The room and property were nice. I loved how quiet the room was and how I did not hear a peep from any of my neighbors.

We asked for daily housekeeping and they happily accomodated. Staff was friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious (we stayed in a king room). It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and they had extra niceties (6 toppings for oatmeal, cartons of milk with different fat percentage, blueberry compote and whipped cream for mini waffle maker). Parking was undercover, which was nice. Only complaint was lack of ice machines. Breakfast staff kindly filled our water cups though.

Staff upon initial check in was less than ideal. Not sure if the girl was new, but several things were missed and we had to go back downstairs a couple times. She was very friendly, so not a big deal - Just kind of annoying. Hotel is very quiet, the rooms are clean and very spacious. Breakfast was great. Perfect distance between both Warner Bros Studio & Universal Studios. About a 10 min drive both directions. Would gladly stay here again.

This is always our fav spot to stay at. The hotel is great, staff awesome. It is in the perfect location for everything you do and in walking distance to downtown Burbank and the malls. You'll always need to rent a car when in and around LA/Burbank but the best spot. If you need a place to book do it. They serve a good breakfast and you are also close to the best breakfast place anywhere in Charlie and Friends. Book you stay at the Residence Inn, you'll enjoy it.

Great customer service! Clean room, for amenities it can probably add backyard games and table games. The food is ok but its kinda like the same food options of other hotels. Probably best if update the breakfast options.

Extremely clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Especially appreciated the many restaurants and shops within walking distance. This is a relaxed community and felt safe walking to local restaurants. The pool area included gas grills and a gas fire pit. I will definitely stay here again!

I would like a jacuzzi

The room was impressively furnished, and very clean. The service was great as far as we needed it. Parking was convenient, and I paid $28 after tax per day to park at the hotel. The pool looked nice and clean, however, my girlfriend and I never made it down there. We used YouTube and Netflix on the smart TV, and it was awesome how the TV could swivel around. Our kitchen area had a couple stove burners, which I did not see in the listing and it would have been nice to plan cooking meals with them. The kitchen area was great, nonetheless, the full-size fridge has a little icemaker in the freezer. Overall, I was very, very happy with the room and I look forward to coming back from our excursions every day.

Property is well maintained, clean floors/carpet, clean and spacious rooms, clean bathroom. Nice pool, workout room. Only drawback is that it's located next to the 5 fwy, which can be convenient for travel/transportation, but also lacks a city vibe, but does have restaurants within walking distance.

The pool area could be nicer. Add a jacuzzi and lights to the pool.

The property was nice. Our suite had everything we needed so no complaints there. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but that’s with every hotel. The pictures of the pool area is a bit deceiving. The pool area and pool itself is very small.

The location is perfect, so close to downtown Burbank. Loved the free breakfast - but please extend it until 10! Loved the room and amenities available.

We’ve stayed her prior and really like how the staff is very friendly and helpful. We like having a kitchen in our room, it give us options to eat in or out.

Friendly staff, easy access, near lots of places

My wife and I were celebrating our 10 year engagement anniversary. The staff was incredible. They made us feel so special, and even gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne! The room was very spacious, clean, and modern. The beds were comfortable. Amazing hot complimentary breakfast, and a nice pool too. I will no doubt stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is our 4th year/time staying here & we love it. The staff is so pleasant and helpful at all times. We stayed again for a week and have no complaints. Breakfast spread in morning is great and plenty of options for adults & kids. Love that you can walk to restaurants, mall, movie theater etc. it’s so convenient and I always recommend them to everyone that asks. Thank you again for a great worry free week.

We spent a great time with a nice pool, offering a good breakfast and easy parking space, close to the highway and the shopping centre as well as to other Universal Studios parks

Staff was accommodating and welcoming. The only issue that we had was the toilet in our room had a very soft flush (it did not even flush toilet paper and barely flushed urine)to the point that we had to call maintenance to fix it during our stay. It’s something that we would’ve expected Housekeeping to report to management on things like that after they clean the rooms daily to ensure that the guest experience is as good as it could be. In addition, the shower head seemed like it needed to be replaced as it sprayed water all over the place. We left a note for Housekeeping because on both points, it should be their responsibility to report back to you maintenance/management to maintain proper upkeep of the facility. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

I had a great experience with the Marriott. It was exactly what i expected and much more. The staff was great the food was good. Walking distance from downtown burbank witch was very convenient. I'll be coming back soon!

The front desk clerk was very friendly. He gave me ideas of things to do in the areas. The hotel was nice and clean. Fill breakfast included. I absolutely loved the outdoor patios area around the pool. Overall 10/10 experience

This was rated a 9 as wonderful

My daughter got married nearby and I had to work the entire time. The room was perfect for my laptop and extra monitor. the desk was plenty big enough to hold all the hardware. Plus, I loved having to not go out for food. Huge refridgerator and they even produced a large drip coffee pot for me!! Got everything accomplished both for work and wedding preperation. They even created wedding bookings for all of the out of town guests. They were so accomodating to all of our needs.

Room smelled like a smokers home. Super noisy air conditioning that drowns out the TV. Pool was Ice cold. We stayed 6 days and they said the heater was broken. I don't believe them. Probably just cheap. Super close to the freeway. Freeway noise all day and night

It met all our expectations of our travel

We've stayed at this property for two Christmas weeks when visiting family in surrounding communities. It's so easy to access for them, the area is quiet, safe, with lots of little coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms are nicely laid out with a small kitchen area (full refrig, dishwasher, micro and stovetop), big seating area with pull out sofa if you need the space for kids. Lobby area is good for meeting up with visitors. The staff kindly set up a gift wrapping table with tape, scissors, paper and boxes last year and this year which was super helpful. Staff are helpful and cheerful. Overall a very good experience.

We like that breakfast is served until 9am so we get a bit of more sleep. Place is clean and beds comfortable. We didn’t get to use the pool because the weather was cold, maybe a heated pool would be a plus for this hotel :)

Con: breakfast food is not refilled timely and tables were not cleaned. I stayed 4 nights and breakfast experience was similar. Peak time there was not enough tables. Worst day was Christmas Eve at 8:40am all the hot items, coffee, hot water were all out and no replenishment (I left at 9:10, maybe they came later).

A must stay if you are visiting the area. Convenient covered parking. Nicely updated room with quality kitchen appliances. Laundry on the same floor. Excellent staff. The perfect hotel. I really enjoyed my stay and will be returning for sure the next time I visit.

Myr room was warm, spacious and like a studio aoartment! This is definitely an ideal hotel to stay in for a short-term stay. I look forward to visiting once again.

Great family stay. 2 BR, 2 Bathroom, made use of the fitness center and card-operated laundry. Beautiful neighborhood, close to LA attractions, hospitals, and malls (Burbank & Glendale). Was of freeway side at first, 4th floor, wasn't as loud as expected, more a humming noise. Morning breakfast was decent: eggs, sausages/bacon, bagels, etc., waffle maker, OJ, cranberry, water, hot tea, white milk, chocolate milk, apples, bananas, yogurts, boiled eggs.

Highly recommend as a great place to stay, wonderful staff, clean and comfortable.

It is a minimal-service hotel, but has easy parking, very spacious rooms, good buffet breakfast, pleasant front desk staff. Not a charming location, but very convenient to shopping and freeways. The pool was closed, but it wasn't pool weather, so not an issue.

Room was spacious and clean. Had a few issues with our first room, staff was friendly and quick to get us into a different room. Hotel is quiet and perfect for families. Pool was closed but was able to use a pool close by at a sister hotel, inconvenient but I’m glad they had another option. Overall good stay and I would definitely go back again.

Our first room was quite noisy, which was not good for a family member recovering from surgery. We appreciated how Ryan quickly facilitated a room change to a quieter part of the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The hide-a-bed was not as comfortable, but the staff provided extra comforters, which helped. The location is good, an easy walk to downtown Burbank, where there are many restaurants. It is also very close to Ikea. Parking at the hotel was easy.

It was an easy check in through the app. The room was clean and kitchen were well equipped. The area was quiet despite being close to restaurants and shopping malls.

We would definitely stay here again! It was perfect for our family of 4. We got a room on the 2nd floor and right by the pool for easy access. Our kids loved it. The breakfast was great! Loved all of the options. They give different ones each day. The only issue we had is we did not get turn down service. The housekeeper came to our room early and we weren’t ready. She said she’d come back after her 1pm break and never did. Otherwise a very good place to stay!

We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy and comfortable our room was. a nice size kitchenette and sitting space with couch and chairs. King bed was very comfortable big television that swiveled from the bed to the couch area. The room had a desk and a walk in shower. Loved this room. The breakfast was very nice with a large selection of breakfast food and fruits..coffee was very good.

Great property clean , comfy bed , friendly staff . One down fall no real pet relief area . I travel with 2 small Yorkies and the only grass was next to a very busy street . They need to install some turf or grass at the back of the parking lot which is much quieter .

Located right on busy freeway, very noisy all day and night. Broken ice maker in the room fridge, reported but never addressed. A few of the front desk staff not very friendly or helpful. Very limited housekeeping available, and even on our designated day, housekeeping didn't clean our room. Room card readers throughout hotel don't work very well. Good breakfast selection.

The place was excellent but I was very surprised by all the traffic noise. It sounded like trucks, motorcycles and such were right outside our window and we were on the 5th floor.

It’s not safe, back door by pool area that has access to guest rooms was broken and two many homeless roaming around. People smoke weed and boxes of Alcohol around pool area. Not safe or kids friendly.
