Clean room, good facilities. Good gym

Many eating places within walking distance(if you wanted to). Bass Pro World and “The Outlets” about 10mins away. There were no issues with the staff, parking lot, or other guests during our stay. I recommend the ribs from Whole Hog Cafe, Ramen and Sushi from Nori and stopping at the Goodwill(scored some great high end clothing items while there)

It was just OK! It wasn’t bad but not great! I guess for the money it was good. There were no major complaints, other than bed being very hard and AC not extremely cold until the middle of the night. It was fair clean and had coffee in rooms. The breakfast was Toasted Oats and Mike. That’s all!

This was a wonderful hotel! We stayed here with our family after leaving a horrible hotel in Jonesboro. It was clean, safe, and we had a wonderful time.

Always easy, safe and clean!

We have stayed here numerous times, as we travel between tx and tn frequently. Check in/out is quick and easy. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and well maintained, with awesome blackout shades. The price is right, with many restaurants within walking distance. It’s also easy on/off I-30. Highly recommended.

Place looks recently remodeled and very clean and comfortable to lay your head for the night.

My experience was alright. Somewhat decent for a budget hotel. Room was very spacious, bed sheets were clean. I did a test on the surfaces by wiping them with a towel and alcohol and was completely spotless. Cannot say the same for the floor though, as it seems like they don’t mop it regularly. Picked up a lot of dirt when wiping a towel across the floor. The A/C unit was a little janky, as it wouldn’t maintain the set temperature and the room had a stale smell to it. Also there is a door that separates the room and the next door that is not very soundproof. I could clearly hear my neighbors whispering and watching family guy. Lastly, the TV wasn’t functional. Other than that, it’s alright. Has a gym and washer and dryer. Staff was also kind as well.

The property is under renovation, so there were lots of repair trucks and dumpsters in the parking lot. The room was OK, but not great. But I known it was under construction I would not have booked a room there.

They are doing some remodeling so there was some furniture on walkways which is to be expected. The bed was squeaky didn’t like that. But the rooms were very clean and nice. Would stay again- but hopefully non squeaky bed.

It took 3 times to get the right room but finally did. Desk person was nice. TV went out called and they came and fixed it. Bed and pillows were fine. Property wasnt bad.

Construction was being done the entire time I was there could not get any sleep the guys that were doing construction were also blasting music the sheets were itchy and the room had a bad smell to it do not recommend staying

The room was immaculate and had everything I needed. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. I had one of the best sleeps in a long time. The TV was not connecting, but I did not have time to worry about that because it was a quick one night stay. It was easy check-in check out.

The front desk lady was rude, not accommodating whatsoever. My grandson got sick and vomited all over the bed, they told me to keep the sheets in my room until tomorrow rather than them taking them. (I took them off and rolled them up, just wanted them out of the room. The ma'am there is friendly but English isn't the best that he understands. Room was clean, 8/10

I did not realize when I booked the room that the doors were just open to the outside. As a single woman, I just did not feel safe staying here. Did not even stay at the motel. Ended up getting a room at another place.

Great service

Breakfast was cereal, muffins, honey buns and a waffle maker. Milk, juice, and coffee is available for drinks. I will go back there anytime I am in the area.

The room was a bit dated but it was clean. The price was good and a good location. The staff was okay. I did not inactive much but the stay was good.

I request for money

The Price was incorrect when I got to the hotel. I was supposed to pay a tax out price of $36 which is on my receipt which was paid on my credit card when I got to the desk to check in they charged me $48 and tell me no that’s the actual fee so something was very wrong. I went ahead and paid the 48 but I’m going to dispute it.

Room reeking of marijuana and cigarette smoke.

Got delayed on the way, got in late, they were available and very efficient in helping in any way. Could not have been any better or friendlier.

So the room looked really clean and the bed sheets looked clean. However, I found some bedbugs the next morning when I woke up and I was covered in bites. I didn’t leave an online review because I didn’t want to hurt their business. I think they definitely should fumigate room 217 though.

Lady at front desk was yelling and cussing being rude to other people staying there called the police on them and then in the morning was rude to my wife

I will never stay at this property or deal with hotels.com again. We inadvertently double-booked rooms that night because of a computer glitch that said “this room is no longer available.” We were going to be unable to get to the hotel. I called immediately and asked for the room to be canceled. I was told no, very rudely by the hotel staff, who criticized me for using a third party. They refused to cancel the reservation. I called Hotels.com and had a great representative but he was also unable to get the property to not charge me. I paid for the travel protection and still have been unable to be refunded the money. I never stayed at the hotel and found this to be most upsetting. We were driving home for the holiday and it was a simple error that could have easily been fixed to the property manager. Do not stay here. They are rude and had no compassion for my dilemma. It would not have hurt them at all to cancel the reservation since I called right away. They made several excuses: they can’t cancel because it’s a third party booking (hotels.com tried to get them to cancel and they refused), it’s past the window to cancel (also untrue), and that my reason wasn’t good enough. So which one was it? I felt that the desk manager lied and just did not want to help. Hotels do not like us using third-party providers and are making things difficult when we do, so this will decrease my use of Hotels.com despite being a loyal customer for years. Why did I pay for travel protection?

We decided to stay because the concierge on duty was SUPER friendly & promised that the rooms are very quiet. While initially disappointed in the beginning, I’m glad we stayed! It at worked out in the end & we had a great breakfast within walking distance.

Leah checked us in promptly when we arrived. She was friendly and helpful. She came to our room to help us get TV remote to work. Price was very reasonable and this was just a rest stop on our trip home.

Loved my stay!

The listing was unclear. It appears as if I were booking a room with a deluxe soaking tub. They said that one wasn’t available and I got a regular tub with a cricket in it. I felt this was a misrepresentation and I booked this hotel because the idea of soaking in a giant tub about 13 hour of driving sounded good. They didn’t seem to want to be helpful. The place was like any well worn roadside motel. Grungy. Lots of people standing around parking lot for a while which felt odd. But they eventually went inside.

I liked the room was very neat, clean & spacious, I didn't like cause, there was no elevator, had to carry heavy luggage upstairs & I also didn't like we had paid for 2nights & that we was having a wedding party, we couldn't play our music, have alot of our family & friends in the room, because u had working ppl had to get up & go to work, & that we paid our money just like they did, we were just visiting a hotel/motel is not 4 to get rest, it's 4 u to get away when u rendezvousing or someplace to lay your head wherever you're away from home like me & my husband was 3 hrs away from home!!!

Our room had a shower head but no way to redirect the water flow to it. Broken vending machine.

Every night a fuse would pop waking me. In the morning i found the coffee pop and all other electic outlets would not work. I found and reset the breaker and all was good. Happened every night. Do not know what the cause because i was sleeping and not using electricity.

I enjoyed my stay a nice spacious and clean room, I liked that my suite had a couch to relax on and watch tv instead of just sitting on the bed, nice area close to the highway and access to many dining options.

For the price this was a good choice for me. It is close to a lot of restaurants and the highway. It was hotel average clean. The bed was very hard though.

We checked in and went into our room. We found it extremely dirty and not maintained. The door’s deadbolt was broken, bathroom was unclean, toilet roll handle was missing, and bed was stained. We had to check out 10 minutes after checking in because it was so unsanitary and rundown. We are attempting to get a refund from this place. Hopefully they will refund us.

It’s exactly what you’d expect for the price you pay. The bathtub filled with water and didn’t drain well. It was hard to get the water to transition to shower.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable - I slept well. The A/C worked well. The shower worked well. Everything in the room worked ( Ex: all the lights and lamps.) During my stay I heard no noise coming from the adjoining rooms and heard no traffic noise. It is a great location close to several eating places and a Walmart Super Center. I saw no roaches or bugs of any type. It seemed like a good, safe location. I highly recommend!

It’s considered a hotel but it’s set up motel style so if you need anything you have to walk outside of your room in the weather and go inside the office. I also have a child with me and my room had a door connecting it with somebody else’s and they kept a juggling the door handle. Was supposed to go back in a few days but I’ll be taking another route. I also got charged twice even cancelling my booking. Very disappointed with everything..

Walls are so thin that I can hear my neighbors fighting. The room is dark, the handles in the tub is greasy. Cheap shampoo & soap.

Internet was not functioning during my stay.

It is a clean and safe place to spend the night. The facility won’t “wow” you, but it gets the job done! I would rather have clean and no frills!

The best experience was with Tony the customer service rep./housekeeping personelle. Very polite professional and very accommodating. She made our stay welcoming and pleasant.

We booked through Hotels.com as the ratings were pretty good. Upon arrival , initially I was unable to use the handi-cap parking. A flat bed trailer was parked in one space and the other car was not a handi-cap car. I complained to the staff on duty and was told the trailer belonged to the owner??? Really? With an entire parking lot to park the trailer and they use the handi-cap? I told the staff I was not happy and I should call the police. After hauling our luggage to our room from 8 doors down. The office called and said the car next to the trailer had been moved and I may park there. I did move my car to make repacking the car easier. The room itself was not clean. The floor were so dirty I used a wipe to walk on and they turned black.

Staff was excellent and friendly. We arrived late the first night our room was nice and cool. Beds were very comfy and quite. Room was very clean. All rooms face parking lot and very secure. Washer & dryer available on site. Direct TV my husbands favorite. Walmart close by and several places to eat close or within walking distance. Will stay here again.

Property gives you what you pay for. It is a dated hotel that has been kept operational. I will however say that beds were fantastic in our room. We slept VERY good

A bit run-down; A/C had trouble holding stable temperature -- cycled from "a little sweaty" to "shivering" without changing temperatures. Parking lot small and multiple spaces taken by work truck/trailer combos. Prepare to maybe lug your stuff from the far end of the lot. No buggies to help.

We wanted this hotel because online it said they had breakfast but they were doing breakfast anymore. The pillows were super small and bed was broke down. Staff was friendly.

I booked a room 2 weeks in advance as I was moving across the country. They called THE DAY BEFORE my reserved date to tell me they had no rooms available. I had to pay extra and scramble to find another motel. Not happy!!

This was a pretty decent hotel. I found a good rate online; the hotel matched it! Stayed an extra night cause it was so comfortable. We had a reservation for Benton... but we decided to stay there the 3rd night instead of moving to the hotel in Benton.

The room i stayed in was old. Bed needs to be replaced along with the couch and Desk chair.

I like that the rooms had hard floors instead of carpet. Before we even got our bags into the room we had already been asked by a cleaning person if there was anything she could do to help.

Great stay. Comfy bed with smallish but adequate pillows. 2 cereals, 2 oatmeals, Belgian waffles, toast, Mini muffins, yogurt, o.j., coffee. It was perfectly fine. Nancy at front desk is super friendly and helpful, as everyone has reported!!

This hotel is nothing fancy, but the beds are soft and the water pressure in the shower is great! The staff is nice. Highly recommend for an affordable overnight stop while traveling.
