This is a newer hotel so it was very clean and more modern than some we have been in. The breakfast was great. I always live the beautifully made beds and pillows!

Room and general areas clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was room was a little cramped - one of the beds (two queens) was about 8 inches from the wall, making it difficult to get into that side of the bed.

We had an extended stay here. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Fresh grind and brew coffee is a major step up in quality...needed lots of it for the rainy days we had in Brunswick. The workout room is spacious and reasonably equiped; guest laundry room is adjacent. Easy access from highway 340, Sheetz gas and Weiss grocery store are only steps away.

The room was clean and the amenities were nice. The breakfast buffet was just ok. There weren't any non dairy creamer available for the coffee and we didn't have enough towels for all of us. Other than that it was good.

There is ab indoor salt pool. The breakfast was very good. They had a pancake machine, which was really cool. They had sceambled eggs, potatoes & sausage links. The cinnamon buns were amazing. The staff was great!! Our room was very clean & it was a great stay!!

The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but had enough variety for everyone. Close to nearby convenience store and gas station for travelers.

I was there for my dad’s memorial and the staff was really helpful with printing out what I was going to read after I made edits. Great managers and staff!!!!

never made it to the morning the "accessible" chair in the tub collapsed, while my 19 year old daughter, who has CKD and is on dialysis, was in it. It was already there on the tub when we arrived and a late night shower by her went well until it didnt and she fell and got injured. We left in the middle of the night to pick up her mom who was staying with a relative nearby and considered going to a hospital at the point. While in the vehicle, my daughter fell asleep and indicated we didn't have to go to an ER since she preferred getting home and seeing her own docs and giving the pain time to go away. It has not gone away and has had trouble with her mobility and more.

Additionally, we used the facilities (gym), and enjoyed the daily breakfast lots - there was always someone ready to restock and make sure everything was fresh. No complaints, it was a great stay.

Great stay

It’s easy to get to from the highway and is still fairly new so clean and well maintained. We didn’t use it but it does have a small indoor pool and a gym. While there is a small market in the lobby, items are ridiculously priced and aren’t labeled with prices. Like $4 for a small drink. You are better off walking next door to Sheetz. I expect some mark up but that’s more than I paid at a high end hotel in NYC. Staff was nice enough but when we checked in the clerk was very flustered and it took much longer than it should have. We were the only ones checking in and everything was prepaid. Perhaps the staff could use additional training. Rooms are basic but decent. Towels are super small and not soft.

I honestly felt like I was the step redhead child because I booked my stay with Hotels.com. As if I was not a paying customer! Comments made: We have nothing to do with 3rd party bookings. We can’t provide you with the same customer service provided to our members because you did not utilize our website to book your reservation. Treat Others the Way you would expect to be treated! Training Is key element in hospitality! Staff looked very overwhelmed, rushing through your check-in and any additional services needed. District manager on site and just stood there watching me and the agent interact as I was checking in. Not even a HELLO! I was told in order for my concern to be addressed I had to email the manager after several phone calls to the property. FYI! Any deposit taken separate from your payment processed through any 3rd party booking company Has Nothing To Do With The payment taken at the time of your checkin! It’s The Hotel policy! And it’s separate! Blaming 3rd party billing! Make it make sense. I have yet to get my refund from the hotel for incidentals. It’s been 3 weeks since I checked out! Be ADVISED!

I’ve stayed on the property a few times now. Came in town this time for my Fathers 80th birthday event. Had a great time. Although we didn’t complain about it. We didn’t appreciate the constant running around and jumping really hard from the room above. At times it sounded like construction. And I did report the shades would not open because the pull chain was broken.

There are many good points about this property like a very comfortable bed, cleanliness, a pleasant eating patio, spacious lobby, etc. I would recommend it for those reasons. Unfortunately, the staff was not able to keep up with the crowd during the rush on the holiday weekend so if you were not willing to wait in the long lines (6-8 people), you did not get a hot breakfast. They also gave me information when booking the reservation which they reneged upon. I am glad to report that they eventually did something to "compensate" for it though it should have come voluntarily and much sooner than it did.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was just as nice as the first time. It’s very clean and the staff are very friendly.

The main thing I was worried about was being able to check in early because I had a winery concert event to go to and check-in is at 3PM and I was arriving at 11AM. When I arrived, my room was available, and I was able to check in early. The room was great, spacious, clean and smelled great. My only issue was there were no washcloths in the bathroom but that’s an easy fix and I called housekeeping and they brought them right up. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and every time I saw them I was greeted with a smile.

I have stayed there before, always nice, staff is friendly and the room is clean. My only issue was the bsthroom floor and especially the shower floor once they got wet, they were very slippery. The shower should have some kind of skip resistant flooring because once cleaned with detergent it was slippery, i almost fell twice in the shower.

Hotel was great. 10-12 minutes away from Harper's Ferry. On a Sunday morning it was an hour drive into DC. Staff was kind, room was a decent size and clean. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if I was in the area. Breakfast was fairly standard for a free hotel breakfast. That's about the only improvement I would suggest.
