This was a great hotel, good location, clean. We did find keys previously left on the bookshelf, but the shower was wonderful and everything worked well. Breakfast was great, check in and out was very simple as well.

The front desk was very informative and let us know basketball and baseball Teams were staying at the hotel and offered to assist us in any way she could, but there was no problems! We had a very comfortable stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Bryant-Benton. We were there with my elderly mother and had two rooms on the third floor. The rooms were so spacious! Even the bathrooms were huge. It made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. One morning they ran out of coffee, but as soon as I mentioned it new coffee was quickly made. The staff were helpful and friendly, both while we were t here, as well as when I called to make reservations. If we are ever in the area in the future we know where we'll stay.

The room and the property was clean and comfortable. The problem was is that the elevator was broken when I checked in. The staff member that check me in told me it was no big deal. It was only one flight up to my room. I told her it was a big deal as I had quite a bit of luggage, one prosthetic knee and one that needed replacement. She also told me that she never booked a room that is nonrefundable just in case anything like this happens. By the time I got done at the front desk every time she opened her mouth I got more angry.

The staff was very helpful, the room clean and the breakfast was good. I just wish I was there for bacon day.

Room was clean and neat, breakfast was clean and well staffed. Ice machine was broken on first floor so you had to use 2nd floor machine but elevator was out of order so you had to use the stairs.

The hotel was clean but had such a terrible smell we almost went to find another hotel. The smell was very strong upon entering the front doors and permeated the place all the way to and in our room. It was stomach turning. It smelled like a mixture of sour carpet, pets, and chemicals. It gave the perception that the place wasn’t truly clean. We won’t be back.

The elevators were out of service. Since we had a large amount of heavy equipment, the clerk offered a refund so we could book elsewhere. I expect a full refund from Expedia.

The lady that checked me in was such a pleasant surprise! She was so sweet and friendly which is a nice change from others I have encountered checking into a hotel late at night. Room was fine. The beds are extremely firm and the refrigerator did not work at all.

We have stayed here several times, but sadly, this might be the last, considering there are many better options right now on the street. When we first checked in (10pm), the room we got was trashed and clearly not cleaned yet from the person before us. No big deal, though, because they gave us another room. The second day, we left our room that morning and went back around 3pm for my kids to nap, and they hadn’t cleaned the room ye Still not a big deal because I’m not a stickler about that, but at that point, I had to put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door to nap. Later that night, a new, older lady was at the front desk. I had to ask for more towels since our room wasn't cleaned, so that we could get new ones. She told us we had to bring our dirty towels downstairs before we could get more. I’ve never had to carry a bunch of dirty towels down to the lobby in my entire life, and we do this frequently. Worst-case scenario, she could have marked how many new ones we were getting instead of if she didn’t want us to steal them. She literally had to count out each towel in the pile before she would give me more. This morning, she asked my husband and me several times if we were checking out yet (once 2 hours before check-out, when he was going to get breakfast while my kids and I were still getting ready). She called me 30 minutes before checkout to see if I was ready. The stay wasn't horrible, but I felt like more of a bother than a guest.

I’ve stayed in the LaQuinta and the Country inn across the street. This hotel far exceeds its competitors. It’s very clean, quiet and pet friendly. The grounds are beautiful, like a golf course. This hotel takes pride in its property and you can tell. I’ve stayed here twice and I will be back.

Nice place to stay, a little on the older side but convenient location and a large room. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfy. Room was large and well stocked. My only issue was not having blackout curtains. The hotel across the streets lights were right into my room, but luckily I always take a sleep mask for this purpose. Breakfast was nice with good options.

The front desk clerk was courteous and check in was simple. As soon as I opened the door to the room, I saw a bug crawling across the bed. Upon further investigation, it was a bed bug. We did not even bring our things in the room. We went back downstairs and explained the situation. The room was canceled and we drove to Conway and stayed at the Comfort Suites there with no issues.

I am a choice hotels member for a reason! Clean, secure locations with great customer service. I experienced all of this during my recent stay in Bryant, AR. The super courteous check-in and out. Breakfast was ready at 6:00 AM not 6:15 or 6:20. The beds are super comfortable and clean (clorox wipe test) passed.The cable could use an upgrade though. The property is very well maintained. I had two stained towels in my room that I returned to the front desk, nothing major.

However, I came here with my 3 daughters and I have never slept on a bed like this in my life. It was so uncomfortable that we could barely sleep. We ended up waking at 1 a.m due to total discomfort and leaving at 330 a.m because staying and continuing to try to sleep felt like an act of futility. After an 8 hour drive i even considered sleeping on the ground. Please go lay on the beds in room 104. Im so disappointed.

This was just an overnight stay on a two-day drive. Was able to check in late, got a room as I requested (ground floor, king) and the staff were very helpful with all my questions and requests. Breakfast was basic, but filling (always a fan of waffles!). I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little dated, but they were clean and kept up fine. The sink in our room was outside the bathroom which was a little odd, but I have seen this design in older hotels. While pet friendly, there was a $25 fee for pets which was not spelled out on the website. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a reasonable cost hotel.

The first room smelled so bad like urine I couldn’t stay in it more than a couple of minutes. The second room they gave me had dirty sheets on one bed and tiny black bugs bugs and tiny red bugs on the other bed. I could not stay at the hotel after seeing these 2 rooms. I was told the manager would have to take care of a refund tomorrow. I’m not even sure I’m getting my money back.

Definitely enjoyed our stay there. Have booked another stay there for our return trip. Will keep this stop on future trips.

Very friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great complimentary breakfast included which had several choices. Coffee available in the lobby at all hours. The indoor pool was clean and well maintained. All pluses and no negatives on this stay. We would definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Everything was great. We did have a bitbof a struggle finding parking for our uhaul and yrailer but therebdid seem to be an unusual amount of vehicles that were towing.

In general comfortable room, good place to sleep. Only issue we had is the house keepers used our alcove to stack dirty linens ( only room in our alcove) and were entering to strip beds to collect linens. They left all the doors unlocked by letting the door slam in the safety lock. In & out slam, slam, slam. We were on vacation and were woken much earlier 7-8am with all the slamming, then couldn’t get out our door without tripping over mountain of soiled sheets.

Checkin was great, price was good, room was comfortable, and breakfast was above average. Big shout out for customer service - I managed to miss my Kindle when we left. Maybe an hour on the road I reveived a call that housekeeping had found it. They shipped it to my final destination and it arrived almost as soon as I did. Very thankful for this great service!

My son wanted to swim so we were in the pool area. To me, the pool seemed murky. It looked (to me) like it needed to be cleaned/filtered. Wash area was clean and convenient. I used both the washer and dryer and had no issue with them.

The bed was completely colapsed. You could feel every spring.
