Staff was amazing so welcoming and helpful. Bed was super comfortable. Only two downsides, the first was the hot tub, if you turned on the jets a high pitch noise would sound, the second was the tiolet in our room made noise all night

OMG! I always book my hotel in Courtyard or any Marriott hotel, but this hotel is excellent! The GM is super nice along with her staff. We met this operational person and he was super duper nice. We also had a complimentary bottled water for each of us too. 💯 for this hotel.

The room was clean. The front desk and cleaning staff were very nice and helpful! The hot tub and pool were very relaxing and the hotel was quiet at night, even given the proximity to the airport, you can’t even tell.

The choices for food and drinks are amazing and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. They are friendly and personable This is a nice hotel with class but also a home town feel.

Pool was not the cleanest. Sliding door to outside area was impossible to open. The glass was so dirty too and leaves piled up between it and the screen door. Staff was very pleasant and attentive.

This hotel is always clean and comfortable. We’ve tried other hotels along the same stretch and they’re not as comfortable as this one.

Disappointed with the bar area. Many beer options - which I dont' drink...very limited wine and cocktail selections. Bar staff was not knowledgeable of drinks - couldn't make any suggestions/recommendations... then finally prepared a lousy cocktail that I just ended up paying for and not drinking. Disappointing because we were looking forward to having drinks and relaxing before going to our room. Also very limited food selection. I'll make sure to pick a place that has a decent bar and room service next time.

Quiet, good bed, staff was friendly. Food was expensive, jacuzzi was not clean. I requested a tub, but upon arrival, I was given a room with no tub. Too tired to fight the fight.

Any problems are solved very quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff was very hospitable and not standoffish or rude. Overall enjoyed my stay and was never bothered.

The room was spotless. The location is modern and up to date. Staff was great.

Staff were nice and breakfast was good, but lobby had a strong perfume scent, room had stains on blankets and pillows, walls had dry wall not fully painted, water pressure was very low, and the thermostat in the room didn’t stay on. The walls were also quite thin and loud guest, but I don’t really fault them for that, as hotels typically have thin walls so that was expected.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay— the pool and hot tub were in excellent condition and we enjoyed hanging out in the modern furnished lobby. We found staff to be super approachable and helpful, as well as really appreciated the attention and friendliness of housekeeping staff. Very pleased with the cleanliness of our room and hotel. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is okay, the rooms need to be cleaned better, specifically the showers, there is mold in them and the bottoms are clearly not scrubbed. Last night there was a large group of people having a party outside the window for several hours. At 1030 pm, i called the front desk to see if they could talk to them, nothing happened .

The fire alarm went off at 4 AM. The fire department never came and there was no explanation what happened

Fantastic food with good prices. Easy shuttle to and from airport. We had a 3am fire alarm that was not amazing but it was over pretty quickly and we went back inside.

Other than one cleaning woman, the staff was not friendly at all, it felt like you were annoying them with any questions you had. The cable tv wasn’t working properly and when I asked about it, the front desk woman said they know and it’s always like that. There were stains on the furniture and one of the walls in our suite, and we were kind of bummed they didn’t provide free continental breakfast for what the price of the rooms are.

When the problem persisted, we called the front desk again. On this occasion, Scott Marshall assured us that the matter would be fully resolved by the time we returned from a concert that evening, and that the superintendent would personally ensure it was fixed. Based on this assurance, we left confident that the issue would be handled. However, when we returned at approximately 1:30 a.m., we were shocked to find that nothing had been done. I called the front desk and spoke with Raven Beckles, who stated there was no record of our earlier calls or the problem. To make matters worse, she implied - gesturing toward my partner - that we had failed to communicate the issue properly. This insinuation was false, disrespectful, and offensive. Ms. Beckles then informed us that no other rooms were available and instructed us to use the public restroom in the lobby for the remainder of our stay. This suggestion was not only wholly unacceptable but also degrading and unsafe. We had paid for a private room with functioning amenities, not a compromised experience requiring use of a public facility. When I

Pool was overran by families with their 20 baseball kids in the pool, screaming extremely loudly in a confined closed space and making every other person uncomfortable that we all left and didn’t enjoy the amenities. These parents had no control of their demon offspring and the staff did nothing to help. The ONLY good staff members were the 2 men at the barista counter, 1 was in a chef coat and the other worked the register. Really kind guys and great service.

I really love the place. The only time I didn’t like, is the fact some of the staff didn’t speak English it was very hard trying to communicate with someone who doesn’t speak English

The lady airport shuttle driver was very rude with every one in my family and not in the good mood that morning around 5am. She's also slamming all the van doors when closing it that almost catch my sister's finger. She is very unprofessional and has no manners to seniors. If she has personal problem she should not take it to her job!

Pool and jacuzzi were awesome and amazing, just what i needed to relax. Room was great with the balcony. Beds were a bit uncomfortable since they were so soft.

Great hotel!! Especially for across the buffalo airport. The only thing is that they don’t accept cash even tho when I checked in they said they do but I guess it was just a miss communication. Besides that, an amazing hotel and an amazing experience!!!!

There were no pillows for the pull out couch, when we asked for some, we were told the guy was gone for the night (7pm). There were ants all over the room.

When we went to the front desk to complain about the crazy amount of kids in the hot tub, the staff went over and above to get us access to the next door facility hot tub. They provided us with new umbrellas and offered us shuttle service. We were most pleased with the staff and the room itself.

The security guards were not very nice at all. They had multiple sports teams staying there, and group got yelled at for things the other teams were doing, and they knew it was not our girls and we’re rude to numerous parents. The refrigerators don’t work so that was the food also wasted.

The heater/ a/c wouldn't come off 74 degrees no matter what you set it at. The bed is so warn out we only slept a little. Won't stay here again!

The hotel was amazing, it was very clean and very nice inside. I had no complaints at all. The restaurant had quite a few options to order from for breakfast and dinner. The room was very clean and spacious and I loved how hot the water in the shower was. My favorite part was the jacuzzi, after having a long week I really needed that. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was nice, the room, the lobby and the bartender. The front desk clerk not so much. She did nothing. Were booked 2 rooms asmy wife and i have 6 children. Each under different names as asked by Hotels.com when booking. Half of the party arrived earlier than the other half but we could only get 1 of the rooms as the other person had not arrived yet. I get the reason but after explaning the situation, that it was 1 large family she did nothing. Did not provide any suggestion. I was able to revise name via my own investigation. No thanks to her. The lobby/bar area was fun. The Bills were playing and a bunch of people were watching. At one point the tv was accidentally changed by some unknown persons phone. After people of the group grabbed the remote to unsuccesfully remedy the problem the lady was approached for assistance. Again no help was provided from her. About 5 minutes later the shuttle driver came in and fixed it as he was watching when not driving.

Proximity to the airport is a huge advantage for this location. Staff is friendly and efficient. The property is clean and there is also a nice restaurant.

Really nice hotel, I loved the area around the entrance where you could sit and hang out near the Holiday decorations. It was very clean and quiet, close to everything. Only thing I would improve is the breakfast seemed as if it was included and it wasn't. Coffee and food being sold was excellent though and worth it. Highly recommend.

We took a risk and stayed somewhere other than the heavenly Hyatt Place Amherst/Buffalo, where we have stayed multiple times. TOTAL MISTAKE. We reserved a double queen room (for 4 people) and they had given that room to someone else, so we were put in a king with a twin sofa bed. The room was sparse and felt more bloke a motel than a hotel. There was a huge gap under the door so light and noise were pouring in all night. The TV says that streaming services were available, but that's only if you already had an account. No free breakfast, which we knew about, but after a horrible night's sleep on the floor, even a free coffee would have been helpful. Horrible way to end a holiday weekend. Never again.

The rooms were nice but the service was rude and unprofessional. Mainly the operation manager. Some staff was pleasant. Definately a power trip situation and made a comment toward my 13 year old being in the room alone while I was across the hall

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, we were disappointed with the breakfast due to the limited options and the staffs were not well trained! Another downside was the lack of a microwave in the room, which was a big disappointment. On a positive note, we liked the pool and had a great time there

This place was fine for a quick stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was a good location, easy to access, close to restaurants and other venues. I would have preferred to see a cleaner room, especially the bathroom. It was okay, but it felt like it was just quickly cleaned before the next guests and the bathtub felt a bit sticky. Nothing major, but you know... could be better.
