Gentlemen at front desk was super nice and did address all issues we had. As far as staff goes they were wonderful 1st room had blood stains on sheets and mattress protector. Comfort had burn holes all through it with the sheet having some as well. 1st room was a smoking room and it had a horrible smoke smell. Got changed to a different room and this time non smoking room smelled clean but the sheet and comforter still had burn holes. The dresser and stands felt sticky. Mattress was very thin could feel bars under it. Pillows were super thin only had 3 pillows total and didn't sleep well at all. We booked another 4 days at a different hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice and we don't blame him for this experience and he was quick to give us a different room and went to the room we had 1st and said he would take care of that.

The room from top to bottom was dirty and infested with cockroaches. Floor's were filthy as well as damaged.

The area was unsafe with people standing outside their rooms talking, and smoking right in front of our door. The room was filthy with what looked like fieces on the wall. The bed spread was dirty with burn holes in it (non smoking room). I could not stay in that place let alone my wife staying.

It was horrible. People were loitering around outside. Roaches were in the ned and bathroom. I did not stay cause I felt unsafe and the room had roaches in it. So I lost money

It was terrible. I'm surprised Hotels.com would represent such a filthy and dangerous place. My friend and I each got a room. The front of the hotel seemed to be clean but they put use in the back. It was full of scary people partying on the balcony and using drugs. You could smell it immediately. The room was filthy. Old nasty furniture, bugs in the fridge, water on the floor in the bathroom, broken microwave and the list go on. We waited about 45 minutes when we decided to leave. When we asked for our money back they said since we didn't come back within 15 minutes we couldn't get a refund and we paid for 2 nights.

This is the most horrible place on earth. DO NOT STAY THERE. It is a drug haven!! This place DOES NOT look like the pictures. There were people outside doing drugs and drug deals. Trash everywhere, it looked like a motel for homeless drug addicts. The place had bugs, not cleaned, A/C unit falling off the wall. I went to the office to request a refund as I was not going to stay there, I was in fear of my life. I was denied. I am now trying to get a refund from Hotel.com.

It was what i expected for an inexpensive place to stay. The property is ran down but the room was clean. It is a mix of extended stay rooms and nightly stay.

For the price the room was decent. It was outdated but not terrible. The bed is smaller than most hotels. Its just a double bed and it smelled like cigarette smoke even though the door said no smoking. But if you are in a jam and need a cheap safe spot to sleep I would recommend

Do not recommend staying here. Seems to be primarily used as half-way house. We used it only because gosplitty left us stranded as last minute and nothing resonable was left. Our expectations were low but reality was lower. Dirty room and facility.

Worst motel I've ever stayed in. If the whole area wouldnt have been booked up from the hurricane, i would never have chosen that place. Waste of my money.

Motel was in very poor condition. Rusted handrails, crumbling concrete, paint peeling and broken fixtures in the room. There were abandoned cars with no license plates in the driveway. I left and didn't stay.

I'm in West Columbia SC and we are STILL without power. Unbeknownst to me, so was the hotel.I NEVER CHECKED IN. NOONE COULD.

The toilet didn't flush well, the room was hot, and the room was dirty. There was a dead roach on the floor. The beds were made, it was quiet, the pool was clean, and the staff was nice.

First hint was that the Uber driver didn't want to drop me off. Tried it anyway. Was watched as I went to my room. Door lock was broken, big big window with barely a curtain was the least thing that made me feel unsafe. Food pieces in fridge, dirty looking sheets, toilet and shower. tires and trash in parking lot, located at the dead end of a street with nothing close, def nothing to walk to, and Uber wont pick up after dark, left ASAP, checked out within 20 mins and no refund for 3 night stay, really??? I am normally NEVER placing reviews but this? I even held off incase I could state they at least gave me a f*ing penny back for not staying there at all (3 nights). Buyer beware.

It was Horrible the bedding sheet were dinghy and the comforter was torn. The shower has peeled paint coming off of it. The microwave was filthy and the mini refrigerator wasn't working properly my first spoiled. This place needs to shut down and remodel. Worst experience ever. I went to bed fully clothed with my hoodie on that's just how bad it was.

That it is a Quiet peaceful residence " and I feel Masters Inn got reasonable ok prices and it's worth the stay👍

They wouldn't allow us to stay downstairs even though my wife and I are disabled and my wife is on oxygen and on a ventilator at night.

The front desk people were rude. They have postings about curfew but don’t go by it. The other guests be outside loud all night and they have bud bugs and roaches real bad when you ask for a refund they will make all types of excuses and then tell you that you can’t come back there

I cannot believe that I actually stayed there. It was late at night and I could not find anything else and I was tired and just ready to settle down and I paid $77.00 for this hotel. Disgusting.

Two roaches, stench in the room, dirty, sketchy customers and my paid reservation was initially cancelled.

Front desk was very rude and accommodating for various issues.

Upon leaving, I stripped the beds and left a note requesting they CHANGE THE SHEETS between guests!! I did not sleep on the sheets, I slept on top of the blanket on top of the sheets due to what looked like "body fluids" on them!! Also -- this does not appear to be the "safest" of locations due to what appears to be long term clients that can be seen hanging over the rails smoking with their potted plants on the rails.

It's close to the Airport and Shopping is nearby. Very affordable rates and friendly staff.

I certainly learned my lesson about trying to save a couple dollars.

The staff was amazing but the room was stank and even had roaches quite nasty to be a 3 star hotel the ac was half broken although it did work it was all broken as far as cosmetically. The toilet wouldnt even flush yeah very upset with my stsy considering i couldve soent 15 more bucks to stay at the hotel by the pilot station an its very nice

The front desk lady don't respect the costumer she hit the counter because I told her that the key don't work, the bathroom door has a lot blood, the matress has a lot hole like was burn with cigarettes the shower don't drain the water all the furniture has hole dirt and broken, the bed sheets was broken and old, roaches and bed bug. I got theare at 2:00 am I we don't leave the hotel because we don't had a rental car at that point, we had tried to sleep in a dirt chair because we don't feel safe to walk to the front desk and claim because was people smoking weed in the hallway in 2 or 3 different point I almost call the police to take me out of the place.A lot people write bad reviews but I got pictures to enforce everything that I wrote and I exort Expedia to take this unsafety place out of Expedia.com because this isn't even a place spend an emergency if you need the proof contact me and I will send to you.

The rooms had bugs .the sheets were dirty it really smelt awful and disgusting and the owner said I didn't like the room then go else where very rude and nasty..

Stayed here a.lot years ago. Was disappointed. Bathtub and commode was clean also sheets. But the rest of room was filthy. Needs a good painting or at least doors and frames cleaned. Splatters on walls and pictures on wall also

The hotel was convenient to major highways and close to a variety of eating facilities.

The only term that can be used to describe this property is "Crack House". Filthy, broke down room, pile of trash right on the corner by room entrance door. Front desk employee sleeping between two chairs and got upset when I woke her up. Definitely AVOID this hotel at all cost better sleep in your vehicle.

I had a nice stay for two nights. Location is close to the interstate, so travel was easy and convenient.

I was in town for two performances and had a nice stay at the hotel.

Paid 50 bucks on a Saturday USC game day...So u get what you pay for....Area and outside of building is nasty....But the inside of the room was pretty clean....just old old old.

Thermostat on heater didn’t work. Neither did bedside lamp. Otherwise okay.

Very very cheap but the room was not clean, and the staff were not friendly (admittedly I checked in at 1230 at night) otherwise the location was a bit deceptive and I had to do a U turn to get there through a lane of traffic, it did have a convenient location as it was next to the highway.

Roaches...and the hotel nor hotels.com took responsibilty for the fact that there were roaches in the room and I had to leave. Disappointed with the hotel and hotels.com

This was probably one of the WORST places I have ever stayed in!! The receptionist didn’t acknowledge me until I banged on the window and then never got out of the chair. It took 20-25 minutes to check in and I felt as though I was annoying her! The room was FILTHY!

The front desk manager was very professional and friendly when I arrived, and the room was organized and clean as possible. The last day I was there my neighbor and a group of young men began trouble! Loud music blared from his open door and when asked to lower the noise he became enraged! This lasted for a couple of hours. Then around 1pm I was awakened by the same group because they began fighting each other as if they were attempting a prison break!!! I will NEVER visit this establishment again!

This was hands down, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. 1st they gave me a room with 1 bed when I had reserved two beds. They moved us and we dropped our bags off and went to eat. Upon our return, we noticed the beds had bugs and the room was very dirty. When I reported it to the manager, he refused to come look at the room. We left and stayed in a Sleep Inn about 1/2 mile away.

Everywhere people were hanging outside, sitting, drinking and cars with large wheels coming in and out. I was SHOCKED. I've stayed at hotels all over the country. The room was real nice though. I can give them that.

First off, there was a putrid smell upon entering. The curtain rod to cover the window was broken and curtain barely covered the window! Pillow case was dirty. I found two dead roaches! I was afraid to sleep on the sheets! It was the most uncomfortable night!! It is seriously time for renovations! I was livid. No matter how cheap, you are catering to the public and every stay should be decent! I pray under any circumstance, I NEVER have to stay there again!!!!

Fast check in/out, convenient location, nice pool, some bugs in the room...

On the plus side, the front office folks were pleasant. The vanity top had been recently replaced with a granite top which was in excellent condition. The TV was fairly new and channel selection was good.

The lady at the front desk was very nice, but everything went downhill from there. I took a scenic tour of a bad neighborhood to get there. The hotel was made up of 3 or 4 two story buildings on a parking lot in terrible need of repair. I'm pretty sure that there were people dealing drugs and others who lived there. I was so exhausted that I just wanted to lie down and sleep for a few hours, but when I opened the door to the room I didn't take more than two steps inside before I knew I wouldn't be staying here. The bed was made up, but it had an ancient comforter on it and I didn't even want to think about what was on it. The room wreaked of smoke and marijuana. I had asked for a non-smoking room. I decided that I was just not comfortable staying here and feared for my safety. I gave the key back to the nice lady and the desk and explained why I wasn't staying. She said that she understood. Now I am out the room fee and the time I wasted. Save yourself the trip and don't go here!

Wasnt expecting much from this hotel anyway . This is the cheapest you can get on the highway. Perfect if you just want to crash for the night and then resume your travel
