Terrific stay! Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, very solid breakfast (as Hampton is known for). I've been to Chicago dozens of times but never stayed in this area, what a fun neighborhood to explore -- the food in Little Palestine was amazing, in particular check out Al Manakeesh around 10 blocks south -- and good central location with easy interstate access into the loop while still offering free parking and more reasonable rates.

Cleanliness, very good bed, quiet We were moved here from another Hampton which added stress, especially since we had been traveling from Spain that day and the drive from O’Hare was much longer than we expected.

Nice place to stay

Love the location and most of the front desk people were kind. I didn’t like how Marlan treated me as a guest when I first arrived. I asked for an extra key and she told me no which was fine but it was with complete attitude and was very unprofessional. Besides that, it was great.

The room was very clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable. Our room was quiet and we didn’t hear noise from outside or in the hallway. We were staying due to a soccer game at the stadium so it was extremely convenient. Would stay here again!

Room clean. Kids loved the bunk beds and pool. Good breakfast. Staff friendly. Only complaint for me was mattress too hard, but I have that problem with all hotels due to chronic muscle issues.

Great service, rooms near and clean. Hotel staff and manager offered great customer service. I would definitely recommend the hotel for single travelers or families.

The staff was friendly. Clean entrance and overall appearance. Coffee and tea 24/7. It was quiet even though there were a lot of teenagers there the weekend we stayed. I'd recommend this location. The pool water could have been checked and mopped more regularly with frequency of use along with stocking of towels. Pool is a little small for my liking.

The staff was friendly and the room was nice, clean and spacious. The problem was that our room was located on the first floor, right next to the exit door. It was extremely difficult to sleep with people entering/exiting all night long and slamming the exit door. We could hear everything through the paper-thin door.

Hotel was exceptionally clean and modern. The 8 point rating is spot on. Great beds, bathrooms and showers. Also very quiet and staff was grest.

This was a great stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They gave us the connecting rooms that I forgot to book. We left behind a few items and they saved them when we called the next day. The only negative thing was the water is super cold in the swimming pool

Hotel is very new and clean.The room was perfect.The breakfast selection was limited and a bit concerning - the yogurt was warm. I don't think it would cost very much to put a mini fridge in to keep things like yogurt cold.

There was no shampoo in our room(empty).

The only negative comment is the cleaning should begin maybe 15 minutes Pryor to checkout time. The vacuum was really disruptive at 9:30am when checkout was at 12pm

Hallways and bedroom carpet was not clean. They were filthy.

We had a room with a door that connected to the room beside us. The kids in the room next door kept bouncing a ball or something on the door and pounding on it all night. Plus there were multiple adults talking loudly. At 1 am we called the front desk and they sent someone to tell them to quiet down. They didn’t. We called the desk two more times but no one answered. At 3 am it finally stopped. Not necessarily the hotels fault for the guests behavior, but it would have been nice if we could have gotten ahold of a staff member again that could have quieted them down.

The power went out while my sister was doing a breathing treatment and I had to take the stairs from the 3rd floor with an elderly couple which was very frightening. I was so afraid they would fall.

From arriving to departing..top notch. The front desk was wonderful. The rooms were clean and updated. The breakfast was Soo good. The gym was great. The pool is small but the kids enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. Will definitely return. Only issue, it appears only 1 elevator was working so it was a bit of a wait. The staircases are all the way down the hall. Otherwise perfect.

Great hospitality and near restaurants. Pool is nice and property is well maintained. My granddaughter said it’s 10/10 and the best sleep she’s had. (She’s 7 lol)

The staff was amazing and helpful, the hotel not so much. Our bathroom had a weird smell and you couldn’t run the bath water without it pouring out of the shower head, made it hard to bath the kids. I dont think it was super clean, some sticky spots on the carpet and mold spots on the caulk in the tub.

I was lied to about being on the top floor and I was even given the room number over the phone for the top floor. But when I got there I was assigned to be 3rdfloor. Stains were in the chair in my room. There was stains on the bottom mattress of the bed. Trash in the bathroom. Was suppose to be some type of a breakfast when I go down at 9am no more fruit or nothing.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff and customer service was excellent. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast. Fresh at 6:00 am. is not fresh at 9-10:00 am.

Property is even closer to Seat Geeks stadium than shown. It was very easy to find and worked great for our rugby tournament and then going to a rugby game after. Hotel room was very clean and hotel staff were very helpful would stay again. Used the online app and it worked great for everything.

Good price for staying outside of Chicago. Theres a stadium next to the property and the music was loud at times. The security for the stadium made it a little cumbersome to get to our hotel. We still had a nice stay

I had 4 rooms for my family Didn't like the sliding bathroom door(its the same as the closet!if you're there with someone they have to make sure to inform others in the room if they'll open the door No enough storage The rooms not soundproof,which is a factor if you need to relax or sleep without hearing your neighbor's music or snoring! Time of breakfast is convenient And they had eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruits

Tried to use the pool twice, but did not stay because of very unruly and rude children. Apparently a family reunion or something. No parent supervision. Complained, but did not get better. Emptied and locked doors to pool for a short period. Very disappointing. There was two bath towels and one hand towel in our room (for two people). Shouldn’t have to ask for towels when you just arrive. Breakfast was such a disappointment on both days. Arrived about 9:40 with most food gone. Asked for more bacon, etc. and was told “We close at 10:00, so we’re not putting anymore out.” If breakfast is advertised from 6:00-10:00, you should be able to expect to get some food usurping those hours. Overall experience was so disappointing. We travel a lot, and expect more from a Hampton facility. We won’t be using Hampton anymore and will tell friends and associates not to.

My kids didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool because the Pool was terrible unkept. Housekeeping didn’t come to change sheets and give fresh towels at for our 2 night stay.

This location is convenient to Midway Airport and Interstate 55. Can get where you need to go easily.

It was ok… suited its purpose. Nothing too much to complain about. Average 2.5/ 3 star hotel. I only stayed here because my son had a 7v7 game right next door. Otherwise I would’ve stayed at a much nicer hotel. Marriott/Westin, somewhere else. It was updated so that’s a plus. No high end finishes… not really my cup of tea.

There was a slight billing issue but resolved no problem by management.

Elevators to 4th floor didn’t work off and on during our stay so that was a little frustrating because there was no sign stating when it was in or out of service.

The front desk help was great. Very kind, friendly and attentive to our requests. The only issue was some loud, obnoxious guests who made noise after 10pm. Other than that the stay was fine.

The majority of the staff were excellent but there one that was rude to my wife my wife ask for some towel because we ran out and when she asked the young lady(Mexican) at the desk she was rude and asked what did we do with the towels in the room and why do we need more towel

I got to the hotel 5 minutes after 3AM and they refused to honer my reservation even if it was paid for. They said NOW SHOW. I ended up by renting another room and they refuuse to refund me the money for the first reservation. I have been a valuable customer for this place, but I guess this will be the last time.

All was great except for the breakfast operation. And the only problem there was the lack of cups and plasticware. The front desk personnel were great, and the breakfast lady responded (after a bit) after I told her.

My family and I stayed here for my graduation ceremony. We enjoyed everything from the breakfast to the pool(could have used a heater) but enjoyable.
