Reviews
The hotel staff is consistently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, the hotel's condition is a common complaint, with guests citing issues such as broken elevators, incompatible TV remotes, and unclean rooms. The hotel's location and price are seen as positives, but the lack of a functioning elevator and the state of the rooms are significant cons.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Good location and price
- Broken elevator
- Unclean and poorly maintained rooms
- 4/5
My room was clean and stocked with plenty of towels, which was very nice! When I walked in, the room was set to a comfortable temperature, which was enjoyable since it was very hot outside. The staff was very friendly upon check-in and helpful. The breakfast was okay. There wasn't much of a choice for hot items. There just weren't many options. There were scrambled eggs and ham slices. I would have liked oatmeal, grits, or even waffles. There was no yogurt and only plain bagels. I did not utilize any of the other amenities to be able to review them.
- 4/5
Breakfast was alright. They had two hot items and the standard. Room service was good. However outside the property seems unsafe and people hanging around at night. Someone suggested us to park the car infront of the hotel as there are car break ins due to drug addicts.
- 5/5
The location was also very convenient for our needs and made it easy to get where we needed to go. Overall, the excellent customer service and convenient location made for a positive experience, and we would stay here again.
- 4/5
Yes!
- 5/5
I really enjoyed this hotel! We came for the night to go to a concert at the Bank of America Stadium! It was affordable and not too far from the stadium, about 15ish minutes. The room and bathroom were clean and the room temperature was nice and cool. The beds were comfortable and overall it was a great experience! I highly recommend. If I come back to a concert here I will stay at this location again!
- 5/5
This hotel was clean, convenient, had a good breakfast, and was reasonably priced. I would stay again if in the area.
- 4/5
I was pleasantly surprised; the facility was welcoming upon entry. It is in a busy neighborhood, so that had me kind of skeptical. But once I went inside it was very welcoming, clean and the staff was very nice. My room was great, very spacious. My room that was assigned to me was perfect. They give you a choice of what floor you want, and my room on the second floor was so accommodating, I requested it for my return in 4 days, and my request was granted. Breakfast was terrible, no taste on the 2 choices of omelets, cheese and onion and bell peppers. Other breakfast options were not that great either, sorry. A little more attention can be given to the bathroom, with white tiles, everything shows and there were stains that was not cleaned and a wash rag hanging over the shower curtain that was missed. But on my return, all that was corrected. It's been over a week, and I still have not received a return on my deposit for incidentals. That is disappointing. But overall, my stay was very comfortable.
- 5/5
really good
- 4/5
Comp breakfast was the only downside. Besides that I would recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Good facilities and good service!
- 2/5
Lacks privacy and security.
- 3/5
Staff was great however the first room we had my son found a roach on the floor and we where given another immediately.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable bed, and good breakfast options. Egg and cheese omelet were tasty
- 1/5
Rooms were dirty. Stained walls. Management wouldn’t help me out with a situation.
- 5/5
Professional, clean, delicious cappuccinos, great location.. thank you and we will be back
- 1/5
Management sucks. Didn’t help me with a situation I had even though I was told there’s nothing to worry about. Room was pretty dirty. Stained walls.
- 5/5
Clean!
- 5/5
Clean and good ac
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, good a/c
- 5/5
Staff are very nice. Make sure to call for a shuttle pickup at the airport. You can feel the staff get along with one another and communicate well which made our stay really pleasant. Would stay here again for sure.
- 4/5
Good hotel and decent location.
- 5/5
Everything! Beds were really comfortable I liked everything about the property
- 4/5
The stay was great. Only issue was I was accidentally charged again for the prepaid room through expedia but the staff quickly corrected the issue.
- 5/5
This was a nice place to stay for the evening. Nice and clean (thank goodness!) :D
- 2/5
The first room had stains on the bed, but the staff kindly moved us to another room without any issue. Unfortunately, the second room had a strong odor that never fully went away. The walls were also very thin, and we could hear hallway noise and neighboring rooms throughout the night. In addition, the bathroom drain did not work properly and would not stay open to drain correctly. The breakfast was also a bit disappointing.
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Kristen on the front desk was a real problem solver and so helpful, as was Niles who is the shuttle driver. All the employees smiled and said hello when they passed by me in the hall or in the breakfast room. I was very impressed by the cleanliness but most of all the helpful and sincerely friendly people working there was a real treat. Thank you. Pat Robinson
- 5/5
Beds were very comfy, and it's nice to have a hotel with normal pillows, not those throw pillows most hotels have gone to now. Beds were very comfy and this hotel had the best water pressure in the shower of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Great big breakfast area as well. Would be nice if they're not busy, to allow noon checkout without charging.
- 3/5
The staff wasn't very welcoming. when we asked questions about the safeness of the area, we were pretty much brushed off. Not sure how they decide where to put people, but the hotel wasn't full and we were all right next to each other in rooms... and people were so loud.
- 5/5
We stayed our final night of vacation. We did not use the amenities, but found the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well kept.
- 4/5
There are some options, but I would prefer some veggies No complimentary bottled water
- 0.5/5
Nothing. Crap service. I will never use Booking.com nor stay at a Marriott ever again.
- 5/5
Great experience, decent hotel for the price point, shuttle to the airport was prompt
- 4/5
Big comfortable bed, great pillows, big square shower head creating a great shower. The room looks like it's been recently remolded great colors. Window looks put over a wooded path. Everything was clean. The front desk, gentleman was pleasant and helpful. There was no microwave ( the man at the front desk brought an old one to to. No blow dryer. The chair in the room and the long bench like couch where I waited for my ride where hard and very uncomfortable
- 4/5
The bed is hard.
- 4/5
The stay was nice and the staff was nice. The only problem is that nobody is staying in contact with me about my property that was left. I reached out on multiple occasions, told them my dates and the item that was left. I haven't had any upates on if it was located and how I go about trying to retrieve my jacket.
- 5/5
They never came to give towels or change trash

- 4.5/5
Cleanliness, location not far from event.
- 5/5
Clean modern room
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Large breakfast area
- 5/5
For a budget motel, this establishment met all my expectations, and then some. The usual, standard amenities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. But I really appreciated the friendly staff (Hi Erica!) and the location. Although a bit out of the way, the CATS transit rail station is 5 minutes' walk away, which quickly and economically takes you to the trendy South End area and to downtown. And, they have complementary shuttle service ro the airport. We will be returning!
- 5/5
Great stay easy
- 4/5
Room smelled musty and bother my allergies.
- 2.5/5
Staff was no very helpful when I made a request
- 5/5
We had an amazing time we went to Charlotte to see Bruno Mars. The staff was amazing and helped us navigating around Charlotte.
- 4/5
Very clean and friendly staff Nothing
- 4.5/5
The staff was polite. The bed was extremely comfortable. Location was convenient. The breakfast was pretty good. Good value. Definitely would recommend and would stay again. Nothing to dislike.
- 5/5
Clean room staff was friendly and available even when I checked in super late and room was very clean!
- 2/5
Breakfast was not good! Also no variety.

Staff, communication

The staff were amazing! The room was clean and comfortable the location was great when needing to utilize city transportation.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
The bed was very comfortable! And the breakfast had a good variety. Would stay again!
- 3/5
A comfortable room that was spoiled by noise. Whether from the aircon, minibar or thin walls letting in neighbouring room noise, it was difficult to sleep.
- 5/5
Gratitude was good thanks for the fair rate
- 5/5
Updated hotel and all in all, excellent hotel

Strong Weed smell every where , in the lobby , in the elevators, throughout the hallways . Staff hardly available at the front desk at night hours . On top of it enjoy your co stay with rats . Uggghhh i ran out of the place in 90 mins after checkin. Worst customer care i tied 10 times no call back or front desk put you on hold for ever ....save your peace and sanity ..money is lost anyway ..they dont refund...watch out for shady people lingering out your dooors..i guess dont leave valuables in when you are not in the room.
- 5/5
Yes
- 1/5
Rooms smell like an old factory weird smell and I could hear the girl in the room next to me farting on the toilet there’s a door that connects to the other room and there’s a huge space at the bottom of the door so it’s very easy to hear plus the walls are super thin. I contacted the desk agent and they claimed that no other rooms were available. So I went to sleep and woke up listening to the girls in the room next to me laughing talking loud and using the bathroom. Also air vent was wide open and wouldn’t close and also the shower drain drains super slow so when I was talking a shower I was basically taking a bath too😂 This hotel is gross if you have some sort of standards yeah don’t stay here.
- 4/5
The hotel was fine with the exception of the air conditioner in our room, 313…quite noisy. The staff were lovely and accommodating.
- 5/5
Staff is great. Michelle at front desk is very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are clean and a giid breakfast.
- 4/5
Yes it was fresh and delicious.
- 5/5
Would come back
- 2/5
*Bleach Smelling Rooms *Cheap Ammenties and Thin Walls in the room *Uncomfortable Bed thats been cleaned with harsh chemicals that will irritate your skin *Terrible A/C (Hidden behind a desk so the room never really cooled off) *Outdated Electronics This place felt like the temu of hotels For $120 a night this was a poor experience.
- 4/5
The room was okay. it did have a slight odor to it. The hotel didn’t seem like it was in the best area beings it was suppose to be the relative of Marriott. Tho we were safe the area gave a different feeling. I was told by the Uber driver that the street right next to the hotel was a rough neighborhood. The staff was nice but I don’t think I would book at that location again
- 5/5
Need to offer waffles with breakfast
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
The Newness Nothing
- 4.5/5
1 thing was , it was a dead roach in the light fixture & you could see it as soon as you turn on the lights!!! But other than that it was a nice stay!!!
- 5/5
This hotel's exterior looks clean, but plain. The interior is clean, updated, and classy. Staff was professional and friendly. My room was very clean and comfortable (I'm hard to please). The breakfast nook was exceptionally well maintained. 4 proteins were available and those apple pie muffins were UNBELIEVABLY delicious and decadent! Great coffee too. This GEM of a hotel will be my go-to when I am in Charlotte!
- 4/5
Staff was very accommodating , no pool, great for business travel.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Surrounding area had significant construction diverting traffic but I suppose that is temporary.
- 5/5
Very clean and close to everything
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice and rooms were clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
He breakfast was lacking in quality and options but not really a priority for me.
- 5/5

- 5/5
The man at the front counter last night was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and organized, and the service overall was amazing.
- 5/5
Clean room!
- 4/5
Breakfast- low on food, ac - good
- 3/5
With all that said, we were originally given a room at the end of the hall next to a door that opened to an outdoor staircase. The door was constantly opening and closing so people staying at the hotel could go out there and smoke pot. We were in our room 10 minutes at the most, and the smell was seeping into our room. The room across from us sounded like they were having a party. Yelling, music blasting. It was ridiculous at 11 pm. Thankfully the employee at the desk was able to move us to another room without question, and he said he would deal with the noisy room. Even with the move, we could still smell pot through our door, and I’m pretty sure it was coming from some nearby rooms. The halls were noisy into the early hours of the morning with kids running up and down and people talking loud. I was woken up at 6:30 am to the smell of weed again. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel wanting to get out as soon as possible. I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it. For it to be part of Marriott, I would have expected more. The evening shift employee who was working on 3.28.26 deserves the biggest bonus you can give him and a raise!
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean staff was friendly will book again
- 5/5
Nicely remodeled hotel
- 5/5
I was stuck overnight Charlotte after a flight cancellation. Third time that’s happened, first time I picked a good hotel. Great value, great staff, nice place.
- 5/5
Great room, great staff, clean room, everything in the room worked great!
- 4/5
The air conditioning was fine in our room. We would stay at this hotel again - our only complaint is that the parking lot is a bit small but that should be corrected after the nearby construction is completed.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Great hotel and great price point. Loved the shower and vanity back lit mirror!
- 3/5
It was nice and clean outside of them doing construction in some of the rooms
- 4/5
Hotel was adequate. Weird vibe with random people walking around in parking lot
- 5/5

- 5/5
Clean rooms and friendly staff
- 5/5
Very clean room, clean lobby, decent continental breakfast, super polite personnel. I will come back here again. Great bargain. Good value.
- 5/5
I usually do not do a rating unless things are wonderful or horrible. The front desk staff was beyond amazing!! Shenice was so helpful to the guests that I had staying there during this winter storm. I truly do not know what I would have done without her!!
- 5/5
The room was great, clean and spacious. The staff was amazing. They assisted me with extending my check out due to horrible weather and my delayed flight.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Room was clean and fresh.
- 5/5
Muy amplio y muy limpio son sencillos pero muy confortable
- 4/5
The facility and room were very clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was better than most others that we’ve experienced. It was perfect for an overnight close to the airport.
- 4/5
Staff was excellent! Late night arrival went extremely well. Breakfast lacked. Weak coffee, poor omelets, meager sausage. Yogurt soured.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Very noisy air handler in bathroom. Staff was good. Breakfast was nice.
- 4/5
It was a standard 3 star experience. Rooms were clean enough, breakfast was included which is nice. Staff could be a little more attentive.. we waited several minutes at the desk to check in at 3PM. $100 deposit seems a bit high compared to other, nicer hotels
- 1/5
Door was not working and locked out room for over an hour
- 5/5
Great service!
- 5/5
Front desk staff very friendly. Overall no problems. Would stay there again
- 5/5

I paid thru Expedia for one night; however Coty Express charged my card used for “incidentals only” for the room. I’m now in the process of disputing the charge.

Clean rooms, easy parking access, comfortable beds, quiet surroundings, and centrally located.
- 5/5
Room Very Clean Great fair value
- 5/5
front desk was very courteous and helpful.
- 5/5
Did not eat breakfast
- 4/5
Limited food options . Staff was great . Room was clean . AC worked great. Outside looked a little sketchy.
- 3/5
The hotel is not in the best area of town. A lot of homeless and hookers hanging around due to the gentleman’s club up the street. The hotel has been recently been remodeled and looked nice. When we checked in we were given keys to a room that was occupied which made for an awkward encounter. The staff and who I believe was the manager apologized and I understand mix ups happen. The room was not as clean as I would have hoped. The mirror was still dirty which made me question how well the room was cleaned. When we came back from our event we stopped by the front desk to ask for a late check out, he told us to call the desk in the morning and they could help us. Point being we didn’t want to wake up early. We wanted it to be taken care of that night to avoid any fees or mix up. Overall this is a budget friendly hotel and as the saying goes you get what you pay for. Would not recommend staying here if Womens only trip or mother with kids. Wouldn’t have felt safe without my husband.

- 5/5
Very good hotel. Not sure the complaints of others bc this was an amazing stay.
- 5/5
Needs a pool or jacuzzi . Benefit from bar area or actual restaurant. Side doors weren’t able to be used due to construction?
- 5/5
Good option
- 5/5
Quick check in, clean rooms, plenty of places to eat nearby
- 4/5
This hotel was recently remodeled, but they should have replaced the mattresses on the remodel as they are not very good.
- 4/5
They had a very good breakfast and the rooms were clean. Enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
We like this hotel so I hope its successful and still affordable. Breakfast is meh. Hope that changes too. Still a clean, comfortable room we spent 3 days in with no real issues.
- 2/5
Fan ran all night in bathroom. Could not shut off. No clocks in room. Small pillows
- 5/5
clean rooms
- 1/5
Front desk staff very dry no welcome no emotion just like a body just there. Breakfast very down scale. And $100 deposit for each reservation so if you wanna extend that’s another hundred dollars when they still have the first hundred on hold.
- 1/5
They never sent my deposit back
- 1/5
Be so for real…

- 1/5
Terrible hotel. They did not clean the room. There was dried blood all in the bathroom and bugs on the beds. Expedia will not refund you even though we checked out and reported it. We booked 3 nights and stayed 0.
- 3/5
Good location, as it is by our daughters studio apartment, but the air conditioner was loud, the TV didn’t work, outlet in the bathroom was not functioning and the bathroom door was difficult to open and close due to backwards hardware.
- 1/5
Since we booked thru Hotels.com for two days at a time, we were penalized because we had to do a new incidentals deposit each time. Tied up $600 for just deposits.
- 2/5
Unfortunately: The pillows were very small, like airplane pillows, and i could hear the street noise all night. Bath was shallow and noisy to drain. Breakfast was worse than mc donalds.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Location
- 3/5
I guess my room was kind of ok. One of the pillows didn’t have a pillow case on it. And in one of the corners it was chips or something from the previous guest. Weird smell in the room. Body wash was empty in the bathroom when I arrived. I probably wouldn’t stay again but it was affordable.
- 1/5
My stay at this hotel started off great because I book for 2 nights and I had 2 rooms so I needed to stay one more night so I booked 1more night but right after I booked front desk came around to my room and said power will be going off from 11 to 5 pm no problem for me at first now I get a call to my room and said cars need to be moved to another part of parking lot so I’m on 3rd floor try to go down but they stop elevator now have to uses stairs I have disability so I do my best going down stairs now I have to go back upstairs to get my family now they turn off power so now it dark in room and in hallways can’t see now have to do something thing uses stairs again now I paid for a room I had to spend most of my day out of my hotel rooms so inconvenient so I reached out to management to see if they was offer any kind of compensation for the very inconvenience for me after I paid my money I was told No Sir and Sorry we not helping out at All not even a dam small coffee if you need to be inconvenient and Love to be treated like a piece of crap this is the right place Never will Return here only with my Disability Lawyer……….
- 4/5
Convenient. We just needed a one-night stop on our way to Florida.
- 5/5
Very clean, quiet, and personal care items in bathroom.
- 5/5
Great stay, booked last minute but was in a convenient area.
- 5/5
It was great
- 4/5
Elevator wasn’t working and so you had to go outside and up the external stairs. The doors would normally have required key card access but because the elevator was down they had the door taped so it would always open and anyone could walk right in off the street.
- 3/5
The elevator was broken. The stairs are located outside the building. The stairs are old and rusty, and felt unsafe. The rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean. The side entrance on the second floor had no lock. Good location for restaurants and shopping.

- 2/5
The staff was accommodating but the building was not secure and the elevator remained broken the entire time. The floors in the lobby were sticky and dirty. In the end the manager refunded us for a night.
- 3/5
La zona tampoco es muy buena La habitación estaba bien, la cama confortable y el desayuno basico pero bueno
- 4/5
Great location. Clean and comfortable
- 4/5
The check in was fast, the elevator was broken so we had to use the stairs to bring up our luggage. The stairs were a bit old and flimsy. We did see some garbage on the staircase and smelled like urine. The inside of the hotel was nice, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the refrigerator was a bit bigger, so we were able to fit a lot of water bottles. The breakfast was good, and employees were nice.
- 4/5
The outside doors to the hotel stayed unlocked. The elevator would not open on the 3rd floor where our room was located. The staff was great. But the hotel was very noisy and safety was a concern
- 5/5
Bad area and weekday breakfast is not as good as weekend breakfast. The rooms were great and I felt safe..
- 2/5
Then I walked into my room. My eldest daughter and I immediately caught a faint smell of mildew. Not overpowering, but noticeable. Now, because I travel a lot, I keep cleaning supplies in my bag—I wasn’t thrilled, but I was prepared. Fast forward to the next morning. My younger two headed down to the lobby for breakfast. My middle daughter—Miss Always Running Late—went down after them. When she came back to her room, guess what was waiting to greet her at the door? A HUGE flying roach. I kid you not. She ran to my room in full panic mode asking for bug spray. All I had was OFF from a camping trip (don’t judge—it's multipurpose at this point). I told her to call or go to the front desk. Oh yeah—my room didn’t even have a phone. She eventually got through to someone downstairs, but the front desk said they didn’t have anything to help her. So she sprayed the bug with OFF, and the thing came for her like it wanted revenge! She panicked, I calmed her down, and I handled it (because moms always do). We tried to shake it off and go about our day.Later that night, we got back from an amazing time out in Charlotte.

I needed to stay here for one thing only- to catch up on sleep. I was unable to do that because I could hear everything from my neighbor’s room. Music, him opening beers, even his snoring. That’s how thin the connecting door was. All drains were clogged and the coffee maker was broken. The room smelled terrible. Stay away from this place!
- 2/5
--- My stay was really unpleasant. The first issue I noticed at check-in was that the weight room was unavailable. This was something I specifically looked for when booking, both for myself and my son. There should have been a notice on the website about its closure. Secondly, there was blood in the toilet in my bathroom when I arrived — completely unacceptable. Third, the rooms are so poorly insulated that I could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring rooms, which made it very difficult to sleep. Additionally, my room key repeatedly stopped working, and I had to keep going to the front desk to have it reactivated. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
- 1/5
It was terrible wouldn’t stay there again it was way to hot in the room even with the ac unit set to 60 was kind of shady outside wasn’t a lot of clean people staying there. Just wouldn’t stay there again

The property is clean, the staff is accomodating, and it is within close proximity of food, shopping, and attractions.
- 5/5
Good location
- 3/5
There was a roach in the bathroom on the counter. Also, the toilet roller was broken. The mattress was not comfortable either. The breakfast tasted bland and rubbery ( eggs and bacon).
- 4/5
Good staff, clean room, spacious and at a good price.
- 2/5
My second booking here, they give me a room that was occupied by another guest. Safety was a big concern
- 3/5
There was a long list of payment options listed on a sign that they don't take. Between me and my friend 3 of our payment methods were not an option. Two of which, weren't even listed on the sign. All were MadterCard or Visa. We were told it was an independent franchise and these were their owners rules. Once we were finally able to pay and check in, our key would not open our door. We were told there was a problem with the lock, and someone would come let us in. We were on a time schedule and didn't have time to wait to be let into our room every time we needed to get in. So we were moved to another room, on the opposite end of the hall our friends were in. I travel a lot and have never experienced this before.

An extremely convenient location. It was a short drive from the airport and across the street from the LYNX station.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Elevator was down but that didn't affect me, personally. I'd stay here in the future.

One of the worst places I have ever rented, damp rooms, air conditioning is useless, towels are horrible, the place is very noisy you can hear everything through the walls, the girls at the front desk are very rude, dark hallways, the elevator didn't work and I had to go out by stairs and there I found a prostitute, horrible place, not recommended.

The check in process was horrible. I currently have 4 pending charges for the 100$ cover deposit. Wi-Fi was out of service and during my stay the catalytic converter on my vehicle was stolen

I like the place! Its the best best western plus!

I liked the breakfast but the price, surrounding area, and bed and pillows were poor and hurt the experience

The staff was wonderful however the rooms were not clean

I booked a room for my dad whose flight was going to be canceled or delayed so he would miss his next flight. He’s 80 years old and was flying home cross country. I booked the nonrefundable room then 10 minutes later found out my dad would make his flight and try to cancel it. He had not checked in and no one had arrived at the hotel. So because I had booked it and tried to cancel it. 10 minutes later they would not refund me. Even an airline gives you 24 hours. I went through Expedia and they tried to get an exception, and I tried to get an exception through the hotel. Their answer was absolutely no. These are things that should be taken on a case by case basis. This was not me holding up their calendar so that they could not rebook the room. This was a 10 minute decision change.

Good rate, but you get what you pay for.

Okay for the price.!!

I didn’t like the fact that there was no cable for the TV or WIFI available.
- 3/5
Breakfast area did not have hot water for tea. Breakfast it self was not appealing.

We found room to be very comfortable which was important as we had been driving for over 9 hours due to construction and heavy traffic. Bed comfortable. Good water pressure. Quick hot water available when turned on faucet. Attractive, modern furniture.

Easy check in process

It was very clean and the staff were friendly.

The one highlight was the service from a team member named Miracle. She was kind, helpful, and showed real empathy during my stay. However, the stay itself was far from restful or productive. I was in Room 101, and both nights were disrupted by loud music and parties going on past 4 a.m., which made it nearly impossible for my wife and me to sleep. During the day, loud construction work in the hallway made it difficult to get any work done in the room. As someone who travels often—especially to Charlotte—this experience has made me hesitant to stay at a Best Western again. I’ve reached out to management requesting appropriate compensation, and I hope they take the feedback seriously.

I booked this ahead of time because I knew if have a 9hr layover in Charlotte, NC. I got in super late and barely register being checked in, I was so tired. But it was no hassle, got my key card and was in the bed in less than 15 minutes. The next morning there was coffee, cereal etc. Everything was clean and it was super quiet.

This hotel is right by police department so u hear sirens the entire night and it definitely it is in the ghetto. Would not recommend to stay here

It was an overnight trip but the staff was very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay again they are remodeling to mak it better.

The beds were comfortable with coffee in the room. The bathtub did not drain properly. The laundry machines were out of order. Breakfast had some hot options which was nice. Staff were friendly.
- 4/5
Rooms very comfortable and clean, approximately 10 - 12 minutes from the airport.....there is a Panera Bread and 7-11 a 4 minute walk away.
- 2/5
I booked a two night stay. There were baby and adult roaches in both beds, around the AC, refrigerator and bathroom. I was told by Kay the front desk Clerk to request a refund from Expedia.

AC was terrible, making loud noise and couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was good

bedsheets and towels did not look or smell fresh, pilow covers had old stains. Breakfast - white toast bread and some danish, no muffins no bagles, no dark bread... i decided to have the waffle dispenser didn't work properly... so i ended up having an orange and an apple...btw i went to the have my breakfast at 7:45 Am so no excuse tfor the breakfast bar to be empty.. Also the water in the bathrub wasn't draining when I took the shower. Once again I am comparing this stay to the same chain of Best Western hotels and I am extremely disappointed.
