I have booked here several times and have not been disappointed. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel was dirty. Windows had a very heavy smoke film on them. The hallways smelled very strongly of Fabuloso, and I mean heavily! No elevators to the second floors of the building. Stairs were filthy. Will not be going back.

Absolutely nothing, I seen a bug go into our room went to the front receptionist area to inform them and they did absolutely nothing about it. Stated I could buy my own bug spray to spray, stated that they would get the manager to call me have yet to hear anything from anyone, told me the head supervisor for house keeping would go into the room to inspect as well and they did not tried to tell me they did and we were in our room all day no one came. We arrived around 12:30 pm from Indiana..didn’t have any trouble checking in at all. The room was very clean. An hour into my sleep there was disturbance next door to my room and it sounded like it was in my room. I had trouble falling back to sleep and had an early rise. Otherwise everything was fine.

Location wax good. The breakfast was excellent, but with very limited seating. Handicap room we booked was weird. Had to go through the bathroom to get to a closet. Only one night stand. No plugs on one side for phone, etc. we changed rooms immediately for a smaller room, but still only one chair.

I’ve never stayed at a best Western b4 the room itself was okay I was a little surprised that when I walked into the building the condition of the carpet for the amount of money being charged—the carpet was old stained and dirty. That was the first thing I saw when I stepped into the building and I didn’t like what I saw I was disappointed but the room itself was nice, clean and when the air stopped working properly they instantly came and fixed it…

We stayed here last year and were so happy with it that we booked it again for our trip this year. Your room is nice and clean, the staff are really friendly and very helpful and you get an excellent buffet style breakfast with great choice. Excellent value.

Rooms are nice and clean. However, the temperature readout on the air conditioner mounted near the ceiling is so bright , it's like a night light. Also, about ever 50 minutes or so, there was a loud bang like a hammer hitting something that would jolt me awake

The gentleman working breakfast smiled. Front desk staff is terribly rude and really need customer service training. The scent they pipe into the lobby and halls assaults you when you walk in. The shower is large, however, only one door worked and the other did not close all the way.

The room was spacious, liked having the table we could all sit at, and the location is great. Not a lot of rooms in each building so it was quiet. The kids enjoyed the breakfast, lots of options. It was a little weird not having a sink in the kitchen area, but we made it work. The only think we really didn't like was the shower. The rainfall shower head is in the center of the shower with only a half door and no curtain. It was impossible not to get water all over the floor.

The buildings are unique and set apart from one another. We stayed upstairs (2nd floor) and there was no elevator in our building.

The king size bed was horrible. It must be old. It was lumpy and had permanent indents you rolled into and had to sleep in them. I only slept about 4 hours a night for the 5 nights I was there. The shower was great. Whatever they use to clean the hotel with had an awful smell. It was not a clean smell. It was more like a cover-up smell.

The room was spacious and clean, the hotel staff was welcoming; wanted to note that the lock on the side door was broken. Would stay again!

We stayed in room 407, building 4. Upon entrance into the building, it was apparent that there was a moisture problem. It had a mildew smell. But when we entered the room, there was no smell, and it was absolutely perfectly clean. I found out later that a water pipe had burst in the room across the hall and they were cleaning it up. The building and room were old. The layout of the room was weird. The bathroom was like an alley with the toilet being the first thing on the left, then the shower on the left, then the sink on the left, and a closet at the end of the alley. The refrigerator did not have a freezer, but that’s OK. However, the door wouldn’t close because it was too close to the wall. You had to force it to close it. There was a buildup of frost inside the refrigerator that was melting. I informed the front desk of everything that I just wrote would I stay at that best western again probably not.

Location - close to TriStar Southern Hills Hospital, quiet location, easy to get to. Room was clean, good pressured walk-in shower. Breakfast had a variety of foods to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was served in main building so we didn't bother. The driveway was very steep, also. It was a good deal moneywise, but I wouldn't stay there again.

The mattress was very uncomfortable due to sunken issues where hard places made sleep difificult. Everything else was excellent!

The hallway smelled like sewage, my clean towels were soaking wet, the whole hotel is falling apart. The locked side door just has to be tugged and it opens. The showers were dirty. I had to go to the front desk half the mornings to get linens that they didn’t put back into our room. We have been staying here for 5 years now and am very disappointed with our stay this year.

The staff was incredibly rude unhelpful and did not help me with anything that I needed to to get my refund. I’m very unpleased. They canceled my reservation and they did not allow me to have another option to lay my head so I had to sleep in my car.

A good deal for the price. Clean and nice staff and the bed was comfortable. breakfast was a decent hot breakfast. I didn't realize there was no elevator but I managed my suitcase up the stairs. The walls are thin, so earplugs are suggested. I would stay again due to price and cleanliness.

Excellent facility! I stayed there 25+ years ago when it was the Steeple Chase Inn and one of the premier properties in Brentwood when Williamson County was beginning to explode in growth. This facility still is as nice today as it was then. Outstanding value!!

Check in was awful. The staff did not ask for the names of my guests but I gave him my name and confirmation number to check in for all the rooms I booked and paid for and he said they didn’t have them. After lots of round and round and almost booking new rooms to account my group, we realized he did actually have them but they were under the individual names which I provided upon reserving. If I had known that all panic could have been avoided. Even the confirmation number didn’t pull the full reservation. The rooms were also not exactly as described, they were damp and stuffy and older and more dated than expected. The main building does not have an elevator which was fine for most of my group but difficult for some.

The staff was not friendly and the room had ceiling tiles ready to fall. No elevator for people with disabilities and no help offered from staff.

Room was spotless and the clerk at check in was absolutely fantastic!

Room was nice but a couple of quirks.. the shower is one of those that doesn't have a door on one side because it's fancy. But it just ends up getting water all over the floor no matter how careful you are. The AC was nice once it started up but when we first walked in it was set to 80. Lastly the walls are pretty thin. We had a neighbor blasting music till 1am which was tough with our two kids.

1. The Galway’s & room had very strong smelling air fresheners that gave us headaches and it was overly strong. 2. The tvs never worked over a 3 night stay. We were out of our room most of the time but two tvs had zero channels. 3. No extra toiletries, no extra bedding for the sofa bed u til we asked and then they didn’t give us a mattress cover. The sofa bed was worse than a hospital house bed. Super hard. Really bad. 4. The mini fridge didn’t keep our drinks cold. 5. The breakfast food was so so. But our first morning the kids poured milk for cereal and the milk was completely CURDLED AMD ROTTEN!!!! So gross. After that we didn’t really look forward to breakfast. 6. Honestly would not recommend.

Smoking area was outside the entrance we were told to use to access our room. We later found out we could access our room by going through the lobby and following a circuitous route from there. We went out for dinner and when we returned, there were three men outside the entrance doorway smoking pot. Not all of the breakfast items were palatable.

No elevator if you’re on a higher floor which I found really weird. But for us, no biggie. We had a one night stay and wanted to be just outside of Nashville. Great breakfast, safe, clean.

The next day we didn't received room service despite requesting it, and when we asked for clean towels and the bins emptying around 5pm the gentleman on reception (Vishal) was very rude and unhelpful. After emptying the bins and changing the towels ourselves and returning them to reception, he decided he didn't want them in reception and threw them at me, then chased me across the car park trying to give them back to me. He only stopped when I suggested filming his actions... I was told I could complain to the manager the next morning but the manager was nowhere to be seen. I did speak to the lady on reception in the morning and asked the manager to get in touch but we never heard from anyone during the next 2 days of our stay. The room itself would have been fine if it was cleaned and there was plenty of parking, but there's not really much to recommend this hotel in our experience. There's also no elevator so bear this in mind if you struggle to carry luggage etc. up stairs to the second floor.

This hotel was newly renovated and everything was clean. The rooms are good sized and comfortably fits 4 adults and one child. Hot breakfast is available with lots of options. My only problem was there were no elevators. It is more or less 15 steps to the second floor. It is not bad if you have no mobility problems. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Everthing was great. Only issues i had was the soap dispenser were empty in the shower.

I was there for 4 days. Breakfast was to be included, but if I didn’t get there early, the eggs were gone and the pastry options slim. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave but no dishes. The room was clean, but was in disrepair. The floor was collapsed in some areas and the baseboard dropped to the floor if barely touched. The refrigerator didn’t want to open and tipped forward when I pulled on the door. The shower door wouldn’t close all the way because the dispenser for the soap, shampoo and conditioner wasn’t installed far enough inside. Last but not least, I had to leave a day early (paid 5 days in advance through Expedia) and they refused to give me even a partial refund for the night I didn’t stay there.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. Location was perfect. It is in walking distance to Target and a very quite part of town. It was a great place to stay for a night to break up our long road trip.

I was not fond of the bathroom..no bathtub and only half a shower door which meant water goes everywhere and the water took forever to get hot. Having a sink outside the bathroom wasn’t the greatest either, no real hot water from a tricking tap

We really enjoyed the layout of our suite and the nice fireplace in the living area. However we saw two roaches during our 6 night stay and the shower only had a door that covered half the shower space causing the bathroom to flood with water with every shower. We left a night early and would not stay again, however staff was very welcoming and the continental breakfast was good.

Overall experience was great!! There were a lot of holes in the ceilings where light fixtures should’ve been. If they were renovating or needing to replace them then they should’ve blocked the room off from being rented. The main entry doors into the buildings doesn’t look. That was a security scare for me as anyone could’ve wandered the hallways. The covers had stains , I guess that’s to be expected when reusing all white linen. Overall, it was quiet, and smelt really good throughout the halls . Staff were friendly and professional. Some staff were seen loitering outside the main door either before or after their shifts and a guest was smoking weed in the parking lot not sure if the parking lot was a designated smoke area or not but I didn’t like that

This is the cutest Best Western I’ve ever stayed at! Instead of one giant building with multiple floors, it’s split into a few 2 story buildings and it’s nestled right next to a mountain. Plus a Target and strip mall are a 4 minute walk away. So cute!

This is my fourth time at this property. It is always clean, quiet and the staff are extremely nice. It is also conveniently located across from a small strip mall and close to a few restaurants.

The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and I dare say, entertaining. The room is quiet, pleasant and comfortable. I love that there are 4 pillows on the bed. .

Needed a quick one night stay for a road trip (less than a 10 hour stay). This worked for that but would not select for a longer stay. Seemed decently clean but could use some upkeep, other improvements.

Our first room had a toilet that was over flowing. They changed our room. In the second room, I had to have the desk person come up and fix the TV 3 times. It kept losing the signal. It was clean and nice but I would not stay here again.

Not as it would seem or appear via the pictures available. The worst letdown was the “gym.” Which was a separate building from where I was staying and it did not “open” until 7am. I need to do my workouts in the morning because I’m in the construction field and my morning start very early so not being able to access a workout facility until 7 AM is ridiculous. Not to mention it’s basically a small size hotel room that was converted to a “gym.” Also, can’t get breakfast till 6am seemed odd

Stayed in a suite. Large, but lacking furniture. Living room was spacious, but only a sofe/trundle bed. No chair(s), place to set drink, when there was room for at least two chairs and coffee table. Had full kitchen, but little dorm fridge and no dishes, etc. Lots of room in bathroom, but np place to hang towel. Walls had highend treatment on them which didn't fit. It was confusing to try and figure what someone was trying to do to the unit.

The room was very clean. We had a un number of electrical plugs and we had two microwaves, but overall the steak was good. Wish breakfast would’ve lasted longer than 9 AM.

Slight con: No elevator up to second flight. Thin walls and towels could up graded. Overall would come back for a one night stay.

The stay was good. The front desk was awesome. However the bathroom was not functional. It only had a show, and that is fine but the door that opens was on the side of the shower head. So you either didnt turn the water on before you get in (and who does NOT do this.) Or you waled under the water. The towel rack was too far from the sower and there were no shelves to put your shower needs. They did have shampoo and body was but who uses the hotel product these days. So it was just not functional. It was clean. But not functional.

Very good value. The room was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly.

Quiet room and comfortable beds. Clean overall. We were provided with all that we needed. Very accommodating hosts. Nice warm breakfast was a plus!

Room setup is good for multiple night stay. Did not try the coach bed mattress, but two room setup with bedroom door could make this a nice place for an additional couple overnight.

Everything was great, starting with the checkin. The room was clean and everything worked. No complaints. There was no bar in the closet for hanging clothes, but since i didnt need it, it didnt matter

I loved that there were several small buildings with a number of rooms in each. It felt more "homey" than a standard hotel room. The room was amazingly large with a living room and kitchenette and then a separate bedroom. It also had a full breakfast. I would stay here again!

It is what you’d expect for the money. The room was clean and parking was easy. The walls were thin so you could hear everything going on around you. The breakfast is what you’d expect for a hotel breakfast. It’s about 10 minutes away from Nashville so it beats paying $300 to stay in town
