This is a very basic hotel with not a lot of extras but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable which is most important. It is off the 485 inner loop so not too far from the airport and you can avoid Interstate 77. The price was reasonable and the breakfast had a good variety of options.

The location was great..a clean nice area...looked upscale..the hotel itself was very nice...very bright clean modern...small 24\7 fitness room at the main lobby with an ice machine and water refill station just outside the fitness room which was adjacent to the elevators..very convenient...the included breakfast was generous and very good plus there are snack items near the front desk you can purchase...there's plenty of seating throughout the lobby...staff was pleasant, friendly and efficient....room was super clean...I walked on the floor barefoot and my feet were not dirty lol...I say this to emphasize the cleanliness of my room because the last hotel I stayed my feet were black from the floor so kudos to the Housekeeping staff at Tru Hilton. The only negative thing I have to say is I was unable to access the free wifi...you are supposed to use your last name and room number to access wifi and for whatever reason mine was not working.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, which was my second visit. The staff was excellent, and the location was convenient, close to many restaurants. The only issue was that their pancake machine frequently malfunctioned and was often not working.

I had an honest mistake of where my room needed to be booked and neither the Hilton or Expedia were willing to help me.

the front desk clerk seemed a little short with customers but to his defense, he was the only person with at least eight customers in line

Very clean, staff very helpful, breakfast was decent but handicap parking was pretty much non existent. I had to drop my wife ( wheelchair) at door and then had to park in another parking lot and use steps to get to entrance. This was difficult as I have issues taking steps. Would not stay at this location again.

The linens on the bed, the 'cover' for the bedspread didn't stay in place and was weird. Would prefer more storage for clothing, rather than the pegs on the wall and tiny hanger space. We had 3 people so that was not very practical for us.

I can’t say too much just because I only stayed there for one night, but it was clean organized. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pillows were super comfortable. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking, but that’s just me but other than that, it was pretty good. Definitely looking forward to staying there again.

I heard a man on my floor, loudly cursing at someone, engaged in a hostile verbally charged tirade. Also, on several occasions, there was nobody at the front desk while people were waiting for service. Finding parking after 8pm was challenging.

I feel they could’ve done better with the breakfast the eggs were watery and the meat looked old VARIETY please Not a large variety

To start, the front desk staff was extremely rude from the moment I arrived. On top of that, the WiFi did not work at all, and when I asked the front desk for help, the staff member told me it was “not her problem.” Instead of offering any support, she handed me a phone number for IT and basically said I could figure it out myself, which was completely unacceptable. The entire hotel was also under construction, and it was a huge mess. There were nails and debris throughout the property, which is a serious safety hazard. This should have been disclosed ahead of time, and the area should have been properly secured and cleaned. My room was also dusty and dirty, and to make matters worse, I found a roach in my room (I have a photo of it). That alone is unacceptable and made me feel extremely uncomfortable staying there. Overall, this stay was unsafe, unclean, and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The receptionists was so friendly! The room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices!

They’re currently doing Construction Renovations so it’s not the same hotel on the pictures. Breakfast was good & the staff was nice, but they have ladders & are painting & have pardon our dust signs, so it’s a construction site right now not a typical Hilton experience.

Excellent budget boutique brand from Hilton. Staff here are incredibly nice and helpful and the rooms are modern and large and very clean. The nearby area is very nice and walkable. It lacks a swimming pool and room amenities does not even have coffee machine. but breakfast is quite good here.

Guy at check in was super nice, our room was not very clean at all. Night stand between the beds had sticky stuff on it almost like hair gel. The floor was also sticky. Bathroom floor was dirty and there was water damage on one wall. The room next to us was very loud and we called down to the desk twice to see if they could give them a all to ask them to quiet down just a little, I didn’t not go down to the desk to ask because it was 3 am and I wasn’t comfortable leaving our room at that time. For the price we paid we could have saved a lot of money and just stayed at a budget hotel for the same experience. I thought staying at a Hilton it would have been better but I was wrong.

I’ve never been a fan of Hilton hotels, you’re really just paying for the name. The facilities at this location were overpriced, outdated, and dirty. The walls were paper-thin; we could hear a couple screaming and arguing until 3:30 a.m. I will NEVER stay at another Tru or Hilton property again. The only positive was the staff. They were attentive and provided great customer service. The surrounding area is nice, but the hotel itself is a hard no for me. We didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping under the blankets. Thankfully, we were only there for one night.

I have stayed in 2 other Tru by Hilton & they were more updated & more pleasant. This one wasn’t what I expected at all. This Tru must be an older version & could use some TLC. The bed was comfortable. No closets just racks on the wall to hang items. No microwave 😳Breakfast was average. My shower door would not close all the way & caused water to leak on the floor. Very small room. I say only room for 1, but, can make it work with 2 people if it’s a must. I would not stay at this particular Tru again unless it was absolutely necessary..

Overall, the hotel was in a good location and was very clean. However, there was no microwave in the room. The bathroom door door had to be propped open with a trash can. Neither of the cans had bags in them. There was no sign for the door for housekeeping. There was a small lamp by the TV. The plugs were awkwardly placed. There was only one nightstand for one side of the bed and a small little stand thing on my side. For the price of the room it was very tiny and I'll equip.

The lady at the front desk got confrontational because a can got left in the lobby. She escalated the situation and called another guest a b*tch 3 times infront of me and other guests. Blew my mind this even happened. That girl needs to removed immediately!

1. The room is extremely small, cannot move around, have step side ways along the beds. Pictures on site in NO WAY show the correct size. 2. The bed was was super uncomfortable, rolled to the middle 3. The pillows made us all sweat 4. The top cover was itchy and hot, just poor material for the bedding. 5. The bed frame the mattress sat on stuck out and takes your knee cap off if you hit it. Again. Super small room, I asked for the bigger one and she said we had the biggest. Very very difficult to move around and keep suitcases and all luggage neat and orderly. We chose Tru because the reviews read well, but the sleeping was terrible.

The only thing I didn’t like was the parking. The spaces were so tight and many cars had parked over the lines, therefore, parking was very limited if coming in late. We LOVED the hotel. My family and I do a lot of traveling and Tru by Hilton is usually one of our favorite hotels to stay in. This property wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t as nice as some of the other properties. The hallways smelled like smoke. You can tell the hotel is older. The room phone was broke. Also the AC unit was not that cool.

It was a very convenient location for me. The parking was also great. Two things I didn't like was it was loud inside the room with people above me and outside fire engine showed up at midnight. The door to the shower could not properly close.

This hotel had great staff. They were all so friendly and nice. The room was clean. Breakfast was good with lots of options- eggs, pancakes, sausage, toast/bagels, oatmeal, etc. The area around the hotel is walkable with shops and it’s super cute. The parking lot has a gate that closes for the night at 11pm which I thought was kinda odd. Safe I guess? But odd. The lobby has a pool table which I thought was so cool! My ONLY complaint was that the walls were thin. I heard so many knocks, bumps, and thud noises at night, both in the hallway and rooms around mine so I slept horribly. I would stay here again but definitely bring some earplugs.

Been to this hotel before for an overnight stay. Everything was fine just need really need the check in desk to be more pleasant. Felt like I was causing an inconvenience for just showing up to check in (not the first time this has happened).

Heat blew cold air and people was really loud so it was hard to get rest, so we checked out before 7am this morning. The receptionist told me to go to the Embassy next time because it was better.

We just stayed 1 night. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood that was great for walking around with our dogs. I would have posted 5 stars except that there was not a coffee pot in our room and only 3 pillows.

The place was clean, but I saw a cockroach, and when I mentioned it, they told me housekeeping had already left for the day, which was strange and made me uneasy. Upon arrival, it took 40 minutes for a front desk staff member to greet us. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my stay. While the area is convenient and close to many shops, my experience fell short.

The lady at the front desk in the morning when we were checking out, was especially helpful and friendly and added to making our stay an excellent place to be.

This hotel echos. I suggest requesting a room on the top floor so that you don’t get woken up by late arrivals that are heavy walkers, bicker with each other and slide furniture across the floor. I hardly got any sleep and had a full day of driving before and after my stay. Staff did give me ear plugs and was going to speak with the guests but they were noisy until after 3 am!
