    The staff were great. Only complaints I have is the size of the pillows compared to the size of the bed. The pillows wasn’t comfortable at all. Lastly, we use to get complementary snacks in the room. This was missing this time.

    Room bathroom was in terrible condition. Door jammed. Bathtub stucco. Sink stopped up and when I called they never came. Room cleaning should be daily and not ever other day. Front desk sometimes didn't answer my call. Sorry, but will not book again.

    The only downside was the bathroom. It appeared dirty and outdated, with black buildup in the crevices of the walls, rust on the metal fixtures, and visible mat prints in the tub. It definitely did not match the cleanliness of the rest of the room and could use a deep cleaning and some updates. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I hope the bathroom conditions are improved for future guests.

    Beautiful Setting Inside and Out! This hotel is in a lovely area definitely recommend the Arysley area of Charlotte as it is the right level of quiet and city in the outskirts of the meca of Charlotte and excitement that it is! We loved the room, the ammenities and the staff were knowledgable and quick to help! The breakfast crew were welcoming as well! We will not eat the hot breakfast next time around even though the waitstaff were above excellent and wonderful, the ingredients Hilton provides for the items we ordered from bacon, hot cakes, juice, eggs, oatmeal, and french toast were dissappointing. They lacked flavor even though they were beautifully presented and made to order. This means we will be back but not for the food!

    I loved the location. I loved how clean and fresh smelling the hotel and room smelled when you entered them. I loved the room that my daughter and I stayed in. It was nice. The only thing I did not like is the pillows. They were too flat for me but everything else was beautiful.

    Location and proximity to the interstate and easy access to free parking. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was in much need of renovation. The door to the bathroom was damaged and stuck so you could not open and close the door all the way. The bathtub was old and dirty. The light fixtures were rusted and crooked. Toilet seat was loose. The beds THE MOST FIRM BED I’ve ever stayed on. No safes in the room. Two of the lights didn’t work. House keeping comes every other day? Then the pool area. The indoor pool area did not have working ventilation so the chlorine smell was overwhelming. The pool water was leery. The hot tub jets were broken. The finally we eat dinner and the bartender server was awful. For the price you pay for the food you’d expect better service.

    I’ve stayed a few places in Charlotte but this was by far the best. Excellent hotel! Me and my son enjoyed it all. Very close to local restaurants and things to do around the area. Not far from the Spectrum Center to see the game as well. Staff was friendly, have to give them props on recommending the pizza place we went to. Will definitely book there again for our next trip.

    The front desk staff was friendly. The hot tub does close at 10. We were unable to have time to get in after our evening out. It should be open a little later. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is situated in an adorable area of town and you can go out for the evening and walk everywhere you need to go.

    I made my booking based on the amenities, location, rating, esthetic appearance, offered service, and description. Upon evaluation at my check in encounter, my promise became a reality of false advertisement. The hotel does not carry the promised Hilton bath robes. The pool was unbearably cold. The room service amenities did not exist. We were advised to order food and drinks on the first floor, in person. They would not take orders from the hotel room telephone. When I mentioned these concerns and inconveniences to the manager, I was advised of a small refund. I have not received that as of yet.

    I was on a business trip and got up early to workout and planned to take a nice, hot shower. That did not happen. There was no hot water. Nothing worse than having to take a cold shower during the winter. Nice hotel, clean rooms, good service. A heads up about the water situation would have been nice though.

    Everything about this stay has been wonderful. The hotel is spotless, and the room was very spacious with plenty of toiletries and towels. The area is beautiful with many restaurants within walking distance, and the airport is only 20 minutes away.

    I was sad the indoor pool was COLD! The hot tub had no bubbles. That’s why I booked this hotel. They had a killer free hot cocoa bar and I don’t even drink hot drinks, but this was the best hot cocoa I ever had. Everyone was friendly. Just get the pool and hot tub fixed.

    I would like to add that my stay was nothing short of great. I walked in and was greeted in a way I would like all hotel staff to greet me. Damon and Tyasia were my favorite partof my stay. Wonderful individuals and they really are a great example of the face of the company. I know guests typically don't do reviews unless they have something negative to say. I feel the positive needs to be exposed as well. On that note to these two, Thank you for making our stay wonderful. We appreciated all your hospitality.

    This was a very traumatizing experience!! My safety was at risk after my vehicle was broken into & items were stolen. I found myself paranoid at times, i felt we were targeted, I was told the property has 24 hour security that rides around the property to keep a lookout on everything, we didn’t see any security upon our arrival, but a day after my vehicle was broken into, the security was out. I’m very disappointed in how things were handled. Security there is a joke.

    The property was nice but what I liked the most was the staff. The ladies that checked me in and out were amazing and were really nice to my little dog. They gave him treats and really made us feel welcomed. I’ll be coming back to stay again when traveling in that area.

    My stay was good the lady who checked me in was excellent however the next day I did not receive a receipt when I checked out So I called the hotel to get emailed a receipt the person who answered the phone tried to tell me i did not stay there on tohse dates and would not email my receipt so i had to report her to corporate and they emailed my receipt

    I want to first acknowledge the professionalism and warm presence of the front desk staff who identified as Day. She was exceptional from her delivery, attempt to rectify the matter and allowed me to feel as if my needs were heard and would be addressed. No complaints in that area whatsoever. My fiancé and I are business owners and would desire our employees to model the customer service we experienced in our interaction with her. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms and public facilities was far below acceptable standards and caused significant discomfort for my fiancé and I who were in town from a five hour trip to celebrate his birthday. Charlotte is an area we frequent however this hotel was recommended to us. Upon entering the assigned room, I found what appeared to be feces or blood stains on the sheets. The floor and walls were stained, adding to the unclean environment. Additionally, the bathtub was cloggee making use difficult. Furthermore, the lobby bathroom was in a disheveled state. When I used the restroom at approximately 7:15 pm on Friday, I observed waste in the toilet in stall 1, and a tissue with red residue placed directly on the toilet paper roll in stall 3. Out of 5 or 6 stalls, 2 were some what clean. When I returned to use the restroom again at 8:42am on Saturday, t

    Very clean and updated. Wonderful property! Tyasia , the front desk clerk who checked us in, is wonderful and greeted us each time we passed by the front desk. She needs to be rewarded for excellence beyond reproach. I traveled for 45 years in my career all over North and South America weekly and she ranks in the top 1% of any customer service I ever received.

    So there was a $150 security deposit upon showing to check in that I was never aware of before hand when I booked online and called right after booking to ensure it went through fully and to get my confirmation number so that was not great. In the room the bling was broken inside as well as both side wall lamps and I had to take pictures and report that right away so they wouldn’t blame us. The water pressure was very bad and the bed was hard and squeaky. The breakfast was ok but I stayed 4 days and only ate it once because it wasn’t worth $17 which online it claims it’s only a $10 breakfast bar. I wouldn’t come back I did enjoy the pool but it was wayyy smaller in person than in the pictures. Hilton can do better

    Great location. There are restaurants nearby. The place was clean and in very good condition. The breakfast was good and they bring you your drinks to the table so you don't have to make multiple trips to the breakfast buffet when your hands are full.

    Parking is free,hotel is cashless and there are plently of nearby options for food. The breakfast served can be purchased with your toom or for 15.99 per person...smelled really good and have plenty of options. As for the staftt my interaction was minimal and they seemed pleasant not ver attentive. Would stay again when visting grandkids.

    The bathroom toilet was old dingy and dirty. I’ve never seen a toilet look like that at this particular Hilton property and I’ve stayed there multiple times. The shower heads need to be replaced.

    Once you pass the common area look out! HORRIBLE MUSTY, DIRTY DOG Smelling One Bedroom Suite. Carpeting & furniture smelled so bad we got extra blankets to cover it all. We had blankets covering the carpet also. Never removed our shoes unless in bed. Old worn out fixtures, no working ice makers on the 3rd OR 4th floors. Never checked the 2nd floor. Ripped blinds, broke faucet, dirty mold ridden shower tile. I could go on but I think this says enough. 10,000 points given they feel is "great gesture" for our inconvenience. They did offer a different room but we also looked at other rooms the cleaning ladies were cleaning and they appeared the same😪 SHOCKING for a Hilton Property... We usually stay Marriott but were here with others on business so we booked Hilton... Never again. This was the worst Hilton property we've EVER stayed at out of probably 10 times staying at Hilton in our 35 years of marriage. We did get a late check out after begging becauseour businesstraining went over a bit, "for $70" and left at 3:00. Very upsetting for a Hilton Property.

    the bed was very uncomfortable! The bathtub smelled like fish. The pillows were so flat, my back and neck still hurt. The lady at the front desk was rude. I’ve never been so disappointed in a Hilton hotel. Worst birthday stay ever.

    Bathroom was not deep cleaned before our arrival, baseboards in bathroom were dirty and hair was on floor. Shower looked more like a gym or pool shower. Ac unit had a mildew smell. Tv would flicker every few seconds. Room keys didn’t work on second day. On check out day an employee opened the door to our suite without knocking, luckily the latch was closed so the door didn’t fully open, this happened at 10 am and check out wasn’t until 12. Pool and spa were too low in water to properly run (we are owners of a pool company). Spa water was stagnant. Lobby area was the most appealing area of the hotel. We are frequent travelers and we have stayed in much more cost efficient hotels and have never had any issues.

    Overall I give the hotel a 7/10. I work in customer service and I have experience in housekeeping. The server at the breakfast area was exceptionally great with me and my boys. Mrs Rose was very loving and delightful. I had an issue with my key card and the lady at the desk Friday 3/21/25 morning seemed to very annoyed with me asking for a new card. I had the same issue with the key card Saturday and the lady working was very nice and helpful as she stated that it was a system issue that everyone was having. The room overall was clean, my only issue was hair in the shower. I do my own cleaning anyway. I would highly recommend a friend stay at this location.

    The next morning we were upgraded to a presidential suite and a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience but to be honest I want a refund for that deplorable room we were given. That isn’t Hilton like what should have happened was to be charged for one night as no guest should have to stay in a filthy room after notifying your staff. I appreciate the upgrade but for the price I feel like we were given bare minimum compensation.

    The room was not the cleanest… smelled like cigarette and other things in the hotel and hallways.. we couldn’t get into our room and front desk clerk had to let us in. he was super nice but I found it really uncomfortable for my family we couldn’t access our own room and had to keep getting let in by the front door and that they could easily access us..

    Very frustrated with the check in process. We were there at 3pm just as requested. I was pinched on time, meeting with friends and a cranky toddler. When I arrived, we were told it would be a little while because there was a line of people there for early check in and no rooms. At 3pm!? The ladies at the front counter were sweet and apologetic. I know it's not THEIR fault. Nearly an hour later, we finally got a room. The bathroom was NOT clean. I don't normally leave bad reviews but this was not what I expected. I will not be staying here again...

    We stayed in room 321 there was a blood stain on the mattress. The drink machine and the ice machine did not work on our floor. Only one of the 2 elevators were working. This was probably our worst stay at a Hilton hotel as it seemed out dated, unclean, the host seemed short, and items listed above were broken and did not work

    Hate that there was no pool no spa no jacuzzi no whirlpool tub in room nothing it was supposed to have and no communication or credit for not being available which is the only reason I even booked with this hotel and they charge expensively for the normal tiny yogurt banana or muffin breakfast that usually is always free with booking a room when room already sooo expensive almost $200 a night it’s not like the hotel only charging for special ordered food no the ripping people off and you couldn’t even understand the person accent they just put all food out in front so when you go to get something then she goes right in you face about how much money everything is There’s no signs to parking garage easy to get lost and confusing finding the hotel Not worth the Price

    Room service in my experience is provided daily unless you request no service, in which there is a tag you can put on your door. When my room wasn't serviced, the front desk told me I would have had to ask for it - didn't know that up front so if they could tell you that upon checking in, that would be helpful! Otherwise, staff were excellent!

    Hello, I chose a different one on Expedia and was given something else. I booked this room in advance and when arrived for check in I found out the pool was closed. My son is Autistic and that was the reason i booked it to help him. So this stay was not good at all.
