    Room needs maintenance badly, from leaky toilet, dingy towels and sheets, and the furniture is wore out . Didn't use stove because there wasn't any pots or pans. Who travels with cooking utensils? But If you plan to stay here please bring your own iron board, sheet set, pots, a broom and mop...don't forget the Lysol spray.

    The bed was horribly uncomfortable, and everywhere I looked there were notes. This is how much they will charge you for towels (made me scared to even shower there). Do not put anything in the trash cans. Like seriously, isn't that trash cans are for? Vending machines didn't work. Couldn't wait to leave this morning.

    The landscaping out front was filled with weeds, there was the smell of weed in front of the hotel every day, the bed had some type of sheet that was supposed to be blanket, I got 2 of the flimsiest pillows I had ever seen, the floor in my room, and especially the bathroom, was just gross. I walked in after the cleaners were there and they left a pool of water in the middle of the floor so I used one of my towels to mop up the excess water and the towel was filthy after I was done drying the floor.

    The room was spacious. The bed was very uncomfortable. The towels that were in the bathroom had strings of hair on them. “Assuming from previous guest”. The room had a bad odor, we had to contact the front desk for a bottle of air freshener. The police was called out around 2am because of a domestic dispute. WiFi is horrible to say that area service is really bad. 3/10 would not recommend. I read a lot of the reviews prior to booking and the reviews feel impossible to see.

    The room is very cozy and has what you need, all for a good price. The staff are also very friendly and nice. The area is rough though, so the room has a bad smell of cigarettes and old sweat from previous guests. Putting some air freshener in the room might fix that problem.

    Receptionist was very helpful in helping us be the most comfortable. The area was clean with the fridge which we needed for our snacks for the night. Check in and check out was smooth. The area feels a bit sketchy but the staff does their best. I’d not stay here if you are traveling by yourself. Affordable stay solid 6/10 but I give 5 star for our interaction with receptionist Danny. Thank you for your help!

    The bathroom did not seem to be cleaned before my arrival. There was hair and two bars of soap in the shower from other people. The staff also said my room number out loud in a busy lobby and asked if I was alone which is a safety issue.

    I did not like anything but the location. They dont even have a lobby washroom? I had to kill 3 or more roaches and ended up cleaning the room myself to feel comfortable. I was disappointed with the overall setup. The constant noise at night, dirty washroom, dirty mattress and cover. thank God I brought my own mattress protection. It was a mess. Then to make matters worse we were called to the desk asked to give positive reviews. We were told to stay there and write reviews which we did not agree with. I told the manager but was ignored. Not even extra towels when asked and the towels and rag provided were stained?

    Hotel is terrible and the staff is very rude and they over charge and charge for anything and everything . They ask that you buy your broom and if you book more days and want to stay in your room fee .roaches and unclean rooms . It’s family owned so if you write a bad review they will question you about it and try to get you to change the review but it’s really nasty but if u have to stay there or shelter guess it’s better than that

    Please know there were vagrants/homeless people around the area. I felt very unsure of the area for me and my pet. I stayed at Extended Stay in Chantilly, Va the night before and was uncomfortable with that location but this area was very concerning. I had to pass on the registration I believe I paid an extra $9.00 in my original request just in case I had to cancel. Please comment. Thank you

    Front desk staff is extremely rude. Planned on staying a week while waiting for my house to be ready to move into and checked out 24 hours later. Rooms are hardly cleaned they change the sheets and wipe down a few things but clearly not cleaned thoroughly. Roaches on the second floor. The hallway smelled like a mix of curry and weed. Very noisy at all hours and doesn’t feel like a safe place to stay.

    I am a flight attendant who lives in hotels for a living and this location was hands down the dirtiest and most unsafe I have EVER felt…and I travel the world. I was harassed outside in the parking lot, the hotel room door didn’t even lock I changed rooms 3 times due to smells and dirtiness and I ended up leaving at 4am afraid for my life and my car’s security in their parking lot. I need a refund and this hotel needs to be inspected and shut down!!

    I just wish management was more aware that the people who are actually living here are people who are struggling to get by. It would help them faster if the time frame to have the room rebooked was pushed to 12. Some people work, or donate blood to get by and arrive a little late. Its a lot of things, but overall the stay is always great, I just wish management would be more understanding, especially for the ones who have been good tenants

    I had car trouble at the airport so I kept the reservation. If I had my car I would’ve left IMMEDIATELY! Roach in the bathroom sink, dirty toilet, and the microwave wave had a funny smell. I called during work hours to Inform them my plane was behind and would check-in late and never got and answer. So after the late flight, car trouble, and the no answer. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk so in go checked about 3:00. Never will I stay or recommend there again.

    It was the most ridiculous check-in i ever experienced. They threatened with extra fees for everything you can think of and nothing is mentioned upfront. Pet fee is $20 per each one per day and no good place to walk dogs. Towels were dirty and bathroom ventilation is terrible.

    The place has a kitchen but it doesn’t have even one pot to use it, no plates, cups or anything. They don’t have housekeeper daily only one time per week. The guests need to take the garbage out and throw it far away than the main door. If the guests needs cleaned towels they have specific hours to exchange the dirty towels. The staff is nasty and no helpful.

    This was the worst experience ever with a hotel. Unfortunately I couldn't cancel in time and wasted money. I should've know when pulling in, and seen the sketchy people and prostitutes standing outside,that this was gonna be a awful place. Second bad sign, roaches, LITERALLY!! The manager didn't even have the courtesy or grace to respond to the multiple attempts from Expedia to cancel AT LEAST half the charge NOR return my deposit fee yet! Smh. Then manager have the nerve to look at me like I'm crazy when I said a suite at a typical hotel like the Marriott and Hilton suites, are ACTUALLY suites, and fit 4 people and has a couch, Or when I asked about the hair on the towels, or mentioned the potential for bed bugs. Because if there's roaches there DEFINITELY bed bugs, nor apologize . On top of that,n the walls are paper thin, and the people in the next room was having a party . Now I'm waiting on somebody to have a heart and return my money and at least my deposit . I have full pictures of the room as well

    This place was absolutely atrocious. Do not stay here! I almost never leave bad reviews.But there was literally body hair in the bed!!! The elevator was caked in some kind of disgusting film. It looks like they haven't painted in about 50 years. The floors are dingy and dirty. i'm not sure why, but the remote control was very sticky. Ugh! I slept fully in my clothes on top of throw blankets I brought myself. I used my jacket to cover up. The bed was hard as a rock. Pillows were flat. When I arrived, the lobby was wide open and there were all kinds of nefarious characters hanging out in the parking lot. I stood in the lobby for ten minutes, waiting for somebody to come check me in. I arrived around midnight so I made sure to call when I was 10 minutes away to let them know. I was coming and they still couldn't make it to the front desk.

    We spoke with the front desk and asked for a refund, but they refused. The conditions were so bad that we chose not to stay at all—we walked out and preferred to lose the money rather than spend the night there. This place should not be listed on Expedia.     The hotel was tucked back down a road. The front staff was helpful with checking in and explaining where the elevator and room was. The room was very basic.It did have a full refrigerator, kitchen sink and a two burner stove as well as a microwave. It was comfortable although the bed was a little firm for my liking. The next morning there was an altercation in the hallway Between a male and female who stayed in the room across from us. It was kind of scary but when we told the front office they said they would call police. Overall it was a good stay for what we needed,which was somewhere to sleep after we saw a concert

    The room smelled like smoke, had tampered fire alarms, the queen bed is actually a full and the front desk has bullet proof glass. I asked if the hotel was unsafe and was told the glass was for the hotel staffs safety. The hotel staff try to find me a new room and was bringing me to rooms that were already occupied with guests. Opening doors and surprising guests while they were cooking or sleeping. I didn’t stay in that hotel for even an hour before I had to leave. The management refused to give me a refund and charged me for 4 days. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I never leave reviews but, after being patient and Expedia unable to get in contact with the hotel for my refund request I had to warn others of this horrible establishment.

    Domestic abuse and death threats next door. Dirty sheets and shower curtain. Mix matched window curtains that didn’t close. An actual hole was in the wall behind the mattress. I found it after I begged for clean sheets and was made to change the bedding myself. There was no hot water. No dishwasher. No coffee maker. Front desk was rude and attempted to evade taking the call from hotels.com while trying to confirm a refund would be issued & proper steps were taken. Did I mention the police were called there 3 times in less than 12 hrs and parole officers roamed the halls in the morning.
