We did not get the room we were promised. They gave us entry level room-small, no view. Complained to desk we paid for premium room, but staff would not correct or discount the price, since we overpaid. We will never stay there again

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Buffalo. The hotel is stylish and modern, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Complimentary tea in the lobby was a lovely touch, and the fitness center is excellent — spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Overall, it’s a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Highly recommended for both families and couples.

Great bathroom with a large walk-in shower and even real soap bars. A novelty these days. AC worked great. In all, a lovely stay with no downside.

I called and made sure there would be late night food options as I was on an 1100 mile trip with 2 dogs. Requested 2 turkey sand at 11:30 pm uoon arrival. Was told it would take 1.5 hours but still I agreed. Called 45 min later to tell me they ran out of food- i called back and asked if they had anything- i ordered what they said they had available abd even flatbread and fries arrived an hour later. It was inedible, really. No apology, no discount - the staff there varies greatly in customer service. I have stayed there 8 times a year for 10 years on my way to Vermont. This hotel can cost $615 nightly when busy. I can get better customer service at a much cheaper place. Bye bye Marriott. How hard would it have been to refund $58. Never asked for one in the oast- geez

Linens need to be updated. Had towels that were tattered and frayed. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Connected parking garage is a plus. Plenty of dining options in the area.

The property is very lovely. Our room was super clean. Nice showers, big tv and a nice kitchen . Beautiful views and lots of space in the room !

There were rips and holes in the sheets. TV was difficult to use and remote didn’t work well. Staff was very friendly, although valet parking was a hassle

Enjoyed my stay. Didn’t enjoy being called by front desk about noise complaint when my tv volume was low. Neighbors to room decided to go to bed before 8 pm which was before my concert I was attending. Made me uncomfortable to talk or make a peep after concert. Otherwise I like the hotel I just found that unfair the neighbors rained on my datenight

My stay was absolutely perfect at The Westin. I wanted more of an upscale hotel to stay at in Buffalo while coming for the sabers game and this was it. The food was delicious and service was impeccable. All the staff was friendly and helpful with the requests we had .

Beautiful lobby and friendly staff. Parking was very easy. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was ok and the cafe was not that great, but there is a Starbucks across the street which was very convenient.

Our room was big. The bed was great. Everything was neat and clean. The shower was big, glass doors, rain shower head and a sprayer.

The restaurant options were excellent, and most importantly, the staff was accommodating and highly professional. Plus, the state-of-the-art gym on the fourth floor offered an incredible view.

The morning breakfast walking options is limited and staff did not seem versed on the best option. Sub par olives for a dirty Martini. I would stay again for sure.

This hotel was very clean and the staff Olivia and Chloe were amazing and they checked on us throughout our short stay. It was also dog friendly so that always is a plus!

Not only were they nice the service was impeccable! They even gave my sister a gift for her 21st birthday which we were there for. Loved my stay overall 100/10

The Westin is located in a great part of Buffalo. The room was clean, large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful with ideas of what to do locally. The fitness center has 3 Peloton bikes and numerous other equipment. We would absolutely stay again.

The amenities are top-notch, especially the state-of-the-art gym, which made my workouts enjoyable and convenient. The dining options are equally impressive, with a variety of delicious meals available at the on-site restaurant. Overall, The Westin Buffalo exceeded all my expectations. With its excellent service, luxurious amenities, and prime location, it's a fantastic choice for anyone visiting downtown Buffalo. I can't wait to return!

Overall the hotel was clean and in good condition, and the staff was very friendly. The only thing we didn't love was the lack of coffee available in the lobby in the mornings, and the restaurant is closed during part of normal brunch hours on the weekend from 10 until 11:30, which is a bit odd. However, parking was easy and there were plenty of great nearby restaurants.

Amazing hotel! Clean, beautiful decor and the staff goes over and beyond! You are welcomed with a glass of Champagne! Patina 250 in the hotel has an amazing restaurant and bar as well!

The front desk staff was very rude. They didn’t deliver the true Marriott message and customer service.

Had to wait for our room to be ready check in was 4pm the room wasn’t ready until 545 pm so we had to rush for our dinner plans/reservations that was at 6 and almost didn’t make it! Room was clean over all and staff was nice!

Great location for the show we saw at Shea. Only issue was finding that dining room had closed at 9:30 AM (we showed up at 9:45) for the included breakfast, when the info in the room said it was open on Sundays until 1PM.

Our room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. It’s what you would expect from Westin. The restaurant/bar and coffee shop were both very good. All employees we dealt with were great.

The beds were amazing. Room was so large. Nice details like lavender scent to help with sleep. Only challenge was the accessible shower got water everywhere and made a mess.

The condition of the hotel amenities are great, especially the gym. Yet the wall is rather thin that I was even waken up by the person snoring next door.

We where very tired after a long flight, and they didn’t have our rooms ready until past 4:00 PM

The room was spacious just like the very wide hallways. Beautifully appointed, the sofa and the bed were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and top of the line. Champagne at check-in was a nice touch. Having Pantina 250 at the hotel for dining was fabulous and convenient.

Upscale, understated elegance, very friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Would definitely go there again!

We were given the room we requested, and we were given instructions about the on-site parking, restaurants, and other information. We were not told about how to access housekeeping, thus we were requesting things at odd hours. Our telephone needed repair. OVERALL, we were very comfortable.

How this can be proclaimed a 4 star property is beyond me. No dining on site. No bar. Advertised as a property with full amenities and honestly very limited. Waited at the desk for assistance for 5 minutes before someone paid attention. All attention and deference was paid to a sports team and we were rudely removed from areas for security reasons. The attendant at the front desk was aggressive in response to a simple question. I have stayed in Westin’s before and loved my stay but to have a male employee aggressively treat a party of woman is pathetic.

Expedia screwed up the reserve ; on the wrong date. No way to communicate. Skip Expedia. Go direct to hotel

I wouldn’t know about the stay, they asked me to relocate to the HarborPlace Marriott... There we really enjoyed the view.

The staff was very pleasant!!! Looking forward to returning some day.
