The pool and patio area was lovely and the room was quiet. We were told that the only rooms available for a booking made in April were pet friendly rooms unless we paid an additional fee per room. We were told we had booked that option even though we do not have pets. Due to allergies we were forced to pay that extra amount. Also, the breakfast food ran out of bread and biscuits early and fill staff said they could not bring out more. No apology just a flat “no” response.

The room was fairly clean. It needed to be vacuumed. Left over condiments in the fridge from previous guest. The breakfast was short on utensils/glasses/plates supplies and food for the number of guests. recommend getting in there as soon as it opens if you want to eat. The food area was a mess. Tables were not wiped down for next guest to use, and no solution or wipes available for self serve cleaning. I believe there was only one person on staff trying to manage the breakfast service. Front desk "manager" did acknowledge guest was waiting there for help and went on doing whatever they were up to working on as is no ones was waiting. It was odd. We were told we were fortunate to have a room since we booked thru expedia.com, that our room booked was not available and that they would find a room to place us in.

We have stayed here several times in the recent two years - and the rooms are fine - but the breakfast was a problem this visit. We just skipped it this visit. Beware if the Buffet is meaningful.

It’s a nice hotel with a decent free breakfast. The hot tub in the morning was a bonus. I booked a king room, but there wasn’t one available because of overbooking from a third party vendor (booking.com). Just as long as there is a bed for us to sleep on, we’re good.

The front desk staff were nice Very disappointing stay. I paid $224 and the experience was not acceptable. Breakfast was included, but during breakfast hours all the hot food stations were completely empty. Staff told us they were short-staffed and could only provide a very limited cold breakfast. The bread seemed stale, and the fruit selection was extremely poor; there was only one apple available, and it was visibly damaged in several spots. The room also did not feel properly clean, with visible dirt/debris beside the bed, and the bathroom had a strong musty smell, like moisture had been trapped there for a long time. When we asked for toothpaste, we were told we had to come down to the front desk to get it. Overall, this was not what I expected from a hotel at this price, and I would not recommend this property.

The rooms were good size, the bed comfortable. 1) Arrived to check in and were 40 minutes early. The staff wanted to charge me an additional $32 early check in fee. This is after I had requested upon booking an early check in. As a note I went to booking.com on the day of my arrival to check prices. I paid $171 for the room at booking, but the day of the arrival online bookings were going for $114. An additional $32 was ridiculous for 40 minutes! 2) We were on the ground floor. The heavy drapes in the room do not close more than 1/4 way on each side and only sheer drapes give a slight nod to privacy. All evening long cars outside our window were parking and leaving. We felt very exposed with headlights shining in the room.

Pool was closed, pillows were thin. Came down at 8:00 with an hour and a half left for breakfast time and there was no breakfast available, coffee was out and I finally gave up on waiting and had to leave to buy my own breakfast somewhere else.

Manager said they were overbooked and that we were downgraded from suite with seperate bedroom to 2 standard beds. She said the rooms were for paying customers even though we paid up front back in February. (3 months in advance) Staff was rude. When asking for extra blanket was told if there is one available if not we are out of luck. Manager tried comping us a few snacks for the inconvenience but no discount for downgrade.

Have stayed here in the past and the experience this time was much different. The staff was very friendly but other than that, the property is very worn and dirty. there was trash for 2 days all over the parking lot, overflowing bins, debris in the hallways, spills in the lobbies, etc. The room was very worn; stains on the upholstered furniture, very outdated hardware, etc. Overall, I was sad to see how much the property has changed for the worse in the last few years.

Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, nice pool. Cons: we reserved a King size bed with pool view, as did at least 3 other people I observed while staying there. Each time the staff said cheerily "you booked through a third party, and we dont have those rooms. We've 'upgraded' you at no charge'". When asked why that's an upgrade I was told it was a bigger room, that was lie number 1, we saw the king rooms and they were the same size but with less bed (as in therewas actually more space!). Lie number 2: We have quarters for the laundry machine. Less than 1 hour later they informed me they were out of quarters when I went to go buy some from them. Lie number 3: when I asked about a cup that can go in the microwave, I was told I could get one in the morning, they couldn't allow me into the breakfast room right now. In truth: There are NO cups at this facility that can go in the microwave. Lie number 4: I cannot print your statement for you because you booked through a third party. When I said the "third party" said I can only get it through them, he looked again and found he could print the invoice. Ultimately, the staff were completely unhelpful and untrustworthy. If you just want a quiet room with a comfortable bed and absolutely nothing else, it was great. We were there for 4 days and occasionally had some minor requests, all of which were refused because we booked with a third party. I suggest Booking stop supporting this hotel. They obviously don't want their business. See above. In a nutshell, I didn't like that the people working there don't seem to recognize they work in hospitality and appeared to have zero power and zero interest in helping to make their guests have a more comfortable stay. It was very disappointing. We don't ask for a lot but the very small requests we did have were denied with a very big smile and zero desire to be helpful.

Close to company headquarters, walking distance. I suspect in its past this was once a very nice property. Invest a few dollars and it could return to its former glory.

In general we enjoyed our stay very much. However it would have been nice to know during the booking process when they would have their outdoor pool open for guests to use.

Breakfast was decent Check in was pleasant. Having said that this seems to be a Saturday night gathering place for large groups of young kids. I was outside and there were about 4 of them outside the door using racial slurs and exchanging words that were well on their way of becoming a physical altercation. Came in quickly to avoid being anywhere near it. After my daughter and I got settled in our room for the night I got up and noticed a large red stain which looked to be blood on the carpet between our beds. I took a towel from the bathroom and covered it up. Turned on TV and could not get the guide to pull up anything as far as what was playing on the channels. Checked out early the next morning and brought my concerns to the front desk . She was very kind and told me that because I booked my reservation through Booking.com that there was nothing they could do. It made sense yet I would have expected WAY better from a Radisson property and the price was not cheap. Will never stay there again and more than likely never book with Radisson again.

I liked the location it was in a nice natural setting. The highlight was the staff. They went beyond satisfaction accommodating my needs and requests . Very pretty courtyard. Loved the hot tub, just wish the jets button was labeled as it is placed right next to the emergency alarm bell. Very peaceful and quiet. No quality issues with the room or amenities.

Great place to stay!

I felt safe for the three weeks I was there. Breakfast had variety and was generally good. Food staff seemed inadequate some days and slow to clean off tables but most were friendly. The maid service was daily and very good but I don't think they had time to thoroughly clean between folks coming in. For the price and the security it was a nice option. I would use them again.

Property is not bad, room house keeping could be improved as service is every third day. Upon arrival at property found tap in bathroom is loose and doesn’t drain well. It was fixed though upon request. Towels were picked up regular however the tub was not cleaned regularly along with floor in bathroom. Breakfast is provided however could use some improvement.

We stayed four days and enjoyed the hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Hot tub was relaxing. Good central location for Bothell and Woodenville.

Pool was still covered. I assume it was too early in the season. The hot tub was available and operational. I had a very nice soak after days on the road. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Theri ciffee is very good also :)

We had 3 rooms booked for a wedding in the area. I called the day before to request an early check in. I was told it was $30 per room for an early check in so I told the person please just charge one room for early check in and we will get ready in one room. When I got to the desk they proceeded to check us in for all the rooms - I was thinking - cool - all the rooms are ready already. We got charged $36 for each room. When I called to dispute it - they said sorry there was nothing they could do. Horrible communication at the desk - would not stay here again

That was our only issue. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was super comfortable. We would stay here again, and recommend it.

Gregg was fantastic at the front desk. Our family took up about five rooms. The lobby had a really nice TV area where we were able to gather us in the evening. CJ was very helpful during breakfast. She made me decaf coffee . It is not a normal thing for the hotel. Please hotel brew a pot of decaf every day!!

Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, very well taken care of property. Breakfast was tasty and was a little different each day. Staff were very nice, friendly, professional. Bed was very comfy! Fitness center equipment is well cared for and easy to use. Overall, I was really happy with our stay.

The rooms are good. well furnished and maintained OK. Several issues with staff: garbage put outside doors is not picked up in a timely manner, This is disgusting. I noticed one bag of trash was there for 48hrs. Finally removed after I commented on it to a maintenance guy. For the second time in my last few stays, the morning breakfast was severely compromised because the cook did not show up for work.

Kind and helpful staff. I stay at this hotel whenever I need to travel to Redmond on business. If I was on vacation I would also use this hotel. Great breakfast. quiet, clean, and comfortable rooms.

The room was fine. No complaints. There was a tall male working the late afternoon and evening that was very friendly and helpful. Someone needs to take a carpet stretcher down the carpeted area of the first floor and remove the ridge that goes pretty much the length of the hallway.

We booked this property because of the hot tub. We usually stay across the street. I was told the hot tub was operating. Checked into property and they told us hot tub was open till 10. At 7 we headed out only to be told it was closed all day due to ice in area. There was no ice and all gates were locked.

The duvet on the bed was a disgrace! It was so worn and washed that all the batting had all bunched up in the center….lumpy…so that the duvet was of no news for warmth. Housekeeping should NEVER put such a tattered mess in a guest room. I was freezing cold all night.

The buffet breakfast is great. Eggs, Biscuits and Gravy, Sausage, Waffles, cereal, toast, bagels and more. I stay here every other weekend from Nov through Jan so over the years I have settled in on only 2 hotels I will use, this being my first choice. Both of them are over a 20 min drive from where I’m working when there, but the drive is worth it or I’d obviously stay much closer since there’s around 25 other hotels within that same 20 min drive. I am picky about the staff, my bed, my shower and the breakfast (along with a reasonably large breakfast window on the weekends so I don’t have to get up too early just to eat), all of which are fantastic at this location. Keep up the good work guys. I have been coming here every winter the last 3 years after that first night that I tried you, so I will continue to utilize your A+ stay experience until something changes on your end or mine. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to make my stay great every time.

Lobby and breakfast area had a smell that bothered me not sure if it was the cleaning supplies used. Room was fine but bathroom seemed dirty. Location wasnt the best for my needs since nothing seemed close by.

The rooms are decent, a little run down, but overall nice. Our tv’s didn’t work and when we called the front desk, they just said they were down because of a prior storm. Nothing was mentioned during check in, just kind of feel like this is something that should be brought up during check in.

First day there was only waffles, and it was super crowded but overall the room was clean the staff was friendly .

1. Pubes were found on the washroom floor and on top of toilet seat. 2. Stains were found on bedding and were not changed daily 3. Daily housekeeping did a poor job, we had plastic wrapping from toys dropped onto the carpet, it was not cleaned/picked up after housekeeping 4. Bathroom sink and tub were not cleaned during daily housekeeping - evident by hair remaining from the sink and tub... I had to clean daily after house keeping so that the tub doesn't remain clogged 5. Breakfast were okay on the weekend but on Monday/Tuesday - there were no hot lunch.. We stayed as a family of four, we would not stay here again.

The breakfast service was not available the first day of our visit, but it was nice during the remainder of our stay. The hotel and our room were clean and the staff were friendly. The pool was closed, and, to our knowledge, no hot tub was available. Our room was quiet, but the mattress on my bed was much softer than I prefer. It felt like there was a depression in the mattress, and it did not provide much support.

The breakfast is always good, even better with the microwave availability. Eggs on cold plates don't mix so having the microwave made it delicious.

The room was in good condition, clean & stocked. We had an issue with our outlet in the bathroom, which was promptly addressed & fixed. The staff were kind & helpful, even providing us a fan to use during our stay (if you sleep with a fan on, you know how important that can be). We had a very pleasant stay!

Facilities are great staff was friendly and efficient and our room was excellent. Great location for dogs with a large grassy area and a walking path by the creek.

Yes, big shout out to Emilie at the front desk on our arrival and to the checkout staff - made us feel special. The hotel was special - one of the nicest we've stayed in actually. Room was nice and clean and just great all round. Looks like it has a nice pool and lounging area for summer months. Will be back or can recommend the hotel easily. Breakfast was good too and had hot and cold offerings.

Room in good condition, courteous staff, outdoor area for our dogs. Pillows and bed were not very comfortable. Need more gluten free breakfast options.

The staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was decent for being free. It wasn't noisy. After seeing some reviews about smell I asked for a carpetless room. I was hopeful that would be good enough. The room cleanliness was pretty atrocious though. I went and asked the front desk right after check in for a mop and cleaning products so i could clean the room. She didn't have a mop but gave me a bottle of spray and a couple of washcloths. Both rags were dark brown after just doing part of the floor. I ended up going to purchase a mop, disinfecting mop solution, and then paper towels to clean the counters/nightstands/etc. I also got slippers so I wouldnt have to walk on the hotel room floor. The amount of hair on the floor and shower walls was nauseating. After deep cleaning the room myself I just kept the "do not disturb" sign on the door for the week. The bed was comfortable enough. Rooms have a mini fridge and microwave which is nice.

Once again we appreciated this hotel. Very reliable.

Clean room, large lobby

Checked in and the front door was broken, the same one I complained about last year (nov 2024). One of the rear entry doors was in the 'unlock' status so anyone could enter the building at any time (this was corrected before we checked out). At check in, no information was provided regarding amenities (hot tub appeared to be available but no information provided and none on website) nor was any information provided for hours for breakfast. Not a big deal, but cookies were not made on the day we checked in, nor did I see any when we checked out. Overall, it leads me to question how well this hotel is really run and maintained.

Upon arrival, the room we booked and pre-paid for was not available. The front desk said that “because we booked through a third party” our reservation was deprioritized and there was nothing we could do about it. Their outdoor trash cans were overflowing into the landscaping, and their hall carpet is pulling up causing a tripping hazard. This was our last stay at this hotel. Customer service and facility maintenance are going downhill fast.

When we arrived there was black mold in the tub/shower,the tissue box was empty. There was toe nail clippings on the floor. The next morning we went to go eat breakfast only to hear someone didn't show up so there was no breakfast. I stayed two nights so when we came back to stay the next night we got new towels but the bed was not made,the floor not cleaned and the bathroom not cleaned at all. coffee filter left in the machine and only decaf left from the night before.

We booked a normal King Room. When we get to the property they tell us they have no king rooms just two accessible rooms one on the first floor the other on the second the woman at the front desk tells us she recommends the first floor room because the elevator was out of order. Fine, we had to chose the first floor room even when it wasnt what we paid for. We get to the room and settle in i go to take a shower and see on the bar soap holder a old used bar of soap that was never disposed of from the previous guest! Thats unhygienic and unprofessional. I was disgusted but the rest of the hotel is fairly clean and well kept. The mini fridge did not work either. Three days prior to our check in date i was charged for the first night with no email or any type of communication being sent. I reached out to the property since i used the reserve now pay later feature but was charged before checking in after speaking with front desk they tell me that its a corporate policy to charge for day one three days prior to check in to make sure that the card on file is valid. I had never had to deal with anything like this. The hotel itself js in a decent location and i liked the privacy of the property but they need to iron out some things before they have my money again.

Great service, but it is in desperate need of updating. It really smells bad and has old, wrinkled carpet, which is a tripping hazard. The entire facility could do with a through deep clean, new grout etc

Good variety at breakfast but poor food quality. Dryed out biscuits and muffins, dry rubbery eggs, cold pancakes, sugary juice, inedible fresh fruit. Nice size rooms, good pillows, but hard mattresses. Lightweight blankets not comfy for fall rainy weather.

Staff in the evening/afternoon was very friendly. Wish I caught her name. She gave out cookies and was very sincere. It made my stay more pleasant. The room was not very clean, but maybe due to the age of the place.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean , the people at the front desk very helpful but we weren’t not offered water. The breakfast eggs were very salty, the pancakes needed to be cooked moreand it would’ve been nice to have real oatmeal rather than packaged , didn’t have but one kind of milk and some fresh fruit would’ve been nice, the kitchen people weren’t very friendly when I asked for something, but we really do like your hotel. Just not your breakfast.

Breakfast wasn't too great, but it's not a 5 star restaurant so I understand , room carpet was stained allot. But it does rain allot in washington so I guess is hard to keep it clean, over all not bad but improving us always good.

Generically ok midline hotel. Bed was hard but ok. Room was dark but pretty clean. There was a hot breakfast choice of scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes, but really no other pastry or breakfast items. Hotel is long so you either get a room at the very front on the first floor or if you wanted a elevator had to walk the length of the hotel to get to it.

The bed was so uncomfortable! The bedsheets can not be stretch to move wrinkles. I tried! The pillows are even worse. They a small, wrinkled and could hardly support my head. I have to use all 4 pillows to get a little comfortable.

Each of the Staff I encountered were all so friendly and accommodating. However I would like to highlight Emilie. She went above and beyond to help me out with various questions I had and even had the brightest smile! I found the amenities very satisfactory leaving nothing in want.

Check in with Ms.Emily at the front desk was very easy and quick. She was very informative about the property, as well as suitable parking for easy access to our room ( a great tip I rarely get from other places). The room was very clean, and the area was very peaceful and quiet. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and look forward to booking again in the near future.

Convenient close to freeway

There wasnt a lot of amenities in the room, like a hair dryer, or coffee. Itscwas a long walk to the room on my injured, that was hard. The toilet seat was broken, other then that it was just ok for a night. Would not go back

The wall switch next to the entry door only turned on a closet light that did not provide much illumination. The bathroom had no fan or it did not work.

I stayed for one night. Accidentally left the power cord on the tables. Keep calling them for a few times left message no one returned my calls

Very little to complain about, rooms were great, gym was good, breakfast was good. If I haf one minor complaint there were not many places to eat nearby. But no biggie fir ne had car. I would definitely stay here again.

Room is great. The associate who completed my checkin gave me a choice of rooms, something that never happens. Only slight demerit is the small fitness room, other than that no complaints

Staff was very helpful and friendly

Booked three rooms on two itineraries and the hotel insisted we had only two. Could not argue late at night and had to get Hotels.com involved to eventually get a refund. Good work by Hotels.com, but terrible on the hotel's part. No attempt to even fix the guffaw after bringing it up. There are tons of competitors in the area. Skip this and go to them. Everything else was average.

I checked in and right away checked out… because i booked king room and after paying receiptionist told us we have ungraded you … and guess what We got two queen bed in room and we booked for king room .. even i called the hotel one day before visiting to confirm everything.

The tv didn't work well

We checked in and my husband wasn’t feeling well. I called the front desk and she shifted things around so that we could stay the next night also. We had a room with an accessible bathroom and our dog so space was hard to find. Everything was great.

Carpets need to be replaced, room door was difficult to open and close. Shower and tub were not cleaned upon checking in. Most staff were nice.

Easy highway access

The rooms were clean and quiet. It was a convenient location as well.

The lobby is quite nice and clean. We didn't get a chance to try breakfast because it started later on the weekends and we had to be out, unfortunately. The rooms are pretty standard. Clean and the regular setup. We had an issue that took a little longer than I would have liked for the hotel to resolve, but they were excellent about it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Perfect!

check in was fast and easy. The rooms were comfortable and the free breakfast was very good as well. The location worked perfectly for the event I was attending. Check out was a bit slow and may be the only thing that I could point to that wasn't excellent.

I stayed because the rate was right, and really wasn't expecting much. I was staying alone, so room type change from king to queen x2 didn't matter. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Much better than expected, and breakfast bar had it ALL! THANKS for a GREAT NIGHT!

We had room 231 first but due to noise and vibrations from Coke machine and ice maker which was in room adjacent to our headboard we were unable to sleep. Asked for and received different room which was better but still too much noise from mechanical equipment and AC in the building. Very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Doubt if I would stay here again.

Everything was great and definitely worth the price.. room was a bit worn and could use a little updating, but it was comfy and just what I was looking for when I needed a room for the night.. sometimes it’s better to pull off the highway and sleep in a comfortable space and continue in the morning.

Hotel served its purpose for our visit. The pool and outdoor area were fabulous. The front desk staff were very bland and not very helpful.

I was not there but my non binary child and transgender girlfriend felt targeted. There were given a box of candy to "fix" this error. The place and room were beautiful, but i expected a little better customer service.

Comfy beds, large clean room and bathroom. The hotel is located in a somewhat industrial area so not much in walking distance food wise other then the gas station or Subway.

We liked how quiet and clean the property is! The staff was nice, shoutout to Kaycee who checked us in at 12am and CJ for taking care of the breakfast area. They were very kind and friendly. We also loved the complimentary breakfast.

The staff here was actually very welcoming, which I appreciated, and check-in was smooth. The room itself was fine — nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. On the downside, I did notice some things that could’ve been better kept up. For example, there were chips left on the staircase from Friday night through Sunday morning, which made it feel like the common areas weren’t being maintained as well as they should be. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it also didn’t really stand out compared to other hotels in the same range.

We liked the property but the older woman on duty in the evenings was very cold and didn't treat us wel.

The area was a nice suburban area and a good & quiet neighborhood. Check-in was easy and fast. It’s a nice hotel with great amenities. Complimentary breakfast was great. Will definitely book again.

Clean Room/ Nice Staff

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff came into the room one day of our 4 night stay and dumped the bathroom trash and removed some of the dirty towels but did not replenish the towels or empty trash from in the room itself or make the bed.

This was a great stay overall. The only concern is the breakfast area. When servicing the breakfast bar, have the attendant wear gloves for sanitation. She was putting out plates and utensils, touching the service surfaces, without gloves. Also, another resident added his own fruit to the waffle mix. Sounds innocuous, but the risk of contamination is unsafe. Once I saw that, I left.

The pool was a good size with a hot tub which was used often. Towel at poolside was provided also.

It was just so pleasant, and using the pool a great bonus. I would come back, and will. My only suggestions include 1) a cleaner breakfast area. No one was around to wipe off used tables, or the coffee counter or the food area -- and they were pretty sticky with food spills etc and 2) the sofa bed mattress was awful!

The hotel its self is great. The pool is very nice but the rooms need to be updated a little especially the bathroom. The bed liners need to be changed out they are a little wore out

There were many things that needed repair - the carpeting wasn't pulled tight creating ripples that made it hard to pull suitcases on rollers, a gate in the courtyard was broken, the air unit in our room didn't work so it got really hot and stuffy at night, the faucet in our bathroom was loose and wiggled greatly every time we used it, and the hot tub jets didn’t work. It was a pretty building, but they are not keeping up with needed repairs.

The staff was so nice. A vile woman vomited in the pool and tried to hide it and the staff jumped into action immediately making sure the pool was clean and safe. Bravo

Quiet, clean and staff was friendly

15 minutes before pool closing, the front desk person, Emilee, demanded that we exit the pool area. Her attitude felt like a personal attack although the other guests near us at the pool were also felt her approach was aggressive and unprofessional. She had looked at our personal belongings and saw that we had cigarette packs in our possession. She asked for our room number and when we inquired why, she wrongfully accused us of smoking in non designated areas. This was uncalled for as we adhered to all rules and policies during our stay and had only smoked in the designated area where the ashtray fixture was stationed by the parking lot. We intend to follow up with hotel management.

Is aways a delightful place and experience here. The beautiful heated pool only adds to the experience.

Generally speaking i recommend staying in this hotel. It is budget friendly, clean, newly built, or renovated. It has a nice swimming pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good and sufficient. The room was clean and had all you needed, pretty standard. My only off point to the hotel is to a lady at the front desk, named Emily or Emilia. At check-in, she was not nice and used a kind of harsh, unfriendly tone to explain the rules regarding the deposit. I requested something from her about the noise of the ice machine next to our room, and the way she answered was so inflexible and unkind. She definitely needs to work on her customer service skills.

It is a great facility. When we arrived and the next morning the front desk staff were rude. When we left the next crew was very helpful and understanding. Some specifics were we were delayed by one day arriving due to an over turned 18 wheel truck overturned closing a remote Oregon highway for several hours. We called the hotel letting them know we could not get there that night and we also coordinated with Expedia but keep our reservation for the following night. Next evening we arrived and our reservation was canceled. They did find a room but the next day our room cards were canceled prior to our checkout time making it difficult to load our car. At checkout we were told we were scheduled to leave the next day begging the question why our cards expired early. Good facility but questionable counter staff.
