This Hotel is a very very last resort for any travelers, it is gross, dirty, we were in the room for 5 minutes and left to find something nicer and cleaner.

The room was not well-cleaned. There was no soap and there were wrappers on the floor. The toilet seat had "something" on it. The pillowcases appeared wrinkled and stained. Has I not been so exhausted from driving, I would have gone to another hotel.

Checked in and knew I was in trouble when a big chunk of flooring was missing in the elevator. Got into the dark, dingy, just bad room with a 10in tv on the wall, and immediately booked a room at another hotel. Stayed here for all of about 4 mins. The front desk wasn’t helpful at all. Money wasted. USE CAUTION

Had to ask to change rooms two times. First time was because no remote. They said either change room or program remote myself…so had to pack up and move. Air conditioning was iffy first night but I stuck it out because I felt bad I had to change rooms once already and I was unpacked. Stayed around 75 that night. Second night it went up to 80 and I was sweating. At 11:30 pm I had to pack everything and go downstairs and ask to move again. Desk staff was extremely nice. Hotel needs attention.

Absolutely horrendous stay. The group that I was with had reserved about 3/4 of the hotel for our convention. We all had a horrible stay. On Friday 5/1/26 a water pipe burst and there was no water available at the hotel until Saturday night 5/2/26. Even though there was water, there was no hot water. We had no breakfast in the morning. We couldn't use the bathroom or anything without water. We were forced to go to a nearby convenience store. We were told there were plumbers on the way but we never saw them. The owner offered us 15% off on a future stay and that was it. Corporate has been notified and hopefully they will make it right. I would remove this location from your website and not be associated with them if I was you.

This hotel is filthy and disgusting. The bathroom in the lobby was absolutely gross. The room we were given the lights did not work. The whole place looked like it needed to be cleaned by a cleaning team.

I think that it was my mistake selecting this property. The place had a bad smell, the elevator was missing buttons, the TV was small and ancient (3” bezel), about half of the channels were frozen. Breakfast was a joke, just some cereal and yogurt. We were two guests and there was one set of towels. The room had two beds, and one was unusable. There were even some insects in the room that looked like brown ladybugs. There is no way that this is even a one-star place.

The 1st room, I checked in to the bed was unmade and they had dirty wet towels on the floor. They switched rooms and they had several roaches on the counter and in the bathroom. I then went to the front desk and canceled my reservation and went to a clean and better hotel. And the price was better!!!!!

The hotel was absolutely filthy and disgusting! I had bugs crawling on me as I was lying in bed. Roaches along with all kinds of other bugs were everywhere!! This is absolutely the NASTIEST hotel I have ever stepped foot in!! I ended up checking out after a couple of hours and going to another hotel. I asked for a refund but they refused.

The room and hotel were dirty and our door to the room looked like someone had broken into it. You could see into the hallway. The elevator was filthy. The tub sounded like my husband was going to fall through it to the next floor. We won’t be staying here again.

we had neighbors accross from us who had dogs that barked non stop. I told the fromt desk and come to find out theyve had numerous complaints over a good amount of time because the people have lived there a year. Why would you ignore guest’s complaints rather than get rid of the problem dogs? Are new guests not important enough they don’t deserve to sleep without being woke by barking dogs all night? 4th floor dont go up there if you want to sleep at all.

The place was nice and quiet. I enjoyed my three day stay.

When we arrived, the outside of the building is very nice and well lit. We were greeted by a friendly face and quick check in for two rooms. Unfortunately, once we entered our rooms, everything went downhill… we immediately noticed 3 live roaches crawling in the walls. There were cigarette marks all over the sheets, ripped carpet throughout the room and the shower was badly stained brown. We had a second room, and it unfortunately also had live roaches crawling in the bathroom. So, within 5-10 minutes we were already leaving this hotel. On the bright side, we were able to find accommodations near by, and Expedia was very helpful in refunding our money. I just cannot recommend this hotel.

The lady checking us in was super nice and helpful. No complaints on the staff. The room we got was disgusting with sticky stuff on the floors. The tv mount is busted, rust on everything in the bathroom. And mold on the shower head. We left a day early because of how nasty it was.

Reserved a two bed room for mom and adult son. Provided with a one bed room and a cot. Do not over book. We won't be back.

The breakfast was packaged muffins and a microwave, the coffee was super strong, the flooring in the elevator was horrible, the hallway smelled strong of cigarettes', the carpet in the room had runs in the fabric, the security lock on the door was missing, the shower curtain rod was loose, the wi-fi connection was very slow and the chair was broken. This hotel needs to be remodeled. I will not stay here again. The staff was very helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but this hotel is just old and worn out. It needs to be completely renovated. The carpet was worn and stained, the tv was poor, the refer was loud, and the breakfast was miniscule. Coffee was horrible. One good point that saved it from one star was the hot water was super.

The hard working house keeping staff deserve more than they make and should receive their tips but I don't think when the tips are put on credit cards they don't receive it.

It was good for the money. No bugs or stained up bedding. it was clean and the lady at the desk was nice as can be. The breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about. Just a few things you could grab and go like muffins. It’s decent overall.

Our first experience getting off the elevator on our floor was an overwhelming smell of marijuana. The towels were basically wash-cloths, tiny and thin! One towel had a stain on it. I requested extra towels and extra shampoo, got the towels, no more shampoo available. We left after our first night.

It was so bad, the door to our room was open and the shower looked like someone had just used it. We didn’t even stay, we booked a different room immediately and left.

The bedding was filthy. Staff didn't seem surprised when my husband checked out instead of staying.

We entered the building and witnessed cereal poured across the counter in the dining area. The elevator was filthy. Our room smelled like marijuana and mildew. A roach appeared on the night stand and moved onto the bed. We did not stay overnight at this hotel.

Worst motel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. I cannot believe I had to pay to stay here as I still have bedbug bites all over my body.

The carpet was FILTHY! House keeping didn’t ever come clean our room or fully stock new towels and wash cloths. One night, we had to sleep without a blanket because none were clean. There were roaches. The water didn’t get hot one night. I’m sure I’m forgetting something, but don’t book this hotel. Terrible service.

The place was dirty and when I went to check in I was told I had to wait until the 3:00 pm check in time. When I wanted to check out there was no one at the desk.

I pre-registered with the app but when I arrived there was confusion and initially could find my reservation. Cleanliness left much to be desired. No USB charging outlets available. Room was in need of much TLC and had a strong odor.

I always try to be fair when I see reviews on a place. But, this place is a dump! Filthy. Tv broken. No smoke detector. So, previous reviews had it pegged correctly. Never again!

The price was right. The beds were comfortable. The location was relatively safe. The breakfast was ok. We would stay there again.

We didn’t even get the room that we booked. We paid for a suite and they gave us a regular room and never refunded any money back and the room was absolutely disgusting. The hotel is absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms are the most nastiest thing I’ve ever seen in my life and it was so uncomfortable being there I wanted to just leave.

They updated the exterior of the hotel so it looks good from outside, but not the rooms. Ours had torn and disgusting dirty carpet. Bathroom fixtures were rusted. The toilet was not in great shape. The room smelled musty. The owner is milking his cash cow.

This is a horrible motel. Run down in total disrepair. The place is falling apart. Took three trips to get into a room. Keys did not work. Noisy- could hear people next door cough and choking. A miserable nights stay. Could not sleep because poor heating. Could not wait to get out. Looks like some place to rent by the hour!

The staff was friendly, the hotel in general was dirt, not kept well at all, rips in carpet. Flooring coming up in elevator, the entire 4th floor reaked of cigarette smoke. We spent the one night because i was having sirgery the next day. I would avoid that hotel at all cost. No breakfast was available or offered and all vending machines were not working. Upon arrival our room needed the sweeper run on the carpet and a dirty towel was hanging on the back of the bathroom door. There was no ice bucket. We were told at the front desk there were none.

The bed was comfortable, and we felt reasonably safe. The place needs renovation. The carpet was old and patched. The light switch inside the door didn't work. One of us had to hold open the door while the other went to the switches between the beds since the room was dark. The hair dryer & ironing board were missing. The outside door at the end of the hall on the first floor was never locked though it had a device for swiping our card--a concern for security. The room had no refrigerator or microwave. The TV was old (lower resolution). The staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast did include eggs & yogurt (protein choices), & coffee was available at any time. We chose this place because the price was lower. It was a decent place to sleep while we were in town for a funeral.

Lock on door was sketchy. I didn't get any sleep.. took forever to get water in tub to shut off. And shower pull was stuck so shower was on constantly could not do tub bath

This place used to be our go to every year for christmas. Not anymore. This place has gone downhill tremendously. We eill never stay here again

The room was smaller than I expected, however it was clean, not spotless but clean. There was rip in the carpet and that made me look. Easy fix because that then made me loom for stuff. The staff was A1!

Tub was not cleaned, still had used soap bar stuck to inside of tub. Cigarette ashes in the toilet paper holder. Gave us 2 towels for a 3 adult stay. When we asked front desk for another towel the next morning they sent us to the laundry room to ask and they did not have any, they were being washed. We get upstairs and they took the towels we did have with no replacements. I go back to front desk and he told ME to ask the housekeeper on my floor for towels. (Which they weren't on my floor). I had to ask the housekeeper on the 1st floor. (That was right across the lobby from the front desk) i don't feel like I should have had to hunt down my own towels. The receptionist that checked me in was super nice, i wish i would have remembered her name. AND when i tried to call the front desk the connection was so bad i could not here them on the other end, just static.

Acoustical privacy could be improved. The price is reasonable and the hotel seems to be a good value. The rooms are a little small, but are suitable for two people on an overnight stay.

The pipe chase to the upper floors was right next to the head of the bed and you hear d every trickle and flush from above. The bathtubs were made of fiberglass and creaky allowing you to listen to your neighbors shower

The check in staff were great. The room was a handicap accessible room down the hall from what might be a laundry or break room. I have no need of a handicap room. The hallways reeked of smoke.

I was overcharged by the motel, above and beyond what Hotels.com charged me. The manager will not return my calls. I have stopped by the motel and i get told the manager only works late nights

It's been over a year since we stayed at the Microtel in Cartersville, GA.We reserved a room a month in in advance due to myself just having knee surgery. We had a microwave and fridge in our room the last time but this time we didn't have neither, the bathroom was dim due to a blown out lightbulb and maintenance wouldn't be able to change it out until the next day. It wasn't just my husband and myself staying at the hotel but I had two other families staying there also We have never stayed at a hotel that didn't provide the amenities in the room. I asked the front desk to move us to a room that has amenities due to myself being a diabetic and needed to keep my insulins cold. The second room we had amenities but the tub was nasty, it had black hair (mine in braids and my husband is bald) in and on the tub, along with drops of blood on the front panel of the tub. I have pictures to back up my comments. This will be the last time my family and any other members in my family will stay at this hotel because they had nothing but complaints also!

I actually was disappointed because there were no sheets for the rollout bed and there were stains on the sofa. Also, the ice machine was out of order. The AC in the room was hanging off. I was not impressed. then I went out to my car and there were people loitering and they were leaning on my vehicle and I had to move my car not impressed. I will not be staying there.

Stayed at this hotel for my business trip. Unhappy at all because the rooms, services, cleanness, and breakfast were way different from the descriptions showing on the website.

Breakfast was not good. Was very limited no matter what time you went. They had no coffee and repackaged muffins that were not good. They had nothing hot.

Besides changing the bed sheets. They left the room dirty, found a pair of female underwear behind the door, bobby pins on the bathroom counter. Mold building up in the shower. Very strong ethic smells throughout the floors. Will not be returning.

The overall property, room and hotel was disgusting. Lobby smelled of body odor, elevator had muddy handprints and spilled food all over the walls and stuck in the grooves and that was the first 10 minutes in the door. When we got in the elevator, there was food spilled down the walls and muddy handprints on the walls. We made it to our room and checked the beds, went for the remote and there was brown stuff in between the buttons. I went to clean it and found only 1 washcloth and 2 towels for 2 people to stay. The bathroom floor had not been swepped or mopped. I cleaned it with my foor and the washcloth and the white washcloth was almost black when i finished. I asked for additional towels and washcloths and was tild there weren't any extra. The breakfast looked to have been sitting for days, witnessed the creamer sitting on the counter all night and none of the community trash cans had been emptied in a long time. Nothing had been taken care of the whole time we were there. I am really surprised that Wyndham has their name on it!

Room was musty and smelled bad. Found mold! Got moved to a room where the bathroom door didn’t close. Daughter found moldy bagel in breakfast offering - gross! Front desk clerk seemed more interested in his cell phone than getting things right.

Cartersville is a great town. This property needs some serious upgrades and to be better cleaned in the lobby, elevator and common areas. The furniture, bedding and towels are all old, dingy and cheap quality.

Loved the Front desk, young lady by the name of Kiera she helped me with my room and anything I needed helped with. Definitely coming back!

The accommodations listed for the reservation was not met as listed no microwave in the room there was no fridge in the room there was no phone in the room the access to internet was denied because it would not let you connect to it linen in bathroom wasn’t fully stocked or toiletries and it stated the tv in the room was 32 in is was definitely not ac smelled like mildew the staff did let you be we were not bothered at all except for housing knocking to clean up which was no issue but I tell you I’ve paid less money for better accommodations for the price definitely would not book here again

My room was extremely smelly. It smelled like fish. I purchased a room with refrigerator and microwave, but didn’t have that at all. I didn’t even have a telephone in my room. Because of the inconvenience I had to change my travel plans. I’ll never book here again. The only good thing is that I received a full refund.

Bed bugs in two of our family rooms. It was 80 degrees on the floors when it was already over 100 degrees outside.

Bath tubs felt and sound like you were going to fall straight through the ceiling. There were bugs walking across the mirrors over the bed , lastly the third floor was infested with bed bugs . My family and I drive over 8 hours to try to enjoy ourselves but we really couldn’t due to the hiccups with this property.

Surprised me. Wasn’t expecting much due to the affordability. But it was nicer than expected. Cleaner than expected. I like the free breakfast - wasn’t the best I’ve had but again much appreciated for the price.

Property= 1970’s dark browns. Needs updating, including deep tub that creaks! Property & room were clean. Bed was clean & comfortable.

The room design was good. I could tell a dog stayed in it before. The ice bucket in the room had shoe marks on it from a dog. There was a sticky film all over everything in the room. It was disgusting.
