The staff was very helpful , given that the rowing teams from stanford and virginia were there in several weddings and bar mitzvahs. Breakfast in the morning was good and the staff serving yet were very friendly and helpful

The room was clean and comfortable and quiet! I thought we would hear a lot of noise being close to the elevator, but you could barely hear anyone coming and going. It was perfect for a good night's sleep.

This is an ideal place to stay for a trip to Raleigh. Property is clean staff is very helpful and there was great parking. Good distance from downtown area as well. No complaints about our stay.

My room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed was great, and everything in the room was well organized and spotless. I also appreciated the amenities and how convenient the location is to everything around Raleigh and Cary. Yes; everything was very clean and staff was continually cleaning while we were there. My mother got really sick overnight from a stomach bug and the staff was very helpful and accommodating for extending our check out trying to get care for her. Such a friendly staff and service was excellent! 💯 recommend and will stay here on my next visit to Raleigh-Cary area. Thank you!

Everything was great! Check in was smooth, the room was great, the food at the restaurant area was delicious. My only complaint was the cleaning in the shower could be better as I noticed hair on the walls, otherwise I’d stay again.

Best budget hotel in Raleigh.

Upon arrival, our rooms, which we booked three, were not all ready. We did not arrive before check-in time. One ready room had a portable air conditioning unit that was left in the room, not sure of the reason for this. Our toilet was not working. Both of these issues were fixed. Additionally, I was overcharged on my card-chared twice for a pet fee. After reaching out to the hotel twice, I have yet to receive a refund.

But the bed and the pillows could have been thrown away also, there was a seventy five dollar unexpected fee. Staff was great food was delicious area was nice and quiet.

The room wasn’t cleaned as thoroughly as I would have expected from the ratings online. The bathroom was dreadfully small, feeling like a half bathroom. Our window lead to the small roof area and a big light was shining straight into our room so we had to keep the blinds closed the whole time.

Nice, courteous check-in process. Though the building is under construction, my stay was perfectly quiet and entirely pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. I slept like a baby on the wonderful king bed. Water pressure was also good, and that’s a thing I want in a nice hotel. Hotel is in an excellent location, close to shops and restaurants. I couldn’t be happier with my stay. I’ll be back!

1) At check-in, Chris was totally awesome. I could tell that he was eating his supper, but when he saw me, he could care less about his food. I, the customer, was the only thing that mattered to him. Splendid customer service, Chris, and it was apparent he cares about his customers. 2) The same thing goes for Zakiya. The night before I checked out, I had some trouble with the heat in my room. At check-out, Zakiya apologized (not her fault) and took down the room number & issue and said she would get maintenance to look at it. ***Thank you, Chris. Thank you, Zakiya. Thank you, Hilton Garden Inn!!! :)

Overall it was a great stay. We checked in late-after 10pm due to travel and the front desk person was not very welcoming and less than friendly. Thankfully the rest of the staff we encountered while being there were very nice. Property is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Room was decent-sized and clean! Pillows were super tiny or had lost a lot of stuffing or something. Would prefer an option to choose firmer pillows. Though I never asked, I will next time.

While using the stairs, I did however trip. The reason I tripped is the leading edge of the stair tread was painted the same as the rest, so it was hard to tell where a step ended and where the next step began, as it is a monochrome color. Could you have the leading edge painted white or yellow for discernment of beginning and end of treads. My husband, who is a carpenter, enjoyed the faux raised panel look of your fire doors.

This was my second stay at this hotel and it was just as I remembered, outstanding. The hotel is centrally located near shopping, entertainment, and Raleigh. It has quick access to the highway while still being set back which give you a safe and comfortable feeling. Great place to stay in Cary.

Qiet, professional, well kept secret.

We had a superb and wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, Raleigh-Cary, NC. My husband and I were there for our niece's wedding. It was our first time in NC, therefore, we wanted to spend a long weekend there. We initially reserved the hotel from Thursday May 8 through Sunday. May 11. However, due to an unexpected work emergency, we had to change our reservation to Saturday, May 10 through Monday, May 12. We had our reservation through a third party, and the Hilton staff kindly honor our reservation change and credited back the extra night charge, instead of charging us for the change. As we arrived, we were concerned about being late for the wedding, and thought that we might had to change clothes in the lobby bathroom to attend the wedding. However, an angelic staff used her magic to find an available room and checked us in early so that we could have our room to get ready for the wedding. We reserved a junior suite, and it lived up to our our expectation. The room accomodations were generous, equipped with perfect lighting, charging stations, coffee maker, small fridge and microwave. It was recenly renovated, spacious and clean. Eventhough there was no view from our window, we were satisfied and grateful for the helpful staff. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Arrived at the hotel around 3:45am and no one was at the counter. I waited for several minutes and started asking out loud “is anyone here?” I happen to take a look outside and saw someone in a courtyard smoking. I walked out and asked if he worked here and he quickly threw his cigarette down and came inside. It is approximately 3:45 AM at this time and he proceeds to tell me he can’t log into the computer system and it will be a few minutes before he can give me a door card. I took it upon myself to go out while he was dealing with the computer to load up a carriage to bring our luggage in. We had our daughters small dog with us that we were supposed to give to her, however, due to us being so late due to the wreck, we could not give her the dog until early morning. As I was loading up the luggage, the guy comes out to hand me a card, and then turns around and walks back inside. As I was walking back in with the luggage, he asked me to come to the counter and fill out a piece of paper. When I got there, it was a piece of paper about having a dog, and I explain that this is my daughter‘s dog that I could not take to her because of being five hours late but she would be picking the dog up at 7 AM. Long story short they charged us a dig fee. We left the next morning by 8 AM so basically a large charge for a four hour stay. As a Hilton’s honor member this was horrible and unjust. I will never stay at any Hilton’s again!

The hotel common areas (lobby, pool, gym, etc) were nice and the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. We had a strange odor in our room when we arrived, but it wasn't terrible. Later that evening when my daughter opened the sofa bed, she found a half eaten cheeseburger and a bunch of recess peanut butter cup wrappers under the sofa. Once we cleaned that up, the room smelled normal. We didn't call the front desk because it was late and we just wanted to get to sleep. The cleaning staff should be trained to look for things like this moving forward in my opinion.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive to the guest. The waitresses on duty for breakfast were smiling faces & very helpful. Breakfast at this location was great, buffet style and made to order. Very clean property. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms a little small but very clean. Highly recommended

The air conditioner was very loud. I tried for over an hour to print two documents. The Business Center was closed, the printer in the lobby would not connect, and the staff said they could not print from a memory stick (which I don't believe). My attempts to mail the files to the staff failed. I finally gave up after running out of time for an appointment.

Room renovations are nice, but boxes and storage containers all over the place.

What stood out about my stay at this hotel was the excellent service. Arthur at the front desk was on point in every aspect. Our check in was great. During the entire stay his service and hospitalty was unbelievable. He was so personable. The dining room staff was also great. Trey waitd on us both mornings and he was awesome. Gave us some great pointers.

We stayed in the Jr. suite which was very clean & spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The drinks from the bar and the cook to order breakfast were good.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. We had drinks and dinner in their dining area and Monty was working the bar and waiting tables and he was really great. So friendly and helpful. It is great to have a bar and restaurant available without having to go out. Our room was very clean and comfortable and check-in/check-out were easy and quick. Great choices for breakfast too. Also the hotel is right next door to a multi-plex movie theater and we took advantage of that to see a movie.

My husband, 12 yo son and our ESA Golden Retriever stayed for one night. The hotel is undergoing reservations and other than the sound of a drill after 10am, we did not notice and was not bothered by it. We ate breakfast in the hotel. We had the breakfast buffet and the kids meal. Everything was great and the staff were super friendly. They had a nice grassy area set up right outside the patio area with waste bags and trash can for the dog. Would stay here again for a weekend trip!

The hotel is in a great location, but it wasn't until I was sent a reminder of my reservation a couple of days in advance, that I was notified the hotel was under renovations. We definitely were put in a room that had not been renovated and needed attention.

Normally a great property, but paid full price for noisy room while the hotel was undergoing renovations. Messy and loud.

My stay was during remodel but even then my stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and greeted with a smile and small conversation.
