Good breakfast. It was somewhat hard to figure out how to turn down the A/C in the room.

The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and we were given a room close to the entrance, which was convenient. The gym was well-maintained, and the breakfast had a good.

Our room's fridge had mold in it. The person at the desk came and took pics and then came back and cleaned it. Also we were trying to get to bed early since we were going to leave at 4:00 in the morning and it was very noisy with a motorcycle going up and down the road out front every 3 minutes really loudly. There were 3 of us in the room and there were only 2 washcloths. You had to sit in just the right spot for the remote to work on the tv. The air conditioner didn't work properly either. The room never cooled down to the temp we wanted. Just a rough night overall.

The pillows and bed were absolutely amazing!! Staff was courteous, helpful, and simply wonderful! Loved the Dove Shampoo, Dove Conditioner, and Dove Body Wash, but being short, it was hard to reach them in the shower; they should be at least 6" lower. The lotion in the bathroom was also very appreciated.

Checkin with Natalie was handled smoothly. Breakfast was excellent, variety was the main spread. Room was clean, but you need to check to see if the hotel shower shampoo and body wash containers are full mine were empty. Hand wash soap was also missing.

The unity is very clean and the staff are wonderful

Soap with embedded pubic hair in the soap dish in-the shower, used tissue under the side chair. Floor lamp had no lampshade, just the bare bulb. Also, we could hear people talking through the walls on both sides. On the plus side, front desk Anthony was efficient and friendly, beds were comfortable and breakfast was not great, but edible. We wouldn’t stay again.

Everything in the hotel its well organized and clean, when we got to our room we found lots of pet hair on the small pillows on the couch, but other than that its all great.

We have stayed here numerous times in the past 5 years. The rooms are always exceptionally clean, the staff is pleasant and very helpful and the breakfast is satisfying. We will continue to stop here on our long drives from Florida to Wisconsin and back again.

That location needs to be renovated, very outdated. The bed frames were too narrow, making the beds very unstable. Parking lot does not have enough spaces for all residences.

I stayed overnight for an exam that I had nearby. When I woke up the next morning, I opened a snack I bought from the gas station the night before. I opened it and sat it down to put into the microwave when I noticed ANTS all around the counter. I figured they may just be up there, but I looked around and they were on all tables in the room. Therefore, my belongings were being invaded with these ants. I was very disappointed. Especially the fact I didn’t get to have my breakfast because ants were crawling everywhere.

We booked the hotel last minute and was pleasantly surprised how nice the property was and friendly the front desk was. Breakfast was good and area very clean and roomy.

The room we we given had a malfunctioning thermostat and AC unit. When I went down the front desk she said we could just unplug the AC. She said she knew about it but still put us in the that. When I asked why she did that she said”She didn’t think it was a big deal” We it was. You don’t tell people to unplug 220V plugs. She never offered to move us although the hotel was not full. Very poor customer service.

Main lobby area and room was nice. Common hallway seemed to be undergoing a remodel and was incomplete.

The room air conditioner was extremely loud and would have been fine had I had the option to turn the fan to continuous instead of just on and off but I did not so I had to turn the air conditioner off, so it would roar back on each time. I have stayed here before and don't remember having this issue.

Property is right off the highway and easy to get to. They just re-remodeled all the rooms and interior very nice. Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean.

I had to go to the front desk twice upon checking in do to key not working. I never got an apology for the inconvenience and when I asked if this would happen everytime we tried to enter and she just shrugged her shoulders. They advertised continental breakfast, but we were told the kitchen closed.

We were exhausted from traveling all day. We were unable to sleep because the room was located next to an ice machine and exit doors. When I returned our room keys I was asked about our stay by a woman at the desk. I told her terribly because of the noise! She proceeded to tell me that it was the noisiest room of the hotel. She asked why I accepted that room. I asked her how I was supposed to know that! Then she asked why didn’t we come back to the desk and ask for a different room. We didn’t hear all the noise until we were in bed. Not going to get dressed and pack things to transfer to another room. I will never book a La Quinta Inn again! Person at the desk never apologized. Acted like it was my problem because I didn’t redress and come back to the desk to request another room.

Needed clean, comfortable room to over-night during a two day trip from Florida to Missouri. We did not use any amenities except for morning coffee and breakfast buffet. In spite of being staff shorted, the remaining team members overachieved on customer satisfaction. Will stay here again!

The hotel room had been remodeled including the bathroom everything was new. The hallways are in the process of being remodeled. Only complaint is the coffee machine, need another machine to handle the number of guests. The machine worked for a short time then it would have a message, water heating. People were standing around the machine waiting to get their coffee.

We had stayed there before, and it was great . This time, the chair in the room was stained and very obvious to the eye. Which made me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Didn’t find any of noticeable issues, but we still questioned the cleanliness.

Took 1-1/2 hrs to get into our 2 rooms after checking in due to key issues, awaken at 8:00am due banging by construction work and it continued all morning after management was notified, WiFi did not work i rooms only in lobby. Would not have stayed at this hotel if known in advance it was being renovated.

This was such a refreshing place to rest after driving long hours, and the breakfast cannot be beat. My daughter was especially happy with the waffles. Such a great place to stay; we will be back.

It’s a good hotel. Quiet and clean. I just have one complaint. We specifically told an agent in front desk to locate us in a room near to the exist because I have two big dogs. They made a note in the system but when we arrived they put us in a room far away from the exist and it was a nightmare for us with our dogs. Other than that. Perfect

I could not sleep because there were two dogs, barking next door, nonstop all night long. I called the front desk and told them. I don’t know if they ever got a hold of the owners. It was exhausting. I had a 10 hour drive the next day.

The room needs some work. The floor is buckled by the a/c unit, the shower head was hard to get working without having the on/off handled turned in an exact spot, the chair by the desk needs replacing, the fridge leaked overnight (thankfully no one fell due to the large puddle of water that accumulated), and there was confusion upon check in regarding my online check in status. Traffic noise was very minimal especially being right next to I-75. Easy on, off. Small parking area. Not bad. Would stay again if need be.

Check in was good and easy however our bathroom door was coming off the hinges and made it almost impossible to close the bathroom door. We made the front desk aware right away and she was going to make sure the manager knew of this.

This property needs updated. Dining chairs are ripped. Tables are unstable. The building is leaning. If you stay on the 3rd floor, you can see the foundation is sinking. Things actually roll off the desk. The drawer opens when you walk across the room. Breakfast was decent. Beds are average. I think I would stay someplace else, if I go back to Chattanooga.

The room was clean. The bathroom needed attention that should have been addressed when the room was cleaned last. The toilet seat was falling off and could have been fixed by tightening the screws, and the chain was not in place in the tank which meant the toilet would not flush until the chain was back in place. I took care of both items. But they should have been found when the bathroom was cleaned.

Picked for the high rating but it was not clean.

Overall a nice place to stay. It is around 11 miles from Chattanooga downtown and right off 75. The room was clean and modern. Bathroom clean.

I would not recommend La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga East Ridge, especially for families. During my stay, there was a noticeable amount of suspicious short-term traffic, including what appeared to be frequent one-hour room rentals. This created an unsafe and uncomfortable environment, and definitely did not feel like a family-friendly place. Safety is a top priority when traveling, and unfortunately, I did not feel that here. I will not be returning and hope management takes serious steps to address these issues.

The last time I went to CHATT, I wanted to stay here based on reviews, but they didn't have the room I wanted. So this time we managed to make a reservation. The price was awesome compared to others I've stayed at. However, might I say, the only good thing going for it was not having to deal with traffic around Hamilton Place area. That's it. It was a room with beds to sleep on. I won't be coming back here again. The carpets throughout were old and dirty. The room was small. too small even with double queens. The chair they had? look at the picture. Completely ripped on the seat. Ceiling was popcorn ceiling, and you could see on the far side, looked like a building joint/seam where it wanted to buldge down. Then the floor at the same spot (had to be a seam) you could tell where the joint/seam was as you could feel it raised on your feet. The door lock didn't work twice. Clerk came up thinking user error, but she almost cursed when she couldn't open it and I was right. She said they were going to renovate. That didn't help me then. twice. Breakfast? Same thing for 4 days. no variety. even had a tip jar. Better than the LQ in Hamilton though. FWIW. Even the seats in breakfast area had rips. Doors to hallways missing knobs. I think there was enough parking, just in the back, not the front. Sketch hotels behind. Would I return. no. Bathroom was decent. Only good thing I would say but I can't sit in there all day. Spouse said bed was good. One slow elevator too. Should have two.

The best thing was the genuinely clean smell! No hard fragrance to try and cover up not being clean. It was a very nice place.

Staff was awesome! Clean rooms just a couple of cosmetic issues. Tile grout needs replaced in the shower and a door handle needs replaced in the stairway entry door. Great experience

We stayed at this hotel in 2022 and it was fantastic! Which was why we booked this location again, however, we were extremely disappointed in how quickly the condition this hotel deteriorated within 3yrs. There were signs of an electrical fired around the outlet of the air-conditioning unit was plugged into... the room was dirty, and the breakfast was terrible. Other than it being a great location right next to the beach and restaurants and shopping, I don't think we'll stay again.

The service at the hotel was good. The room itself wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be. There was mold on the wall by the plug in for the air conditioner unit, the toilet was not clean around the rim and there were several hairs found in the bathroom around the sink.

Pro tip: hang all of your clothes in the closet, stash your luggage in there, too, and close the closet door to muffle the sound.

I found this hotel, very clean along with friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning had a great assortment. Price was right and it was right off the highway for easy access to continue our travels thank you, La Quinta.

The staff was excellent; the pool was great, and the lobby large with comfortable seating. The room was very spacious and and lovely. Part of the bathroom had been renovated, but the area with the shower/tub & toilet could use some work. I would definitely stay here again.

My first impression was the lack of parking spaces. Secondly, the young lady at the front did not seem happy to be there and lastly, the sheets in the room did not appear to have been cleaned. It had unpleasant smells. It was a one day stay but will not be returning to this hotel.

We arrived late in the evening, after a full day of driving. Upon entering the room we found that there were dirty dishes, water left in a stopped tub and lights flickering in the room. We were too exhausted to move rooms but even the bed was itchy. Wouldn’t stay again.

Entry mats were very dirty. Security guard disposing cigarette butts on the ground. Cleaning towels in the gym are DRY and there was no cups in the water dispenser. The room was very clean and breakfast was very good, front staff was were very friendly.

The checkin and checkout process was extremely easy and convenient, loved that this hotel was right next to the highway since we are doing a cross country move.

My stay was excellent. The room was very clean and provided the amenities needed. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I throughly enjoyed the hot breakfast. My only recommendation is to provide channel numbers for Direct TV. I am not familiar with this provider, so some channel information would have been helpful. I did find the “Music Choice’ channel and I enjoyed listening to relaxing music.

It was awful. Couldnt shower because the water pressure was nonexistent. The AC didnt work. The tv remote didnt work. I woukd really like a refund it was so bad. At one point we were awakend by the AC trying to turn on amd it sounded like a dog barking. Very very poor property and accommodation.

I didn't like much of anything. I can't believe it's not against the law for them to charge this much money for this hotel. There's no water pressure in the bathroom, no lighting in the bathroom, the door won't stay open or closed and naturally to get to the toilet it has to be one or the other. The little refrigerator doesn't work. The pool is disgusting, grossly nasty. You can't watch TV they have a smart TV and an HDMI cord coming out of it you have to bring your own streaming device

Because we were traveling with a dog they wanted to put us in a room on the first floor. However, both rooms smelled extremely musty. After complaining they moved us to the second floor and that room was fine. The hotel is in need of an update but the room was clean.

This is our favorite hotel stay in our journey to Florida. We have stayed here every year for 3 years. It’s quiet and clean. The staff are always very polite and helpful.

We traveled with a dog. The dog floor is the first floor, which really seems like the basement since the lobby is on the 2nd floor. Rooms were clean and comfortable, although the property looks like it’s seen some wear and tear. Customer service was okay; request anything for the room and you’ll likely have to go pick it up from the front desk yourself. My only complaint is the smell in the hallway of the dog floor- it definitely smelled. Decent value for money though otherwise.

This hotel was very nice, clean and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The front desk gave me information about a really nice park that was right down the street from the hotel, and it had an awesome walking trail that went all the way around the park, so I was able to get some exercise while I was there. I will absolutely stay here again.

Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was very good both mornings. The afternoon/evening reception desk staff was the same both days, she was not pleasant. Stood for 20 minutes to check in with a sign that said they were unavailable. There were 5 of us standing to check I. Second day she was crappy when we asked for disposable silverware.

Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, muffins, waffles, friuit, coffee, juice & yogurt. Coffee & water are available in the lobby all day.

Second LaQuinta we have stayed at and impressed by friendly staff, easy check in, decor and cleanliness of our room. Will be looking for more LaQuinta on future travels.

Rooms are clean, but the plumbing smelled pretty foul the entire stay, couldn’t get the smell out the bathroom. I’d stay again hoping for a better room.
