Very nice. As long as I can get the room comfortable-I'm good!Such was the case with this room. No issues. No loud neighbors, decent breakfast. No complaints. My partner forgot her toothbrush; the staff gave her a new one ! I asked the staff where the ice machine was(I was on the first floor)she said 3d and 5th floors As I headed for the elevator she said "here,we've got an ice machine down here. Let me get you some ice! Very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!

Old building, needs upgrading

We arrived in the wee hours of the morning only to be greeted by the front desk person who could not check us in because the computers were "acting up." We waited there for almost an hour for her to try to figure it out and ended up needing to leave to go stay at another place. She could not, or would not, just let us into a room. SO frustrating.

This was a great hotel. Great location, wonderful staff and the accommodations were excellent.

Everything, the breakfast was good, hot and fresh. The building was quiet, the staff was awesome, I really enjoyed our stay. Our room didn't have a working fridge but that was handled very quickly. The other issue I had was that I grabbed a plate that wasn't clean during breakfast but that was so minimal.

The rooms do not have a microwave

We didn’t like the room , it didn’t look 100. % it looked a little run down with the fridge no microwave, stained sheets. The toilet didn’t want to flush will and the pressure in the shower wasnot good even with changing the modes. I didn’t like the breakfast options. And I’m not sure if it was housekeeping or other guest were doingit but doors kept being slammed at 730-8 am waking us up.

Didn't like the no servicing of the rooms, even to bring you more coffee or take out trash. Air conditioning unit was literally by the bed and just noisy.

The breakfast was okay, it was hot and tasty except for the powdered eggs that you could see not many people were interested in. The area was clean and organized and the attended was cleaning any spills or refilling anything that was getting low. I wished they had real eggs or the boiled eggs were warm.

The first rook that I went to had stains on the couch and furniture. I noticed mold in the second room towards the end of the stay. The fan in the room ran constantly whether you had the heat on or not. The room is severely dated and needs to be updated. The hotel tried to charge me an additional deposit every night even though I paid the initial deposit up front. The hotel is mediocre at best. I won’t stay there again.

Check in at 1:30am after 24hr flight was disaster

The location was convenient and safe. Breakfast was not good. They served french toast sticks which were very hard and felt like they had been sitting for hours. There was rust on the fixtures in the shower and holes in the bed sheets. The lighting in the room was subpar and the TV was unusable from the bed even though they insinuated that you can use it from the bed. There seemed to be air trapped in the sink piping so every time you turned on the faucet it would sputter for a few minutes. The staff was friendly and I felt welcome.

The rom was nice. Got back to the room at 1am after our party and I wanted to take a hot shower because it was freezing. The water was only like warm even after running for like 30 minutes. Got in and then it was completely freezing. There was hair all in the tub like it had not even been cleaned. Used the bathroom this morning and the toilet would not flush. Told the manager all of this when checking out and he simply apologized and asked his maintenance to check the boiler. Wow buddy thanks for the apology. I meant I spent $200 to stay in this room and literally could even have working plumbing. Nothing was offered and this is like the third time I have stayed at this location due to its vicinity to my job. Needless to say I will never be staying there ever again.

This situation was completely unacceptable from a hygiene and safety standpoint. Furthermore, the experience was deeply distressing for our two small children, aged four and two, who were extremely frightened by the presence of bugs in the room where they were supposed to sleep. For a family traveling with young children after such an arduous journey, this discovery was nothing short of a nightmare and ruined what should have been a recuperative stay.

The room was spacious, clean and updated. And the a/c worked so well because we were not quite ready for the heat & humidity. The breakfast offerings were great & I loved that they had lots of fresh fruits! The hotel is right off the freeway and also really close shopping & restaurants.

The hotel is certainly dated. I get very little sleep. The AC rattled extremely loudly and kept me up most of the night.

Upon arrival, everything seems nice. Room looks good. But then… we pull out the pull out sofa bed. Stains, and glue traps with cockroaches under the pull out where the head of the bed is located. 6 Huge cockroaches stuck in the traps. Gross!!! No way to rectify the situation, per the hotel. No managers on duty, as it was 10pm. The staff I spoke with said we could have snacks from the snack shop. No rooms were available to move us to that were handicap accessible. I am supposed to get a call or visit from the manager this morning. Hopefully some compensation other than “snacks” will be offered.

We stayed here for a week with the family. Breakfast was good. The fitness area is good. On the complaint side, our room seemed warm at night despite having the air on 60 degrees. We wished there had been an outdoor seating area, as we would've enjoyed sitting out in the nice weather. We didn't have regular room service even though it was supposed to be every other day, however, staff might have been short due to the deportation situation we're facing. Please turn on something other than the Fox News propaganda on the lobby TV. I don't want my kids seeing that trash. Overall, it was a decent stay. We would stay again.

Above average, but despite what appears to be recent upgrades to interior rooms and central foyer, more attention to basic room amenities would improve overall rating. Lack of towels, soap, sink glassware and tissue paper suggested efforts to cut cost at the expense of guests.

Check-in was a breeze, the room was clean and comfortable, parking was easy. There is a gas station half a block away which made refueling the rental vehicle easy on the way back to the airport. The breakfast had good fresh fruit, boiled eggs, but other cooked options were mostly processed foods. Overall great experience and would stay again.

the new carpet is a welcome improvement, but they still don't have a working laundry, this forces me to pack for 12 days, which means a bigger suitcase. Only 1 elevator works at one time as well. the morning powdered eggs, are inedible, for more than one day.

I booked this hotel in February because it offered transportation to and from the airport. When we arrived at the airport, I called the hotel to ask where the shuttle would pick us up. I was informed that as of March 1st, an airport shuttle was no longer available and I would have to arrange other transportation. It cost me over $70 to travel to and from the airport. This is not an expense I was planning on. As a side note, when I turned on the tv at the hotel, one of the slideshow screens said that transportation to and from the airport was available. Very confusing.

One particular Front Desk Staff was exceptional. He went over and beyond assisting me in making sure I was provided a pick-up service from the airport car rental office when the hotel driver suddenly went home sick. He went over and beyond for an anxious customer like me. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel. The room was comfortable, spacious and so well designed. The planners had the guests in mind when they designed the room and the lobby. Hot breakfast with plenty of choices. Comfy bed and pillows- will definitely recommend this!

Disappointed the shuttle to the airport stopped prior to arrival. The shuttle is a reason I chose the hotel. Flight delays caused a 1:30 am arrival. Arranging ground transportation at this late arrival was inconvenient.

Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Only dislike was there was nobody there to check us in. Had to walk around to find someone. Walking distance to Texas Roadhouse was a plus.

The staff were very helpful. The van shuttle from and to the airport was great ( thanks Victor and Andrew) and greatly appreciated.

We stayed four nights. Breakfast started at 6:00 am and offered a variety of food, which was all very good. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, with Housekeeping going in everyday, providing clean towels. The entire staff and Manager were all very friendly and accommodating. A couple of us flew in, and the shuttle from/to the airport was great. Andrew is very caring and a safe driver! Would definitely stay here again.

This is the first time I can truly say I’d rather have just stayed at the hotel and enjoy it than to be out and about exploring. The hotel was so comfortable and clean. Very well kept and right beside different food options. The continental breakfast was better than any hotel I’ve been at before. The beds were very comfy. It was definitely an enjoyable stay.

Poor quality bedding/pillows, awful noisy air conditioning unit that rattled all night long. Breakfast was about as good as you would expect - rubbery eggs, awful coffee.

My only inconvenience was when we came back from a fay out, I saw the housekeeper outside, kindly asked her for an extra set of towels since we were a family of 6 and we were given 3. I believe her housekeeper manager who was inside the room w her denied them saying they have already put clean ones on our room, I had to explain my self that I need extra ones, we don’t have enough. The housekeeper ignored her response and provided them to me.

Room 623. The bathtub needs a new diverter and the shower has a low flow. The coffee maker was not cleaned. A light was out and the room was overall a tad dim. Downstairs, there were numerous ants at one of the window tables. Recommend better bartending capabilities as we had to explain how to make a gin and tonic. Overall, a great, comfortable stay - friendly employees and nice outdoor pool. Thank you.

The shuttle bus from the airport too absolutely ages to come and after flying from Scotland that wasnt ideal. The bus driver didn't chat to us/wasnt friendly. The lady on reception had to be talked to rather than ralking to us. She helped us regarding a restaurant but didn’t tell us where our room was. The room was really big, bed comfy and the breakfast was good.

I was impressed with the size of the room and the amount of outlets to plug my items into for my usage. I was very pleased with the selection of breakfast food items especially being I am on a special diet so I was able to eat many of the items. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly to us during our stay.

The breakfast and morning staff was great. 2 of the 4 evening staff was rude and ridiculous. Property has lots of potential but a couple bad apples ruin it for all.
