Outstanding Hospitality Unforgettable Staff, such a warm welcome 🤗, each and every one of the office staff went out of their way to make my stay a Home away from Home. So kind and welcoming. The absolute Best Coffee ☕ in the Lobby, a wonderful way to start a new day.Truly appreciate everything about my stay, such a blessing to say the least.. An Absolute pleasure to be spoiled and pampered by the cleaning staff, Amazing Hospitality. Fresh soft warm towels provided daily among any other amenities provided and such contagious smiles that sparked ones day. Hot steaming shower with a Warm cozy Clean bed to sink into with such clean soft cotton sheets and snuggled tug blankets. Did not want to get up the next day. Such quiet halls. Clean laundry room. Clean cold refrigerator. Cold comforting air. Great store beside me with choice of snack and cold beverage, ice cream, ect. Stocked. Great restaurants near and around town. A Stocked snack machine with cold drink on site. Cold crisp ice. Amazing customers, a pampered dog.Truly appreciate, A well respected terrific Stay. A definite recommend and a definite rebook. Will definitely book with other establishments of Motel 6 in future looking for the Hospitality that was given here at this Chattanooga establishment. The absolute NICEST front desk guy ever, we checked in late, around 10 pm. The room was very clean and it smelled nice.

I do not recommend staying here. The place is in a very very loud area of town the place itself is a dump we didn’t feel safe. The bathroom had a bunch of demo going on and a bunch of bugs. I reserved with a dog and travel they said they didn’t have any dog rooms left they had to pull some strings took an extra 15 minutes check in very frustrated. If you’re gonna avoid this place please do I don’t recommend

Right off hand, Not all fees are included. This place requests to hold a $75 returnable fee upon check in. They are a pet friendly hotel, however, their 'pet' rooms are not easily available. The rooms do Not offer a microwave. They only have 1 in the office. They also have no coffee machines in room. They have a coffee machine in lobby, but no coffee for it. They offer an ice machine, which is broken and produces zero ice.... Rooms are Not clean. Sheets have stains, and their were roach bugs and a ton of roach bugs and roach fecal all over the walls.... and under the air conditioning unit. Floor was popping up in main walk areas... Was Not a pleasant stay, and will Not be back.

When I arrived there were some sketchy people in the lobby. Both appeared intoxicated and/high and the woman had been beaten severely in the face. Not judging what they might be going through. Red flag #1. I had booked a pet friendly room and when the desk clerk finished signing me in she told me she didn’t have any pet friendly rooms. I told her I was traveling with a service dog and she told me that didnt matter because some people have allergies. If you’re properly cleaning that should absolutely not be a problem. If you want to advertise as pet friendly maybe reserve a few rooms to accommodate folks with allergies instead of false advertising. I had to go to a different hotel that was twice as expensive and just as gross. Never gonna go there again. Do not recommend at all.

Ok place to stay couple days

Hardly any English spoken rooms smelled there was bugs the beds hard as hell and the towels were stained and very dingy there e was hair in the bathtub

The bed area was fine and clean but the bathroom could have been better. There were stains on the floor and it smelled as if someone had used it prior to me coming. There was also used soap in the shower with someons hair on it. The stairs that was meant to be used to actually get upstairs was boarded off and had to go around the back to use the stairs. The associate at the desk stated that none of the rooms below were clean so had to put me upstairs. The TV didnt work either. There was power but no commection or channels and i had to use my phone for entertainment. And sadly there was a roach in the mini fridge.

I have never written a scathing review in my life, but im about to….the rooms dont have microwaves, the room i stayed in has bedbugs bad. I tried to get them to move me rooms twice, instead they sent the maintenance guy with weed killer to “spray”. They did not take down or move any furniture to inspect, and refused to move me rooms both times. Finally, i gave up and just slept covered in lavendar oil sprays, didnt clear the problem but it did mitigate it. I met some good people here among the guests, so i decided to stay longer than usual, i travel perpetually so when i meet good friends, its an extra draw. But, in talking to the other guests, i found out that room rates differed wildly depending on who they talked to at the front desk. After a whole month of staying there, one of the younger guys that works the day shift, demanded that i have my id on me at all times for when i locked myself out of my room. Great idea right? Im traveling and my home state is far away and a lost id could derail my entire trip….luckily i had a spare expired one that i kept over my gas cap, problem solved… one other long term guest i talked to said he had the same experience, but both of the pretty young women who were long term guests in rooms near mine that i talked to said they had not heard of that once from the exact same guy, his wife should probably check on that…motel 6 is a no frills hotel, i get that, but this one is HORRIBLE due mostly in part to the people they put in charge of it

I couldn’t even stay at this property. I checked in which took 20 to 30 minutes and then went to my room just to find roaches in the bathroom. I moved the bed and there were roaches all behind the bed moving and dead. It was disgusting. The AC was off so it was very very warm in there. This place is disgusting. Do not stay here. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow. Nasty!!

The toilet wouldnt flush. I was offered a plunger to fix it myself. Bug carcasses and pubic hairs on many surfaces. Urine stains on the toilet seats. 75 dollar deposit per room. To cover what idk. Hotels.com made us regiater each room under a different name so not a knock on the hotel itself, but it was a scramble at midnight trying to locate all of our IDs.

I went to the office and he could not move me to a different room but the manager would accommodate me in the morning. Bathroom was disgusting,asked front desk to clean it and they refused because it's housekeeping job,no housekeeping on site and Roaches would not recommend

Room looked to be recently remodeled. New paint job, new furniture. Very convenient location for where I needed to be early in the morning for a couple days. Only issue was that my co-worker asked for an extra pillow, they said no. They did, however, give us another wash cloth, as only one was provided to start with. Overall, I would stay again, prices were great!

Shawn was pleasant a young woman at the desk that helped me with the correct WI-FI password, tenants except two strange men up to no good lurking the parking lot.(bald,white male) and the other approach me late at night and I ran him off with my metal pole and taser ge walked down to Shell Station after got alcohol and went to room 105 staff disregarded my high concern and front desk at night is absolutely cowardly and disgusting and certain times of day overall they have no respect for All but themselves and money. Humans deserve better! I have videos of high concern to show evidence and I left before my check out day for fear of well-being 4/7/2025; Check-in late night early morning 4/42025. I purchased travel insurance as well just in case. You can contact me at [email protected] for videos and I can give the policy number. Thanks for your urgency in this manner because I want anyone to fall victim to the atrocities committed during my stay!!!

First I was the room was nasty it smelled like a lady lived there with 50 cats for 5 years The TV didn't work they're so called dog run was just a pool that was covered over with rocks noisy I would never recommend this place to anybody unless you were homeless

I like the various financial options and all my neighbors are great and humble even though we are forced to put up with ride judgment from the staff

Overall is still 5 stars despite the below issue. Staff and Service would have been 5 stars, but not enough coffee for everyone and we had to wait 15 minutes for it to be made. I would suggest the hotel to keep one backup coffee dispenser to alternate. Coffee is cheap, add $1 or $2 to room price should be sufficient. People would not feel the $2 room price difference, but would notice if coffee keeps running out.

it had been a while since i had stayed at a Motel 6. I was very impressed with the updates the company has made. the room was very nice for a "budget hotel" The bed was the comfiest I had the pleasure of sleeping in of all the hotels I had used recently. The location is nice right off the interstate. Unfortunately loud, rude, and seemingly intoxicated guests in surrounding rooms made for a long night with little sleep. thumbs up for the property. thumbs down for it's clientele.

The room was extremely dirty. The bathroom had drywall dust on the walls. The heater barely worked and when I mentioned it to the front desk I was told to unplug and then plug back in!? The wires for the heater were spliced together with wire nuts and electrical tape exposed. I have pictures.

Since the renovations done to the property, the comfort is far above the two star rating this hotel has on here. New beds, fixtures, TV's...new everything! Close to the interstate for easy access to 75 and 24 making it a breeze to get from Chattanooga to Atlanta.

As soon as I entered the owner yelled at me and told me to leave because I looked like another man who’d previously been there. Room was not as pictured/described and the staff was horribly rude.

Hotel is under renovation. I arrived late at night and was disturbed to see several men hanging out in the hallway talking loudly. When I told the man working the front desk he brushed off my concerns and fell back asleep. The climate contol unit in the room was broken, it was less than 60 degrees and when i turned the heater on the smoke alarm went off in my room. Only had one usable towel as the others were visibly dirty. I stay at budget motels fairly often and expect to get what I paid for, but this was so terrible I got out of there only a few hours after checking in.

Its a great place for the price. And pets are free. Main reason to stay. But its clean

The room was clean and recently upgraded. We especially liked that there were no small crawl spaces at the head of the bed under the mattress platform, that our cat could crawl into. Many other hotels leave small spaces for smaller pets to crawl and hide in under the bed. only thing we missed was that there wasn't a coffee machine in the room, nor a microwave to heat up coffee or tea. There was a small clean fridge with a small freezer that was very handy. Overall we were quite happy with the room. this has been the nicest place we have stayed at that allows pets for free (we have a small cat).

It wasn't the property that's the issue totally.. it was a $75 refundable deposit they don't inform you of..so it was that I didn't even get to stay nor got a refund so basically had 168 dollars taken from Expedia and motel 6

Spent the night there as I always transiting through to my road trip to Indianapolis. Customers be aware property is undergoing renovations. And they charge you a $50 deposit for incidentals which is not disclosed at Hotels.com Property is in a construction zone. It was noisy as well. No thank you. And never again. I have yet to receive my deposit back and I will be disputing this experience with my creditors.

The property was in the middle of being remodeled. However it will be really nice once completed. New mattresses, new paint, new tile just over all coming together very nicely.

The stay was ok but they are umder a major remodel so most services were not available imcluding cable not working in my room. No microwave in room.

Half of the building was undergoing renovations, and the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke.

Check in with staff who never even said hi, not helpful or welcoming. Bugs crawling all over the floor that was sticky. Loud arguing guests at 2am right outside the door. Parking lot was well lit and sheets were clean.

I didn’t expect the room to be 5 stars for $50 a night but when I booked a non-smoking room I didn’t expect nor want it to be a converted smoking room you could still smell the stale smoke. I questioned the Front desk and they said they couldn’t smell it and sprayed some Febreze

The staff were very short and dismissive. I was told to change my own bedsheets and put the used ones on the outside of the door the next morning after following their instructions I then was charged $30 because I gave them the top sheet of my bed and so when they check me out it wasn't there
