Very small fridge as well with a freezer thar had enough space to fit maybe 1-2 bottles of water. If you're traveling like me with a cooler, no room to cool larger ice packs overnight, you can fit a couple smaller though. No benches outside directly in carport and entrance. I walked outside to wait for an Uber, no place to sit with luggage so back inside to the lobby I went.

The complimentary continental breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options and food quality that fell below expectations. In addition, the air conditioning unit seemed outdated and unreliable. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature and made unusual noises throughout the night. Overall, the hotel appears to be in need of some updates and improvements. While the staff was courteous, the uncomfortable accommodations and lackluster amenities would make me hesitant to stay here again.

I liked how easy it was to find. The room was pretty clean, except for a crumbs of food on the pull-out sofa. The pool was nice, just wish it was a little warmer in it. Breakfast was pretty good also. Like I mentioned the pull-out couch did have crumbs of food in/on it. For breakfast they need to spray the waffle makers more than once because the waffles tend to stick and its hard to get them to come off.

Bedbugs! Run away before you have to spend $100 on cleaning your stuff or that much to replace it. We were in room 107 and 218.

It’s an older property but it serves its purpose. If a fitness room is important, the elliptical or treadmill wasn't working but they do have free weights.

If I would’ve known how bad the rooms were, I would’ve never stayed at this hotel!! the pictures looked nice, but in reality, it really needs a makeover. The staff was friendly and apologetic, but I would not recommend this hotel.

Pool area lights were out , pool water was cold. Bathroom has no exhaust fan. Took old towels from room and never replace with new ones. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was ok but time frame not ideal for a vacation, 7am-10am would be daily.

This was not as expected, on the desk that was in the room all 4 of the legs were very wobbly was afraid it would break if it was used. The bottom corner’s of all the furniture looked as those they sat in water as they were peeling and were broken. Phones that were in the rooms did not work, line was dead. If you needed clean towels you needed to return the ones you had to the desk yourself and they would exchange them.

Room was clean, plenty of towels, extra couch pullout bed. The pool area was clean with warm towels. Breakfast was fresh and replenished frequently, and dining area was clean.

The room was clean but definitely had wear. A man was yelling outside in the hallway for at least an hour and kept me from falling asleep. The breakfast was not even available when I had to leave the next morning at 6:30 am (it was a Saturday morning). I felt uneasy and a little unsafe during my stay. I would not recommend or come back.

This place is disgusting! Unsanitary and gross! Mold on the lampshades, stains all over carpet and couch. Chips out of the furniture. Falling apart furniture. Mold in the bathrooms and bugs!

Everything was dated and some of the furniture in the room was falling apart. Also a bit dirty. In the breakfast area all of the seats are worked and stained.

Carpet was stain badly, bed sheets had stains also. Bathroom clogged up and the dryer barely worked. Spent $8 just to dry my clothes.

We decided to try this hotel again after not having a great experience a few years ago. It was much improved. Overall, it was a good price to value ratio. Thanks to the nice staff people who checked us in, tended the breakfast room, cleaned our room, etc. We hope to stay there again.

The room was very comfortable and most of the staff was very courteous. I wish the hot water was more hot and they were more generous with the towels.

The lady that checked us in/out was really nice. Pool was good, wasn’t expecting it to be heated so that nice! Wish the hot tub was hotter though. Other than the other guest next to us with their kid running around all night/screaming all night it was a good stay!

The motel was seriously ran down and very old. Every single piece of furniture was stained and dirty. The elevator was scary. Very untrustworthy. Room smelled of smoke. Carpet was dingy and dirty. Never removed shoes. Toliet ran non stop. The room was dark. Poorly lit. Broken furniture. Non working lamps. Bug in shower tub. There was a bug on the bed. Pics and videos.

Room was neglected, trash not taken daily, seen a mouse in the room. Cleaning staff replaced towels with one towel and 0 wash cloths.

rooms need to be updated. electric outlets loose, plug ins not secure. staff is great! just wish they would keep the rooms up enjoy staying here, as this was not my 1st time there. was 2 years ago stayed here was fine, but could tell hadnt done anything, as rooms starting to go down.

My only issue is having a room that has a door even though locked, its just ackward having a passage way to a complete strangers room sleeping next to you through that door!

The sheets were not changed i saw hair when i pulled the sheets and crocroach in my room. The room was not cleaned dusty table. Staff was really nice. Management please from the front door of the hotel it needs painting infact a little brush up for the place to not look really broke and run down would be nice. Its giving what i ordered vs what i got expirence was horrible

Our bed sheets were not clean. Crumbs, dog hairs, stains, holes. I did request new sheets and they did bring them.

The room and most of the hotel smelled like weed. The bathroom was very small and not very clean. The a/c didn’t cool the room very well; It pretty much stayed warm. The front desk staff was nice. We won’t be staying at this property again.

Bathtub had hair in it. Fridge and freezer were left unplugged so couldn’t store our leftovers from dinner. Room smelled like cheap cleaner. Stains everywhere on carpets! Yuck.

Walked in my room and a stench of smoke surrounded our room. The carpet had trash and stains, crumbs all over the floor. Previous guest left waffles and syrup in the microwave and stains on the bathroom door. The bathroom wasn't clean, the tub wasn't cleaned... etc, It was too late to get a different room. My stay was horrible we sleep on top of the bed with our clothes on and checked out as soon as I we woke up.

The staff was sweet and nice and very attentive. The room was big and the beds were nice and soft. The pullout mattress on the couch was unmade and had a HUGE red/brown stain on the end of it. The tv was leaning to the side and wobbling, the water never got hot, even on the hottest setting, 68 degrees at best. Toilet was LOUD when flushed, and the seat was missing paint which made it appear dirty. There was no extra pillows or blankets for the pull out couch, the minute fridge froze EVERYTHING, even my nieces medicine . I would come back for the staff and for the convenience of how close it was to where I was going to be. But definitely not worth the price. A step up (not a big one though) from the days in next door. Lots of police activity during my stay. For guest I guess but still nerve racking. It’s not as close to anything as it seems, the nearest gas station is a 20 minute walk. I paid almost $700 for 4 nights and it would have been more worth it to do an Airbnb

Bed was great, room was comfortable, bathroom was clean, shower was great. The only thing that they need to work on is the breakfast. It was basically eggs and sausage and then sugary things like waffles and kids cereal. I was led to believe it was a full hot breakfast but just not alot of options. I booked the hotel on the hopes that I would get a full hot breakfast. Other than that, everything else was great. Please do better on your breakfast.

Walked in room smelled like cigarettes and when we went to the shower there was a cigarette on top of the shower means they didn’t clean and after we left for the day and came back cigarette wasn’t cleaned up still there also bed was super hard

The dirty bed, dirty tub and splintered nightstand was the worst of it. Everything else was okay.

However, I woke up after the first night with congestion and started coughing and hacking. My symptoms persisted and even after leaving, couldn’t shake the cough. Every time I breathed it sounded like a wheeze/rattle. Come to find out I contracted fungal pneumonia. Form the moldy hotel room. Would never book here again.

But then moments later the front desk girl checked another family into the first room with bugs! The pool was people-soup, dirty, the hot tub jets didn’t work, and the breakfast was minimal. Will NOT stay here again, nor recommend!

From the minute we walked in until we left three days later, everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. Definitely a place I will go back too. Plus, the rates were amazing.

Since the last time I have been there which has been maybe 5-6 yrs a very long time just seems the the very ambience of the hotel has went downhill and the elevator was very slow the hotel just needs a little more life back to it , the staff was fine and friendly just needs more life put into it that’s all

Very conservative so it is worth a stay if you are running on a budget. Clean and organized. Room needed to be a bit cooler and AC sometimes lagged. Bathroom needs better ventilation as it would get very hot during showers. Bathrooms needed a basket for toilet paper disposal. Overall, pretty decent property. Pool was great and clean! Breakfast was exemplary.

We travel alot. This is by far the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. It was digsuting, thick layers on dust on bed frame and partitian. Bathtub had large dirt spots on floor. Hair on multiple surfaces. And the front desk staff truly did not care about anything. Very unbothered by multiple people leaving due to uncleanliness

We cancelled our last day and the person at the desk said she had to check with her boss. We cancelled about 9 am so we gave them well over 24 hours. We did NOT GET A REFUND FOR THE 3rd DAY. The TV would not stand on its own you had to prop something under it. The toilet sounded like it was going to explode when you flushed it

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. We found used clothing behind the bathroom door when we got to our room. It's an older hotel and the bathrooms need a makeover. If you eat at the Mexican restaurant next to it, only get the fajitas. The tortilla soup was so salty I couldn't eat it and the taco salad was also bad.

The staff was great and very friendly there was a very nice lady in the front during check in but the room was not as expected there was a broken tile in the bath room,and the shower was broken the water didn’t get hot and the handle would not stay.The bed sheets where awful they kept coming undone no matter how many times I fixed them the sheet didn’t properly fit the bed. The tv remote didn’t work to turn off the tv you had to unplug it. only one side of the room had light the other half Only had a lamp so it was very dark mid day. I would say the price reflects the hotel I don’t think I would stay here again.

I did not like that our room was not cleaned after our first night. The staff said we needed to request it because it was the weekend. We were unaware of this policy or we would have requested it at check in. I believe staff need to make customers aware of this when booking the room.

Upon entry to the room had a very strong odor of pine sol or pine o pine. Was very bad. Should have requested another room. The shower rod in the bathroom had one screw out on each side that attaches to the wall; therefore, the shower rod was leaning downward and the shower curtain would not stay closed to each end of the shower rod. Water went all over floor. Also the ceramic tile in front of the toilet is cracked and when you stepped on it, made a sound like it was cracking more

It was just what we needed. Maybe dated, but clean. Didn't stay for breakfast but coffee was AMAZING. Better than any expensive coffee stop and Free 24 hrs a day.

The property had normal wear and tear. I booked bc it said it had an indoor pool and it was a good value since we had rooms separate from my daughter and granddaughter. Free breakfast was good but the pool was a green as lime Jello so we couldn’t swim. The side of the building facing I35 was noisy so I didn’t rest well.

It started on the first night, the television was down. Then we discovered that there hardly any hot water. The next thing was the free morning breakfast was either scrambled eggs, waffles, or really sugary cereal. The only thing to drink was just coffee or orange juice. The water fountain was broken to cover water for breakfast. They offered a Marketplace service with no diet drinks and one type of meal for sale. If you ask my opinion, this seems to be a case of cheap owners who does not want to fully stock the hotel, I will not return to this hotel again!

From my usual higher end rooms this hotel surprised me. It was no different of what you get like pool, Jacuzzi, close to shopping center etc. In exchange I got the same things but saved money, free parking, very outdated rooms, basic breakfast, old TV and few channels. Check out is 11am but they gave me a complimentary extra hour. More bang for your buck. Kids will love it all the same if your budget matters.

The hotel is dated, but clean. Employees are very hospitable, the desk clerk was superb in her job.

We did not go to breakfast so I cannot comment. Room clean, older hotel with older hotel maintenance issues. Only 1 ice machine for facility and it wasn't working. Clean, quiet, safe.

The door to breakfast states it opens at 9. I went in at 6:40 and they said they were not ready yet. Lady at the front desk to check in went to go help another guest and then forgot I was at the counter and was chatting it up with 2 kids. She even stated she has a bad habit of talking a lot. I’m okay if you talk a lot but I informed her that I would like to hurry and check in so I could get ready for the wedding I was attending across town. She acknowledged that and said she would be right back. I had to go around the corner and remind her I was at the counter.

Employees are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was spacious but hotel overall needs upkeep and to be better maintained as walls were patched from previous water damaged, sofas/chairs/carpets were stained and dirty-looking. Beds were comfortable with nice flat screen TV. Breakfast was less than desirable but self-serve waffle was good. Location is not easy to access. I suppose you get what you pay for and since this hotel was cheaper than all others in the area, it was not high quality. Would rather pay a bit more to stay somewhere a little nicer.

Hotel staff/owners are all very friendly, helpful and patient-(even at 2:30am), hotel is clean and quiet with very comfy beds with amazing puffy pillows - plus, a cool looking restaurant almost adjoined to the hotel (but we did not get the chance to eat there). Location is a little isolated - but probably adds to the quiet.
