The room was great. The bed and pillows were perfect especially after a 5 hour drive. The check in was easy and the staff member was really kind even though we arrived at 2am. The breakfast was perfect for what we needed. The hallway had a smell but you couldn’t tell once you were in the room.

Clean rooms, welcoming and professional staff, delicious breakfast, and pet friendly. Shout out to Ms. Penny for checking us in and Ms. Kim for checking us out. We stayed overnight last year and it's still top notch service! Thank you again for your wonderful service. God bless you and your families =)

Overall sentiment… MEH. Not particularly clean or well maintained and overpriced for what it is.

Clean room. Husband started sneezing when we turned on the heater. Turned it off. Maybe heater needed cleaning. Disinfecting, filter change.

Delicious! We were half an hour away from Florence, where we were having a volleyball tournament. But that wasn't your fault!

1 - Whistling noises ate night. Really bothered sleeping. 2 - A/C not working well. The room never cooled down. 3 - Worst of all: found someone's Panda Express plate in the microwave after one week. Terrible smell in room.

I purchased the insurance for our stay. Which is a scam. Then was told that any option I chose wasn’t covered. My husbands vehicle broke down and was unable to drive the 3 1/2hrs to meet me in Casa Grande, AZ. So I threw away $431.

Nice place to stay in CG. Nicely updated, great breakfast, quiet, bed is superb.
- 1/5
Room was old, dirty and smelled. A woman came into the breakfast buffet every morning and emptied everything in bags she brought in. The lady running the buffet acted like she k ew her. She would empty the buffet and take it all to her car. People had to wait in line for more food to be maid. Would never stay there again.

The breakfast was tasty. There are shops near by with many restaurants. Area is nice and quiet. The room was clean, but it looks worn down. The bed was NOT comfortable to me. It is a memory foam matress. I'm a plus size girl and I sank in. Very uncomfortable. Didn't really sleep.
- 4/5
Clean, room location was helpful with our dog. Mold in bathtub.
- 5/5
The room was clean and staff friendly. The jacuzzi was broken during my stay.
- 5/5
Other than that everything was perfect.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay!
- 4/5
The hotel was quiet, the pool looked cloudy so we never used it. Breakfast was basic, but not bad, there were different hot options every day. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Plenty of shopping and dinning options. Couple of gas stations very close.
- 5/5
Property was ok but my expectation was high for the area. Breakfast was amazing each morning. I think you are losing money because your licatiob is ideal for the Convention of Jehovah's witnesses held in Casa Grande during the months if June july abd August
- 5/5
The first night I Got a room the price was decent then the second night the price doubled. I think the price for the second night on a Monday night was too much compared to other hotels in the area.
- 5/5
Excellent service. Great stay!

Easy stopover on our way to Flagstaff. Hotel staff were courteous and efficient. Breakfast choices were a bit better than many places we’ve stayed. Would stay here again

Greeted with a smile at the front desk. All staff was helpful in any needs we had. Good variety for breakfast. We will recommend this hotel to all of our friend that might be traveling through the Casa Grande area or need a place to stay while visiting.

Very clean and breakfast was great.

Only wish you had a restaurant.
- 1/5
I worked day and nightshift to come to my room with no a/c. I was offered another room on a different floor but I was too tired to pack and unpack especially on my last night there. So i left and slept in my vehicle before my 20 hour drive. It was really inconvenient. I usually love IHG hotels but I will not go back to this one.

Average for the price but clean and pet friendly.

The staff were courteous, the property was well kept and it was an enjoyable stay

The hotel is worn and tired. Towels were very old and beat up some stained. Overpriced for sure

Electrical problems faced.

Great place to stay
- 5/5
Would have given Excellent ratings across the board but bathroom floor had broken and loose floor tile that were a potential hazard. Room 229
- 5/5
This property was pretty quiet for a hotel. It is nice that it is off the main road. I was also happy that I could walk to a restaurant for food instead of having to load my Mom (who has dementia) and my dogs in to the car just to get something to eat. We were able to enjoy our meal as if we were home. Finally, the property was very clean and when I interacted with staff members they seemed happy, enjoyed their work and were very pleasant.

- 4/5
The front desk admin was amazing and checking in was very easy. Her service was professional and she was extremely kind. The room was very clean and overall pleasant stay
- 1/5
I did not like the thin walls between the rooms, and I did not appreciate the loud party that went on all night across the hall.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
Expensive. $296 a night per room is a little expensive.
- 1/5
Did not like anything about this property. The first thing I see when I go to park my work truck is a tweaker “working” on his car in the hotel parking lot, stayed up most of the night checking on my truck to make sure it wasn’t broken into. The doors don’t even close to the hotel rooms you have to lift them up to get them to close. The shower drains are broken. Overall does not seem like the safest of places to stay and with no security to watch vehicles in the parking lot I would not recommend being the area that it is in.
- 5/5
It had plenty of open space around. I did not like that it was a bit isolated
- 1/5
I was quoted one price that included taxes and was charged over $50 per night over the quote. When I asked staff why they said it was their room security in case of damages to the room. They dismissed my complaint and told me to have a nice day since they already collected my money. I was there for four days and the hand soap dispenser was never refilled even though I asked a few times. I did not get clean towels on my last day there.
- 4/5
Overall it was a good stay. Rooms are much bigger than most. Breakfast is included. Decent location but some homelessness in the area.
- 5/5
Safe and clean
- 2/5
The staff was inattentive and unfriendly; the shower did not work.
- 3/5
We had two rooms. We requested months in advanced, attached rooms, but it was not reserved that way. It was after 3pm but the second room was not cleaned yet for check-in. The problem was that the handicap room that was next door that was ready for check-in turned out to be filthy in the bathroom. The handicap shower chair was not installed, was off to the side by the toilet and covered with dried to the plastic dark pubic hairs. The floor itself was covered in dark curly hair as well, so there was obviously no attempted by the maid service to clean the bathroom floor or the shower chair. The sliding bar for the shower head was so loose that it could not be put into a position to stay below belly height and would spray straight at the floor. Their excuse was that they are short handed. This will be our last stay at this particular Holiday Inn Express.
- 5/5
It was great. Everything was clean and neat. Complimentary everything was a plus. Pet friendly staff and hotel is awesome!
- 5/5
Comfy bed, nice breakfast, close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay again when in area.
- 4/5
Very warm , welcoming and friendly staff. Very nice breakfast buffet.
- 5/5
Even though the hotel is near the interstate my room was quiet with no road noise. The breakfast menu was extensive and the food was delicious. All the staff members I interacted with were kind and helpful.
- 5/5
Outdoor heated pool and spa were great
- 5/5
The check in went smoothly. Our key cards were ready. The room was clean. Breakfast was at least a notch above the typical chain hotel breakfast. The breakfast area was clean. The warmer trays were kept well stocked. The tables we wiped down constantly
- 4/5
But the biggest issue was Z E R O water pressure in the shower! like barely a trickle. When you end up spending 20 minutes trying to wash your hair you end up using MORE water, not less. Other than that it was fine. room carpet needed a cleaning
- 5/5
Very new facility and check in was quick and easy. Nice stay…
- 1/5
The second day we were there a car parked near ours was broken into, the window was shattered. The following day the glass was still on the ground. The room was dirty, the couch was stained, and the shower had nearly zero water pressure.
- 5/5
It was clean, nice bed, friendly staff

I never write reviews because I’ve never had such an experience like this before. Ants were crawling on our toothbrushes in the morning. My husband and I have bites from sleeping in the bed (fleas or bed bugs) most likely. Big dogs barking in the halls. We should of known since we pulled up and there was a huge dirty mattresses stacked all dirty the back. Evening front desk guy couldn’t be bothered since he was too busy watching his phone slamming things when he heard me waiting. I could literally hear his phone video from down the hall. Little hairs everywhere from the bathroom to the beds. Just really gross and would not recommend. The bites the next morning really just put the nail in the coffin for me.

This hotel is working on a remodel but doing a great job of keeping customer service while this is happening thank you for all of your assistance kind of wish the double bed room was a little bigger for the price maybe this is a future update… Thanks so much
- 3/5
Generally an OK hotel. Not as clean as expected. The location is also
- 2/5
This place is in serious need or remodel or demolition. The room had stains on drapes and carpet. The area around the tub/shower was grungy. Staff no overly attentive. No advance notice of breakfast area closed. Getting coffee was easy. Paid more to stay here than HGI in Phoenix or another Hilton property in Goodyear.

Run down hotel, not worth your dollars.
- 4/5
Great hotel. Clean and has a lot of food and shopping nearby.

After a long day out of town, we had originally booked at Happy Inn, in Eloy. Upon our arrival, we realized the hotel should be condemned so we left. Tried booking a different hotel, that would not accommodate us. And finally arrived at Holiday Inn. We were greated upon arrival. Check in was quick and polite. The room was beautiful and clean. Very spacious. Keurig in the room with delicious coffee and full size bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body soap. The linen was clean, smelled amazing and the bed was very comfortable.

Spiders and ants all over bathroom
- 2/5
hotel was being remodeled much construction items thru-out.baseboards with blue tape ,not appealing at all.in room heater did not function properly.heater temp set at 72 would jump to 75 repeatedly. .below expectations i'm accustomed to to a holiday express inn.
- 4/5
Close to the reason we went. Name brand i could trust. Place was being remodeled, it would have nice to know that.
- 3/5
The bathroom was terrible filthy dirty and the tub leaked all over the floor
- 1/5
It’s under construction which isn’t a big deal and they kept the lobby clean. However the doors don’t seal so when the neighbors kids are running naked down the hall it gets a little irritating. We seam to have ended up on the worst floor. We chose the 3rd floor because it usually the quietest. First we came back our 2nd night to find the maid had been in our room. Due to COVID no hotels provide nightly cleaning for a good reason. We sprayed everything down and bring our own pillows to be safer. Our pillows had been moved and handled, everything touched and someone else’s hair on the sheets. I had to spray everything again and sleep without pillows. 2nd the naked kids screaming high everybody, hello neighbors while the parents laughed at 10 pm at night. Then our neighbors right next door screamed , laughed and threw something against the wall until 5 am in the morning. We called the front desk and he said he was alone so could not leave the desk. Someone did come up later we could hear the conversation however it was a please be a little quieter and they proceeded to get louder. We paid just like everyone else for a safe relaxing evening. We did not get that yet the ones who broke all the rules enjoyed themselves. The management played concerned and said they would call us ....no one ever did. For a party hotel please enjoy these accommodations

Bad Quality Hotel. Staff is rude and smells bad AF
- 5/5
I stay at this hotel every time I’m in Casa Grande and it’s a clean and quiet place.
- 2/5
This stay was not worth the price of our stay. First we arrived only to find out they were remodeling and the breakfast area was closed. They only offered a bagged breakfast. Then we go up to the room, the suite was not a suite a at all a suite. The only difference between the two rooms was the sofabed. Which was horrible, the mattress was barely there.
- 3/5
Kylie got angry over a printer not working. There was nosey remodeling and our room right by the elevator.
- 1/5
I wouldn’t stay at this location again. Staff was not friendly at all and the location had a weird smell.
- 3/5
Room was very comfortable for our overnight stay. They were under construction during our stay, but still provided a grab and go breakfast for us. The issue with our stay was they checked me in incorrectly and charge my credit card even though I had already prepaid with Hotels.com. In the end all charges were corrected by the manager Marcus, but this was after more conversations with the desk help than I felt was necessary for an overnight stay. All said and done, the stay was comfortable. I recommend you make sure they check you in correctly if you already prepaid. Unfortunately, I will not stay here again.
- 1/5
check-in to the elevator. WIFI did not work. Walls were paper thin ... kept awake for 2 nights by a family with 5 kids and a dog who were up all night yelling, screaming, jumping, barking, etc. My call to the front desk to ask for someone to come upstairs and ask them to be quiet ... resulted in no help. AVOID TJIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
- 3/5
The hotel is undergoing a complete remodel. I was disappointed to not have been told. A waterline was damaged during the work. Our first room had a clogged toilet. No coffee was available except in our room in the morning. Otherwise, it was a fine group running it.
- 4/5
No power for either side of the bedroom
- 4/5
Located I convenient area. Larger chain and fast food restaurants. Located on a stretch of I-10 that is heavily patrolled so watch your speed.
- 5/5
Front desk person at check in was outstanding. Friendly, and very professorial. Breakfast area was very, very clean, and well managed by two ladies.Rooms were clean.
- 3/5
I liked the location. Very convenient for the purpose. Plenty of restaurants and stores within reach. The room we had had a slight musky humid like odor to it. Tiles in the bathroom were loose which likely is allowing water to seep into the floor beneath which will end up causing mold. Also it looked like there was a large flood in the hallway because they were running Fans 24/7. Overall the room was not worth the almost $200 I paid.
- 4/5
Cheese omelet tasted like processed cheese was used.
- 5/5
Nice staff. Good breakfast buffet. Should not make me say 50 characters when I don't want to.
- 5/5
I travel with my little dog my husband and I had plenty of Room to walk my little dog and they actually had a thing out there were you could pick up the dogs poop, and put it in a basket so the grounds were very clean and did not have dog droppings anywhere was a wonderful stay would stay there again definitely
- 4/5
There could have been more handicap parking. yes sir
- 4/5
Location was close to the airport for us to travel
- 4/5
I liked pretty much everything. The bed was great and that is huge for me. The bathroom was in need of some attention. The sink was a bit gross in the drain and overflow hole. It drained super slow too. But not a deal breaker.
- 5/5
Breakfast buffet was excellent. Very clean dining room. Free newspaper was much appreciated. As for our room, it was as expected and more. The shower had adequate pressure. I loved the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers. Also appreciated the two free bottles of water and generous towel supply. In this flu season, I really appreciated the sterile drinking cups you supplied. You put the Crown Plaza at Phoenix airport to shame. We stayed with you 3 nights and truly enjoyed your hospitality.
- 4/5
The breakfast buffet was delicious with a nice variety.
- 5/5
We always stay here at this hotel when we visit family. Always friendly staff, rooms are always clean, and the included breakfast is great.
- 3/5
was good. However the room smelled musty and the carpet was very stained. Was going to be asked to be moved but we had friends staying in another room there and they said theirs was the same way.
- 1/5
The property smelled of mold. I felt I’ll after staying there
- 5/5
Nice facilities. Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive.
- 1/5
I never got the chance to experience any of it, because when I went to check in Friday night, they informed me that they gave my room away and they were sold out. So at midnight in a strange city, I was left stranded and homeless because of them. I will never give them a chance to do it again, and I hope no one else does either.
- 5/5
They have a really nice pool here. That's one thing i always look at. If the pool is well maintained usually the rest of the property is. These people take pride in their hotel and it shows. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, clean rooms...this place is the whole package!
- 5/5
Convenient, clean, new, comfortable. Nice rooms, decent breakfst. Easy parking. Within waljing to some restaurants
- 4/5
The property was pleasant and had numerous amenities.
- 5/5
Check in was quick and the gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant. Offered me free toiletries when I was going to buy them there. The room was clean and spacious. Had an iron and ironing board (I have stayed in other hotels nearby and hotel did not have these items). Overall, very pleased with my stay.
