They had a nice variety of breakfast food and it looked amazing, unfortunately I did not stay due to meeting family for brunch. Did not have time to check out the gym or pool area. Was busy with graduation activities. Our room was very clean.

Front desk staff were amazing. Our room had a weird smell; staff sprayed and gave us points but it was off putting. Likely related to kitchen and prior cooking- dishwasher had old food so could be related to that. Location and shuttle transfer were great.

The staff was very nice, the room was neat and comfortable. We enjoyed our one night stay. The fitness center was small but I loved the gym towels and wish I could find some like that! The breakfast had a nice selection and hotel was in a great location!

Great shuttle service from the airport. First room smelt like strong cooking but they moved us straight away. Healthy breakfast wasn't what I'd call Healthy everything contained sugar and I struggled to find something to eat. Perfect for what we needed which was a close hotel to the airport for 1 night wouldn't have stayed longer.

Their staff was wonderful, great breakfast, clean rooms, convenient shuttle to the airport- overall great stay!

The room was clean enough but pretty small for a “suite”. Amenities were limited. Front desk person was very nice!

I needed to stay near to the airport so I booked this site for the convenience, and then once I arrived I realized immediately that I was going to enjoy the relaxed, kick-back breakfast and had a great night's sleep. I'll be back.

Breakfast was ok, filled the plate but they have a hard stop at 9am. Area felt safe for 2 women travelling alone. Coffee, water and tea available all day.

Only Netflix, YouTube and Pandora are offered, TV in living room would cut off with YouTube and certain channels... Definitely appreciated the Upgrade... With three hotels parking can be tight... Breakfast was delicious...

Property is really becoming rundown and is not being maintained well. The lock on my suite door (room 403) was not working. The ac in the bedroom was loud and was not cooling the room down. The “motion detection” temperature control is very obnoxious. It will stop cooling your room down to your set point if you don’t keep walking past the sensor! The tv remote was not working and neither was the tv. There were stains on the floor and on the furniture.

Right acriss from the Airport, and conveniently near coffee shops , restaurants and shopping centers close by. Or you can dtsy in and cook in the kitchen

Great stay when flying out of the Buffalo airport.

When checking out I discovered that I was able to access my room with no key. I was actually able to come in and out of my room without a key swab, which means that somehow the code was deactivated on my door. I have also been suspicious of the maintenance guy who works there. Definitely felt like my safety was at risk the last time I stayed here.

The staff here are so friendly. They are very nice. It was a wonderful experience very clean hotel thank you.

While in theory this was nice since we had been traveling all day, the condition of the room was not ideal. We got to the room and once we opened the door we were hit with a very strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. After the day we had we figured we would adjust and just shower and head to bed. My partner went to sit on the couch in the living room and the entire corner of the living room smelled like urine. Again, not ideal but we just wanted to shower and sleep. We checked the bed and all was in order. We decided to again suck it up and stay. I took a shower which was fine, but when getting out of the shower I noticed there was human waste smeared down the side of the toilet between the toilet and the shower. While this is clearly from the people who stayed in this room before it is clear house keeping DIDN’T clean this room throughly. Once in bed my partner tried to turn on the TV and it didn’t work. At that point we gave up, ended up staying the night but we highly Considered getting in our car and doing the 2 hour drive home, but with how tired we were it wasn’t safe to drive. I’ve stayed at a lot of Marriott properties and this was by far the biggest disappointment.

The room was perfect!! It was very spacious with a small kitchen area loaded with everything you need to cook a meal. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very clean!! I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I come to Buffalo area to see family. So usually its an extended stay and the staff made me feel welcome and because I am a little sccatter brained on vacation locked myself out of my room twice - the staff was very helpful and understanding.

Staff was outstanding & I loved that there were 2 other Marriott’s that shared the same parking lot. Was nice to be able to walk to a sister property to have dinner! (Courtyard)!

Back at 4 to drop things off and freshen up for 30 minutes Housekeeping working on other rooms near us when we left. Returned after 10 pm nothing done.

Dominic and Gabriel at the front desk were so helpful and approachable during 3 day visit.The breakfast options were amazing and hot options changed daily. It smelled cleaned as soon as the doors opened and didn’t disappoint when we got to our room. A shout out to our shuttle driver Vincent friendly and efficient service. Will definitely stay again if ever in Buffalo again.

We enjoyed a short stay here prior to catching a flight the next day. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any needs or questions we had. The suite was clean but small compared to other Marriotts we have stayed in but it suited our needs and the location across from the airport was perfect. There were an ample amount of restaurants in the area to choose from that were available. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good but it was not as complete as some other Marriotts. The choices were limited for those who don’t eat pork and some things such as yogurt were not available. The staff kept the available items refilled periodically and were as accommodating as possible. Even with the limited menu there was plenty to enjoy. The dining area lacked ambiance but it was clean and there was sufficient seating to seat all the guests easily. All in all it was a nice place to stay overnight if you need a place near the airport.

This hotel like a mini apartment, there is a mini kitchen setup, large & space room. Clean room, similarly 5star hotel, Breakfast was good but but there aren’t vegetarian options.. muffins bread bagel waffles yogurt milk, egg crumble, sausages, cereal jams, cream cheese are the options, quite area. Everything good. There is a 24 hour coffee machine,

My first floor room by the side door (#131) was quiet and I got a great sleep. The room was spotless, including all the appliances, much cleaner than some 5-star hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. For the price, you can’t beat this hotel.

We were greeted by a lovely young man. He checked us in and gave us bottles of water and snacks to take up to our room. Our room is very spacious and clean. A lovely hotel!

Checkin took less than 2 minutes, my room was clean, comfortable and when the car rental didnt have an ice scraper, the manager handed me one and said, "the rental company will return it. Just leave it in the car. A lifesaver! Great stay.

Room was great. Front desk was terrific. My only issue was breakfast - wasn’t food at all. We even left to get breakfast. It was cold and horrible selection.

My wife and I wanted to stay close to Buffalo airport. This worked out to be the best last minute place to stay. It didn't have a hot tub but there was a pool and it was very comfortable.

Our 6 night stay was great. The beds/pillows were comfortable and the coffee was really good!! The breakfast was very nice for my husband and daughter. I unfortunately have a lot of food allergies and there wasn't much I could eat. We used the poo A LOT but missed a hot tub! The staff was wonderful, made us feel welcome and appreciated! They were extremely helpful with holding our luggage after chech out due to a late flight! We will definitely stay here again!! THANK YOU!

Arrived to people walking around the property with music playing loudly through their sell phones, even getting on the elevators with music playing. Our floor smelled of food being cooked since almost every door was left propped open. I believe there were multiple families staying ear each other so they left their doors propped open and you could hear all their conversations and movement all night long.
