The property is beautiful. The interior and exterior are well-maintained. The staff was friendly.

Beautiful location. Safe neighborhood. Great view of Chateaux Elan. Very clean, quiet room. Good selection of breakfast foods. Cheese omelet was a bit too spicy, but otherwise the breakfast selections were very good.

Great overnight stay for a wedding! We had a handicap room and it was massive! Breakfast was great and the property was super clean! We used digital check in so interaction with the staff was minimal but everyone was very nice!

Location is great as it is on the grounds of the Chateau. Outdoor pool is very nice and the hotel is very clean. The staff at the front desk could be a little more friendly and the bed could be a touch mor comfortable.

Overall everything was good. No major complaints at all. When we first arrived the tiered lamp didn't have any lightbulbs, but I called them and they came to get it corrected quickly. Everything else was fine. We would definitely stay again.

Pillows are thin, sheets are scratchy. Missed dinner reservations because the shuttle took over 30 minutes for drop off and pick up. The lobby was under construction and we weren’t notified of this before check in.

This property was everything! The location, the friendliness of the staff and amenities were all on point. The fire pit was nice on a cool night. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean and lacked nothing.

The Hampton Inn is kn the Chatteau Elan property. Chatteau Elan is a wine vineyard with a spa and 2 restaurants. The property is breathtaking. The Hampton Inn offers a complimentary breakfast, and several amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for a week or a weekend.

Rooms were not that clean..even when requested to be cleaned, it wasn’t. Furniture in the room seemed a little outdated and dingy.

When I booked the room thru Hotel.com I did not realize this Hampton Inn was on same property as a golf course and a winery. It was quite a place. My wife purchased a bottle of its wine when we departed the next morning.

There’s a strong smell when you walk in but I later realized that it is likely a way to cover up the pet smell as this is a pet friendly hotel. Overall low key and good for the location in comparison to the other hotels on the property. I’d stay here again.

An atypical Hampton Inn & Suites—structure, design, grounds, gift shop, hammock, pool, dining area and business center. Serene atmosphere and bright, cheery ambience! Lovely experience. Close proximity to the winery with complimentary shuttle.

The property is scenic and very well kept

There was a very strong odor of urine in our room. The night staff said there were no other rooms available (even though I checked and they were not sold out). We stomached thru and asked they have housekeeping to check, the my never came the next day…The 2nd evening was just as bad but we dealt with it since we were checking out first thing the next day.

The property is gorgeous just needs some updating in the rooms.

Beautiful vineyard views! Didnt feel like we were in Georgia....and certainly not so close to the interstate. Very clean property. Lived extra hooks and night light. Breakfast was only blemish. Not very good. Poorly maintained. Didn't keep stocked.

This is the only place I ever want to stay when I visit the Chateau. I've stayed in this hotel on several occasions and it's always fantastic. Al from the front desk went above and beyond to make a quick little getaway for my mom and my best friend enjoyable. She was able to put us on the third floor in side-by-side rooms. The hotel is always clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. It should be a five-star hotel!

We loved our stay here. This was a trip for myself and my 2 daughters n laws. The check in was quick and the manager even gave us bottled water. We loved how close to the winery this hotel was. And we enjoyed the hammocks behind the hotel that overlooked the vineyards. We watched the sun go down. The breakfast was good. There were a lot of choices. I gave a 4 for comfort bc my bed was too soft. But I was still able to sleep. My only drawback was the price. I'm not one to stay at a cheap hotel. But I thought $415 for one night was too much. I will recommend this place for convenience to the winery though.

It was clean, bed was good. Bedspread are weird wrap like things designed to be changed easier. I am a dr and have seen similar in long term care facilities. Kind of a turn off.

The property was beautiful on the outside but the rooms are lacking & dated. The couch, bed & carpet looked really worn. Front desk lady looked overwhelmed & not really friendly.

For this Hampton Inn to be linked to Chateau Elan, it is OUTDATED. This hotel is NOT worth the cost. The bedrooms need remodeling. The tvs are old. You can’t even access streaming services on the tv. The breakfast is cheap, bacon feels like wafer paper it’s so thin. They tell you that they have hot coffee 24/7, which is a lie. They were ALWAYS out of coffee and the hotel clerks would be sitting around and unwilling to brew coffee, except Jaiden, he was amazing.

The assistant manager was so sweet. The fact it’s on the same property as Chateu Elan and had a shuttle made it so easy for us to get to my work party and back safely. I will go back when I have more time to enjoy.

Beautiful place. Had the opportunity to take a morning walk around the premise and around the vineyard. Staff were wonderful, even let me check in super early. Breakfast was great as well.

This property was horrible room smell like urine and when I called the front desk and asked to be moved she came to my room with disinfected spray and told me that was all she could do for me since I booked through third party.. Room also has mold all over the walls and in the bathroom and spiders everywhere.. absolutely disgusting..

The room wasn’t ready when we got there. When we got the room? The bathroom still had the previous renters soap on the soap tray.

I love coming to Chateau Elan and not having to break the “bank” for my stay. This is my second trip and it did not disappoint. I love coming here and I will be back!

We always stay here when visiting the winery. The money we save staying here, we spend at the winery. We also bring our dog. Huge rooms, a lot of space to walk the dog, free parking, and on the winery property.

Bathroom needs a real door with a lock, not the sliding door with an inch gap all around. Good breakfast and nice people, however!

Hotel is convenient to the winery, however the hotel was outdated and lacked the appeal of the other hotels on the vineyard and/or spa. If you plan to spend most of your time at the winery or spa then this may be a good option.

Stayed here for a weekend wedding at Chateau Elan next door. It was clean, convenient to the venue, and quiet with a lot of parking and great for the price. Staff was friendly, but forgot to clean my room while I was there for the short stay.

The overall scenery and stay was just amazing and beautiful

My husband and I first time visiting and the views of the Chateau Elan Winery and their resort was beautiful! Our view from our room was directly towards it. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean. Free breakfast. We had access to the resort and enjoyed their lounge. Issues: We had a mini fridge which was nice and cold, but we did not have a microwave. We had to go to the lobby to heat up any food we had. The parking lot was full and our car and multiple guests were parked on the side or in the front of the lobby; really over crowded. It was holiday weekend so that could be the reason for no spaces; keep this in mind if going during holidays. However, parking lot should be bigger. Observed people often smoking a lot right in front of the entrance. Should be a designated area for smoking, to show respect for guests arrival and departure. Despite those things we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Easy check in. The front desk was helpful with a late evening arrival.Breakfast was served hot and with nice options. Location to the winery and spa was perfect. The only disheartening experience was room service never came during our stay. When asked for more towels and trash removal we were told we would have to take care of that ourselves. We found housekeeping and traded out towels, tissues and trash.

It was nice. Loved it! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect if you’re visiting Chateau Elan! This hotel is on the same property. They have a shuttle that drives until midnight; but we didn’t use it. You’re basically in the same parking lot so you can easily drive. We did several activities at Chateau Elan, and appreciated a clean, more cost efficient place to sleep! Highly recommend!
