Waaaaay overpriced for what you get. The 2 queen bed room is small and dingy. Obviously this place is just about making money and not about how comfortable your stay is. Breakfast not included. $25 to park your car?!

Always a wonderful place to stay.

Unfortunately, we didn't use the pool or have breakfast there; we only stayed the night, but everyone was very welcoming, and the facilities were clean, and we got a great, comfy, very spacious room. Overall, very pleased.

Staff were nice and helpful. Stayed for 1 night to attend a concert nearby. When we arrived back to the room afterward our room had a foul sewer smell most likely coming from the shower drain. We closed the drain and bathroom door then went to sleep.

I frequently fly into Burbank for board meetings and always stay at the Hotel Burbank because 95% of the time, rooms have been clean, quiet, the bed is comfortable, I truly appreciate the mini fridge and microwave, and the whole ambiance of the room feels relaxing and comfortable at the end of a very busy day.

Excellent customer service! The front desk was always friendly and helpful! The shuttle was always on time and the drivers were very courteous and professional!

They have an upstairs lounge with a view. We did notKnow about it. someone in our party received a flyer a day after we checked in. Had we known about it sooner we would have visited it more.

We also waited two days for the room to be cleaned before finding out that housekeeping is only provided upon request, which was never mentioned at check-in. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not as pleasant as we expected. I don’t recommend it.

Room was clean. AC was nice. Staff were pretty chill. Pool was cold though and that sucked, because we wanted to swim :) But the 2yrs old, elderly lady and autistic brother I was traveling with couldn’t enjoy that temperature unfortunately. So there was no swimming for us! Very disappointed at that. Location was nice. Really disappointed with the hotel “restaurants” menu. Had a huge family lunch after church for our family reunion. Thinking the hotel would have a good selection when booking the hotel in advance, only to be disappointed and embarrassed that my family didn’t have a better choice of food. We could have gone somewhere else but oh well. Everyone was already there. And we are talking about nearly 25 people that showed. So it wasn’t like we can just go somewhere else, we kind of had to deal with it.

Amazing service! We got in earlier then expected and our room wasn't ready, so they upgraded us to a suite for no charge so we would have a room on time. Absolutely love the service provided here!!

Solo me gustaría recomendar que limpien un poquito más los muebles por donde está el microondas tenían un poquito de polvo si te acercas profundamente a mirar lo notas al contrario no. Con mi familia nos volveríamos a quedar en este hotel nos dio mucha confianza. La piscina la usamos estaba limpia el agua mis niños se divirtieron. El resto del hotel no nos dio tiempo de explorar. Pero si lo recomendamos 10/10

We stayed for a trip out to see family. As a military family, we travel to California often to see our family and were distraught over the awful condition of the room: the room was stuffy and soooo outdated!!! the bed is definitely a full that’s not a queen. The bathroom vent fan didn’t work so the tiny bathroom was rusted and it hadn’t been working for some time so the curtain track in the bedroom was rusted and you fought the blinds to close. I mentioned this to staff and they were unable to fix the fan and sprayed WD 40 on the blind track. The pool area has cigarette butts. The elevator is sufficient only for the week days- it’s quite the nightmare and fight for guests on busy weekends. The gym is renovated and quite impressive. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, but clearly the renovations were focused on amenities and outward than the room for guests. Perhaps only certain rooms were renovated? Then why was I charged the rate of a newer Hilton. The breakfast menu works but pricey!!! Because breakfast isn’t included it’s more like $15-25 per person. Also, because we travel for a long period of time, I was annoyed to see an outdated laundry room with half the machines broken!!! I do not recommend! I reached out to Expedia About this too.

The elevators on the outside of the building were wonderful! The key card was used to get the rental car in and out of the garage, so no extra expense. Our room had a great view of Griffith Park.

A lot places to eat near by walking distance.

The only grievance I have was that there was a spotlight on the roof of the neighboring building by the pool that shone directly into our room and the curtains did not close all of the way to block it out. Just a minor annoyance. The parking situation was fantastic. We didn’t have to worry about not finding a place to park as you do in so many other places. The location is fantastic. It’s close to dining grocery pharmacy. Anything you need is very close by. I highly recommend this place.

A good hotel, with some oddities. The highlights are friendly staff, a pool and a great cafe. Downside is the room was huge, but there wasn't enough furniture for the space. There were only two small drawers for our clothes were under the TV. There was a huge space with two doors for a closet, but it was totally empty without a bar for hanging clothes. Clothing was hung on a small rack near the door the size of what you'd use in tiny room.

I stay frequently when I'm in town for meetings and presentations. Always clean, comfortable bed, quiet, love having the mini frige and microwave. Previous stays - no shampoo in the shower dispenser so I had to wash my hair with a bar of soap and once the heater didn't work. Hence, my 9/10 score. Also don't like having to pay to keep my rental car overnight.

Every staff member I encountered was courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to answer questions and be sure they gave the best possible service. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. I was very happy and impressed with their high level of security, I felt safe and comfortable every place on the property. I highly recommend them. I will definitely stay there any time I travel to Southern California. Thank you Hotel Burbank for a very pleasant stay.

Check in was smooth, they were very nice and explained everything. Parking was $25 which is cheaper than other hotels. Our room was in the 19th floor, which was quite a ride in the elevator, but it is open so you get a nice view of Burbank. The room was spacious, everything was clean, bed was comfy and AC worked perfectly. We didn't hear a lot of noise from the neighbors, so I don't know if they were empty or just had good soundproofing. Hotel Bar had happy hour which we enjoyed, and we didn't get to try the food because kitchen closed at 10pm. Since check out was 12pm we were able to go for a walk downtown (across the street), go to the Koi Garden & Pool, then check out and be on our way. All in all a great stay.

Between charging a fee for early check in, $6 room water bottles and request-only turndown service, it’s very much the kind of place that you go to if you just need a bed for the night.

Your hotel is average. It seems like it has gone downhill since Holiday Inn left. The sink had a crack in it. very poor water pressure from the sink. Chair at desk was not real comfortable.

I had never stayed here before it was my first time so when I booked my stay, I got the expensive room where it was a city view, but I have to say it was very inconvenient because it was very noisy due to traffic and train noise. I didn’t have a great experience 2 AM that was loud music that was never stopped. Kids running around felt like an earthquake. I don’t know where the security was, but it kept happening. Room service was not Gret recalled and asked for water. They said we can provide it. We have to go down and purchase it and then cleaning the room they did but left the bathroom un cleaned with dirty towels. I had to call twice to ask for new towels, so I was really unsatisfied because my guest was out of state and made it in convenient so I called and asked for a discount. They said you didn’t address this issue to the front desk. I tried to explain that I had a guest out of state and I didn’t wanna make it more uncomfortable than it was so I reached out to the team spoke with the supervisor. He said there’s nothing we can do. Only thing we can do is give you a cheaper rate for next time. I said I don’t think I wanna stay there again so I wouldn’t recommend things were pretty old and couches and the furniture were from 1914 and it’s a lot of upgrading but the staff was amazing. Very nice actually one night we called and ask where the ice machine was three people didn’t know they had to research to tell us that it was on seventh floor, which was not professional

The service and professionalism was quite impressive. Not a modern day hotel but the amenities were fully functional and totally acceptable. If need to I wouldn't hesitate to stay there aga8n and recommend it.

Stayed here with my family for a trip to Universal Studios (15 min drive away). This hotel is clean, quiet (aside from some freeway noise), has a nice pool, and is in a fantastic location! The food from the cafe was amazing and reasonably priced. Parking isn’t free but it’s convenient and plentiful. If you have any fear of heights though, the only elevators are all glass and our room was on the 18th floor!

Very convenient location and great value. Loved the happy hour at the bar and the sauna. Pool area was also very nice, but we were unable to swim as it was not heated. There did appear to be a situation with a bird and an a/c unit by the elevators on our floor that left the hallway littered with feathers for the duration of our stay. The hotel was otherwise very clean, including our room which was spacious and comfortable.

Staff made the check in and check out process quick and easy. The garage was easy to use and very convenient. The luggage carts were very helpful and it was so nice having them available. The bathroom had hairs in it on the ground and a long black hair floating in the toilet which wasn’t great but the rest of the room was clean. Overall it was a good stay and we would definitely stay here again.

No Bueno! There was.luke warm shower/bath water.. Worse yet... You can onlynpark 10 minutes in the unloading zone or risk being towed. As if 10 minutes is enough time tio unload your suitcases. Check in. Bring the bags to your room... my room was on the 8th. Floor! They charge for overnight parking and if you choose not to pay for parking, Parking in that area of Burbank is brutal. This Hotel may be good for Airline Pilots and Airline employees flying in and out of Burbank who are OK wearing a bath robe through the Hallway to enjoy a suana... but for a traveler like myself... it's a rip off. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The rooms are very outdated, the elevators sound scary, and they don’t seem to have very good amenities available…. But of course they have multiple fees. I don’t see a point in coming back to this hotel that feels a step up from a motel.

We always stay at hotel Burbank and have been for the past six years. We love the bar/lounge area. This front desk staff are incredible… as a matter of fact- all of the staff is super welcoming. It didn’t matter who I passed in the hallway, whether they were from the business office, the front desk, or the Housekeeping staff-everyone said “good morning“ or greeted us with smiles. Some rooms can use some sprucing up (repainting doors/ carpet cleaning), but it’s not to the point where it would impact my stay or opinion of the hotel. The hotel is still spacious and attractive.

The room size was nice. The staff was friendly. The room needs updating. The main bed was comfortable; however, the sofa bed was not. The bedding on the main bed required replacement, as there was a tear in the comforter and old stains on the sheets. Additionally, there was a tear on the sofa cushion. There was no bottled water provided in the room. Although I noted in the reservation that the room was for our honeymoon, no added perks were offered, and we were assigned a room where street noise and the sound of a passing train could be heard. At check-out, a line formed while three staff members were present at the desk, but only one was assisting guests with check-in and check-out, while the others watched the one staff member.

Everything was great, just wish there was a way to close the thicker blinds as the brightness comes through the window early on in the morning. Instead of laying in bed and checking out at noon, we got up to get ready at 730am to leave before 930. was really looking forward to sleeping in. Otherwise, everything else was great!

My biggest complaint was the old shower head which produced a wonky spray of water. Easy check in. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Cheaper rooms face the freeway so be prepared for that. Eventually the hum of traffic became white noise.

Room was nice love that it comes with a refrigerator and microwave in Las Vegas. A lot of the hotels do not accommodate guests with such amazing amenities as well as a complementary coffee love this hotel that is why I always book it when I am in the city of Burbank.

Easy check in and out with friendly staff, nice room with good bed and lovely toiletries (incl makeup towel). Pretty quiet, but I was on top floor end of hall so only has one neighbor. Great for a quick in and out of BUR airport, too, with frequent shuttle. Lovely overall!

While we chose this hotel due it being a super convenient location to the Burbank airport and all Hollywood spots, we quickly found out that this is a really nice hotel. Very clean with nice amenities. We loved the coffee bar downstairs and the cute “mom and pop” restaurants down the street. Staff were all very kind and attentive to our needs. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were pretty quiet - never heard any street traffic. The parking garage was much more preferred over street parking so it was worth the extra fee.

The location of the hotel is great if you want to explore the Hollywood area and universal studio, super convenient. Burbank is also a nice clean neighborhood. I think sometimes the request wasn’t received promptly, e.g. I have to wait for an hour for someone to just take out my trash without other housekeeping services and I have to call them a couple of times. But overall the service was decent. I super recommend the breakfast and the staff there are nice and prompt.

Easy check in and checkout. If you’re not used to sleeping with freeway noise the tower facing the freeway will be hard on you. The farthest thing from soundproof windows. Definitely ask which tower you’re in! Room was clean and surprisingly spacious.

The hotel feels dated, but overall it was an okay experience. The beds were comfortable, which made the stay more pleasant. However, the cleanliness could have been better. We also didn’t have enough towels. Room carpet was dirty with traces of trash on it, there was an sticker on one lamp, and some other details, that make you feel the room was not cleaned enough.

Hotel Burbank tells you that all you need to do is request service the day before you want. So on check in, I ask and they assure me they are noting it down and it doesn't happen! I end up calling the front desk or stopping people servicing the empty rooms to get fresh towels. On the other hand, I'm saving money on the tip I put out that never gets picked up because no one comes. The location is great -- you can walk to nice restaurants and shops. The hotel itself offers some decent food choices. I'd give it higher marks if they would simply fulfill their promise of serving the room.

ne of the worst stays ever. Right from the location, front office service and support, cleanliness, amenities, and room service — everything was highly disappointing. The service standards were even below a two-star hotel. There was no water provided and not even a hair dryer in the room. I booked two rooms for my family worth over $400, but the experience was good for nothing. Extremely unsatisfactory stay and definitely not recommended to anyone at I honestly didn’t like anything about this stay. The entire experience was a complete waste of money and far below expectations. Very disappointing in every aspect.

A very pleasant stay. Staff were great ambassadors, and extremely accommodating. Airport proximity and regularly scheduled shuttle were another plus, even for us non-business travelers. Great neighborhood for strolling and dining. San Fernando Blvd and its offshoots something of a Restaurant Row, you can eat out three meals a day for a week--without a car--before needing to repeat a restaurant. We weren't in town long enough to try the hotel's cafe.

You do have to pay for parking, 25 a night but it’s directly across from the hotel. There’s security that does rounds and they are more than accommodating. Will continue to stay here.

Great place and a reasonable price. Stuff is just a little bit outdated but it added to the charm. Definitely go check out the hidden koi pond too. My only complaint was that the wi-fi wasn't great.

The hotel is in a convenient area close to our are departing flight, close enough to sightseeing spots in LA and lots of restaurants, eating spots which were very good. The Wifi didn't work and that was stressful. I really didn't have time to ask for assistance but it wasn't working for any of the guests so it was an issue. Bummed about this. Besides that, great property.

While the lobby seems well-maintained, the guest areas—specifically the hallway to the left of the front desk—show a significant decline in decor and cleanliness. Our original room was in poor condition, appearing aged and poorly maintained. It was dark, dirty, and had a persistent odor of cigarettes, which contradicted the bright and modern photos shown on Hotels.com. Additionally, there were visible stains on the walls, carpeting, and bedding. After we requested a different room, we were initially given a key for a room number that did not exist. Upon returning to the front desk, we were informed the second room was in a different tower. Before making the very long trip, we asked if the second room was any different from the first, and the staff member confirmed it was not. I cannot recommend this property given these maintenance and cleanliness issues.

My room was a size of a Suite, including 2 rooms. Bed was really Comfy. Each room had its own AC & TV. Would definitely stay there again & Definitely would Recommend to Others!!!

Overall - great little cafe, their staff were lovely at the cafe and bar, Wei (events manager who arrived later) sorted out the mix up on our meeting booking, everyone is friendly and helpful. It is close to the main street of restaurants. Pillows are low quality. Bed/mattress and sheets are low quality too. Everything looks tired. Checkin - the key room number I was given looked like 1226 turned out it was 1220 but caused confusion and delay in check in. The meeting room was not set up, noone around, AV put in whilst I had a meeting on... was not very professional. Did not find the front desk employees very service orientated. Not very helpful. The beer was flat. Need more healthy food options.

Parking wasn’t included this time, and having to park in another building felt a bit unsafe, especially around midnight. We were also assigned a room on a lower floor and got woken up early by the garbage truck every morning. Starting our day at Universal Studios already exhausted really affected the experience.

For the amount of money I paid for this hotel, the rooms were very old and needed so many updates. No USB’s in the room. Hair dryer almost caught on fire two days in a row. There is no daily housekeeping services. You have to ask for towels, coffee, and coffee cups if you want them. The bar and the cafe were fine, but I will not stay there again due to the rooms. I was upgraded to an executive suite for no reason and worry had I been in a regular room. Unfortunate experience.

But do not take room C 0319. It is next to the storage closet and you hear all types of noise.

Also fun areas around to relax and enjoy other guests or your own family! The front desk personnel was always friendly and helpful! The cleaning staff always spoke and were so helpful! We love this this property! That the elevator in the parking lot didn't work!? Other then that all was great!

Loved my stay. Especially for the price, I don’t think you can find a better, safer deal in the LA area.

I had an important commitment the day after my first night and needed a good night’s sleep, but it was difficult. There was a lot of noise, and to make matters worse, the alarm clock in the room was already set to 5 AM by a previous guest, which woke me up and made it hard to fall back asleep.

The room was awesome, didn’t use the pool or the laundry. Parking was great. Unfortunately, it was no fancy schmancy restaurant.

The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable with soft and plush blankets. Air conditioning worked great, and the shower was stocked with a full size shampoo and conditioner hanging on the wall. There was also a very basic coffee machine. I couldn’t get the tv to switch off of one channel that was stuck in a loop lol but was too tired to watch tv anyways. There’s no free breakfast but a cafe on property which looked nice. Neighborhood felt safe!

We really enjoyed our stay, and the staff was excellent. Our only concerns were that the room and entry area felt outdated and could benefit from some refurbishment and better upkeep. Additionally, the bathroom mirror was mounted quite low, making it difficult to use for anyone over about 5’6”.

Easy access to freeway and downtown Burbank The hotel public areas are bright and modern. Rooms are big and have everything you need, they are a little outdated n shabby in places though. For the size of the hotel the pool area is small with a few beds n chairs. This didn’t affect our stay and would stay there again if returning to Burbank area. Didn’t eat at hotel so can’t comment on food.

Location to San Fernando BLVD was great The parking lot building elevator was not working. There was no water fountain close by on the floor to get water. For the price per night, the hotel should offer complimentary breakfast. The last thing, the shower had very poor water pressure.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom accessories of soap & shampoo had a nice scent. Blackout curtains that close completely would be helpful for a good night sleep. Sounds from the streets & neighborhood were loud, even with window closed.

Room not in great condition, rips in carpet, rust in bathroom ceiling, wallpaper in room and bathroom peeling and bathroom has a small hole in the wall. This was the second room we were switched to.. same issue with the other room but worse. Location was great amd so was the staff very accommodating and friendly.

I would like to begin by noting that I previously stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago when it operated under the Holiday Inn brand. I based part of my expectations on that experience, which, in hindsight, may not have been entirely fair. The staff during my recent stay were the highlight of the visit. Brittany, who checked us in, was professional, kind, and friendly. She encountered some difficulty locating my reservation due to my hyphenated last name, but she handled the situation efficiently and with professionalism. All of the other staff members we interacted with were equally helpful and courteous. We had several deliveries during our stay, and the team managed each one seamlessly. Every interaction was smooth and pleasant. In the room, the bed was very comfortable! You have to request housekeeping. All requests for towels, etc. were handled promptly. After booking this reservation, I inquired about the possibility of an early check-in. I make this request with every hotel reservation, as I am typically an early riser—especially during road trips—and often arrive ahead of standard check-in times. The response I received stated: “Although we are unable to guarantee early check-in, a request has been added and is subject to room availability upon arrival. If available, an early check-in fee may apply. Early check-in fees are as follows: $75 (7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.), $50 (9:01 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.), and $25 (11:01 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.).” From what I have read, this type of fee structure is becoming more common at some hotels; however, I had not previously encountered a property that charges for early check-in. Interestingly, we arrived at the hotel around noon and were allowed to check in at that time without being charged any additional fee. It is possible there was a misunderstanding, and the request was interpreted as a guaranteed early check-in rather than simply noting that we might arrive early and would appreciate a room if one was available. The room was clean but showed a lot of signs of being remodeled by the lowest possible bidder contractor. The brown paint around the molding dripped onto the white wall paint in several places around the room, and the brown molding had white paint on it. The door in the bathroom had a lot of damaged on the bottom corner. There is barely any counter space in the bathroom, so I literally couldn't unpack most of my toiletries. My other disappointment was there was only one set of dresser drawers in the whole room. Specifically, there was only two small drawers available for two people, who are heavy packers and we stayed there a week with a formal occasion during that week. I understand that hotels get sold and new owners put their own spin on things, but I have to say I miss this hotel being under the Holiday Inn umbrella. In my opinion, it was better as a Holiday Inn.

I liked the city view I didn’t like how when it was raining the water was going through the elevators, the controller for my tv wasn’t working properly, the pool was out of service , the sauna wasn’t even too hot, & how I had to pay more money to get a late check out because 90% of the hotels let you stay for an hour more at least They didn’t offer a discount since pool was out of service

Esmeralda checked me in and seemed annoyed when I asked a question. 1st room given had a bathtub that had backed up, drained and dried stuff in the bottom. Expensive but you’re paying for the area.

The airport shuttle is for the Burbank Airport not LAX. The room was very clean and the housekeeping was excellent! There is parking charges that are not disclosed until you get there and it is $25 per day. Also, about half the staff was super friendly and helpful and the other half acted like you were bothering them.

Staff are always friendly. I remember this used to be the Holiday Inn. I miss that they had cucumber mint water in the lobby. Maybe we can get this back. Other than that, everything was amazing. I had my 1 year old grand daughter, and they accommodated with a crib. That was nice!

We always have a great stay at Hotel Burbank. Every worker is always so polite, especially housekeeping. Front desk isn't always as friendly as you'd expect or like them to be but... this time there were a few standouts. I wish I would have gotten the names of those that were super cordial, warm and inviting. The kitchen went above and beyond for us during our stay this time, the front as well as the back. Maybe it was because it was Valentine's Day, I don't know, but it seems as if everyone was feeling the love.

Shuttle from the airport was quick and easy, and the hotel is GORGEOUS! Great restaurant and coffee shop, and the lobby has lots of cute and comfy places to sit. I was so surprised when my room number said it was on the 19th floor! There’s a whole tower connected that I don’t even know - and the elevator views going up were to die for. Room was great, nothing to complain about at all. I was only there for one night so I didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or anything, but I will definitely stay here again.

The room wasn’t very clean. There were black lints on the bed sheets and black streaks on towels. Our family with kids were also put next to a room of loud partiers. We were so tired and didn’t check in til after 10pm on a one night stay. I don’t understand why they would put us next to two large groups of people. It wasn’t a good night.

The check-in process and communication was very poor. Our room wasn’t ready until 2 hours after check-in time and this was only after we pressed multiple times for an estimated time frame. We were met with excuses and no offer of compensation for the inconvenience. There was no communication about the possible delays, despite being at the hotel since 9:00 am giving them many chances to communicate about the 3:00 pm check-in. The room service and on-site cafe were excellent.

I was rented a room with. A broken bathroom door knob and lock. As a result, I was locked out of my bathroom and delayed for a very important commitment I had while in town. Also, I was one door close away from being trapped in a bathroom for two days. This could have resulted in injury or even worse. The staff was aloof and made no attempt to redress me once I told them, treating the problem like a broken coffee maker. Really not ok they don’t maintain their rooms to proper standards.

The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The only issue I had is that when I checked in the staff person told me that parking was included in my stay. When I checked out I was vharged for parking and was told by staff that the $25.00 nightly parking wasnt included with my stay.

The woman at the front desk was awesome. But the room's bathroom had water on the floor when I arrived. The TV remote sucked and the channel guide is hard to navigate. the bed & room was amazing though.

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were uncomfortable. Housekeeping is only on request, which was fine by us but they should leave at least 4 towels for 2 queen beds since it sleeps 4. There were only 2 wash cloths 3 body and 2 hand towels. At check in the girl was very somber and gave little to no information. Had to ask what floor we were on. Also, parking is an extra fee, which we were unaware of.

I asked why we were getting a suite when I had requested a room with king bed not understanding they told us that they needed that room and the suite sounded good. When we got to the suite it turned out to be more like an underground bunker large but when curtains were drawn revealed huge industrial vats hideous. I was exhausted and did not have the energy to change., In fairness the clerk at that time told us we did not have to take it but again too tired after getting there to object. When we left the hotel the manager was quite rude when I expressed concern that mt card would not be charged she kept insisting that I failed to understand that and was clearly impatient and irritated. She was so horrible I ended up in tears. The first time I called to report it the young woman who was at the front desk was very attentive and promised to convey it to the Manager and notify accounting, that dept certainly did not get in touch with me nor did the manager. When I called back I was -put on hold and no one came to the phone. After at least 20 min of waiting I had to hang up, No call bac

The lobby-level updates made it a welcoming, fun space. Although clearly an older property, housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning my suite. I appreciated the lounge’s menu offerings and late-night hours. Missed the cafe, but happy to see it.

The hotel is 8 minutes drive from the Burbank Airport and the Hotel provides convenient shuttle service. The entertainment system in the room looks like it is from the eighties. Runs on a flat screen TV but there is no interactive menu with just an old scrolling style TV guide channel you have to sit through to find out the programming. There is no way to connect to any streaming services, The comforters in the room are pretty thin - not the usual fluffy ones you see in most hotels. Room service is by request only. Overall a comfortable stay.

I asked for the room to be cleaned. I was informed that due to them being short of staff, it would not be possible. No help with carrying the luggage up to the room or down from the room. I’m a single mom with a special needs daughter, so it was a struggle. First night there I went to get some ice from the ice machine. It didn’t work. I called front desk and was informed I could go to another floor to get ice. The ice machine did not work the entire time we were there. Some of the elevators were out of order. I was very disappointed with the lack of service. I have never stayed in a hotel where I couldn’t get my room cleaned.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had everything. Bar, Cafe, and restaurant. It's just convenient. The only things I didn't like were paying for parking, which I felt was very overpriced, and the airport shuttle. They said it came at 5:30am, and we got there at 5:31, and she said it had already left. I don't buy it. I mean, to load the luggage, put on the seatbelts, and get seated would have taken longer than a minute. I felt it was a lie, and it seems to have been focused solely on Southwest employees.

to rinse it all out thought. The headboard was broken off of the wall. The heater did not work and it was cold. The restaurant is a weird combo of self-service and service. I couldn’t tell what I was supposed to do. They brought me the food then sent me down the hall for condiments? Very dated property, I would choose to stay at one of the many nearby places when I go back.

Great hotel. Clean and spacious room, friendly staff. A short walk to many restaurants, bars, shopping, and theater. A short ride to Griffith Park.

Staff was helpfull and great location

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times now and I hate to stay, this time was not as good as my previous stays. My floor smelled like stale cigarette smoke and sewer. I also requested connected rooms and apparently I wasn’t there “early” enough so they couldn’t grant my request, even though I called and requested well 3 weeks in advanced.

Always stay here when in Burbank. It is just steps away from downtown and many great restaurants. I love the Christmas decorations they put up each year.

Staff was courteous.

Customers service on the front desk was horrible, the lady when I check out take my room key the one always use for go out to the garage parking, and she said she opened for us, so we wait and wait, until l back to the front desk again and tell her open because we need to go, so bad attitude, sorry bet we always stay a less every 2 months, but customer service.

Front desk was very helpful at all times of our trip from the time we arrived to the time we left. Even accommodated for me only having cash the first night. Room was nice and spacious, but most importantly it was clean. Will definitely stay again when we’re in the area.

Asked for two days to please get my room cleaned, trash taken out, clean towels etc. I was promised it would happen, it didn’t. Called back the second day and was promised the room would be cleaned and they would speak to the manager. Came back later that day and nothing happened. While checking out, they didn’t even ask how the stay was. Extremely disappointing. As I gave them a second shot as last stay came back to room to find ants everywhere.

Room was extremely clean and a very comfortable size. The staff was so friendly and patient with my questions and went above and beyond. Also, there is a convenient cafe on the lobby level.

We loved our stay!! We booked a last minute reservation for our family trip to Universal Studios and we are definitely staying here again. The staff was amazing…everyone from the welcome desk, to the cleaning team to the restaurant personnel! Their on-site restaurant was delicious and you can taste that their coffee (we had lattes) was made with good quality espresso. We booked a standard room with two queen beds and it was clean and comfortable. We recommend this hotel 10/10!!!

AC condensed water is dripping and made noise whole night. window curtain does not close fully to darken the room. Overall not happy with my stay.

Good location. Sufficient parking. Nice cafe. Easy check in. Noise from the freeway. Noisy fans in the bathrooms.
