Excellent Hotel and service!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay overall. I was skeptical about the place prior to arrival because of some reviews I had read, but we didn’t experience many problems. The majority of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool area, which is important (keeping the kids happy.). Our suite seemed very clean with comfortable beds. We really liked our big lanai, and watching an alligator in the lake behind our building.

Staff was nice but scarce. It’s a very family friendly relaxed environment but to the point it became boring if you didn’t bring all the kids in the family. Nothing here for couoles without kids unless you’re retired. Biggest frustration was with their food and drink situation. You’re not allowed to have any outside food or drinks in the pool areas (adult pool was open to 11pm) but the kitchen and bar located on site closed by 7:30pm. The food was cafeteria like with two simple meals and two drinks costing $76 even with the 15% off card. Overall, I significantly overpaid for what we got. Probably won’t return.

Great place for the family or just to get away the lazy river was so much fun and the room was so well maintained! Such a clean property!

Also, we were on the 1st floor and your can hear the people above you "running around" and usually started around 8:30 - 9pm ... Anyone in the hallway you can clearly hear talking.

Very nice pool area and beach.

Our room was conveniently located within walking distance of both the pool and the lobby, which made getting around the property very easy. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room comfortable throughout our stay. The shower had great water pressure and worked very well. We were also pleased to find that the bedding and room were clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a nice time.

Wouldn't change a thing. The hotel was overflow for a conference and I was very pleased.

I will never stay here again. I travel at least once a month and stay at many different properties, so I have a broad perspective on customer service and hospitality standards. I was charged additional fees that should not have been applied, and when I called to dispute them, the manager was rude, dismissive, and offered no apology or attempt to resolve the issue. As a local who spends money to enjoy a relaxing getaway, this experience was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not be returning

This place never disappoints

Beautiful rooms all facing the green golf course with large screened in lanais. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Gorgeous grounds, lobby, and pools with waterfalls. The lazy river is great with lots of palms and music as you float along. The private beach is super nice with chairs and umbrellas provided and only a short boat ride away. Will be back!!!.

The property is beautiful, the swimming pools are perfect for kids, especially the lazy river, the private island is accessible for free and you need to book it via phone in advance. (The day before). The rooms we got (villa) was outdated and the kitchen was not clean, lock for the patio was broken in the master bedroom. Beds were clean. We didn’t try the bar/restaurant.

Five star responsive staff. Great location with shops, dining and entertainment from onsite all the way to Ft Myers north and Naples south.

Great place to stay with many amenities! Fun for the whole family!

It is not on the beach but a 30 minute drive to get there by golf cart. There is no restaurant for dinner. The lunch cafe closes at 7:30p.m so after that there is nothing! Or you could drive somewhere to eat! The Lazy River closes at 6:30p.m. It is light until 8:30p.m? The resort itself is very beautiful and the landscape is gorgeous.

All of the fun pools close between 6:00 and 6:30pm. Which is a real bummer. By the time you're able to check in, get into your room, get ready, and walk over they're already closed or close to it. Its May. Time to keep longer hours. We chose to stay here a few nights to give the kids a fun experience outside of the gulf for easy swimming. They were super bummed and so were we. I wouldn't stay here again just for that. The beds weren't the best. The bathrooms super outdated and gross looking. The only plus side was the free laundry onsite. We didnt use the free shuttle to the island so I cant speak on that.

Beware the high pressure sale to join the Hyatt Vacation Club. That made our stay less than we hoped for.

What a great spot. The staff was excellent and pleasant and the full kitchen really made a difference for our family trip. The lazy river was a hit along with the other various pools.

Room keys kept not working and was a bit of a hassle

The staff is not welcoming nor helpful. You have to ask a million questions to get a single answer. They are more worried about the towels than making sure you’re welcomed properly. They explain NOTHING helpful about the premises and to top it off, the food is awful!!!!!!

This was such a great hotel. It was very nice. They had a free shuttle that took you to the free ferry to an awesome private island. The lazy river was super fun too.

This resort was awesome. The shuttle to the boat then to the beach was amazing. On the way to the beach, we encountered 4-5 dolphins following the boat. The lazy river was nice just cold. The resort itself was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were also clean and spacious.

Pool area great albeit Lazy River opening times are not quite long enough. Overall recommended.

Amazing, my kids loved!

This was an amazing vacation destination. Beautiful property, super clean, tons of included activities, endless hours of fun. It was a relaxing perfect place for a family vacation with young kids. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be going back!

Definitely needs to be updated, but the staff was amazing

They place was way under staffed. It took 45 minutes to get a sandwich, the bars was very depleted to the point the bas tender had to leave for roughly 10 minutes to go get alcohol to make guest drinks. I was drinking water so was not a problem for me. The checking in was a 4:00 and was told most likely would get in around 3:00 but would receive a text when the room was ready. 4:00 came around and did not receive a text. There were a lot of frustrated people in the same situation trying to get into t here rooms. Again, under staffed and poor management.

They did not clean the Room during my stay and when I asked I was told If I want my room Clean I need to pay Extra.They asked me to take out my trash and wash the dishes,I travel A LOT and this is the first time I see this, ahhh I almost forget I have to rum after the person in charge to change my room towels. Now I am thinking ......may be they did not change the bedding before I arrived???????

The property was very well maintained and clean. The room was clean and well kept. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room within our two bedroom suite. The pool was great and the kids had a great time within the 5 pools. Service was great and the staff were super nice.

Not on the beach, requires a shuttle. Rooms have a musty smell, overall signs of age across the resort. We had a shower that clearly wasn’t cleaned because there was someone’s hair in it and the shampoo, soap, conditioner were empty.

We love staying here we have stayed multiple times it never lets us down. There's a little bit of construction going on in the area but be patient and weave your way through it and you will find a wonderful place with lots of amenities

The host canceled as the calendar sync was off and the property wasn't available. We drove 4 hours to get there, and the woman at the desk seemed very pleased to give us the bad news, amused that we were screwed on a place to stay because we had a trailer, and was most happy when we left with no idea what we would do next. So "F" you, you rude heartless turd.

Being newish it’s in pristine condition. The room was lovely with excellent toiletries in the bathroom. There was a microwave, kettle, juicer and jug. The pools area was superb. Loads of great places to relax by the 4 pools. Nice veranda bar with good food. There was also a small morning cafe serving basic breakfasts and hot & cold drinks. The reception area is stunning. The rooms are in 4 blocks immediately adjacent to the reception area. Given that it is a vacation resort rather than a hotel, it was 5 star luxury all the way. You’d definitely need a car to get anywhere realistically. We loved and are definitely planning to return.

Need help with… No one cleaning up drink cups, no tennis channel, no smart TV, both restaurants have same menu, bed very soft and lumpy, limited staff at restaurants and bar so slow service, need 2 free water bottles, inside person told me property owned by Marriott so no perks for Hyatt status like no late checkout. Couldn’t reach property easily before visit. Front desk won’t answer if busy and you can’t leave a message. Concierge has no voice message. Good … Superb accommodations overall with porches and comfy AC, great space, kitchen has basics, Bathrooms impressive, staff very nice, guests very nice, some fun activities like wine glass painting (warning no wine tasting as promoted though) loved all the waterfalls.

Great place to stay! The time share people are a little pushy but other than that, nothing but 5 stars for this resort.

The golf course offers a great view, but the biggest bonus is the complimentary shuttle and boat ride to a private island beach with free lounge chairs. Hyatt also provides free coolers to borrow, as there are no food or drink options on the beach, and complimentary towels. The lazy river is also an amazing feature, and the pool area is great.

Every morning at 7:30 you are awakened by a chorus of landscape equipment on the course directly behind the rooms. You have to call the front desk to get towels and toilet paper. No room cleanings or changing sheets here. The grounds are very well kept and resort like however the little store to buy necessities is only open in the morning and evening, closed during the day so you have to drive to get anything you need. Staff is very nice and friendly. It seems management policies keep this from being to great destination.

Amazing pool area, quiet and safe property, and beautiful private beach

Wonder people like Teri and Marcelo make this place special. So convenient to everything, Hyatt Regency Tarpon Bay is excellent! Spa manicure service is superb as well ( had a detailed and perfect manicure from Tetiana!) highly recommend!

The room we had was worn and smelled musty.

Terrible front desk service

The 2 room condo was huge& had everything you could ask for. The surroundings were beautiful.

The pool area was very nice. The resort is very remote and difficult to walk anywhere. The room we had wasn’t much different from a typical hotel and it was a little dirty. There was only one restaurant. The golf simulator costs extra money, $35 per hour. We only stayed a short time and did not go to the private island. It was inconvenient to make a reservation to go.

Service was excellent, arrived within 10 minutes of request.

When we checked out and asked how was our stay my husband politely mentioned both incidences and got NO reply not even an apology. We feel very disappointed in Hyatt and will probably not book with them anywhere again. It kind of spoiled our anniversary trip.

The property was awesome, very well manicured and gorgeous. The room was nice and spacious and I loved the screened in balcony (which was huge).

A maintenance guy unclogged the a/c drainage, the equipment worked for some time and stop working again. When we call again, we were offered to bring us fans! The amenities and facility are kept very well, but this experience was was frustrating.

The place was really nice. The amenities such as several pools, jacuzzies, dry and wet saunas, adjacent to golf course, ferry shuttle to a beautiful beach made for a very relaxing time. Just what the doctor ordered. We had some problems with our room, AC in our room broke and needed to be fixed, blow dryer was broken. Lazy river was down for the week. The Concierges seemed reluctant to help at times, as if they were told not to let patrons take advantage. Ex. We missed the shuttle to the island by a minute and the concierge was like oh well your tough luck attitude rather than.... how can I make it happen for you.

A negative was the terrible noise starting at 7 AM to 8:30 from what appeared to be the cutting of to golf course grass. Not sure what it is but it’s VERY VERY loud & unacceptable at that early hour. Lawn cutting machinery shouldn’t be THAT loud. The 2 bedroom condo was wonderful & very very large. Has everything anyone could want. Kitchen, bathrooms, balcony & living room were very large & well furnished. I would suggest—- it needs a light switch near the bed ——- NOT on the light aside of the bed. It’s not acceptable at night. Overall the condo was excellent!

Huge room, clean and friendly staff

The lazy river was closed for repair, the boat ride was already reserved, lots of bugs biting you at dinner, overall a below average stay.

Pestering of the concierge to buy into timeshares, hidden fees (large extra charge at check-out for “resort fees” and apparently overspending my security deposit), no maid service unless requested, and we had screaming (once by a mother toward her children, and another by actual kids sprinting the hallways) woke us up at 7:30am twice. Definitely will not be going back.

Wonderful staff and management, great outdoor amenities and we all agreed the NYE events were perfect for our grandchildren. Some of the rooms were a bit dated but the staff quickly responded with appropriate room changes.

Everything was great

Staff was friendly and helpful. Not much to do at this location in December, lazy river was closed, tiki bar and market house had limited hours. Pools were cold. Rooms need upgraded, our kitchen cabinet doors were broken off the hinges. Close to restaurants and shopping in Bonita Springs.

The main issues we had were: -Despite calling ahead and being told that a crib would be in our room when we arrived, we did not get one. Not only that, but we had a room that clearly had been smoked in. We were able to get a new room with a crib, but that whole process took a long time and a lot of effort with a screaming baby. -The main children’s amenities were closed. This was not advertised or disclosed. Had we known this we wouldn’t have stayed here. -This is a timeshare property, so be prepared to receive a hard sell to attend the presentation repeatedly during your stay. Not a huge deal, but it really takes the steam out of your vacation.

Room was spacious quiet and clean

Property amenities are great. Nice and spacious suites/apartments. I had a one bedroom and it had everything you would need at home in it. Full kitchen with all you need to use. Will definitely book again. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is great as well.

The place was fabulous!!! Everyone was fabulous! Only issue was that the adult pool was not just adults. Parents would leave their kids in it and they would yell and splash.

We books a 2 bedroom for our stay. The room was spectacular ! The deep soaker tub was a nice surprise we booked our stay about 2 months out and for 199 a night you can’t beat this place . The only small downside is that the main pool areas which is huge and includes a lazy river, closes at sundown. But definitely a 5 star stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Coconut Cove in Bonita Springs. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Sam at the front desk, which immediately set the tone for a fantastic visit. The property is beautiful, clean, and relaxing—exactly what you want for a Florida getaway. Everything from the rooms to the amenities was top-notch. A special shoutout to Adonis at the bar—he was amazing! Friendly, attentive, and incredibly talented, he truly made our experience unforgettable. His great attitude and excellent service went above and beyond and added a personal touch that made our stay even better. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this Hyatt to anyone visiting the area!

Rooms were super nice. Pools were amazing, the guys at the restaurant on site were all amazing but needed more than 2 people working and we waited a little while just to order take out.All in all a great weekend getaway.

For the price of the room (nearly $500 for a single night) I expected for it to at least be clean. The showers were moldy, every light switch had a thick layer of dust showing they hadn’t been cleaned and/or sanitized in a LONG time, furniture legs were broken, grout in the kitchen and entrance was black, dust and fingerprints on all surfaces, and the entire room had clearly been given a “landlord special” remodel. It was like a cheap motel in Orlando.

I LOVED the lazy river. This is the reason we visited the property. The pools and amenities are very nice. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. The property is a bit dated but they are doing a good job with maintaining what appears to be an older property. I would give it 4.5 stars if that were an option.

The pools and lazy river were great, but our studio room in building 3 has chlorine and mildew smell. The room is ok, but it is large. The bed is too soft.

Beautiful….but too much construction going on around the area.

I know the employees need to sell timeshares but we are locals and don’t need a timeshare within a one and half hour drive. I don’t want to be stopped on our way out and given the “sales talk” especially when they know we are local, have visited their location in the past and heard about their specials before. My family and I will always recommend Hyatt Coconut Cove to anyone looking to stay in SW Florida. It will always be our first choice for a staycation.

Property is good for some swimming but has a lot of bugs and bees that made the experience bad. Dining options at the resort are very limited and there is no shuttle to bring you to the nearby mall or Hyatt regency. Pools, restaurants and shop close early. Except for a small pool that is open until 11pm. WiFi is bad. TV did not work well (lag between image and sound). We spent most time off site. They have some work to do to become more entertaining like most resorts are.

No communication about not having housekeeping services. Room very private. We loved the lazy river. Pool was great. Steam room didn't work.

The place is nice, and they had activities to entertain the guests at the pool. Room is spacious and well designed/decorated. The lazy river was nice, but they should have an employee there collecting the tubes that get stuck in the middle of the course. We waited a long time for some tubes just to see a bunch of them stuck at another part of the lazy river. Food was a disappointment. They only had a few options at the pool bar, but once the bar closes (and it closes early, I think at 6 or 7pm), you have no other option for food besides ordering from outside, or going out. Ice cream shop was closed when we went. I would recommend you bring some snacks/food. They are losing a big opportunity by not having a restaurant there. Overall, we liked it and will come back.

We got updated from a standard hotel room to a one bedroom. That was awesome. Happy with the price we paid and the room we stayed in. They kept telling us there was a good bag awaiting us. On our last day we were in a hurry as we came to be with a family member in ill health and were rushing. We went by to drop off our towel card and pick up our goody bag. We weren’t given a goody bag, instead we were given the hard sell on coming back for 3 nights for a good deal to listen to a 90-minute presentation. We had no time to discuss, but were pushed to continue the conversation for several minutes before I had to apologize and just leave. I have no problem with a facility trying to sell a time share etc, but if you say I have a goody bag, then it should be given. And if I say I don’t have time to discuss, don’t push. We did not have any time to see the pool or anything while there as all our free time was spent with family. The place looked amazing. There’s a lot of construction coming into the complex, which wasn’t a big deal to us. Overall, would stay again. Just stop with the hard sell when someone isn’t available.

great trip and great stay

Front desk was not much of help. My room was ready late (after 4pm). When I arrive the floor of the room was all wet. After 10 minutes the cleaning person enter the room without knocking thinking that the room was still empty. She was so sweet and was not her fault that the front desk did mentioned that we were checking in already. Also on the day that we were leaving someone try to open our door around 7:30 am. Lucky that we were if the lock on. The stay was good but could be better.

Amazing place

Had a great time, the pools and lazy river were more than welcome on the hot days. The water shuttle to the private beach is a great feature, just be sure to signup in advance. Having our own vehicle gave us the chance to explore more of the areas activities and restaurants. The Only downsides were communication with having our room being cleaned or fresh towels, and the pesky room keys that would randomly stop working. Would visit again and had a great time.

I feel there should be more entertainment for adults after 6pm. Maybe a music band around the bar and it should stay open after dark as an option for dancing and drinks by the pool.

Amazing hotel.

This property was amazing. I highly recommend it there was a bit of construction going into the property so the price was less than a regular hotel room for a 2 bedroom villa with full kitchen and living room with screened in porch. I highly recommend this hotel. We came in after midnight due to storms in Atlanta and secuirty was there to check us in and help us to our room. Fantastic staff.

We were only there for one night but we really enjoyed our stay. It was reasonably priced and each room was quite private with nice-sized lanai. Great pool area with lazy river, hot tubs, and pools for the kiddos too. Lots of lounge chairs. You wont be disappointed. .

Great hotel with amazing pools and lazy river. They also have a free private island with boat transportation. Overall loved the experience.

Great stay, clean rooms, very family friendly. Was great that we were able to book a cheaper property but still enjoy the perks of the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Had an great weekend, will definitely book again.

Have been to this property numerous times. Was a little disappointed this visit. Not the special resort feel like in the past. Check in was easy. Entrance/main building clean. Noticed new patio pool chairs. Parking is good. Rooms smell a little musty probably from past flooding. Rooms looking dated. Carpet dirty and worn; frayed at edges Kitchen cabinet overlays peeling off. Rooms are dimly lit. Not enough lighting and yellowish bulbs makes it dreary. Clothing smelled musty when we returned home. People drinking and eating in the pool and leaving trash behind. Pool side tables not wiped down daily. Same table had sticky drink rings and crumbs on it for 3 days. On site restaurant pretty god for lunch options. Ping pong table/paddles need to be replaced. Several super friendly and helpful employees. Housekeeping is friendly and happy to bring you things you need. Guard at the gate on duty sporadically. Groundskeepers do a very nice job.

Solid property. Stayed 2 nights. Good getaway and a chance to relax in one spot. Kids loved the pool(s). Great lazy river, but no slides. The poolside bar/grill was a great spot. Had drinks and dinner both nights. Overheard the bartender mention to another guest that she had been there for 8 years. She was awesome, and def made our stay more enjoyable. Only real flaw the property for us was bugs. After about 5pm everywhere we went it felt like were being eaten alive, both by mosquitoes and small flying black bugs. Left with a bunch of bug bites.

Not much to do except piols and lazy river. Nothing to do in evenings for adults.

We loved staying at Coconut Cove! It was clean, well maintained and the staff was very accommodating. My kids and I both loved the lazy river and the many pools to choose from. We also loved the restaurants on property and the delicious drinks. We would definitely go back again!

The hotel area was amazing! Unfortunately the rooms are very old..we had a room with bad smell that we ask them to change our room and they did it immediately. The other room was better with the smell but still very old. We did an early check out because we couldn't stay another night in the room. But beside the room the hotel was amazing and lots to do with the kids.

We love this hotel

This is one of our favorite places. We come every year sometimes twice a year since we live only about an hour+ away. Though some features have changed over the years. There definitely needs to be more servers tending the pool area. Years ago they would circulate constantly. Also there HAS to be more umbrellas. The sun is blaring and yes it’s great to cool off in the pool, but there has to be more shade too. Seriously, 10 more umbrellas around chairs by the pool would make a massive difference.

Our favorite place to unwind — all year round! In just one year, we’ve visited the Hyatt Vacation Club in Bonita Springs four times — during the summer, fall, winter, and now again this summer! That alone shows how much we love this place. Each visit has been equally special, no matter the season. The atmosphere is peaceful and family-friendly, the grounds are always spotless, and the natural surroundings are beautiful. It’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. We especially want to thank Sam at the front desk for his outstanding kindness and attentiveness. Every time we arrive, he welcomes us with a warm smile and is always ready to help. His genuine care makes our stay feel even more like home. We wholeheartedly recommend this resort. It has truly become our year-round getaway spot. Thank you for making every visit memorable!

At check in the lady said check back to get a late check out, I did in morning and was denied so I took my work call from the car. The property is in an Internet and Phone dead zone (T Mobile) so if you have kids they will hate it. The "sales girl" kept pushing on wife having to be present which is a very personal reason as to why and in front of my daughter she pushed asking questions that made us both uncomfortable and literally ruined our stay. This was an ABSOLUTE nightmare. Pretty pool and nice lazy river and views to provide positive. We will never be back and my daughter goes to school at FGCU

Only down side was the the bar/restaurant. We order a deliver / take-out dinner 45 minutes before they closed at 6:45 and the text from them stated it will be delivered at 7:17. It never was delivered. I called at 7:30 to front desk and was instructed that the computers went down and have since closed. We were out the food and time. We had to drive out into town for dinner.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and there was even a fun family party with music during our stay. Just note they have a strict towel and key card policy—be sure to return both to avoid extra charges. There’s also a bar and Tiki Rentals on-site. Overall, a great family-friendly place that pleasantly surprised us.

The hotel is beautiful and very relaxing. This is my third visit, and I always leave feeling relaxed, except for the beach, which I haven't been able to see yet. It's a bit difficult to make a reservation. When you're a group, there should be more capacity. The hotel is very nice, but it doesn't have a beach. Previously, you could spend a day at the other nearby hotel; they no longer allow it, unless you pay. It's changed a bit; everything else is excellent.

A relaxing place to stay with your family. Staff are super nice especially Sandy she is sweet, super patient and helpful. The food is great and acceptable price. Room is comfortable and spacious. Me and my family had a great time. Definitely going back.

Excellent stay - would definitely return!

We had a wonderful weekend with my wife and my daughter for mother day. The front desk had a great service and explaining everything things you need to know about the resort.The only thing i will like to add is lock for the doors in the aparment none of the door had any lock something is important especially when you have kids. We definitely be back actually I already got another trip coming in July thnks for the great service and see you soon. ANDY

The person who helped us at check in was AMAZING, and all the staff we had interaction with were amazingly nice. The room was the perfect size for what we needed. The Bedroom light did not work. Pool area was amazing, and the resort overall was relaxing and peaceful. I would 100% stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel at around 1pm, but Room was ready after 4 pm. Pools temperature very cold. Limited dining options. Not friendly lobby staff.

We got bed bugs from the room and now it is been a struggle to get rid of them.

Property/pool area was awesome. Front desk employees were very nice and informative. The only negative issues was resort was cashless. We did nothing here other than sleep and sat by the pool a few times. Room was misrepresented. By the pictures it looked like a condo. It was a musty smelly hotel room. We kept the balcony door open while we were there. Room seemed clean but our socks were filthy everyday.

Great property for relaxing. A variety of pools and we enjoyed outdoor restaurant. Condo was spacious and well appointed. We would consider taking our grandchildren and their families as there was a playground, pools of varying depths, splash pad, waterfalls, lazy river, sand volleyball, ping pong, corn hoe, etc. Easy access to laundry facilities. Beautiful landscaping!!

We were supposed to get a text when our room was ready which did not happen. The room is in need of updating, the toilet was very low and the seat cover had been replaced and did not open completely. We were disappointed in the resort.

Clean and large units

The lazy river was the best part for my 8 year old! Everything was within a short walk. Staff was very friendly.

We always ask ourselves if we would return to the same place, and the answer was Yes for this property. Lots of things to do or you can choose to do nothing but lay by one of the pools.

Pools and Lazy River were excellent. Room spacious but not very comfortable furniture. Beds were comfy but little black bugs were on the sheets. Nats of some sort were in bathrooms and beds - sheets. Was not clear on how to get 15 percent food discount. Front desk was kind and listened. Never saw a manager. Outdoor resort activities and facilities are nice.

Great property for a low-key family vacation. Pools nice. Good dining. Activities were fun for the kids. Hot tubs were very much accounted for by long-term patrons, but that isn't a fault of the property.

Nice place

Super basic, spread out amenities. Rooms Large but not comfortable (furniture, bedding, etc). They are not worth more than you'd pay for a smaller, but more comfortable room, at a hotel where amenities are right downstairs. Not really convenient to local restaurants, etc.

Great pool, sauna, steam, gym, rooms, and alligator in front pond.

No cleaning during our stay. We got bitten by fleas in the bed after first night.

Two things that could have been a little better: The pools could have been a little warmer as the temperature was only in the 70s. Check out would be better if it was at 11 or 12 (10am is pretty early considering check in is at 4pm)
