Nice clean hotel with great staff.

Breakfast was good, staff was very friendlly. liked the 24 hr hot water/coffee availability. Trail behind the hotel was very nice. Always want the prices to be more affordable, less expensive.

This was the best hotel experience I've ever had and I have done a lot of them. The hotel has beautiful views of open fields as you pull up. The hotel itself is impressive, all the staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was not just clean but was more like a home than a hotel room. The bed faced the view from the window instead of just a wall. The couch was more of what you would have in your home. The breakfast was excellent they even had the Nutella that I love ❤️ I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here. I certainly will be next time I'm in the area!

The stay was OK overall, but the floor from elevator to room was extremely cold ... which led my wife and I to not use the pool for fear of freezing when heading back to the room after a dip. But the last morning wasn't great. There were dogs in the breakfast area which caused me and a few others to just walk away and head to a local restaurant to get healthier choices.

The room was very clean. The beds were super comfy. The pool was well maintained and the water was nice and warm. The free breakfast last until 10:30 so didn’t have to rush the kiddos in the morning. Convenient location.

This was a gift from my spouse for a quick getaway, perfect! Love the place, walking distance to great food and excellent staff who went an extra mile so I could get a swim in, thank you! Will def be back.

The only redeeming quality was the warmth of Kelley at the breakfast buffet, she was lovely and made the breakfast look beautiful. Will not stay again.

We visit Hamilton several times a year and are so happy that we discovered The Hampton Inn and Suites in Cazenovia. We will definitely return. The amenities are lovely - cozy and very comfortable. The staff was incredible, from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. Our room was spacious, cozy and comfortable - the rates were very reasonable. We love that there is an indoor pool and will definitely return with a few family members. The breakfast was extraordinary and the woman who managed it was lovely - very welcoming, personable and great at what she does. She really went the extra mile. Thank you and we shall definitely return/keep your hotel in mind as a gift for others. We will also highly recommend to others.

Staff wants to get involved in your business. Hallway smells like dog feces, dirt in the bed. Half the breakfast wasnt stocked. Overall poor experience. The lady in the moring got involved in my familys personal matter.

I hosted a birthday party for my sister and the Hampton allowed me to use their dining area. It was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We also liked the seating in the lobby. We had a lovely reunion. Thanks!

They claimed that the place was remodeled recently but our room had a bunch of niggling problems like the shower door would not stay shut.

We were there overnight for a concert in Syracuse. Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Hotel overall was very clean and quiet.

The hotel is in good shape, the town is so cute and a lot of great dining options. My one issue was the use of teenagers to perform room cleaning and linen refreshing duties. These kids have no idea what good looks like. It was disappointing…BUT…the staff at the hotel corrected anything that was not correct! They did what they needed to in order to make things right! I really liked the lady in the breakfast area! She was the hardest working staff in the whole hotel and always had a smile on her face. The breakfast was solid!!!

Breakfast was good. The room had a weird set up where the desk/ table and TV were in the center of the room and one couldn’t watch the TV from either the bed or the sofa bed/ sofa.

It was very nice. Check in & out very streamlined. We had a stain on one of the sheets and the cleaning person changed it for us immediately. We sat at the bar and got a drink.

Was lovely and apologized profusely and I was upgraded which was nice. Cleanliness of rooms leaves a bit to be desired. Hair in shower, embedded in carpets, and some nasty looking stain on the duvet that was hidden by the top fold of the sheet. A wipe of the toilet roll holder would t go a miss with the dust all over it either. Breakfast was hot and cooked very well and staff were friendly and helpful.

Coming back from a 2.5 week vacation. Last night before we would be home. Found this place. Pretty much off the beaten path. Nice room. Has a BAR! Fantastic - we needed to unwind.

Lots of little things, room 310: dead bolt didn't work, toilet paper holder broken, could not close curtains all the way, shower door kept sliding open. Minor things but did enjoy stay and friendly staff.

I was told by the hotel I had booked 2 separate rooms for2 separate nights! They said to contact you, they had nothing to do with booking & I would be charged for 4 separate rooms! Attempts to contact Hotels.com were fruitless,& annoying!!! I photographed my bookings, there are no indications of booking 4 sep. rooms for 2 nights.I hope u can fix this! My trip is not over, If u charge me for 4 rooms instead of one room for 2 nights, I will be unhappy & forced to use another co. Your bots were not helpful in this situation. Previous to this incident Hotels.com was doing a great job

Great place, enjoyed my stayed the only issue I had room 218 the face sick was clogged the water took it time to go down, ands the first bed when you walk into the room, squeaks when you move in the bed.

We enjoyed our stayed and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

There was a few garbage items left under counters/table from previous folks. Room wasnt as clean as has been in past experiences.

The front desk staff was friendly, alert, and very lively. And for those of you bringing pets, there is a great deal of grassland, far away from any busy road, where they can cavort, and do anything else necessary. Hampton Inn is not a luxury brand, but within that framework it's the best I've found.. Also, it's a half our from Syracuse, but much less expensive that hotels closer in. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The beds were very comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep.

This was my 4th stay with my grandson. Also the first time I was a little let down. The pool's filter didn't seem to be working and the pool was very dirty! The final day it was obvious something was wrong when the water was 6" lower than the night before and you could watch it going lower. The toilet paper holder was broke in our room. This is a wonderful hotel and I certainly hope this isn't a sign of things to come. As always, the employees and breakfast were awesome.

This Hampton Inn was was missing some of the touches that make Hampton Inns nice - no herbal tea for making a nighttime cup of tea, no fresh fruit or dark roast coffee at breakfast. The door to our room didn’t fit the frame so tons of light and sound came in under and on one side of the door. Mattresses and pillows weren’t super comfortable. And the elevator was so loud we heard it ding every time it arrived on our floor.

Pool and fitness center were first rate. We intend to use this hotel as our first choice as stopover between Toronto and New England.

The employees here are super friendly - this is an annual trip for my grandson & I so he can use the pool. The free breakfast is very nice, special mini vacation!

We would have liked to have fresh coffee, not just after breakfast with enough creamer. Coffee in the lounge was out most of the time and not hot. The Laker’s Lounge bar was always closed. Shower gel and pump hand soap would have been nice. Shampoo and Conditioner was nice. Hotel was not close enough to places to eat and places that were around closed too early.

It was my wife’s birthday and our anniversary. In our room we were welcomed with an as requested nonalcoholic champagne, chocolate, and other goodies. This was above and beyond and we really appreciated it. There was a water issue that couldn’t be fixed in our original room and we were quickly upgraded to a nicer room. Loved the morning, free breakfast options!

The front desk was good. Hotel room was clean. One of the beds was making noise even with a slight movement. The property was at a peaceful location - away from the city noise.

I want to comment on the wonderful, warm greeting we received when checking in. We had been driving all day from Niagara. We were beat. The desk clerk was friendly and gave us all necessary info such as network password!! Nice snack shop too. Clean room, quiet, fully stocked and everything working. Would stay again. Desk clerk warmed and won our hearts.

WE stay here every time we come up for the antique show in August and it is always a positive experience. The hotel is clean and well-maintained and the staff is always friendly.

I love that there is a clean modern hotel in the area. It’s convenient and in a great location. What i would recommend would be better dining options in the hotel itself since it is not in town and some might not want to walk or drive into town or the surrounding areas.
