Ideal location was easy to get to everywhere I needed to go… Comfortable bed, clean room, glorious air conditioning, kind and welcoming staff and the 24/7 coffee bar is a super bonus!!!!!!

My first concern was the musty smell of the room as soon as we walked in. We figured it might be the air conditioner so we let it run while we were out to dinner. It didn’t help, unfortunately. My biggest concern was the mildew in the bathroom. It was growing on the ceiling in the corners, on the wall above the door and on the top door panel. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve seen and we were fine with one night but I think folks need to know what they could potentially get when booking.

Close to the airport Room was dirty. Needs a deep cleaning. Stains on the walls, stains on the towels, and blood on the curtains

The desk people were very helpful and friendly. We had delayed flights so arrived many hours later than scheduled. I called ahead and they were efficient and helpful.

The location was good At the time I got there did not have much space to park.

I was a solo traveler in May/June due to an unfortunate car accident which placed a family member in an urgent care hospital in Columbia S.C. I chose the hotel for its location , cleanness , security and convenience to hospital /airport. Boy, did I make a great decision! This is now my go to place for future travels into Columbia.I cannot thank the entire staff enough for such hospitality they showed me in this critical time. The room was excellent, staff and parking was good. The only negative thing I will say is the breakfast not hot just Luke warm it was okay/good just needs to be hot. Other than that it was a fantastic experience. I would rate it a A+

The room appeared clean but it had a strong moldy odor. You could smell it as soon as you got off the elevator. Carpet probably needed cleaning.

Room was pretty clean in the right areas but the corners of the rooms held a lot of build up. Great price though! Breakfastwas fantastic and larger than most. Rooms were quiet. Door in the bathroom opened against the shower and blocked it weirdly though. Lovely staff!

I stay 4 days and during the 4 days nobody when to clean fhe room …

The hotel appears to be understaffed. There was no one at the desk for our late night check-in, 11:00 PM, and again when we returned the next night around 8 PM. There were options for breakfast on Saturday (waffle, cereals, bagels, muffins, toast, yogurt, biscuits, chipped meat gravy, eggs, oranges, juices, mago water, and low fat milk), however no meat‼️ Black-out curtains would have added greatly to comfort by eliminating the light from the shortened curtains over the air conditioning units.

Didn’t eat breakfast because I had an early appointment. But parking was very safe.

Front desk clerk/shuttle bus driver was very proactive in reducing waiting time by briefing on property during the drive and also without asking scheduled my return trip to CAE airport early in the AM.

The staff was nice, breakfast was good. The hotel was quiet and very clean. The one suggestion I would make is to add fruit to the breakfast set up.

Breakfast staff was kind, friendly, and approachable. Front desk staff was, as well. The pool was a reason we picked the hotel (for a child) and it was far too cold to enjoy. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known it would be too cold to use. That was the reason for a lower score.

I stayed in room 104 and the ceiling when you first come in was patched and stuff peeling off of it like it had water damage. And whoever was above me must have had kids running across the room back as and forth back and forth. So not much insulation I guess. I would stay there again. But not on the first floor only on the top floor

it was perfect! we stayed one night for a concert the staff was so friendly and the place was super clean. the breakfast was delicious! and the water pressure was phenomenal in the showers (i’ve never had that in a hotel before) will be back for the next show!

If you want a comfortable bed, a hot shower with great water pressure, safe location, a warm pool and a reasonable rate then this is a good choice. There are plenty of construction crews staying here and they are around smoking outside. Some rooms have sticky floors and the breakfast is okay.

Booked a night here for my husband and he loved it. He didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t give a review for that but he said the room was amazing and the staff were super friendly.

Broken glass on the floor, stains all over the curtains and furniture. Very very disappointed! Don’t stay here! The pool is disgusting with paint chipping all around it! Never again!

The 2 front desk people were awesome. The kitchen staff was friendly & helpful. Room's were clean, but on the small side. Not enough space for 4 people & suitcases. Almost enough space for 3 people.

Wow! Just wow! I travel A LOT and I was beyond impressed by this hotel! The staff were amazing, the location was perfect, the pool was wonderful and warm and the breakfast was very yummy! If you are looking for a place for while you’re visiting Ft. Jackson or are in this area for any reason at all you should definitely stay here!

The room was not clean. We found both roaches and a lizard in the room whilst staying there.

Staff was very polite and helpful. The shower head was excellent, lol. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but doable for a 1-2 night stay. Breakfast was done very well as well.

overall, the hotel was really nice and the staff was even nicer but when I got into my room, I found a dirty washcloth with curly hair on it hanging in the shower and I was woke up at 6 AM by a car alarm continuously going off. I understand the hotel does not have control over that, but the washcloth was an honest but nasty mistake. Overall i would stay here again if i was in the area. Thank you

I chose the property because it offered an airport shuttle. But when I called several times from the airport at around 11:00 PM, there was no answer. I paid for a ride. When I arrived at the hotel, one employee was outside sitting on the porch and a friend of his was inside the lobby sleeping on the sofa.

Terrible! We were traveling with our sons (one is a baby). We had taken everything in. I laid my baby in the bed and my husband sat beside him and bugs were crawling on my husband! I recorded it. The person up front only said ok!!! We left to another place immediately.

Hotel is obviously kept up very well. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Very professional. Planes fly over the hotel very low which almost gave me a heart attack at first but was later extremely cool. Kids loved the pool which is surrounded by glass including ceiling. Feels like being outside and you can be in the pool while watching the airplanes. Experience was fascinating. Breakfast was above average at hotels. Great location. Enjoyed the Goodwill Depot while there too much. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this brand hotel before and had a great experience. However at this location, my first room was incredibly musty, so much so I asked to be moved. The second room was improved, but the mustiness was still there such that the clothes I wore in the room smelled stale once I was unpacking my bag later. It was not my favorite experience. Convenient location and the front desk was quite courteous.

The cable was terrible couldn’t understand the tv it was so iffy signal. Residents smoking weed and cigarettes just outside front door NOT ACCEPTABLE! Breakfast was poor and no OJ instead there was flavored water, owner must be cheap. Don’t go here .

Easy check-in, excellent customer service, and clean rooms

Staff was very courteous and attentive. Enjoyed Morning Breakfast..variety of items to choose from. Close to airport and centrally located. King Bedroom with TV Sitting Suite : Enjoyed the extra room for the weeks stay, but the cloth furniture had stains and needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. The only thing we didn’t like was walking into the front of the building from outside …you get a lung full of cigarette smoke from the outdoor sitting lounges on both sides. We would stay here again.

There was a plumbing problem with our room. They gave us another room. However we were supposed ti have 2 queen size beds and the new room had full size beds and we were charged the same price. We didnt even know it until we went to bed. Ither than that it was very nice

The room i was in had two beds. One of which had a multitude of large stains on it. Not the worst but definitely way below the $140+ per night sticker price. Will not be visiting again.

Very clean, comfy and updated. Service was excellent, staff friendly. Taking one star away because my room smelled a bit musty and triggered an asthma attack, I think it was from the air conditioner. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay overall. Staff were nice. Great communication. We didn’t try the breakfast. Beds were comfy. Good temp control. Great shower. Room was a little musty. I’d recommend a little snack area, or at least a vending machine that takes cards. Also wished there was a smart tv not just cable.

Breakfast was just okay no protein unless you want to consider sausage and gravy protein. The room had a slight smell to it and the rug was sticky in the bedroom. Honest opinion me and my family will not stay at this hotel again.

Nice place to stay

What started off to being a good stay turned into a parents worst nightmare the morning after our first night. My son(who is 4 and autistic) was able to get out of our room and got to the pool area which is supposed to be secured and locked(with only hotel key access) but it wasn’t and my son actually fell into the pool and nearly drowned if I hadn’t found him when I did. The 2 lady’s at the desk were helpful with my other children and with calling for help. But other than that no safety precautions were taken and they didn’t offer anything to make our stay any easier. Or an explanation on how my son was able to get into the pool by himself.

I had a pleasant stay, and I really appreciated being close to the airport since I dislike driving in an unfamiliar city at night. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, but I noticed a large brown stain on the sheets, and the carpet had a slight odor. I wasn’t fond of the neighborhood, as it appeared somewhat run-down.

Comfortable beds and after moving away from a room with a bunch of young (ready late-teens?) women who screamed a lot, the stay was mostly blissfully quiet. The staff moved me immediately and without hassle. The one exception to my peace was an obnoxious driver who was pumping his bass in the parking lot at midnight! but that isn't the hotel's fault. I enjoyed my stay and I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

We were greeted very warmly upon arrival and check-in was very quick. Our room was spacious, clean, had an updated bathroom, and provided everything you need. The shower head and water pressure were wonderful and the room, especially the heater/AC was the quietest I've ever experienced in a hotel and very efficient. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillow choices. The hot breakfast was nice, especially since there are limited dining choices nearby. This hotel is older, but well maintained, reasonably priced, and very convenient to I77 and I26. We will stay here again when we're traveling south and recommend it! Thanks for a welcoming and comfortable stay!

I was very pleased. The staff was very friendly, the eating area was as clean as can be. It was very close to the airport which is a reason why I chose the place. My son had a 5:40 am flight. I also stayed there last July when I had a 6 am flight.

Such great people. I want to come back and hang out with Wendel some more. The biggest complain is the pool heater was broke so cold cold water. And our coffee maker was broke but replaced right away . Ty for a great stay.

Hotel was excellent, we stayed here while visiting Fort Jackson for a military graduation. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. My only complaint the breakfast, I wish they would have had actual oatmeal with toppings. The juices were watered down.

Check in was Easy but once me and my wife got into our room , it went downhill. That bathroom wall had cracks in it and we saw a few roaches and we had to leave immediately! My wife is allergic to roaches and this is something that couldn’t be overlooked. I NEVER leave bad reviews but this needs to be addressed and Fast! We ended up having to sleep in the car at a rest stop that night because every other hotel was either too pricey for a night or was booked.

The cleanliness of this facility was excellent and our room was very well appointed. The towels could definitely use upgrading but the bathroom lighting was exceptional. So often hotels skimp on wattage in the rooms but especially in the bathrooms. My biggest "complaint" was the skimpiness of the breakfast selections. Bare minimum and no visible attendant on duty to refresh or replenish in a timely manner. The desk staff too seemed to stay out of sight. Someone was always in the office so you just had to call out for service but that seems a bit unprofessional to me.

No back up generator when the power went out from the hurricane. You’d think a hotel would have backup generators. I had to dress and checkout in a pitch black hotel.

Very impressed. They ran the entire property on generators and accimodated everyone.

This is a very outdated property that's more like a motel than what one is used to from Radisson. Drinking water was available only via a cash only vending machine (that took singles only). They advertise an airport shuttle but it only runs during limited hours and not at all on Sunday. My room was right on the parking lot with headlights shining into my room. Not a convenient or comfortable stay.

Convenient to the interstate

I had so many delay with my flights arrived just after 11. They picked me up at the airport at 1115 even after they closed. That’s going above and beyond. I really appreciated this after my horrible trip from fort Myers.

The breakfast was well before standard. The room was not equipped with a safe. My stay was Friday night and Saturday night so no room cleaning which I did not like. Other than those issues, the stay was ok.

Quiet property with decent amenities. Only thing that wasn’t great was the sleeper sofa doesn’t seem like it was cleaned. There was candy stuck underneath it. Not wrappers, but actual candy. It was just one piece so nothing to scream about. The kids had fun in the pool and the room is incredibly spacious. Overall a great value and the woman at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming. Great staff.

The property was updated but our room smelt of stale book and the hallways smelt dirty. Other wise the hotel was modern and updated.

Was looking for a hotel by the airport for an early flight. Everything was great, clean, safe, quiet & staffs were great.

The property needs a facelift especially pool area. Floor in pool area needs painting and green Albee growing on the ceiling needs power washing. Room the curtain was tied in a knot and torn in the middle. Rooms should be inspected for proper presentation. Breakfast was fair. Would not stay again.

Property had bad mildew odor. Rooms air Conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep. Staff did not know where anything was located. Could not print board pass because printer had no ink and didn’t work properly. Will not return to this location!
