The were friendly and were quick when we needed to switch rooms due to the AC making noises. Our first room was not good. The bathtub had a black oval ring. The AC was buzzing loud.

Staff was rude I checked and for me and my son and dropped him off to run errands. He was stopped in the lobby asked for ID and didn’t have one. He was told couldn’t go to room. I had to return and was told he couldn’t stay without an id. They charged my card and we weren’t able to stay! Horrible customer service the guy looked like a slob at the counter. We weren’t able to stay and it looked dirty.

It wasn’t gross and it was in a convenient location. The fridge didn’t work, the bathroom door stuck, there was no do not disturb sign, the beds were hard.
