clients experiences. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. The feeling was frustation. But I would stay again.

It was a very brief overnight stay for us, but check-in was easy. The room was clean, and the staff was welcoming.

Friendly staff, facility is clean $16 breakfast buffet on Sunday morning way too expensive. We don't eat that much so it would cost us $16 for a bagel and yogurt times 2 people. Went to McDonald's and ate the food in your lobby. Over heard 2 other families complain about the breakfast cost.

The wall AC unit in front of the window could not even keep the room at 75'. It ran all night... 12 min on, 15 min off. The blackout curtains (lots of light from the parking areas) billowed out and basically cooled the glass windows. Good coffee and friendly from of house staff.

Everything was very clean, organized, and well maintained. The room was comfortable and inviting, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Definitely a great option for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a relaxing stay in Boca Raton. We would absolutely stay here again.

If you request floor one, don’t stay near the side door. It slams!! ALL night!!! Well it starts about 4 AM and then it’s nonstop every 20 minutes or so until about 10:30 AM

The location is close to everything! Very few places we went were more than 15 minutes away. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was great and very helpful. Plenty of free parking available. I would have liked free breakfast but it wasn't a deal breaker.

The location was great. I was in between Miami and West Palm Beach. The elevator smells because of pets. It has a dog/pet odor. Monday night the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate the building. Thank goodness it was not a fire.

Everything good. The only thing was that the AC in my room (408) wasn’t cold enough even in the coldest setting, it needs to be checked out. Customer service was great.

Property was clean, breakfast was good and a-la-carte which is a welcome experience from the usual bland buffet style breakfast. The room was very spacious and the service was top notch.

Restaurant was closed. Pool small. Elevator made strange sounds and jerky motions. Area not walkable with nearest restaurants a couple miles away.

I wasn't able to sync my phone to the TV, I couldn't cast. Not a huge deal, it could have been my phone.

Very convenient location in Boca Raton, just 10min from where we needed to be in Delray Beach. Easy parking. Nice desk, microwave, fridge and single couch chair in our double queen bedroom. Simple process to get extra towels. We didn't add breakfast to our reservation so cant speak on quality of that however went to a nice restaurant called Broken Egg which was short drive away.

The rooms were okay I'm expecting the bathrooms to be a little bit bigger the toiletries were very low I asked to replace something never did I came in on a Friday morning breakfast was just over that's not the problem but you know it's the weekend and there's no food to be eaten until 58 5:00 p.m. they have little you can buy stuff in their little pantry stuff but that's ridiculous

The room was about what you would expect for a HGI. The only ice machine is on the 2nd floor. The person that took my reservation from Expedia did not put it in the system so of course my rate wasn’t honored. My card was charged almost $100 over what was listed on my receipt not including the refundable $100 incidentals charge. An auction was held for the public at the hotel taking up guest parking.

The staff were very responsive. We did have to move rooms as there was mold in the bathroom and the fan wasn't working along with the AC needing repairs. Second room also fan wasn't working. Staff were responsive though. The hotel is in a handy location but in all honesty the rooms could do with being updated.

Everything was well maintained and in good condition. The housekeeping team was very attentive. All staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful.

The room needs to be updated with new HVAC. During our stay, the air unit was extremely loud. Additionally, we needed to ask for additional towels and toilet paper, even the shower gel was empty.

This was a great location in relation to visiting family in Del Ray.

We watched the bartender one night who did not rinse the stuff properly between making drinks. The hotel was very accomodating for our 2 dogs and there were lots of great areas to walk around.

When checking out the front desk employee was no where to be found, waited for about 10 minutes before another employee went to the office behind the front desk to get her. Once she came up she was rude and had an attitude. Not really something I want to deal with early in the morning.

Staff people were all lovely- helpful, friendly and kind. Especially Davonte and Kyle at front desk and Sam Romero, engineer who helped us with our bags! Hotel room was quiet and comfortable, but showing lots of wear. I guess our phones have taken the place of clocks, pen and paper by the phone. Nice cleaning ladies. Accommodating with extra towel. Tun is narrow and slippery. Airco very noisy, but working. Good in restaurant good, but very slow service - nice servers but not enough staff for a busy Saturday morning ( our second day.) Davonte helped in restaurant and covered the front desk too! Great location , just needs updating, more care, more staff.

It was a nice hotel, lovely entrance w/sitting areas but they need to work on the shower water pressure (very low compared to what I'm used to) and I specifically requested two queen beds about a month prior but when i arrived to my room, it was a king suite. When I went back downstairs to mention same & get the actual room requested, I was told they were fully booked & apparently my room was an upgrade as the Living Rm had its own TV & pull-out couch (which most know aren't very comfortable). Concierge said he'll call to have someone pull out the bed & put on sheets for us as he said there are none on the pull-out. Thankfully a guy did come up less than 5mins later, however, he simply handed us the sheets & pillowcases at the door and left. When we opened the couch, sheets were already on it. Whether or not clean, my son & I stripped everything off & put the clean ones down but after an 11Hrs drive, we didnt need another task for the evening but we made do. Otherwise, nice staff & everything looked clean enough. Thanks

We were allowed an early check in which was important.Access to the room was very easy. The air conditioning was very quiet. Television was a good size and modern. WiFi access was very simple. Our room was very clean. All in all a great experience!

One of my favorite hotels to go to. Been coming here for over 20 years and still great staff very kind and helpful and much cleaner than most hotels I go to for business trips. I would drive the extra miles to stay at this hotel.

Placed in room by back door which people went in and out of ALL night and morning it continuously slammed. Was told could not change rooms because we booked with a third party (Expedia) so no sleep and terrible experience.

Checked in and immediately discovered the room was saturated with a strong mold and mildew smell. Not subtle. Not questionable. Overpowering the moment the door opened. It was clearly not a room fit for occupancy. We went straight back to the front desk. The staff required us to bring all luggage back downstairs and fully vacate the room before discussing options. We complied. A staff member then gave us two options: move to another room or receive a full refund. We chose the refund. That option was explicitly offered and accepted. Later, the hotel refused to authorize the refund. Hotels.com denied the refund because the hotel would not approve it. When calling the property again, another employee confirmed the refund was rejected because the manager was not present at the time and that we would need to call back during weekday hours. In other words, they reversed their position after the fact. This was a health issue, not a preference. Mold is unacceptable. The handling of this situation was misleading and unprofessional. Poor maintenance, evasive management, and zero accountability. The Hilton brand should be embarrassed to have its name on this property.

Kyle greeted us at the front desk and was very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The only issue we had was our ac was not working well and not cold. We alerted the staff and they took care of the ac the next day. The hotel was clean and quiet. We highly recommend.

The guy who fixed my heater I think his exam was Stevenson maybe and the people at the front desk are phenomenally and nice and very caring and everything was pretty perfect. I’ll be back in February.

Arrived at approximately 5pm and stood at the front desk to check in for about 10 minutes and no one came out. Walked over to the bar and the bartender looked at me and then turned around and walked into a back room. So i went back over to the front desk where i waited another 5 minutes until someone finally came out. Got up to the room and it was so humid in there, even the bedding felt damp. Turned the ac down from 72 to 70, which improved the humidity. However, the ac was loud and sounded like i was in an airplane cockpit all night. After my long drive, i just put in my earbuds and dealt with it. After a not so restful sleep, took a pressureless shower and vowed to never stay at this hotel again.

Clean room, friendly staff, and professional concierge service. However, the lobby was missing certain amenities to give it a perfect score.

I booked my reservation on Expedia, and the confirmation clearly showed that breakfast was included. However, when I checked out, the front desk still charged me extra for breakfast. Luckily, I checked the bill and asked about it. After the staff reviewed it, they confirmed that breakfast was indeed already included in the room rate and then refunded the extra charge. But I feel this was very unprofessional and left a bad impression on me.

Front desk staff was fine. Thursday my room was never cleaned. I informed the desk Thursday evening, they were going to try and find someone, I told them no problem, make sure the room was made up while I was out Friday from 11vto 2:30. It was not, I had to call the desk 2x on Friday, it was finally done. I only added a $2 food purchase to my prepaid room, and see an additional charge of $19.12. I have been asking for a receipt for my stay, for business expenses, and haven't received it after multiple requests. Not acceptable!!!

The staff at the Boca Raton Hilton Garden Inn were AMAZING! Victoria greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed- she worked hard to to get us an early arrival. She was pleasant and professional! Bryan the bartender was also excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the area and helpful. Great personalities, service and professionalism all around.

The staff was very friendly but the hotel needs a serious update and cleaning. The curtain barely clung to the rod in my shower as it was torn in three places. The outside chairs near the pool looked filthy and worn out. The gate leading to the pool had spiderwebs and cob webs on it. The carpet in my room had some stains. I understand it's a cheap hotel but basic cleanliness should be upheld. Other than that the stay was fine.

We had house keeping daily which was excellent, spacious room which was incredibly clean and comfy. Yes the hotel is older but it offers what you need. Please avoid room 122, the aircon main unit it outside this room in the parking lot and you are also next to the laundry. The aircon is horrendously noisy and we didn’t sleep well. It also soaks the floor which went unnoticed by us until we repacked. Wet passports and clothing as were in a soft case! Where we booked we secured the last room so didn’t ask to move but we did make the staff aware on two occasions but when the main unit is outside your room there’s not much they can do. They were super efficient at trying. Would stay again

Upon entering the room, the toilet was running. The room itself looked dirty. We decided to check out an hour after we got there. Unfortunately, I prepaid for the hotel so I couldn’t get a refund. Would not recommend.

The staff were amazing. But terrible roof leaks in the lobby area. The room smelled like roach spray and I saw roaches and had to kill one. I’ve never had any issues with Hilton Garden Inn but this one I did.

I noticed how he explained how breakfast and dinner goes and with me I was only told what floor I’ll be staying on and where the gym is located. I don’t know what type of amenities this establishment offers and after feeling overlooked, I really didn’t care. The location is nice, but I will find somewhere else to stay on my next trip. It’s uncomfortable feeling that you have to be of certain ethnicity to be fairly treated in this day in time. Respect goes without saying and actions shows one’s true intentions. Ethnic training definitely lacks in this individual.

We decided to go to Boca Raton a day early to help move our grandson into FAU dorm so we didn’t have to get up & drive the almost 4 hrs on day of move in. We didn’t have a room for the night so went on Expedia and found this hotel around 7pm. Great choice. Front desk was friendly and welcoming and she was on duty when we checked out. Wish we got her name because she was a great asset to the hotel. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Short stay but will definitely consider it when we come back to see our grandson as short distance to FAU.

It is well located to access, but there are no restaurants around. You have to drive to the close ones. But the hotel is very nice!

Not sure what happened but the fire alarm went off on my stay and I had to rush out of the shower grab my belongings and ran with everyone else out of the building for a couple of minutes. Besides that it was an ok stay.

Since we stayed there for five nights, we made sure we had a room with a sofa, and that makes it all the better. Everyone at the front desk is also extremely courteous and solicitous, and that helps to make this stay all the better.

In the room and hallways. Poor breakfast. An hour before closing was missing many things and they were reluctant to even cookna hardbouled egg for my 3 year old. No pancakes

I showed up to check in at 1am, and nobody was at the front desk. I waited 45 minutes, calling the property repeatedly, and knocking on various doors. Nothing. I ended up having to book another room 10 minutes away. I then sent a message about my experience, and hear zero response. Never had that happen in all my years of travel.

The location was great. The room was fine. We thought the breakfast was included no one said anything then found out it wasn’t. Misleading on the description. The bartender was rude. Overall a decent stay but they also were doing a fire alarm test that lasted a few hours which wasn’t great.

Beds were comfy, room temp worked perfectly. Missed the $ add on for breakfast, so we skipped that. Staff were fantastic, really friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again, probably bring an extra USB outlet!

The hotel room was in poor condition, with noticeable stains on the carpet and cracks in the ceiling that made it feel neglected. Although the bathroom was in decent shape, the rest of the room was scratched up and clearly worn down. Overall, I was very disappointed, this property is in urgent need of cleaning, repainting, and full renovation.
