Convenient to highway

Very clean Noisy doors

Was on 3rd floor Very loud room above until late and early in the morning. Loud jumping. Pounding Had important cross country trip had to stop hour later due to zero sleep. Asked staff for help None. I will never go to a Holiday inn again paper thin walls and ceilings very poor construction Paid almost $200 for room and zero sleep. Lesson learned. Lots of kids above me no supervision. Worst stay ever had in 30 years of traveling. I usually do no leave reviews. Terrible

Very clean and well kept. It had snowed and the grounds were almost completely clear. There was some wallpaper peeling in the bathroom of room 203.

Check in was super easy. The place was nice and clean. We spent some time in the hot tub and pool and they were great as well.

The best breakfast was very good. There were many choices which were presented attractively. There was traffic noise from the highway, but it did diminish layer on the evening. The HVAC unit was noisier than we would have liked.

Was expecting a bath tub in my nice king suite but there wasn’t one so had to downgrade room at same cost to get a bathtub in the bathroom….didnt know that was an amenity I needed to ask for.

A very nice hotel with shopping stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean and staff are pleasant and helpful. It’s within 20 minutes to Denver airport.

Holiday inn usually nevers disappoints, i enjoy the hot tub and pool, service was good, the breakfast was fine they were missing bacon or sausage to go with the eggs, i would stay again

The room was spacious and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the room had AC to keep it nice and cold. Perfect sleeping conditions. Bathroom is private. Room comes with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. All in all, I would stay here again when the heated pool is back up.

Great location for traveling into Denver but staying in a quiet and safe area. Rooms were clean and really nice. Front desk workers were kind and helpful. Really efficient check in process. Would recommend to anyone.

Loved the blackout curtains in our room. Loved the walk in shower. Hot tub had great jets in it and loved that it was clean. The door to get out of the pool area was difficult and tricky (only downfall and it can be fixed). Breakfast was great variety and food quality was good. Staffing was very polite and professional. Overall, we will be back and will recommend to our friends!

I was just in need for a quick overnight stay- no frills. This hotel was convenient and well maintained. I didnt have time to partake in free breakfast but it looked great.

The staff was very accommodating. We had a large group (30 people) traveling from out of state for a funeral. The front desk staff graciously offered a private conference room for us to gather that evening and offered us paper products from the breakfast area since we had ordered food for the group. Thanks for making us feel welcome and creating a space for us to gather privately. The hospitality was greatly appreciated.

I love this place. It.waa clean, the elevators always smell great, it was clean and the room was big and with everything we needed. The bathroom was very spacious. The employees were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and I love those to go bags. I really liked this place. The pool and hot tub were ok. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely awesome. The staff is cheerful, helpful, accommodating and always willing to help in any way. The property is clean and quiet. The breakfast is delicious. I cannot find one single thing that was disappointing. Looking forward to staying here again!

This is our first time staying here and we will definitely be back. The staff is friendly the property is very clean and the bed is unbelievably comfortable along with the pillows. There are a few places around for my wife to shop and several restaurants very close as well. Definitely recommend staying here

Spacious, very clean, very soft sheets, pillows, too soft. The only issue was the sink has a leak at the faucet. The faucet is also to close to let water come out into the sink.

Didn't like the lack of quality whole grain bread or bagels with breakfast. For a nicer hotel in a big metro area I expected it. I did appreciate turkey sausage and egg white omlet.

Very disappointed with this property, whole reason for booking this hotel was it advertised having a pool and hot tub and upon arrival discovered the hot tub and pool heater was broken and was ice cold. It never got fixed during my stay and all the front desk did was apologize and said she called the manager about it.

Staff was very friendly! Breakfast was awesome and the room was clean. Our issue was noise. Amen the doors shut, they SLAMMED. We heard every door in the hallways close. Plus i think we were next to the laundry room for the hotel.

After travelling on the road for 10 hours we need a place to to rest for the night and get a good sleep... we found that place at your Holiday-Inn Express. the room we were given was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The nattress was brand new and perfectly met our needs for a good night's sleep. Thanks for your GREAT hospitality.

We stayed one night, kid free, and it was a great experience. Very clean hotel, the pool and spa were wonderful, and the free breakfast was on point. My favorite part tough was that very comfortable bed and pillows and the black out curtains that actually work. Best nights sleep in a hotel I've ever had!

We had an early flight to catch but had business to conduct before leaving close to the hotel. This hotel is very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. It is a very good location and it only took 15 minutes to get to the airport in the morning.

We had a wonderful week long stay here. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The ladies that did the breakfast set up were great. They were on top of keeping everything cleaned and stocked.

Very pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the property!

My only complaint was that the fire alarm was triggered in the very early morning which put me in a panic and made us sit in our care for about an hour. no one apologized or offered any thing for our trouble

Property is close to the freeway, shopping and a lot of food options.

Breakfast included was good and nice variety. However, there 4 days and could not get even a “light housekeeping” service done on our room. Asked every single day at the front desk was told it would be addressed with housekeeping and was put in their communication book. Never done. No coffee in room, no towels if I didn’t go get them, trash overflowing and never emptied, dirty towels never taken away. Nothing.

The person that checked us in seemed like he had spent too many hours on the job. Just my into the program. We were short a couple towels but they gladly gave them to us and a razor. Other than that I would stay again.

Room and hotel was spotless! Staff provided us a crib for my infant son, and the cleaning ladies were beyond gracious with resupplying necessities. Continental breakfast was surprisingly really good and they were quick to bring out more food once it was gone. The pool and pool area was also very clean. Overall, very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend to anyone.

the place looks new and it was quiet, after driving for twelve hours the hotel allowed me to rest ,well the breakfast was delicious better than many other hotels

Upon check out I was charged for an 2nd room for 1 night. I stayed for two nights in one room #318. I was told I still had to pay for room #204 even though I was never given a key to the room. This second room was never mentioned upon my arrival check in. I was told by the employee at the front desk that there was nothing they could do about it. I would not recommend this property for this reason.

Daughter's flight was cancelled so made a last minute reservation here. She didn't have luggage so they gave her a toothbrush/paste. She said very clean and best of all, the room was warm on arrival (it was -10 that night and her winter coat was in her suitcase that she could not retrieve). Staff was friendly and helpful. Great overall experience.
