My visit was very good and breakfasts great. Very good experience.

The room was fairly clean, but was not cleaned or serviced the next day, even though no door tag on door advising otherwise. I had to go down to front desk that evening to get clean towels.

Staff Friendly and Professional Horrible Beds. TOO HIGH. This is a NIGHTMARE FOR SHORT PEOPLE. My 93 year old Mother needed a step stool, and STILL HAD PROBLEMS getting into the bed!

It was a fine experience for the price and just staying one night. Our TV didn’t work, which is survivable. Ice machine was out of order on our floor and there wasn’t one on the main floor either. The lighting/outlets around the bed are weirdly wired, where if you want to use the bed-side outlets you have to leave on a switch which keeps on a light. Also, the hair dryer was basically broken to be on high mode, and could only be operated by the plug end reset switch. Room and property were clean. Area seemed fine. Check-in staff was super friendly. Check-out was standard.

Breakfast is standard but good. Rooms are always clean and neat. Never an issue with room cleanliness. I like the coffee machine in the lobby which serves delicious coffee! Staff is always friendly. We stay here when we travel to Braselton. The water had an awful smell and there were small black particles in the sink from the water. Not for 100% sure but it was not there when we checked in and we did not use any products that would produce that type of matter. Tried to remove it from the sink to see what it was and it was hard to scrub off. The water in the sink and in the shower both smelled almost like sewage and chemicals.

Clean rooms, great staff. Good parking. Close to Road Atlanta and a Waffle House. Fairly quiet surroundings … small OG cemetery next door. Also near by some gas station/stores. Overall good place to stay on work trips.

Check in and out were clear and simple. Thought the room might be noisy being next to highway but not at all! Couldn’t hear any guests either. Bed was super comfortable as well and appreciated the larger bathroom. Overall great stay.

The only significant problem was that the bed was too high for my mobility-limited wife, but the helpful staff made sure we had a well-situated roll-in bed for her. A lower bed would have been good for my wife. Otherwise, though, we were very pleased with our stay, especially with how helpful the staff tried to be. Parking was very convenient! I almost wish that my trip would have allowed me to spend more time at the hotel.

I’m placing a formal complaint. I paid for in advance two queen beds. When I got there, they had one queen bed and one sofa sleeper. I did not consent of that and was not offered a different room based on the availability. We arrived sometime between 5 and 7 PM. I was told three different times the manager would call me to compensate me and I’ve yet to hear from the manager Elena. Therefore, I would like all my money back.

The customer service team was very helpful and nice and it was convenient to places to eat. It was a little noisy just some traffic that you could hear but not much.

The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable with soft and firm pilllows. It was quiet and the room was able to be pitched black we didn’t even realize it was daylight until we opened the curtains back up the next day. Staff was nice as well. I love that they have the shampoo and body was already stocked in the shower as well as hand soap at the sink with free WiFi and full breakfast.

Was clean, but some things were out of service due to repairs like one of the elevators and one of the side entrance doors. Our shower’s shaving ledge was also broken completely off and was hanging from the caulk when we arrived.

The desk lady was very helpful and kind!!!

The cleanness, the staff was great, and for us to be there for a soccer tournament with a bunch of kids that morning the staff was great at breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property, the staff were excellent on every shift. Must mention by name O’Neal Johnson with his 5 star welcome. The property itself was super clean and had everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. I came for a conference and looked forward to going back to my accommodation. Breakfast was seamless and the eating area was clean and fresh! I would highly recommend staying here.

Staff was very courteous, everything was very clean and orderly, excellent breakfast, and the price was right. The safe in the first room we checked in to wasn't working, so when I reported that, they were happy to move me to another room right away. The rooms were very quiet.

This facility is very clean and everyone was very helpful. Comfortable bed and the choice of firm and soft pillows. I loved the Dove toiletries. I will stay again!!

Construction hard to find entrance

We had to book a place short notice due to illness - the hotel is 5 years old but appears newer - really soft Marriott style beds and sheeted, king suite spacious, and front desk service great (eg towel requests and other). Good price. I’m a hotel snob and this fit the budget for the emergency and price, and safety (new area). Breakfast standard, fresh and well organized.

Staff was nice and the room accommodated my family of 6.

The shower control lever did not work very well.probably a faulty water mix control. The water was either very hot or cold and difficult to get to the right temperature.

The first two nights were great. The last two a herd of elephants stayed above us. It was quite loud. If you stay there ask for the fourth floor.

Once again I paid for one mobility that sleeps 4 with pull out bed. Despite calling to confirm, it was not available when I got there. This is the 3rd time. I'm due a refund!

Holiday Inn Express is the absolute GOAT when it comes to affordable hotels. Breakfast was top notch and the beds are reliably comfortable. Everything was clean, staff were helpful. The only possible complaint I have is that we accidentally were there during Indy 500 and so prices were about 3 or 4x what they normally are. But everything else was great.

We were satisfied with everything except the bed was a little high off of the floor. Really appreciated the flat to the floor walk-in shower as my husband is handicapped.

Good morning breakfast, helpful and kind staff, clean rooms - but they do have a slight cleaning product/chemical smell to the rooms and hallways. We were visiting family in Hoschton and it was a great stay. Easy access to highways. We are planning to stay here again the next time we visit.

This was a nice hotel! Our room refrigerator didn’t work when we got there but the resolved that situation quickly. The only thing was I wish they would’ve maybe got professionals out there to get that wasp nest that was on the back side of the building because they was really attracted to the pool and made me uncomfortable being there because I was constantly worried about those wasps stinging me that was all around us the entire time in the pool. I don’t know what it was about that water that kept them wanting to be all around it they was even trying to in the drain systems of the pool And and just flying right on top of the water. Also our room key deactivated on its on for whatever reason at one point and we had to go to the front desk for them to fix it.

It was unsafe: one of the heavy sliding glass doors for the shower came off and almost crushed my daughter while she was taking a shower It was dirty: they don’t like to change sheets. When I went to sleep I notice a large blood stain on the sheets from the previous customers and when I asked for them to change it I was told to come down and get the new sheets

Our week at this property was wonderful. Every stuff member was responsive, thoughtful, and kind. The only suggestion we would have is some more comfortable lounging chairs around the pool. Will definitely go back.

I stay in Hotels every week and this Holiday Inn Express was one of the best I have ever stayed at. Very clean, the staff was amazing from the even and morning counter to the person working the breakfast. Everyone seemed to love their job and take pride in this hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We had to change our room and they were efficient and courteous. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was extremely good with LOTS of variety.

Our accomodations were a accessible room for wheelchair. They were one of the best we have ever stayed, everything about this hotel was top notch from moment we entered.

It was close to Road Atlanta which was perfect for going to Formula Drift! It was nice and clean. Definitely will be staying there again!

New Construction in this area. No fault of the hotel. I have stayed here several time, and if anything was out of order the staff fixed it immediately.

The front desk clerks were so helpful and wonderful. This is truly the first time that I’ve had such a wonderful experience at a hotel in years. Can’t blame COVID as most want to it is just personalities. These ladies deserve a raise!!!

Clean and easy to find

If I had one complaint, the floors are thin. You could hear people walking above you which is strange for a commercial building. It felt more like a house flooring. It didn't bother me much but my husband was irritated by the noise. Definitely will stay here when visiting Braselton for our staycations.

The hotel representative at check in was amazing.

I had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was really good and overall the rooms were very clean and comfortable. One of my coworkers had an issue with some people being loud upstairs that was very late at night and they handled the problem very quickly.

Given dead keys 2x in the horrific check in process. Advertise cribs on their own site as well as this site but do not have any and apparently no intention of ever having any. Pool was closed. Management promised points enough for a free night to my IGH account for the trouble but did not do so.

I have to say that I have never had such a beautiful view of a graveyard that sits directly in front of the Hotel. It’s very convenient to Chateau Elan Winery but the attendant at the desk was determined not to allow any guests in rooms until after 3:00 PM.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was horrendous. Yellow jello is not eggs! My biggest complaint was the blaring music in the halls. I could definitely hear it in my room. They really need to turn it down
