We did not participate in the bar because there were so many places having events and activities that we were out all day and night.

The games in the lobby and the draft beer selection. Plus the proximity to various restaurants and the Choo choo. X

We loved our stay - not only did the hotel have so much personality and warmth but so did the staff. We loved the decor and vibe, the rooms were perfect and the lobby so refreshing with indoor activities and center bar. The beds were comfy and the rooms had several well thought out touches. We will not only stay there again, we will only pick the Moxy when coming back to Chattanooga.

The limited selections were very tasty and good, but limited choices and actual restaurant is the negative. Bigger bedroom with more storage and better sitting options. The bed mattress was not comfortable or luxurious at all for me.

The rooms are small, efficient, and nicely designed. It was comfortable for two adults for the weekend. Located close to restaurants, bars, and coffee shots. Great interactions with staff.

It was a good room for the price. I appreciated the free drink token you get when you check in. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Staff was nice. I’d stay here again

We had a great stay at the Moxy in Chattanooga! Staff was extremely friendly, the bar had great (well made) drinks, and the atmosphere was fun and upbeat. Clean, no overpowering hotel smells, and easy access to everything I needed during my stay. Convenient and within walking distance of a lot of attractions, food, activities and more. Will definitely stay again!

We're picky mattress people and this hotel did not disappoint. So comfortable we didn't want to get up Book this hotel, you'll love everything about it and the area

We were in town for a long weekend birthday celebration, and it was a great location downtown accessible by walking to so many restaurants and things to do. Great staff. Traditionally Moxy rooms are not that big but it worked just fine for us.

Very nice hotel with an old-fashioned vibe and look. Rooms were neat, clean and decorated nicely. All around and excellent Tripp to Chattanooga and the MOXY.

Not five stars because, unfortunately, very early in the morning start the rumbling noises of industrial trucks or trains nearby. Ear plugs necessary if you want to avoid a 5am wake up call.

This hotel is in a great location within shops and restaurants. It is also decorated very fun! I loved the look and feel of the hotel. It was quiet and comfy. It had a lot of cool features and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was my shower seemed a bit dirty and kind of left me feeling icky for the evening. I did notice crumbs and dirt on the floor by my bed as well. Overall a nice place to stay for the evening.

Cool vibe

The hotel in general was very nice. I loved the lobby and the sitting areas. However, not having coffee in each room made it very inconvenient. No one wants to have to get dressed and go in public to get a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. Also an ironing board and an iron is standard in most rooms, as is an ice bucket for water. My room was nice but very minimal. And the bed did not sleep very good as it was very firm and the pillows were junk, and not comfortable

We absolutely loved our stay at the Moxy. The staff was awesome, the vibes were immaculate and our room was so chic. The ONLY complaint we have: quite possibly the worst pillows ever. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in my life, and these rival my life-long travel journey for the worst pillows of all time. Please, Moxy, please get nicer pillows! You'd be basically perfect if you did.

I love the shared spaces around the bar. Lots of options to choose from. Walkable and parking is easy. I think cleaning of the rooms could be a tad bit better. There are so many great, inexpensive wines so I’d recommend stepping up just a bit with the house option. G who checked me in and at the bar was great! A keeper!!!

I have stayed it this hotel many times over the last several months. It has always been clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I look forward to my next stay at the Moxy.

The staff is so nice and this is pretty on par with what to expect at a Moxy location. The beds are a little compact and small, so if you’re a big, tall guy you might want another hotel. Other than that it’s an awesome place.

I loved the fun and lively atmosphere. Shawn sr checkin was extremely helpful by giving dining recommendations and advising us of the safety of the area.

Ease of entry and exit was a plus. The interior design was very nice. Bed sheets were dirty and the AC unit did not work.

It was a nice place to stay if you are looking for somewhere to sleep and get a drink. There is no pool, no room service, no restaurant. Bar token for 1 drink per guest and gym included.

We loved the vibe of The Moxy! They really packed in so much character and entertainment in this hotel. The room was exactly what we needed and I appreciate the larger size toiletries that were available. The lobby area was a big hit for our group with the pool table and games available and plenty of seating. The bar served up great drinks and the staff was very friendly and offered suggestions about restaurants close by. The location was convenient to downtown activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Definitely the most fun hotel I’ve ever stayed at! My wife and I stayed up late each night playing pool and games in the lobby. We had the most fun and didn’t even have to leave our hotel very cool atmosphere.

Always enjoy the unique experience at the Moxy. Could have used a better mattress is my only critique. Everything else was wonderful.

Very nice and friendly. Enough things in the room to get the job done, though wish there was a mini fridge and a trash can near the beds. Very millennial coded in design which isn't such a bad thing. BEWARE OF THE SMELL. it's not a bad smell, but the hallways smell aggressively like dude Cologne. Couldn't stay in the lobby for a long time due to the smell giving me a headache

I enjoy staying at Moxy in various cities. Never disappoints. Lockers to hold luggage briefly prior to departure was a perk in Chattanooga that I have not seen elsewhere. Props to the check-in and bar staff. Ideal location downtown.

It was disappointing. Very cool atmosphere but the customer service was poor. I requested a particular room and we were given a handicapped room that was less to be desired. We got locked out of our room a few times because the battery on our door was dead. They fixed it but nothing was offered for the inconvenience. A lot to pay for something that does live up to Marriott’s standard.

Our room was very nicely appointed. The common areas were appealing and comfortable, especially the courtyard and outside bar.

The Moxy is our new favorite hotel in downtown Chattanooga. The atmosphere of this hotel is very chill. They have a bar with plenty of casual seating. A spacious outdoor area with additional seating. It is a modern industrial style hotel. The room is minimalistic. Will definitely stay here again when we stay downtown.

The rooms were great! Very noisy though. Breakfast? You had to go to bar to order! $22 a night for parking for 2 cars each night!! $88 We parked in the lot where there were no scan codes and came back to a ticket. The girl who checked us in said nothing about the fee! Then we were charged 3 times for 1 car! There was no mention of the parking fee when reservations were made! Nothing in the room that explained anything!! Really frustrated!

Great spot to walk Chattanooga from

This is a great location if you are going to the Chattanooga Choo Choo complex. The hotel is super cute! The staff was so nice at check-in and at the bar, too.

Only bad thing about it, room smelled of cigarettes, and they were smoking and vaping in courtyard. Front desk is connected to bar, charged me a extra $30.00 said it would roll off in a few days.

The hotel and room were clean, comfortable and within walking distance to so many restaurants and little shops! A downside of our room was, it being on the streetside, we heard every loud car that passed. I guess that's the price of staying downtown! Overall, a very good experience!

Great vibe at the Moxy, most definitely geared towards a younger generation... which was not us lol. Friendly service & easy check in, the bar was a bonus(minus those ridiculous paper straws) The double queen room had zero space for 3 people, let alone their belongings. Our room looked like a crowded ship cabin or a cluttered thrift store! There was next to no floor space & just a wall full of knobs to hang things. I probably would not stay here again.

The Moxy is such a fantastic hotel! The location is great; you can walk to many restaurants and shops. The hotel is nice, clean but also casual. I love that dogs are allowed and that you get a token for a drink at the bar. The rooms are different than typical hotels in the best way, design and style-wise (so many pegs, so little time). The beds were very hard, but otherwise, all was fantastic!

Our first night a homeless lady pulled the fire alarm so that was about 30 min of alarm going off at 11:30pm! Then the cars/trucks right there at the intersection raving up their engines all night makes for “great” sleep! Let’s not mention the size of the rooms! A literal hole in the wall, but it was super clean! Karaoke till midnight which you can hear on the second floor where we were. BUT THE MAIN PAIN…PARKING!! You will NOT find a place to park EVEN if you PAY!!!! It’s a hassle and if you are wanting a relaxing weekend getaway like we needed, you don’t want to have to mess around with finding a place to park that’s not in the overflow parking every time you leave! The overflow parking is a ways from the hotel, non-lit, and is not monitored by cameras! Overall, clean room but small, noise all night long, and a hassle to park!

The room is designed around the concept of efficient use of space. The foam mattress on top of the platform bed offered a comfortable sleep. It took a few minutes to orient myself to the design and concept behind the room layout. I wanted for absolutely nothing. This hotel will be a destination in the future.

The property seems to be in an old industrial section of the city. Walkable to restaurants, including an amazing pizza restaurant/arcade (great for kids) and an awesome breakfast restaurant (casual), Kenny’s. Also walkable to museums and theaters. The property was clean and the staff was so nice and accommodating. The only negative was that there seemed to be quite a few homeless people in the area.

Flimsy, folding furniture Friday morning the sign on the lobby wall said, "Happy Friday, our 2nd favorite F Word." Bet the children, parents loved that one For a relatively high priced hotel they featured coffee for breakfast; that's it. Parking fee of $22.00/night not disclosed in upfront pricing. Did not learn of it until we checked out. Their motto is fun. I'm not staying at a hotel for fun, I'm staying for sleep and rest

Every staff member met us with a smile on their face and was extremely helpful with questions asked and dining recommendations.

The hotel is very modern. Very clean The room is very small with no mini fridge. It did have one of those mini space saving tables that hang on the wall that I did take down and use. It had no closet however, it did have pegs on the wall with 3 hangers which was enough for our 2 shirts. I'm not sure what other rooms are available but our room is not a long staying room.
