Just need to make sure down stairs
- 5/5
Jolly good breakfast buffet with something different each day. Omelettes, soufflés, croissants , biscuits, bacon, sausage, etc. Also fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, waffles…,
- 5/5
Comfortable bed, comfortable couch, clean, easy to navigate. If i had a criticism, it would be they offer coffee and tea for the keurig but no sweeteners. So if that’s the only criticism, they’re doing pretty good. Made early check-in super easy and yummy cookies at the counter

This place is a hidden gem. Great location and beautiful room!

Two bedroom suite was excellent
- 5/5
Clean room, decent breakfast, overall a very pleasant environment. Would definitely visit again
- 5/5
Pool was out of order the whole stay. Breakfast was poor. $12 parking???? Pro: Exactly as shown in photos Spacious and clean Quiet surroundings in safe and beautiful area
- 1/5
Charged $12 for parking. This was not mentioned anywhere while booking. Asked for an extra blanket for my 85 year old mother and they didn't have one. Ridiculous that a HOTELcan't accommodate such a basic request.

Everyone was so kind , the rooms were very clean and the breakfast so nice
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Specifically the staff that were preparing breakfast. The room is HUGE and it seems like it is more like an apartment than a hotel room. 2 bedrooms was perfect for a family of 3.
- 4/5
The staff were amazing, the food was decent, would be better with more fresh fruit options available. The beds were pretty hard, not a lot of give. Uncle stated his wasnt real comfortable either. Comfortable beds are important when paing a premier price. Which I felt we were.

Very good

The hot food items at the breakfast bar were pass their prime - hard and dry. The coffee was cold mid day and the desk staff offered to warm it rather than make a fresh pot for their guests. The carpet in the breakfast area had many food bits and pieces which means it didnt get vacuumed the 2 days we were there. One of the reasons we pick the Marriott band is for their good breakfast service but this hotel really missed the mark. Very disappointing.

I wish the temperature went below 65 degrees. We were very warm the entire time, but that's better than freezing to death.
- 4.5/5
Very comfortable and quiet. The blackout curtains were wonderful in helping us sleep well. Sofa bed mattress was a little uncomfortable but that's usually to be expected. They gave us extra extra blankets which was so excellent. Breakfast was mid at best but they had many options! I wish the temperature went below 65 degrees. We were very warm the entire time, but that's better than freezing to death.

Very good
- 5/5
The room is clean spotless. Staff is helpful and friendly. Only small issue if the noise insulation, as i stayed lower level and could hear every single steps or noise from the people who stayed on upper level. The TV is kind of old.

Secret $12 parking fee. This property has plenty of parking and this was never addressed at check-in just happened to find it on a
- 4/5
We were surprised to learn that they charge $12.00 a day for parking. Parking should be included in the room cost. Also, I didn’t see anything on the site that said they charge for parking. Kind of sneaky!

Sneakily charging me $12/night for parking in Bothell... ×blanking× Bothell?! Really? That's crazy. I had to challenge that nonsense via my credit card company, and it was reversed. Rude staff. Not giving them my business again...

We enjoyed staying in suite at affordable price

We arrived at 6 pm and the front desk computer was down. I was told we may not be able to check in and I explained that I had already paid for the room. He began brainstorming and contacting someone who could help restore his computer sysytem. We waited in the lobby for 45 minutes to an hour to complete check in. The gentlemen at the counter was very helpful and comped our parking for the evening amd upgraded our room. The room was wonderful and the grounds were well maintained. Parking was convenient. My only concern is when I called the next morning to ask if I could pay for a late check out, I was told no, only Marriot Bonvoy Members are eligible for late check out. I was never asked for my member information and the Manager, Tonya was eagar to end the call. I thought perhaps, given the issues the night prior, her customer service should have been, "top tier or "better." Unfortunately, it was not. Other than this experience, the property is very cute and worth the stay.
- 1/5
When I arrive no one in the counter. Took someone more than 5 minutes to help. Person was rude & not helpful at all. I ask him questions about the breakfast & gave me dirty look. At the point I just said thank you & walk out.

Property is older, need a little TLC but the area is beautiful. Staff is hard to find at the counter sometimes.

When I asked what building I needed to go to, he sighed and said building 2. I asked if we were in building 2, he annoyingly pointed to the building in front of the lobby and said rudely that one - no property map or anything was provided. Needless to say this was by far the worst that Marriott could offer, and they have lost me as a customer over this extremely poor lack of service. I will not be returning, and will discourage everyone that I know from this property as well.
- 3/5
The front desk kid at the end of swing shift was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes. We like ice in our drinks, and the ice-maker worked really well!
- 3/5
Breakfast is fake eggs every day and over cooked sausage. But there was bagels oatmeal and cereal as well as make your own waffles.
- 5/5
Disliked the spray air freshener in gym tho. Would have loved a non toxic alternative.
- 4/5
Extra fee for parking was not cool.
- 4/5
Unit was clean and spacious. it was perfect for working and other than the pungent smoking smell that was immediately noticable when entering the unit everything was good. Once inside for a 1/2 hour or so, the smell dissipated.
- 5/5
It was a great and pleasant stay, the only thing that pool was closed for some weird reason. Everything else was great
- 5/5
This hotel checked off all of our requirements: very clean, comfortable bed/bedding, quiet (both in our unit and the surrounding neighborhood), location good (close to amenities and to our destination). We appreciated the small kitchen area which included a full size refrigerator w/freezer. The sitting area was also comfortable with a small sectional and tables. Our only issue was the breakfast. The food offerings were typical so no problem there, but the staff had a hard time keeping items refilled and keeping up with cleaning. The breakfast area is rather small and not laid out well so moving about with many other people there was difficult. Not a deal breaker for us, just something to be aware of so that you can leave yourself plenty of time when having breakfast.
- 5/5
We had a great stay here! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed.
- 4/5
Did not get room that was reserved with fireplace which was rather disappointing. Rooms are clean but could use some updating. Spoke with customer support about the issue but did not get much resolution. Probably would not stay at this location again
- 5/5
Loved spending time in the pool and having separate bedrooms for family
- 4/5
Quiet. The only negative would be the disinterested receptionist.
- 5/5
Very nice stay. Rooms were large. Area is quiet.
- 2/5
I have stayed here 4 times in last year. Probably last time. Front desk never answers the phone. They weren’t even there to check in. Must be short staffed. Took an hour to get a working iron. At pool towels were not restocked so we called and were told they would be there in minutes. An hour later no towels. Had customers calling hotel to connect to my room and front desk could not transfer calls to the room. Just lots of small issues that started adding up
- 5/5
I don’t like that I have to pay to park though.
- 5/5
Great stay for family or friends
- 4/5
Weather was great.
- 5/5
Friendly safe nice place to stay
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet. Close to YMCA
- 5/5
Breakfast was good.
- 1/5
Pool had no towels, no shade. The one shade umbrella was broken. The pool was green. Was not offered towels when the front desk was told of the problem.
- 4/5
Expected a bit more from a Residence Inn tbh. When I showered, the tub filled with inches of water, one of the towels was stained, and parking is next to impossible to get next to your building but they still charge you $12 a night for it. Would not stay again
- 2/5
Had a 2 bedroom suite reserved for one night stay. Tried to check in at 3:30pm and was told that official check in is 4pm and room was not ready. Came back at 4pm to find out room was previously occupied and would not be available to us. We were offered two adjoining 1 bedroom suites with discount. Was traveling with elderly mother who has difficulty with stairs and the new accommodations were upstairs with no elevator. Poor communication from the staff. Last but not least the room keys had been turned off when we returned from breakfast to get luggage and check out ( prior to time ). Spoke with manager at check out and was disappointed . She did not seem competent at that position and was trying to explain about dynamic pricing on why the 1 bedroom suite had not been discounted more.
- 4/5
Check in was rough- not that great customer service but after that- everything ok
- 1/5
All went well with the stay until we got home and found out that the hotel had charged our credit card for the stay in spite of the fact that we prepaid through the app (which was acknowledged when we checked in). In checkout, we were given a receipt for parking charges only and only found out when we got home that they had also charged us for the room. Now we’ve been waiting days for a refund because the hotels.com team can’t get a response from the hotel.
- 4/5
The person that checked me in was very nice and helpful. I appreciated the early check in.
- 2/5
The property being close to downtown and the Chataeu property is perfect. When my wife and I arrived, we were told by your employee Quincy, that we couldn’t check in at 4 and maybe 5. A couple then arrived shortly after us and he promptly got them their room. He then asked for my phone number so he could text me when our room was ready, I never received a text or call. Not staying here in the future.
- 3/5
No one ever cleaned our room
- 3/5
This property is old and a little tired. Nice that it has a pool and a pickleball court. The hotel charged $40 and $10 to our card after arrival, and no one could explain why. We finally got those charges reversed a week after our stay. Be aware that there is a $12 per day parking fee, charged when you depart. Free breakfast is worth what you paid for it.
- 2/5
The hotel was excellent the room was very clean and spacious. The fact that spoiled our experience was the fact that the reception was not working the night we arrived. We ringed the door, called by phone, sent texted messages with no response. Eventually, one relative took us wi5h him and we spend the rest of our first night in a sofa-bed. We were able to check only early next day.
- 5/5
Very clean!
- 4/5
Very clean and quiet
- 4/5
Did not have a clear picture of the type of residence inn it was. Great layout. Room was comfortable. Had an issue with AC - sent maintenance man and we could not understand him. Oh well. Also, had a room above tennis courts - several time a little boy hit the ball against our window.
- 5/5
Quit and close to the freeway
- 5/5
Great location and cool hotel layout. You felt like you were at a nice condo complex. It was tucked in and the pool was at the center. We will definitely come back if in the area again.
- 2/5
Informed front desk upon checking in that my wife had mobility issues. Was informed that no ADA rooms were available. They did not even notify us when ADA room was vacant for us to move to. ( I know for a fact rooms did become available as we were there for 9 days). Rooms were not very clean and drains in bathroom were clogged and slow. Maintenance did repair bathroom sink but then clogged move to bath tub. Pool area was not cleaned on a daily basis ( tables and chairs were filthy
- 3/5
The hotel offers decent amenities, but overall, I was disappointed with the experience. The building is clearly old, and it shows. Staff were consistently unfriendly—no smiles or welcoming attitude throughout my stay. The walls are paper-thin, so I could hear every sound from neighboring rooms. Breakfast had a very limited selection and didn’t meet expectations. When I was denied a late checkout, I was also told there was no place to store my luggage for even a few hours, which was extremely inconvenient. While the amenities themselves were okay, the overall atmosphere and service make it a place I won’t be returning to.
- 5/5
Great room. We were in the main building with the lobby and it was never loud from noises in the common area. Close to a walking trail which we used one morning. Not much in the area in the way of restaurants or shopping. Nothing walkable. Breakfast OK have had better from other Residence Inns. Breakfast area pretty small, was tough to get a spot to sit. $12 daily fee for parking. Will be back.
- 2/5
The next morning it was still out of service. We bumped into an airline employee who was also trying to get downstairs and she said she was there the week before and it was also broken then as well. They told her it was going to be fixed and never was.
- 5/5
Great place to stay for a night or weeks.
- 5/5
Loved my stay. Will stay again as needed.
- 4/5
The hotel was kind of in the middle of nowhere but it was a pretty neighborhood with a super cute walking/ bike path super close by. The breakfast was decent with a waffle machine and cheese omelettes and sausage. The thing I didn’t like was that we had a lot of luggage and we had to hall it up a ton of step stairs.
- 1/5
On a separate note, the dumpsters doors are propped open???
- 5/5
Staff very friendly.
- 5/5
Good

Need to beg for house cleaning especially when charging approx $400/night
- 5/5
It was perfect! No complaints and lovely surrounds. Price was right
- 5/5
Clean and friendly
- 5/5
Great stay for a couple of nights for a business trip.
- 4/5
The pond behind the property is a nice little walk and also to birdwatch. The rooms tho dated were comfortable enough. The breakfast was ok. The only fresh fruit were oranges and occasionally bananas. Staff was always very nice and pleasant.
- 4/5
Didn’t appreciate the additional parking fee as there’s no where else to park but at the hotel.
- 5/5
Breakfast is good. To be expected from a marriot. Front desk didnt seem to be overly helpful. To the point parking was explained wrong. In an industrial area so not much around. Butnit made it quiet. I wiuld highly recommend
- 5/5
Very spacious room, and the set-up of multiple separate complexes with a small number of rooms means way less noise from others.
- 4/5
Alas, no coffee in the machine! And of course this was one of the few times we really wanted it. The facility has been renovated recently and is much better than it was under Holiday. The bed and pillows could be better but the included breakfast was very good.
- 5/5
.
- 1/5
Staff members are extremely rude and will rip you off by charging whatever they can during your stay. Choose ANY OTHER hotel!!!
- 5/5
This property and room were so wonderful, having a full kitchen is always appreciated as I was prepping food for an off-site Party. It was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Very nice. The property is very spread out 10 buildings. The price is right especially with a full kitchen. If you want the free breakfast ask to stay in Bldg 1, 2, or 3. Unless you don’t mind driving to the main building. Or freezing while walking there in 30 degrees. Brrr.. Parking around those 3 buildings is limited but otherwise no complaints.
- 5/5
It was a very large and comfortable room, the bed was not soft as other hotels have been. It was clean, great breakfast and very accommodating staff. It was also a very good value for all that we got for the price. We will be back whenever we are in the area.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect!
- 5/5
Good experience
- 5/5
Great place for business trip or visiting Bothell.
- 5/5
Very nice a quiet. Great staff
- 5/5
Great property, nice staff, worth the money!
- 4/5
We really like staying here, especially with our dog, the surrounding area is a great place to walk him. One thing that needs to change is that when we have stayed we always see bags of garbage in and around the units. It would be great if guests did not leave garbage around stairs, entryways, and plants.
- 5/5
The front desk was so friendly! Especially Sunday when there were checkouts and breakfast going on.
- 5/5
Very nice hosts
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay here. Felt more like an apartment then a hotel room
- 3/5
Next door that was continuously barking.
- 3/5
Room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. There was a coffee maker and coffee but no coffee pot. The room otherwise was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Really secure property downtown. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the Convention Center.
- 4/5
Convenient and affordable
- 5/5
Fabulous stay in a spacious 2 bedroom.
- 5/5
Love love love this place! Exceptional Marriott stay, super affordable. It seems like a well kept secret.
- 4/5
It was quiet and cozy
- 4/5
Our furnace froze at 79 degrees. Staff promptly came to fix it but they couldn’t so they set it so we could adjust the temperature but the fan ran on high all the time! So it was a bit noisy. Not really their fault as it was the holidays. We got ear plugs and we were able to sleep.
- 5/5
Great hotel, very comfortable; very nice warm breakfast.
- 5/5
i have requested several times for a new one but have not gotten in my 7 days of stay. Judith
- 5/5
Great individuals working on the property and very pleasant
- 2/5
This is a great property except you have to watch out for the hidden charges! $12.00 a day for parking there. They advertise a competitive nightly fee but then turn around and charge $12.00 a day to park your car there. So how else are you going to get there?? By walking?? What’s next?? Charging for heat or water???
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 3/5
My room wasn’t ready and till after 8 PM. Breakfast was average. The walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbour sneeze! Won’t be staying there again!!
- 5/5
Convenient location great for family & work
- 4/5
The kitchenette was lacking a few essential items. Really could use a kettle.
- 5/5
Would stay there again, very nice and room
- 4/5
Quiet and close to restaurants
- 3/5
The hotel had carpet cleaning planned during our stay. We were not notified prior to arrival and the rate was not adjusted for the inconvenience. We had spoke to the front desk to have our room’s carpet cleaned after our departure and were assured no one would enter our room (spoiler alert someone came in and cleaned the carpets anyways). It was a big disappointment and I feel like there should have been a room discount for those affected.
- 4/5
Good size of the room
- 3/5
Stairs to steep
- 5/5
We loved our stay! It was clean and cozy. Breakfast was available for free daily, we used the pool and laundry room and we have no complaints!
- 5/5
Clean and good condition
- 2/5
This hotel can use an update and refresh. The room smelled like cigarettes. It was very outdated and it didn’t feel cozy, like I could relax and watch tv. The pool was really small and dirty and there was no hot tub. Definitely not worth the money to stay here.
- 3/5
Parking was expensive at $12/day when it really should be part of the room expense since this was a pricey hotel. Breakfast very mediocre and basically the same everyday. Checked in on a Friday and didn’t plan to clean til the following Thursday, right before we checked out. Had to go to a different building to get more towels. Came to town to visit my son so struggled with the extra cost of parking.
- 5/5
Good location and exactly as promised with full kitchen and daily free breakfast.
- 5/5
Great hotel for families.
- 5/5
Close to major roads easy access
- 5/5
Great continental breakfast. Nice suits with two rooms, great for families or groups. And a kitchen!
- 5/5
Friendly staff Spacious, comfy and quiet
- 5/5
PROBABLY THE FINEST HOTEL WE'VE STAYED AT! ROOM, STAFF, BREAKFAST, ACCESS TO FREEWAY AND CLEANLINESS!
- 5/5
I loved the hotel. Our room came with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, breakfast and small living room area. We usually parked in front or near our building. The property was very well located so we were able to get around places easily.
- 4/5
The complex is nice but the outdoor areas need some wok. The grounds are somewhat run down. The suit was very nice and updated. The icemaker wasn't working and after we called the front desk it was replaced in less than one hour. The continental breakfast was alright. The pool was small but clean. To our surprise there was a pickle ball court but the plastic covering the court was warped and hard to play on. We had a great experience and would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable! Breakfast was great, location is good. My only complaint is parking - we often had to park a block from our room.
