There was a broken toilet in the first room that was given and a broken microwave in the second room. I didn't like that I wanted to book two nights through Expedia and it wouldn't let me and I got to the property they made me have to do a new booking for the next night at a higher charged.

Staff at front desk very rude after I had a reserved room he tells me no rooms are available and I have to leave. And I was still charged and would like a full refund.

Roon was clean and quiet location.

They stole my son phone and refuse to give it back, when we tracked the phone it was still at the hotel and ringing because it was connected to their wifi, they walked the room upon us leaving so we know they found it and they refused to return his phone and put us on a do not rent list smh also they rented us a room without a working tv and I had to be moved upstairs and they stairway u must use smelled like animal pee very strongly, their are clearly people on drugs living around their very uncomfortable for women with families. Do your research before you booking then they refuse to return my booking confirmation after they canceled my booking for no reason lieing tell me they had no rooms when the app allowed they booking and also they canceled and refuse to return my money They whole experience they are taking advantage of poor people with limited funds

Wouldn't put my name on the room but, took all my information, even my social security number. My friend had a hard time finding me because the clerk said nobody by my name was there. Luckily I gave them the room number because the name used for the room was a man neither of us know. Just confused why he took my information if he didn't use it for the room.?? I love 5 hours out of town so that was a massive issue for me. If I hadn't given the room number nobody would've been able to locate me. Is it common to put random people's name on customers rooms?? Might want to look into that. It triggered my PTSD to find that out. I'm really generally not much of a complainer had the clerk not been so rude and triggered my PTSD by doing questionable things like that I wouldn't bring it to your attention. My only concern was if there is a fire everyone will fight for the only exit which is the elevator...other than that staff was very friendly

The room was roomy. No water pressure. Ask for a deluxe king & just got a king. Didn't like the idea of having to ring a bell to get in the lobby, so you can get to your room!

I stayed 2 times with my spouse amazing people big rooms can't complain

I didn't like the fact that no one was at the desk on my first attempt to get my key.

That I asked for two different request and I show up and didn’t get not one I asked for. And then I was down stairs and someone asked for a downstairs room when I had checked it about 2 hours before and he said he had one but when I tried to get one I was denied

Next to the interstate which is easy access and you go either direction to get to everything in town

Proximity to the class I was taking I booked a disability access room with a kitchenette. I was given a second floor room with no kitchenette. I asked for disability access because my husband has a back issue and cannot walk well. He can't step up steps or step into the shower without assistance. I booked for a kitchenette because we were going to be here for a week and did not want to eat take out everyday. None of these things were accommodated. We were here for 5 days. Noone cleaned our room. Noone brought fresh towels or sheets. I asked for toilet paper and clean towels. I was told I would get them when they cleaned my room. 6 days now, noone has serviced the room. I had to go buy my own towels. Extremely upset that I couldn't get refunded when they didn't have the room I booked available. I travel for work. I am in a motel every single night. This was completely ridiculous.

Everything thing was wonderful except the fridge wasn't working to good and couldn't get anyone to fix it so I lost the food that I had bought to cook while I was there and I was there for a month.and I had to spend the money to eat out the hole time I was there

Key was not working for my room, don’t like the fact that they have to open the door to go in.

I booked a room online and when I went to check in the guy at the desk told me that I had to pay a $100 deposit. Plus the price that I was told from Booking .com. The website doesn't say anything about no $100 deposit along with the price of the room. So therefore when I was told the price $160 a night.. No I'm good I will find another place.

The staff was great. I booked a non smoking because I have breathing issues. The first room we were given smelled like an ashtray, they assured me it was a non smoking room and quickly assigned me to another room. Unfortunately this room smelled the smoke as well. Other than that, everything was clean and neat. Check in and check out was quick and easy!

The staff and getting great customer service and the room was spacious.

The night manager was rude. He wouldn’t make eye contact, forgot to give me two keys instead of one, he wouldn’t really answer my questions. Also the tv didn’t work. Overall it was a nice stay. The room was clean, housekeeping came daily if needed and it was a nice room.

The room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff is great and very friendly! The location is right on i10 so you can get anywhere you need to and stay at an affordable place.

This property was located on a quiet side of the town and I was glad. The front receptionists were nice. The room had small kitchen stove and a nice size refrigerator. I wish the property had a shampoo/conditioner. Also breakfast would be nice since this property is bit away from restaurants.

Con: the door was hard to lock. In fact, it didn’t lock all the way. It locked just enough to hold the door closed.

This is one of the most amazing Motel 6 I've ever stayed in, the cleanliness of this motel is impeccable, the staff is very friendly. I will stay here again.

They had wet dirty towels and the sheets from one of the beds were messed up. Went to go complain and they said the "paper" said it was cleaned and nothing could be done. Check room #228 the restroom door doesn't even close and the main door doesn't fully close from the inside. Lock doesn't even work. The phone doesn't work either.

Me and my husband always stay here at Motel 6 when we come into town for the weekend. This motel is always clean, quite , and pet friendly. The online reservation is very simple and easy to use.

They could get better beds. The one we had was extremely stiff. Other than that the stay was good.

We were attacked by bed bugs. The manager was nice and refunded our stay.

From the moment we walked into the room we were hit with a very strong menthol odor. As if the workers sprayed a whole bottle in the room. Touched the desk and it felt as tho it has Vaseline on it. We decided to go get another hotel and not stay the night. Unfortunately the room was non refundable so we lost out on some money

I rented a room to get some sleep but due to supposed glitches and updates, they tried booking the room 2 other times especially after 2 phone conversations confirming who was in the room and time of booking!! I was lucky to get 2 1/2hrs sleep!! After that i was done and checked out!!! I would of liked my money back but that wasnt happening..

Everything was nice! My room was on point the bed was soft and the shower was nice and hot thanks for everything. The Check-In was quick and easy.

The room temperature would not reach cold, it felt humid in my room. The sheets felt damp. Bathroom was decent but definitely not like the pics. There was mold looking stains in the shower & some bugs that looked like centipedes. The room was on the side closest to the freeway so the noise from outside was very unpleasant. The A/C unit didn’t work good enough to block out noises. It was mostly uncomfortable.

I had all but written Motel 6 is off after the experience I had with the one in Mont Belvieu. It was late we were tired and the room had an extremely low rate so we figured we give it a shot and I'm so glad we did... The night staff was super accommodating even though we made the reservation and checked in at the last minute. They also allowed a late check-out no questions asked. Upon check out to my surprise rhey were also very accommodating. The rooms were clean the staff was friendly and the nonsense that goes on at a lot of the other hotels around that area wasnt present. All in all we were very pleased I will definitely book there again.

Prices were doubled as hurricane was on its way. Smelled of mold and the air conditioner was not work that well so room was not cold enough.
