Tooo noisy!!

Convenient to highway. Due to time change, I was billed twice for same night and mgmt would not refund the error.

I didn't like any part of the brief stay!! Huge mistake. The pictures they show for tis location are definitely NOT CORRECT! THE FLOORS ARE CONCRETE AND THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY NASTY AND THE STAFF WERE VERY RUDE! THIS IS ME BEING NICE. NOTHING AT ALL!!!!

The first room had an air conditioner leaking so badly that water was puddling both inside and outside the room. Around 1:00 AM on our first night, the entire facility’s fire alarm began blaring throughout the hotel and continued for an extended period before staff waited for the fire department to arrive to shut it off. It was chaotic, disruptive, and concerning from a safety standpoint. After being moved to a second room, conditions did not improve. The shower would not drain properly, making it impossible to even shower. The sink drain contained what appeared to be drug paraphernalia, including what looked like a crack pipe and other debris visibly lodged in the drain. This was shocking and completely unacceptable. Although the property advertises itself as “newly renovated” and smoke-free, both rooms showed obvious neglect and poor maintenance. Furniture in both rooms had multiple burn marks despite the non-smoking designation. Overall, the property felt dirty, poorly maintained, and unsafe. This was an incredibly disappointing stay, and we will not be returning or recommending this property to others.

Doesn't look like the room has ever been cleaned. The room was musty and smelled off. There was blood on the bathroom door. I was told our room was remodeled but I've seen furniture from the garbage that was cleaner.

The hotel is very minimally. Sparse. Breakfast is virtually non-existent in the beds were hard.

Cordial staff and housekeeper did a great job with the room.

Our 1st room key didn’t work, so we had to go back to lobby - they put us in a different room. In the new room, the toilet seat was loose, and the shower door was falling off….maintenance needed

Check-in was quick, the room was free of any odors, and I was able to park my car right in front of the door—very convenient.

You get what you pay for. I like the fact that this hotel was right off the exit and plenty of places to eat. The downfall was the hole in the wall and bathroom door. But other that for a one or two night stay its not bad.

Rude staff, and they overlook you until they feel like paying attention to you. No early check in without paying and honestly you could stay at a hilton hotel for not much more

Where to start, we booked this room for two nights. We arrived late the first night and the attendant was nice and got us checked in quick. When we went to the room we noticed a homeless man sleeping in a hall way between the buildings, several cars with windows plasticed up and the smell of pot around the building. This should have been our clue to not stay here but we ignored it because it was late. We entered the room and it looked decently clean and in decently good shape so we went ahead and stayed the night. We left the next morning before daylight and spent the day out. Upon arriving back for our second night we noticed the smell of pot once again and when we entered the room and turned the lights on seen three roaches. We went to the front desk and told them and they ask for a picture of it which I forwarded to them. The promptly switched out room. When we entered that room it had no floorings at all, the shower was broke and the furniture was stained and dirty. We went back to the front desk and was offered a different room but declined and ask for a refund on our second night. The attendant apologized and processed a refund. We booked this room based off of the reviews it seemed positive but was anything but with our experience. It has a convenient location and the first room looked recently renovated so with a little better management and maybe better security it could be a good place.

Fairly clean and good service

Staff were very friendly. The hotel was newly renovated but you could still tell that it was an older hotel. It was mostly clean. The beds and the bedding were very comfortable. The coffee was good. Parking was fine at least ut was free unlike some of the other hotels in town! We enjoyed our stay.

Very loud when we got to our room at midnight with all the people outside one guy was playing guitar and singing and was super loud so we left since we knew we wouldnt be able to sleep there.

This is by miles the worst place I've ever booked. Roaches everywhere in the room as soon as you walk in the room. Two of them crawled on me. Nipple piercings on the floor in the bathroom. Obviously hadn't been cleaned in months. Everything was covered in dust and there was ramen noodles all around the microwave. I immediately checked out and requested a refund. I was denied and told because i was there for 20 minutes I couldn't get a refund. Also, the location listed on the map is completely wrong. DO NOT STAY HERE

I refused to stay there the floor was bare concrete . It smelled horrific, like smoke. There were cigarette burns on furniture. It was not what was shown on website totally used puctures from somewhere else.

Nothing to like room smelt moldy. Lots of young adults hanging out in the parking lot were noisy. Hotel should be gutted all mold removed & do something with the bare cement floor .

Pool was dirty, hallways smell bad, room had roaches and dirty, and online it said hotels was 7min from aquarium andnit was actually 25min... i will not go back to this motel

The shade did not fully block the window. They tried to put a fancy shade but it did not really block the window. Would prefer the dark curtain. Felt people could see in the room. The floor was like a warehouse concrete floor. Not attractive. The shower had black dirt/mold all around the seams. I could not easily reach the faucet as there was only one sliding door. I could not get hot water,even after I managed to reach the faucet. Since the shower was dirty, I decided not to shower. No towel rack for shower. No coffee maker! The bedside lamp flickered on and off. Air conditioner was noisy. The bed and linens were good.

Didn’t have super high expectations based on price, but photos and reviews seemed ok. We just needed a quick spot to sleep and shower. Lobby smelled like cat pee. Room smelled like smoke, burns in the comforters, dirty, mattress was like a brick, roaches in the bathroom.

Rooms smell bad, there is no carpet and floors are very bad. We didn’t feel comfortable staying over there and definitely not recommended for families.

I read through all the reviews prior to booking. Here is my take: Pros: price is good for quality, location was great, the beds were very comfortable, the coffee on Saturday morning was good, and the staff was friendly/helpful. Cons: our bedding was damp, both rooms smelled like cigarettes and mildew, and the room felt humid/clammy. It was a good stay for a night.

Comfortable, clean room. Had what I needed. The mattress was a bit firmer than I like, but that's okay. Friendly front desk.

Overall the stay was fine but could be better in cleanliness: TV remote had crumbs all over it, light switches had smears on them, the floor had a ton of dust and hair under the tables, and the chairs had stains and dirt on them.

I would have gone to a different place had I not been exhausted and my fees were nonrefundable.

Bad experience, we checked in and the fridge was not working so they changed our room and there was problem with running water in the toilet, sink/drain got plugged, so there was standing water and above the tv there was big fly smashed on the wall

We were woke up in the middle of the night due to a fire alarm because someone in one of the other rooms were smoking on it. It was unpleasant and very disturbing security wise

Floors, Cleanliness not strong suit. Corners in bathroom; dirty and grime. walls and chairs stained; simple wipe down would have made this a better stay. Non smoking was nice , someone smoking in a room set off the until 1:30 a.m. fire alarms started blaring in the entire complex.

Stopped in for a one night stay to rest a few hours on a cross country road trip. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room is best described as "adequate" .. it fits the price tag. The beds were comfy, the rooms looked clean, and the TV was nice. No amenities, no frills.. just a bed to sleep in for an affordable price. My one complaint was the noise ... the walls are quite thin and people were slamming the doors all night do I did not get much sleep unfortunately :(

Weather stripping missing from bottom of door so water bugs and roaches came and went as they pleased. Also, the fridge never worked so all the food we had bought had to ultimately be thrown out due to the fact we had no way to keep it at temperature. When we notified the front desk about the issue we were informed they wouldn’t be able to fix it until the maintenance man arrived the next day

The fire alarm went off at around 1am for the entire hotel. Unsure what caused it as there was no fire, but if was LOUD. At least we know it works. Needs we're super comfy and the shower was AMAZING.

The staff and the front desk was amazing. However, the hotel itself was so disappointing. It was dirty. There was roaches in the room. The bed had stained the chairs and the tables. It was absolutely disgusting. The only reason I gave this place to two star was because the staffing was amazing.

This place was ok, it smelled like pot whenever we opened the door and we don’t smoke. There were 2 large roaches that appeared on the 2nd night and the bed made noises. I would most likely not stay there again.

for a low price. Place may be less safe then others in the area because room axcess is NOT from an interior corridor. This is a very old, drafty building that has had a cosmetic remodel. New fixtures, new floor tile, and a new coat of paint. But the floor was noteably uneven, with a big sag in the middle. New improvements are already showing wear. Room was provided with 2 thread bare towels. Over all, a great value, but not someplace i would choose for a longer stay.

This was a crack house! My room wreaked of weed I was almost him by a women tweaking from meth walking outside my hotel room and cockroaches were freely walking the walls. I was thrilled to be leaving

They have a roach infestation. Woke up around 2 am to use the restroom and there was a large roach crawling on the shower wall. When we got up for the morning another smaller roach was on the sink. The bathroom floor was dirty, especially around the baseboards. Previous reviews say pest control comes weekly but I find that hard to believe. Im trying to upload photos of the roach on the sink but its not working from my phone.

We've stayed here 3 yrs in a row on our way to FL. Like that its convenient to interstate and several places to eat. Also that it takes pets which is great. This is the first time we've not been happy. When we got to our room the door was open, walked in and was hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. Very heavy. Its a no smoking facility so why do people not follow the rules. Asked for another room. It was much better smell wise. Went to use the tv remite and someone had stolen the batteries! Most of these issues are the people using the rooms not the establishment but this room did have some mold in the shower and a dead bug which should not be there if cleaned good.

Room was dirty. Cigarette burns on all the furniture, broken vanity, a blood stained, smelly comforter. We left early! Unfortunately we couldn’t get another hotel in the area, because there was an event.

Our room literally didn’t lock, the place was crawling with roaches and I was too scared to take a shower because it was obvious no actual cleaning had occurred. The staff were super nice but everything else was horrific .

Room was not available so I did opt for a handicap room, the room had been smoked in burn spots on the furniture shower had a leak in the head floors had no carpet completely completely concrete front door had an air gap in it room was if it was clean not properly clean I guess I’m used to staying in an upgraded hotel such as a Hilton or Marriott just wasn’t up to my standards

The shower has mold in it and the shelf for soap/ shampoo was broke off the showerwall no where to set soaps, the air-conditioning in the sitting area was disabled.

We arrived on a Friday late afternoon. We were on 1st floor. There was no carpet, the tables and nightstand has some aticky resisue on them. I cleaned them off. There was a phone, but it want hooked up. It was pretty clean for the most part. The beds were very comfortable! The ac unit worked. Dint get to sleep much because of all the syreet noise! Sirens constantly going off all night. We finally put white noise on the tv to drown out the traffic noise but then the tv brightness lit up the room! Lol we left at 11am to go meet up with my son for the day and we returned back around midnight. We were getting ready for bed and found roaches crawling on the wall around our bed pillows! I went to the office to let them know n was offered another room. We did go to another room in another building but was put on 2nd floor. It was a nicer room, it had flooring. However, the tv was now little! But we were sleepy and tired. I dropped something on the floor n had to use my phone flashlight to see to pick it up and there were roaches that scattered! We wasnt offered any refund either. As i would've gone to a different hotel for the night. However, there was No traffic noise heard on the back side of the building! I would not stay here again. But the staff was friendly and tried accommodating. They said it was treated every Tuesday for pest control.

We had to change rooms. The first room we had was obviously not cleaned. The toilet was filthy, there were bugs in the shower, pubic hairs on the counter and in the sink, the bed was dirty, and the phone didn't work for me to call the front desk. I had to walk down to ask for another room, walk back to get my bag out of the room, walk back to the front desk again toget another key for a different room. The girl at the front desk assigned me a new room with no attitude or trouble. The second room was better but there were still bugs in the shower. It may not have been a 5 star hotel, but the rooms could till clean before they are rented out for a stay.

Located in a bad area- concrete floors- cockroaches everywhere when we walked in the room. The place looked more like a rent by the hour place. We had to leave, we walked the second we saw the cockroaches

Awful. Straight effing awful. Chose to stay here bc it was rated well on hotels.com. It was trash. There were roaches. There was mold. There was a toilet that wobbled when you sat down. There was dirty stains on sheets. There was a fat crack from where the door didn’t meet the floor. We deadlocked the door and put a chair in front of the door.We were traveling on a budget and couldn’t afford to go did something else. It was non refundable so we got the sleep we needed. We didn’t let our children on the ground and gtfo as fast as we could.

The lobby staff was very friendly. The maintenance man who came to open our door with a crowbar was very prompt and friendly. There was a dead cockroach on the floor under the nightstand. The shower room looked unclean so we didn’t use it.

As a motel, it's pretty decent inside, but wish the outside could be power washed every once & a while.

Overall, a pleasant stay, however, the shower door was hard to close and you need to provide a non-slip mat for the shower floor to prevent slipping while taking a shower.

We immediately checked out and they did give us a refund. Needs bug spray and a construction crew.

Only stayed the night but it wasn't bad for the price. Bed is comfy was where the pillows. No free breakfast like it says.
