It was okay they staff was helpful and very polite the room was clean but had to switch rooms three times because the TV didn't work and also the breakfast wasn't that great other than that if you just want to spend the night and then get up and hit the road it was fine but if you'd like to have a vacation then you need to find a hotel that serves a bigger breakfast and one that can accommodate more needs such as laundry and Sundries

I liked that it was close to the building I was going to. The pool was nice, the rooms were really comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I did not like that it didn’t have an elevator because it was a difficulty having to bring luggage up the stairs.

The room was clean except for the floors, they didn't look like they had been cleaned. The pool was being worked on and I had a room on that side of the property so it was extremely loud starting early in the morning. Considering the rooms were recently updated, they were either not done well or not kept well, the sink countertops are separating, the shower finish is peeling in several spots, the toilet runs nonstop and builds up moisture under the lid when shut. I have stayed here many times and usually have a great experience but this time was a bit disappointing.

I travel 150 nights plus a year for business, The usual hotels in the area were sold out. I booked here. I should have slept in my car or stayed farther away. The hotel is clean, but I had 2 spiders in my room. Good luck sleeping, doors being slammed all hours of the night, screaming kids, kids running up and down the hallways. Several people smoking weed in the parking lot. This hotel needs security to keep people in check.

Front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean, beds comfortable and the fridge under microwave were a plus. BUT my hair dryer was stolen by the housekeeper, being that’s the only other person in the room. That’s was very disappointing.

Mold issues - ceiling in bathroom covered with mold, air conditioner smelled of mold when turned on, couldn't use it. Staff - Super friendly and nice!

Location was convenient to the freeway and across the street from a Nico’s in a gas station, IYKYK. Gas station also has perfect size Patron mini bottle. So, dinner was amazing. Site could use some effective security. Someone went around the upper floor drunkenly banging on doors at 1:30 am. I was sure the fire alarm would be next. In my room regular pillows were replaced by throw pillows. Didn’t suck as much as I expected but who does that? Fifth star withheld for hair in the shower/bathroom. Seems easy to avoid such a gross mistake. Regardless, this is my go to place in Casa Grande from now on.

Staff was courteous, but the room felt somewhat dirty when we arrived. There were huge dust bunnies on the floor and the skirting on the bed didn’t fit that sized bed, so it looked kind of sloppy.

I had “pay on property” but I was charged 10 times higher fee than all my stay was before I came to the hotel. Hotel manager told me that it was an accident and I’ll get my money back 5-8 business days. So basically I’ve got 1.5k$ stollen for almost 2 weeks. The worst hotel I’ve stayed in in the US so far.

Check-in was good. The room we were given smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Changed to a different room and all was good. Please note: this hotel/motel does NOT have an elevator (which probably explains why it only had 11 cars in the parking lot). Did not eat breakfast.

This was the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. The door would have hit the toilet if it had been a half inch more. The sink was plugged, couldn’t even run the water to brush our teeth without the sink almost filling up. The hair dryer needs to be replaced, the cord was fried and black and very loose from the wall.

Great staff, suite was more like 2 small rooms right next to each other … I would not pay extra for that upgrade again. However, it was clean & easy check in/out which was nice. Location is fantastic …. Close to every restaurant/shopping you could ever need. Bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in at a hotel, water pressure was great (never turned cold. Pleased with the hotel & will stay here again. Oh yea, there is no elevator, only stairs … wasn’t a problem for us but to some that may be a deal breaker. FYI

The room was clean and the ac worked. But it was stuffy once the ac turned off and the toilet barely worked. Had to have maintenance come once and fix it. But it still didn't work well.

Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay. We were looking for a place to have a good nights rest after 14 hours of driving. The rooms have a stench odor like mold that just didn't go away. The beds were not very comfortable, and the breakfast was not very good. Waffles were just hard. Felt like a $50 hotel room

Just there overnight so a very short stay. Nothing fancy but price was right and all we needed was a place to sleep.

They was also no elevator and we had several pieces of luggage we had to carry upstairs and to the other end of the long long hall to get to our room. There were no carts to transport luggage on any floor but the bottom floor. I was with my elderly mom so it really was an inconvenience

Pool was closed, not mentioned. Air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Manager won’t talk with you she goes through her staff. When questioned by booking agency, manager stated pool was working when a sign hung on it during our stay stating closed for maintenance. Beware.

The staff was pleasant - the 3 star rating was that there r no elevators so u have to haul your luggage up stairs. When we checked in at 3:15pm the rooms on bottom floor were not ready. Bathrooms very small. Not worth the $120 i paid

Room was clean. Only con: the top of shower head was 5'-9" inside the tub. How do I know, I am 5'-9". So I would have to bend my head down to get my head.

Breakfast was definitely in need of some protein! Waffles and cereal and sweet rolls won’t cut it for a gluten free or keto diet!

Started with unfriendly desk clerk who couldnt even rise from her chair. Building is older although inside and rooms were clean. The air conditioner was loud, a light from outside flashed in the window all night god forbid change the blub, toilet ran all the time waste of water. Guest slamming doors at 3am. Breakfast had no hot options so was very limited. Do not recommend.

Pros were the staff, the bed was comfy, cable was good, and location wasn’t bad. Overall, 3 stars at best and most of this had to do with the staff.

This hotel is older, what extremely clean. It was also very quiet. The breakfast was more than sufficient. Quantity and quality were both there.

Stayed here for a week with my kids, while visiting family in the area and would definitely come back. Staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything, and the room/pool/amenities provided the relaxing environment we needed after busy days with family.

AC was making such loud noises. The sheets had a big old stain. Friendly staff and the rest of the room was clean. Breakfast was bare minimum.

My only complaint was that the Air can was extremely loud.

What I did not like was the fact that I had no hot water in the shower and the broken toilet seat complained about but never addressed. Although we paid for a fourth night, we left a day early rather than stay another night.

Convenient access

When we were we’re staying in December, the bathroom was a lot cleaner. Also on this stay there was quite a bit of hair on the floor. Also, this time, housekeeping staff wasn’t as friendly. I needed a couple washcloths, and she seemed annoyed by my request. So when I needed a body towel, I just went to the front desk the next day. Bed was more comfortable in this room. Also the women who worked the breakfast are was amazing and super hard working every time I was in the lobby. Front desk staff was also pleasant.

Stayed 2 nights. First night fot off to a rocky start when the AC unit would sound like it dropped from the sky every 20 minutes in the middle of the night. Staff changed my room for night 2. Breakfast was basic - waffles, oatmeal, 2 cereal, danishes, etc. Overall rooms could you use a little freshening up.

Rooms shouldn't smell like damp moldy towels upon check in. That's gross, and I would have gladly paid more to stay at a place that was actually clean. The room wasn't throrouly cleaned like it should have been which makes me question the cleanliness of all the sheets and towels. We will not be staying at this hotel again in the future. Someone should check the room out and definitely give it a good clean, it needs it apparently.

I stayed here because my ac was out at home. Since I’m local, they changed extra $200 deposit presumably because they have locals throw parties here and cause damage. Not my problem. They said I have to wait 7 to 10 days to get deposit refunded. Very unprofessional.

Had a large dirt lot for truck parking. The second night was kinda hot and the AC couldn’t keep up with the 110 degree heat, but it was definitely a lot better than staying in a hot truck for the weekend. The bed is on the firm side and sometimes you can feel the “sunken” section where most people lay on the bed. They also didn’t have waffles available on the second morning which is the best thing to eat (mostly just carb options and yogurt no protein like eggs etc). Definitely a good stay for the price. I would definitely come back.

Room was more than adequate to my needs, however the window was broken and I with the room being located at the front of the building, I could hear traffic on the roadway, which made for a less than restful night. Staff was grateful to learn of the damage when I discovered it the next morning in daylight.

There was no soap provided at the bathroom sink. There was a lotion dispenser . If you want soap you have to get it from the shower dispenser. There were no drinking cups provided and only 1 coffee cup. There was no attention to detail. There were tables in the breakfast nook with no chairs. So frustrating

The hotel is in a good location, next to many restaurants and stores. The staff were friendly and the stairway and hallways smelled clean and nice. The pool was clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was okay, not much to choose from but good. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We didn’t have any issues and enjoyed our stay.

This was a good location on my journey home. Room was fine. Restaurants only chains.

Not all Baymont are created equal, I stayed at a Baymont in Midland TX and both of them provided with clean rooms, sheets, plenty of towels and cold AC. That’s all I can really ask for. Although this Baymont got some updates, it cracks are still showing its age. Still, not s bad stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the vanity sink being separate from the bathroom. I prefer having them the together.
