Very nice to have a breakfast with warm eggs and sausage, not cold like the Birmingham BW. This property although older, is maintained nicely and clean. The bathroom area is tiny but that is no doubt due to the age of construction and an updated and enlarged bathtub. I would stay here again when visiting the area. There are plenty of good local restaurants nearby.

Not what I expected. Rooms have exterior doors. Should be classified as a motel. Advertisement was misleading. Not worth the $180 price point.

Was in town for family function. The hotel was sufficient. Great customer service; however, the hotel is extremely out dated. The shower curtain was not water proof therefore the enter bathroom floor was wet after one showers. The air conditioning was also out dated and analog. The breakfast was great!

Breakfast is a false advertisement want you to order something the day before within a 15 minute window the coffee is awful and cold the creamer collated on top so old the room was 40 degrees when I arrived had to wait I. The truck an hour for it to warm up

Overnight stay was pleasant and front desk staff was lovely.

I saw a few bugs while staying on the ground floor of this property my first night. I asked for a new room the next day on the 2nd floor. The staff was very receptive and I had a much better stay the next night. The breakfast was pretty good for complimentary!

We didn't even get in the room. We got on the side of the motel where our room was and there was a group of guys hanging out on the second floor, a couple sitting in a vehicle smoking weed. It was late, it was shady and there was zero level of feeling it was safe to stay. Lobby smelled like too much cheap cologne. It was HORRIBLE

People were very friendly, property was very nice only issue was the shower curtain rod was broken so the floor got soaked and found a little bit of blood on the wall. We didn't see it until we got up the next morning. But overall was a nice place

The staff is absolutely fantastic! It's a hotel that is under-rated and it shouldn't be so. The price is affordable and it can hold its own against a 5 star hotel. You guys keep doing what you do! You're all awesome!!

It’s an older hotel that’s undergone some renovations. The room & property was decent. The beds & pillows could stand to be replaced. The a/c in the room struggled to keep it cool. The breakfast was average hotel breakfast. Not great but not horrible either. Staff was friendly.

The staff were wonderful and breakfast was delicious. Shower was also top notch as far as pressure.

Our stay at the Best Western in Braselton was amazing! Priya was so awesome! She helped me out with everything I needed including an extra blanket and pillow! Will definitely be coming back, thank you Priya for everything you do!😇

Great place to stay. Very hot water for showers, hot breakfast and security cameras around the property. Close several places to eat.

Aside from the fact that all the rooms were accessed directly from the street, this property has seen better days. It is a very old building trying hard to hang on. The interior was extremely dated and very obviously moldy. The bathroom was tiny. We’re average size people and we could barely fit in the bathroom to use the toilet. The shower was hot and the Wi-Fi was ok, but we couldn’t manage to get the tv to work.

Very Pleasant stay! We were in town for a soccer tournament. The room was clean, the grounds were clean and landscape was beautiful. Breakfast was a Super plus. I would definitely stay here again when in the area!

Overall it was a pleasant experience staying at. The only issue I had was the bed wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. But the staff was very friendly, and I never really had time to eat breakfast, but it looked really good in the morning when I walked through there

Had to find and out of the traffic path. Well maintained, just hard to get to. A little overpriced per night but convenient to the hospital, and I-85.

The curtains over the air conditioner blocked the air, so the air went straight up under the curtains to the ceiling. The bathtub did not have a stopper. The refrigerator did not get very cold. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Great hotel!

2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and a consistently a great experience.

The staff were extremely nice and cheerful. Breakfast ends at 9. It would be nice if that was extended to 9:30.

Hotel Staff was nice but unfortunately the room was dated and although clean when arrived, several issues made our experience poor. Location is right next to the highway and the paper thin walls made it would like every truck on 85 was coming through the door. We could hear the entire conversation of the people next door. The bathroom had cracked tiles and gaps between the shower handle with mold obvious. The floor was tiled poorly with gaps and cracks around the toilet were quite disgusting. The bathroom door knob handle was loose and the GFI receptacles in the vanity area and the bathroom didn’t work. The bed was very hard. The outside was unkept and had trash through out the parking area. The hotel itself is on a side road that seems to be part of a service road with Semi trucks and trailer parked in the field across from the entrance. No restaurants within a mile from this hotel.

I was happily surprised that this Best Western room was updated to recent vintage furniture, mattress, etc., and it was clean and tidy. The pillows were quite nice and not the "flat" ones you still see everywhere. Lots of plugs for all my stuff. Old school "motel" room layout, which was just fine. The price was right and I'll stay there again next time I visit on business.

The last room, I had radiator leak water all over the floor, no eggs in the morning, I¿m talking about extended-stay. Great staff overworked. Dust all under the bed.

Loved the quiet location in a very busy, high traffic area. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Facility needs some updating and some structural repairs. Barhroom is very, very small. Room and the facility were very clean. Nice included breakfast.

No. I¿d originally thought that I¿d be aware of the hum of the interstate, but the room was very quiet.

It was clean and quiet and a great place to stay for the night. The breakfast was pretty good too!

I only stayed 1 night and hope to get reimbursed for the second night. This is such a hassle. I got insurance and what good is it??? They are doing updating but mostly construction type people staying there. Door directly to parking lot. Only a chain for a lock. Old. I was traveling alone. My friend could not make it. Felt very uncomfortable. Hope I get reimbursed for day I didn’t stay.

Great hotel and staff. Very accommodating. The lady that checked us in was very nice and polite.

Property Ok, staff responsive, location wired, off beaten path and traffic pattern strange. Also several vacant houses and slum like area very near.

Bottom of my socks were black from Walking across the carpet. The desk table was broken and taped to hold it together. The legs on the dresser had been chewed. The manager had to fix the toilet and the TV. The TV didn¿t work the next morning.

Absolutely loved this little gem. Thought I screwed up by booking after I saw it’s rating but couldn’t have been happier. Friendly staff awesome shower and a delicious breakfast. Could use more seating area in lobby but that’s my only complaint.

This is a hidden GEM of a hotel. The nicest staff and really GREAT breakfast. Lots of trees. Clean, quiet. I will always stay here when visiting Road America racetrack!

Was a basic clean room.

Stopped here as a wag point on a trip to AL. Staff was super nice, rooms were clean and even though the Motel was packed on Friday night, things were quiet.

I'm not so sure that it was made plain that this was a MOtel. The shower rod was loose, and was to low, and there wasn't enough parking. Also, the hotel is located on a one way frontage road by the intestate. In addition, it looks like the staff or some long term guests had set up a permanent party location outside on the 2nd floor walkway at the end of the building. Overall the room was alright and the outward appearance was nice.

Beds weren’t real comfortable. In addition, outlet in bathroom did not work and toilet ran.

Don’t stay here if you need to use your phone. There’s not any phone service. The WiFi and tv didn’t work. If you want to sit in silence in your room stay there.

The property was a little hard to find as it is not visible from the main road, but Google Maps got me there. The staff was super friendly and the included breakfast was good. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the wi-fi was included. The toilet area was small, as a 320-pound woman I felt a little crowded but it was usable.

Very difficult to find at night. Looks like it was last redecorated in 1970. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet bowl which I would think would embarrass any property owner. And all for the bargain price of $175.

The check- in guy name Jeff was nice and quick during our arrival. Older hotel but it's maintained up to standards. The breakfast area was clean. I enjoyed the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. So, it was some hot items, fruit, cereal, coffee, and bread items. It's right by the interstate but I didn't hear it in my room. Overall, good experience. I would return to stay because it's close to Athens.

The area was clean & quiet but there was bad to no internet connection & almost no cell phone reception. Had to step out of the room to even get 1-2 bar cell reception or to connect to internet. But once you step into the room, the cell phone & internet connection was lost. I was not able to do any work while in the hotel room. The bathroom was really small so the toilet was just about up against the wall & my arm kept hitting the toilet paper holder and I'm a very petite person so it was worse for my husband. The receptionist was nice though.

The air-conditioning was really noisy and put off a bad oder.

The only gripe I would have would be the water pressure for flushing the toilet, had to double flush all the time. &The curtains are too long, the ir from the ac gets caught in the curtains never really cooling the room. Had to tie the curtains back. Aside from this two things, the place was perfect. Great location, see potential in the area.

The only downsides: 1.) we initially had difficulty getting the room cool because the AC was blowing up into the window curtains, holding the cold air against the ac unit so it thought the room was cooler than it actually was. We were able to tuck the curtains up into the window sill and got the room to cool down. 2.) breakfast was perfect for us, but it was noticeably smaller than at other best westerns. 3.) getting in and out of the parking lot is very difficult because it’s on a very small dead end street that semi’s park on to sleep. 4.) the toilet/shower room is TINY. This cannot be emphasized enough. Just sitting down onto the toilet requires contorting oneself to avoid the wall mounted TP holder which then over hangs your leg once seated. Will be returning.

I had called earlier in the week to confirm an early check in as we were traveling out of state. I was told no problem that’s fine. We got there and we had no room they sold out of rooms! Then they found a room that we were told we couldn’t shower in but they’d switch

I was a little apprehensive about being next to a major interstate highway, but didn't encounter any noise unless I was outside, my room was on the ground floor. Also found the bathroom to be a little tight when trying to use the facilities.

The staff of Meaghan and Kinsey are wonderful. They are very welcoming and helpful. The room was Ok. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was extremely small. And the corners of the bathroom floor had accumulated dirt and debris. It was gross. We were very disappointed that there was a ‘Grab and Go’ breakfast. The hotel we stayed in the following night had a lovely hot buffet breakfast. I don’t think we will return!
