On the other hand, I think that when you claim a refrigerator and microwave, the refrigerator should be big enough to hold food with the door closed and the microwave should rotate without sticking and stopping. Potential customers should be told at the time of booking that Rooms booked through online outside sites will mean needing to pay for the breakfast that’s advertised.

The building is too close to the interstate, you could hear the vehicles all night.

First night ac was not working, had to switch rooms and we did not like bed was not facing forward tv , my neck hurts watching TV sideways and hotel was to much money. Will not recommend this place to anyone. We will be booking another hotel in same area in October for 4days and night

LOCATION WAS GOOD. LOCATED NEXT TO THE HIGHWAY. BOWLING ALLEY NEAR BY. GAS STATION AND A WAFFLE HOUSE. GREAT LOCATION FROM OUR DESTINATION. NOTHING AT THIS TIME.

This stay was such a great experience! The staff was kind and helpful, even allowing an early check-in. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was awesome!

Hotel was great. Dale at the front desk was great. The bistro was limited but good food and a fresh cooked breakfast in the morning. Everyone was friendly and the room was super clean as was the hotel.

Only downside is the location. It is very close to the highway so there was some highway traffic noise but it was not too late in the night so it did not keep us awake.

Staff was unprofessional, less than helpful. Bistro was terrible. Room was lacking. Many things were not as described. On a dead end by the interstate, sketchy location and loud. Would not recommend.

Courteous staff, spotless room.

Newly refinished No complimentary brewed coffee available for guests in the morning. The in room coffee is disgusting- (just like at every chain hotel). I saw breakfast on the listing and assumed (wrongly) it was complimentary- no, it was crazy expensive. Could not even get a regular cup of coffee without standing line way too long and paying through the nose for a cup. Turned an expensive night booked at the last minute from an acceptable expense to a really bad deal. The bed was comfortable. Whoever redesigned the shower thought they were doing a good trendy thing- but didn’t consider the placement of the shower door with the placement of the controls on the opposite side of the shower head. No liners in the trash cans made me feel like I had to wrap my gross hair, dental floss and pretty much everything in tissue before I threw it away.

No activities, but we weren't looking for any. Staff nice. Pool and exercise room.

We were just looking for a quiet comfortable room and we got a lovely comfortable room. We had dinner at the Bistro, grilled cheese and tomato soup....excellent!

I don't travel often, but this is actually the second time I've stayed here while on a road trip. I felt safe, the staff were wonderful, and I love the gated area around the pool. Although the pool wasn't open, there's a lovely sitting area with a propane fire pit table. Had it been cool out like it was on my last trip, I definitely would have had it lit! It's so nice to have an area to kick back and relax after a full day of driving. It's also extremely convenient to have a restaurant on-site. If you're not feeling up to going anywhere else, it's there for you!

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in! The staff was incredibly accommodating and helped us out, and every single staff member was polite and friendly. We loved it so much we're saving it for future trips. The music at the entrance was too loud. Literally the only nitpick I can think of.

The staff were Very helpful and friendly. The hotel is updated, clean and well kept. I loved that the room was nice and cool when I walked in. I didn't have to wait and hope that it would cool down. I loved that I could grab a coffee at the bistro on my way out....especially because I was running late!

Liked location. Bed was firm and comfortable. Bed sheets were clean, and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were nice. Wanted to go swimming , but pool wasn't clean. Not enough wash cloths to start. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Only one bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper to start. Our door did not shut all the way when it closed on its own.

So there are a few things here. Their is no pool even though they advertise one .it is permanently out of service by choice. We selected this hotel because it had a pool and there was a heat wave this weekend. So it was dissapointing. We has found several things in the room not working. Finally we were charged 2 via booking and the hotel. And the hotel charge 40 dollars over the agreed prices on booking....just left a bad taste

Clean and well appointed. Facility seemed understaffed. Tv quote "system not working properly now". Smoke detector not connected. No amenities in bathroom as pictured in website. These items are a matter of management and staff. The on-site manager seemed to be overworked and short of staff. That is not his fault. Beds comfortable. A/C system quiet and easily controlled. Food available at small attended bar in lobby. Access to hwy excellent. Lobby spacious. Room spacious. If you're looking for breakfast it's there, but at a price.

Very pleased with the hotel location, service and pet policy. I was able to be comfortable knowing I would not experience an allergic reaction to pets roaming the hotel.

This was an overnight stay on our way back to Florida. Checkin was fine. When we got to our room the door was open & air conditioning not turned on. Ottoman was missing from sofa & only 1 bath towel. I called the front desk for more towels & was told they would get them to us right away. We waited over an hour & still no towels. My husband went down to see what the problem was & was told he needed to come downstairs to pick them up. What???? Checked out early the next morning & waited for the girl in the back to finally come out to the front desk to take our room keys. Not sure if we will stay here again.

Clean modern nice hotel

We first stayed here last week on 6/17 on the way to Florida. We enjoyed it so much that we planned our return home so that we could stay here again. It is right off 95 and very nice rooms. Easy check in and smooth checkout. I wish more hotels gave you access to a Netflix channel like this one does. Being able to sign in and binge your shows from home is a huge plus for me!!

The room was impressive with nice couch and office chair. Really clean room. They had 39degrees North body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles in the shower. First time I have ever had a bow tied at the end of my toilet paper! lol small touches like that make it more memorable.

Overall, fine. Staff friendly. Found a cockroach in the bathtub, and the shower curtain in the bathtub wasn’t long enough, and when I took a shower, the floor got wet. Very quiet room. The hotel was nearly full, but our room was quiet. We got a sound nights sleep. Convenient location right on Interstate 95.

Quick stop on the way to Orlando. Nice hotel but cleanliness could be improved slightly. Rooms were quiet with comfortable beds.

Staff was rude and not helpful. When I arrived, I waited a long time before the manager returned from the back and proceeded to complain to me about all the tasks he had to do. My room had no hot water and when I told the front desk, she acted like it was no big deal.

The staff are very friendly. If you want something! They do the best to make the customer happy. With all respect they are amazing

The headboard vibrated against the wall all night. I had to put tissue in my ears to sleep!

We were happy that the desk clerk put us on an upper floor when we asked for a quiet room, and it really was quiet.

Excellent room for the price, very clean room, comfortable king bed. Chris the assistant manager directed me to the ice vending machine on the 2nd floor and was very polite and friendly. Several restaurants to choose from nearby as well as gas station for our travel the next day.

Seemed like an older facility, but still reasonably met Courtyard standards. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. The water has an offensive odor, so we did not drink it. As typical for so many hotels nowadays, we only had one packet of regular coffee, and of course, one packet of decaf which so few people drink-especially in the morning. Room door deadbolt did not function at all.

As expected

In the morning we were eating breakfast in our room and moved the office chair and found a cell phone. So when checking out I gave him the phone after I told him about the commode water they were wasting he informed me that the phone belonged to his maintenance man and they had been looking for it for several days. The manger was very excited about the phone being returned and told me he would make it up to us for the water running all night and would email me . So we left . 2 days later still nothing from him. Very unhappy ☹️

Very clean and the bed was comfortable. I thought they had a full service restaurant but it was an order at the counter and seat yourself kind of place. Same for breakfast. We were only staying one night on our way to a cruise but would stay there again. Just don't drink the coffee in the room. It was beyond horrible.

The only complaint I have is I felt the bathroom tub was unsafe. There was not a hand rail or anything to hold on to get out of tub.

That may have been our nicest Hampton Inn ever and we love to travel via a Hampton.

The hotel was okay but you can tell its a older courtyard and definitely has alot of age. The bathroom needs some more work.

The Front desk clerk Alicia was not friendly although she greats you but comes out very rude. During check in process, there was a gentleman ahead of myself and another family, apparently the gentleman reservation was not confirm, she had me and the other guest with his wife and a crying sick child just standing there while the first gentleman making a call to book a different hotel. She was just standing there looking at her computer. After 15 mns I ask her if we can get checked in, she said "Give me a minute, the same time she ask for my information. when I get upstairs I try to use the phone to call and placed an order, phone was not working so I used my cell, she said I had to come downstairs to do that. The next morning I check out, went to the Starbucks to place an order, I was completely ignored again for a whole 12 mns. until I just left. It seems the staff there are extremally rude, picking and choosing who they should be nice to or not ignore, I felt unwelcome. Never again.

Hotel staff was friendly, all areas of hotel were very clean. Our only sad part is our room was on the 2nd floor next to I95, we had highway traffic all night which was loud.

We left after 1hour - they were burning brush to clear land and the whole hotel stunk including the rooms .we were sick to our stomach.we had to leave
