Everything would have been 5 stars except for the breakfast attendant on Monday & Tuesday. She was complaining about guests, standing around talking to other employees, and generally unhelpful when asked about coffee. Their little machine wasn’t working quite right but on Monday they had carafes full of coffee and Tuesday they did not. When asked she just said it was broken and that she was “so busy” since she was alone that day. We literally saw her do nothing related to breakfast service and just talk to coworkers and leave the area entirely. Check in was great, beds were comfortable, no other complaints at all.

Very clean. Curious staff. But, they need to replace all their card readers. We couldn’t get in our room after check, went to the front desk, the girl had to go through 6 cards until she could get 2 to program, and we still couldn’t in our room. Then figured you had to wiggle the card up and down while sliding it in to get it to work. Told the girl at the front desk, and she said “oh yeah, there’s a trick to them “. Well, why wouldn’t you tell us the trick! Witnessed several people struggling to get in their rooms and we helped them by telling them the trick. Couldn’t get in from the patio without trying our cards for 3 minutes then one finally worked. The card readers need an upgrade.

Kissed out on the breakfast, most days as it opened at 6 and I had to leave for work by 5 am. That was disappointing.

Great hotel! Only issue was 2 towels in a room for 6 but front desk was great about getting us more!

Person who checked me in got me a room, looking at brick walls. I asked but no, nothing avail. That was at 4 in the afternoon. Only 12 cars in the lot. Next morning a lady named Charmaine asked how are stay was and I mentioned I had asked for a room with a view and was there anything avail? She looked, oh sure and she found one right across the hall. Imagine that! I came feom a thousand miles in Tenneessee to see the mountains and I got a Brick Wall, for no reason.

They did not clean the room once my whole stay

The room was clean, but had a terrible stale cigarette smell. The rest of our stay was fine

The breakfast was great. Hotel employee with the breakfast and the front desk were absolutely top notch.

That is paid 358 through bookings.com then almost another 400 for the rooms I got to use since it wasn't bookings.com rooms. Very very angry over this situation. Not satisfied at all when I brought it up to Comfort Inn they said I'm sorry maybe booking.com will make it right and still they didn't.

Every thing was first rate. I stayed 2 nights while visiting my son and his family 1 mile away. I truly enjoyed the friendly staff and a special thanks for everyone who works at Comfort Suites.

Great place to stay on our way home after a Broncos game. Lots of restaurants and shopping options nearby. Easy access to interstate. Very clean.

The only drawback is that the door to the bathroom is translucent. It is a cool looking door with frosted glass; but, when you turn on the bathroom light at night it floods the whole room with light, even when the door is closed.

Constantly playing Fox News on every TV at full volume, everytime we entered the lobby or had breakfast it was constant. They should really change it to something everyone will enjoy.

Great place to stay for a weekend away. Refrigerator didn't have a freezer. But we managed with their ice machine to keep things from thawing. Very kid friendly. We were given a play pen but was a good size crib for our son. Very good area with plenty of stores and restaurants.

We love the room and location. The pool was freezing cold and not heated. Normally during the summer it would be fine, but this is not an outdoor pool. Will not stay here due to this

Tammy was great at the front desk with multiple things, accidentally deactivating cards with magnets (phone and Bagnet) also we had checked in super late the night before and was unable to get the microwave cleaned as we opened it and it was missed in cleaning prior. She was able to get someone to come and clean it so it could be used. Granted we don't normally use microwaves but my teen needed it for a few food items.

Breakfast was amazing! When I tell you the food was 🔥 FIRE I MEAN IT!!! I have never been to a hotel when they made breakfast Chorizo Burritos and green chili for us!!! :) Where from Pueblo so we know Green chili and this was so good!!! ☺️ I will definitely be coming up here again that's for sure!!! The rooms where very clean and cozy as well!!! ☺️

The property was excellent, very nice and extremely clean. We left a couple of ice block that match our cooler, (not the disposable kind) in the room (225) and didn’t get full cooperation with this issue, so that was somewhat disappointing. Everything was great!

The front desk agent (younger female) was incredibly rude. Even my coworkers couldnt believe she speaks to guests like she does and her manager in the back office did nothing about it. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

I have stayed here before with no issues. However this time The stay started with inconvenience with card readers out of order on the side I park on. Had to walk out of my way every time I went in or out. I was robbed of my comfort with a broken hot tube. And finally fist night with in 2 hours of sleep the fitted sheet on my bed started to come off so I had to make my own bed.

Tammy at the front desk was extremely helpful when I had to extend my stay and then cancel the extension a few hours later. She was patient and understanding!

Very nice stay. My husband enjoyed the hot tub and especially enjoyed the chorizo and green chile burritos for breakfast.

We were here for my daughter's cheer competition at the Gaylord Rockies. Comfort Inn and Suites was just a short drive away with much better pricing! The hotel was so clean, the breakfast each morning was delicious, the pool was also clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Wasn’t able to get into my room until several hours after check in time. Sheets were baggy and wouldn’t stay on the bed.

With the exception of the very cold indoor pool, it a great place to stay. Lots of shopping and places to eat close by

Cons: asked for room with balcony but put in room next to one with balcony, hot foods at breakfast were all gone more than hour still left of time, and when I used a towel at the pool the front staff came in one minute after very annoyed that I used a towel and replaced it (that was just weird)

Again I can not express enough how underrated this hotel is. From the staff to the property itself is just friendly welcoming and is comfortable to stay at. The staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel like they are taken care of. Breakfast is always full of options, and staff is there to keep up on stocking, cleaning, and friendly conversations. Just all around great environment. The pool and hot tub are so clean and maintained nicely.

This property has always been a favorite for us. Nice and friendly staff, always checking in to make sure we have what we need or are looking for. The rooms are always clean and don’t smell like they need cleaning. Pool ad hottub are always clear and clean throughout the space. Breakfast is filling with options from yogurt to waffle. We have stayed here numerous times and have never been disappointed or left in the cold. Warm greetings to warm rooms (in the fall & winter).

Just checked in. Front desk was empty but there was a sign saying to call a number for assistance. They immediately answered the phone and came quickly to help with check in. Very nice and friendly at front desk. Unfortunately we were greeted by a cockroach as soon as we opened the bathroom door. Where there is one there are likely many more. Yay!!! The room smelled like it has definitely been smoked in and moldy but since it is nearly 11pm we will just deal with it and check out in the morning. Not sure how this place gets such high ratings.

My only complaint is the exterior door entry card readers are a magnetic strip type, not a TAP type. these exterior doors were almost IMPOSSIBLE to get them to read the card. Several other patrons had the same issue. My suggestion is to upgrade their system so that the exterior doors go TAP or change everything to TAP. I had no issues with my interior room door, so hopefully they make a dual function card.

Staff was excellent everyone was friendly and helpful. Location was right by a freeway but not loud at all. Has shopping nearby (target so super convenient) and some restaurants. About 20-30 min to downtown. Hot tub was hot. Breakfast was good. Recommend.

This was our 2nd time staying here, both times were good with no problems at all. The only problem this time was with the parking lot not being cleared of snow in a timely manner.

No sheets for sofa and the mattress was stained, the room also smelled.

Stuck in Denver on a layover due to weather, Tammy was super helpful at checkin. The shopping plaza was nice to have so close since we were without luggage, toiletries etc. Would have been very walkable to shops and restaurants if it wasn't negative 8 degrees

I would have rated higher, but the breakfast on Sunday morning, approximately 7:00 AM, was almost nonexistent.
