Breakfast was as expected, pool had no bar as website stated, front desk attendants were not very friendly. Would probably stay again

Good basic overnight hotel which was clean with good wi-fi. Kids really liked the bathroom shower and breakfast was convenient with a good variety.

I love it here. I always choose to stay here when I'm in Brunswick. They always treat me woth kindness and make me feel absolutely special. I love Gary he's the best and Ms. Linda is so sweet I love talking both their heads off when I'm there. Please tell them thank you for always making my visit awesome

The whole place needs a face lift--carpet in my room and hallways was filthy and the pool deck cracked and needs repair as well as cleaning. Someone had left clothes in the closet. The breakfast was fine and the lady working that area very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the staff very nice.

Our check-in was smooth. The room was clean. Our housekeeper Terry was great. The breakfast was good and Linda kept it tidy and always pleasant. We had to call front desk about some noisy guests outside our room and the issue was resolved quickly. The pool wasn't real clean but we were entertained watching the birds use it.

It was OK, probably wouldn’t stay again. Didn’t feel comfortable with the locks on the door, the top lock was loose and wiggly. If it was just me, it would’ve been fine but when traveling with small children, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The breakfast is serviceable. The air conditioning squealed every time it turned off. The fire alarm battery in the room above us beeped all night long. We left our room once and only once for breakfast, and the room key stopped working. We had to wait ten minutes for someone at checkin to fix our room key. We have stayed on Brunswick many times, ans this was the worst one we've tried.

The desk chair was way too low for the desk and it didn't maintain its height (would sink slowly down each time). TV was terrible - only right wing news stations. Breakfast was fine and coffee was good.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for easy access to the highway. Should we be in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

Everyone was helpful, great location. Breakfast was actually good, room was not fancy but was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the air fresher because it made my nose itch and my eyes water.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, especially considering the amazing rate. Check -in was easy and the agent on duty was cordial. The room air conditioning did the job, showers pressure good. Breakfast included hot items like eggs, sausage, hashbrowns. Only downsides are that the hotel is a little dated and some aesthetically worn fixtures here and there. The other thing was that the shower was noisy. Other than that no complaints.

Clean room, easy check in, limited eating options within walking distance. ( we opted for Chinese take-out). And room to park my boat. Breakfast was good as well. All in all a great stay!

The room was in good condition, clean and roomy. The bathroom was updated to fix the older round shower stalls typical of Sleep Inn of the past, very nicely tiled. The linens were sparse, we had 3 of us and there were two sets only. Sofa bed was not made up and ready, no sheets, mattress pad or pillows and cases. Went to front desk and clerk brought out 2 sheets. Asked about the pillows and pillow cases at the very minimum. She brought out two uncased pillows. I gave up and put a pillow case I had along on the one pillow.

ROOM WAS IN GOOD CONDITION

Nothing After their sister station The County Inn and Suites gave my room to someone else I was sent over to Sleep Inn. Upon arrival I was informed by the front desk they would not honor my room because I have A SERVICE ANIMAL. I did notice they had a sign saying no PETS! I tried to explain to the front desk lady my dog is A SERVICE ANIMAL not a PET! She said her General Manager George Patel said it doesn’t matter no Pets. Again I tried to explain my dog is A TRAINED SERVICE ANIMAL Not A PET. Again I was told NO! So I asked the front Desk CLERK to call her GM George Patel, upon her calling him I could hear him in the background saying NO, I told her to tell him that was an ADA violation and the DOJ would be contacted, he said he didn’t care that I could not stay there. By now it’s almost Midnight, and I had to go find another hotel! I did find Wingate and they were more than happy to accept me and my SERVICE ANIMAL. So if you have a SERVICE ANIMAL please don’t try and go to SLEEP INN in Brunswick Georgia. After the way I was treated there I would not stay there even if I didn’t have an animal!

Continental breakfast was average.

The room was clean and the staff did a great job. The only issue was that one side of the mattress was worn. I slept on the opposite side of the bed but it would have been a little bit of a problem if I were traveling with a companion.

Carpet was dirty near entrance of hotel room. Bed was old and saggy. Not sure what the dehumidifiers in hallway were all about.

After a full day of travel the Sleep Inn was ok for a night’s rest and convenient to I 95. However, the marginally cleaned and the carpet was not swept and there were dirty tissues on the floor. They also would not accept discount cards, ie AAA, AARP because the room was booked through a third party. Third party did not accept discount cards either.

It was close to the highway, and I was just passing through. It was very clean and affordable. Also a nice tavern nearby. They have free breakfast, I suppose if you’re there first thing in the morning, it’s probably great but things are not exactly fresh after two hours. But overall a great deal.

Starting with the check in, it only took us a couple of minutes. All the information necessary was conveyed in a few words. Check out was extremely fast. Room was clean and comfortable, appliances were ready to use. Overall excellent service altogether. The price was unbeatable.

The pillows were small and flat. The shower head needed to be replaced or a deep deep cleaning.

The room was nice and big but the mattress was awful. I just stayed in one the night before in Columbia, SC and the mattress was comfortable.

The check-in was very good the lady at the front desk couldn’t been any better. The issue was with the room. Black mold in the shower, a bug crawling up the wall next to the bed and when I moved by the night stand to try and get it the floor and wall were filthy.

The room smelled bad even with full fan on. Carpets have old stains. You can tell the cleaning staff is trying their best but hotels old condition is the problem.

Asked for quiet room, but put on 1st floor with an old lumpy bed that had a big ridge down the middle due to overuse. Very disappointing.

Location The second floor & the rooms on it smell Mold nd bleach. Rooms look out dated as well as furniture so I had to request another room which smelled and look a lil better. Breakfast was plenty but also nasty far as taste. Eggs potatoes were the worse

The room was very comfortable with a nice, big television. The staff was very kind and personable. We loved the older maid that offered us muffins and other pastries before she took them back into the kitchen. The breakfast was amazingly good. We will stay again on our way to Florida.

The person at the Check-in Desk, (i.e. Mr. Gary) Was Totally Rude, My wife ans I were traveling to Fl, and made a reservation to the Sleep Inn, Brunswick, GA. When we arrived, the clerk was on the computer. He didn't look up until I told him we had a reservation, at which I said mu name. He checked the computer, sill No conversation and handed the Key card envelope. My wife Joked about Mr. Personality. As we were bringing in our bag, he was walking away from the desk, I said excuse me, he didn't stop, so I said it a little louder, he stopped and I said you didn't give us the room number. He look rather annoyed and said it's on the envelope, I looked and there was nothing written on the card. He Abruptly said "Turn it Over". On the other side, there were 3 Red Marker Lines, but nothing written in the space provided. I was confused as I looked, and said "Is This the Room Number, one eleven? At which time he nodded and walked off. As we tried to check-out the next morning, there was no-one at the front deck. The doors on either side were open, so I said "Hello", No Response, I waited a few seconds and said a little Louder, "Hello" again, No Response. A woman in the breakfast room called over and said Tap the Bell. The Bell was behind a stand up sign, I tapped it, No Response, We waited, and then Tapped it Again. After a minute or so Mr. Gary came out of the door and handed me a sheet of paper with the check-out info. He never said a word and retreated back into the office. Sad!

I love staying here I stay 2 to 3 times a month while visiting with family. The staff is always nice,The rooms are very clean. My favorite thong they do of all is when I get room service everything gets replaced fresh and new yes your sheets included. Everything you need is in walking distance as well in this location

When we checked in, we were exhausted from driving all day. The Front Desk was quick, kind and funny. Room was spotless. Bed was comfy, pillows were like clouds. Breakfast was plentiful. Everyone said GM. Would definitely stay again.

I’m not sure if I’m going to continue staying here to save $10 a night. They should invest in an upgraded internet connection and new mattresses.

Not sure how this property received an 8 plus but definitely not worth it nor the price. Room was dirty and the carpet was all curled up and loose. AC was super loud and the bathroom was dirty.

Hotel management was able to changed our room due to children upstairs running and jumping abo e us from 9pm till 130am.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable. Our room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom needed some updates. The faucet was pulled out from the wall in the shower. Overall we had a great stay!

Did not like the guy that checked us in… He was not friendly at all. The pillows in our room were like large toilet paper rolls… Very uncomfortable other than that everything was fine.

Great indoor property. Well lit and it was around a lot of good shopping.

We booked at this property based on the rate and the fact that we would only be there for a limited time. Found the property to be adequate- but there was an odor in the room (think: musty/humid), the facilities were outdated and broken in areas (door handles). Should have spent the extra $50 for something that felt newer and safer.

Property was dated and need of repair. They wouldn't fux issues with the bathroom or relocate us to another room as they stated.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable. We found a crack pipe in our tissue box in our room. But the staff and service was great. We were given a new room as soon as we told them.

Staff was not very friendly. We asked for towels to be brought up so we could switch out the dirty towels for clean and the staff made us bring the dirty ones down to them in order to get the clean ones instead of bringing them to the room and swapping out with us. The shower made the worst screeching/ screaming noise the whole time we'd use it. The fridge ruined our food. We put our leftovers from dinner in the fridge and went to get them out the next day and that fridge didn't keep anything cold. So all of the food had to be thrown away. There were stains on the bedspread. The thermostat barely put out anything. It was so hot in the room. Cracks in the tile floor in the bathroom. Had to wear shoes to make sure we didn't cut our feet. Overall, horrible place. Nasty smell too. Would never stay there again.

Broken drain in sink so hard to rinse bathroom suits. Also no plug for bath if someone wanted to take bath.Think hallway rugs could be updated, showing wear. AC great.Front desk could be bit friendlier. Overall, good value for what you get.

I called on Sunday to verify that the pool was open. When we got there (Wednesday) the pool was not maintained, green and not usable. Highly disappointed as we just drove 6 hours and wanted to relax at the pool for the night. The guy doesnt have much of a personality but Maria was very nice. Beds are comfy. Water pressure was okay. Good for the price i guess.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean, but the pool was green and wasn’t serviced our entire stay so we couldn’t swim once. The side doors were constantly breaking and no one’s card would work.

I know that Sleep Inns aren't at the top of the hotel stays but this one disappointed me. The towels has worn spots in them. It's time to let those go. The shower did not look inviting at all. This location just seemed like they didn't take pride in making sure people wanted to come back. Onbthe plus sude, it was good for the price I paid. As the say, you get what you pay for. It sufficed for the need. I wasn't in the room long.

The king bed was another story. It was hard as a rock. I slept fine but it definitely wouldn’t have been pleasant for multiple nights. Hotel breakfast was nice, food was hot and was good. Was this a 5 star night at the Ritz Carlton? No. It’s a sleep inn off the interstate. I didn’t expect a butler and champagne. You get exactly what you pay for at this hotel.

This hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. Check in and out was simple.

The couch was horrible, the lock box on the gate couldn’t get open. House keeper let me in & the door code wouldn’t open either.

Room was very clean and comfortable, and the shower was the best part! It had a great amount of strong water pressure, along with various showerhead jet settings, unlike 95% of hotels I've ever stayed at in ANY country! Great please to stay and glad I picked it!

The property was conveniently located off of I-95 and provided an economical option as compared to other hotels in the immediate area.

The property seems worn. Needs update. The one casual chair in room had no table next to it. The office chair at the desk was too low for the desk and would not get higher. They ran out of eggs 45 minutes before breakfast was over. The orange juice dispenser wasn’t working. The apple juice was severely watered down.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Upon arrival, there was only one bath towel and two hand towels in the room - no washcloths or bath mat. I left a comment about this on my check-in survey and housekeeping put an extra towel and a bath mat in my room, so that was fine. Staff wasn't rude, but they weren't especially friendly. Overall, I would stay again.

This is a very good hotel for a stop when you're traveling on 95. It's starting to show signs of aging. The bathroom was quite outdated in our room. However, if your goal is sleep as you're traveling, this is a good spot.

reservation was for 4 people but only 3 sets of towels was in the room, and we also planned to use the pool so my friend went to ask for more towels and desk lady had an attitude and asked her why she needed more towels! we didn't appreciate that. and the door to the pool would locked behind you, no card key access working so had to walk all the way around the building to get back in! otherwise we had a pretty good stay, the breakfast was nice, the place was located in a good location closed to Aldi, chinese restaurant (really good) and Subway, felt safe.

The place was much better than expected for a budget hotel. Overall it was excellent. No musty smells or other odors, no mold and everything worked as expected. The room was clean, the lobby clean, the staff were friendly responsive and nice. The breakfast was so-so but edible. It was very close to highway and easy to access.

This hotel was horrible! There was no hot water, it ran mildly warm so we couldn’t take a shower. We were on the ground floor and someone was walking above us all night making a bunch of noise. There were stains on the comforter. The bathroom was dirty, including hair on the back part of the toilet and the wall. It was disgusting. I will never stay here again. Definitely does not qualify as an 8 star rating as it states on the listing.

I arrived a bit after 2pm and was told by the desk clerk that I had to wait until 3pm to check in. I waited in the lobby using the hotel wifi to do some emails and catch up at work. At 3pm the desk clerk went off shift and the new desk clerk assumed responsibility and checked me in. Except for the ticking of the clock nothing had changed. My room was ready long before I was. WHY?
