So from now on when I visit the area I will NOT be staying there.

My stay was one of the worst and I travel and stay in motels frequently. There were numerous holes in walls, there was sauce or something above the bed on the ceiling that dropped on me at one point. Dirt on walls, the shower made me wish i had shower shoes with me.I was so irritated with it I asked if I could be refunded and was told NO do to purchase on Expedia and not direct. That is why I immediately made a review on YELP!

The room was gross, it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Cobb webs in the corners, sticky stuff on the bathroom sink, white paint on the bed linens. The Tv only stayed on 1 channel and the volume didn’t work. The room was freezing when we got there. Had to turn the heat on ( sorry but if we booked a room they should have turn the heat on at best 65° before we arrived. Half of the outlets didn’t work.

Staff was great, and very helpful. The room was okay, but the sheets had stains on them and the sink was clogged. Other than that it wasn’t horrible.

The room was clean but had many small things that needed repair. Toilet seat wobbled - only one of the screws held it in place. One chair had a loose arm. There was a small hole in the bedding blanket. The plug for the hairdryer was loose & missing a piece of plastic from the circuit breaker. They claimed to provide breakfast. They had coffee, hot water for tea, juice but only granola bars.

Well it was a one nite stay.

Ideal location for a mid drive stop.. front staff was top shelf and very helpful. There was some signs thatlike most chain motels somebody was starting to out profits into their pocket and not into infrastructure and by removing the breakfast despite still advertising it...leaving front line staff to deal with grumpy travellers

Booked non-smoking room and bedsheets had cigarette burns. Smoke could be smelled as soon as you entered the room. The mattresses were sunk which affected quality of sleep. The toilet got clogged and had to call maintenance on the very first day (maintenance resolved the issue right away).The room had several roaches. We had to buy cleaning supplies to mop the floor because the floor was sticky even after housekeeping moped. The microwave was old and looked dirty or burned but worked. The mini fridge was also old and worked but the top freezer needed to be defrosted and it burned some of my food items. At time of booking it said breakfast included and during check-in I was informed that breakfast was coffee and a granola bar only. No problem with staff, they were courteous. The area was very quiet no issues with others next door.

TV was not working. Dead telephone, only one electric plug available for charging. Bathroom toilet paper broken. Additionally, hotel didn't serve breakfast.

The room smelled like garlic and farts. Everything was dirty. There was black mold and a hole in the ceiling in the shower. Went to the manager. And then we left. I drove from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 in the morning to get home

The room is in need of repair. Paint on the wall was chipping. Floor might have been swept but not washed. Bed has access holes for small pets such as cats, to crawl into and hide. Breakfast is only coffee and a granola bar. Not even enough to be considered a continental breakfast. I was expecting at least a muffin and a tea. There was a roach of some type in the room. The Staff was very friendly and helpful though.

The front desk staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My room was okay. A little dirty (used cottonball on the floor by the bed, a little grunge on the sink counter). My daughter’s room was disgusting. There were burn holes on the bedspread, a hole in the ceiling that had tape over it, the bathroom light/fan was also taped up and was very noisy until it eventually stopped working altogether. The curtains were held together by safety pins. There’s construction going on in front of the hotel which isn’t their fault, but it made getting in and out a bit sketchy. Breakfast consisted of coffee, powdered creamer, sugar, and chewy granola bars.

Everything about the hotel was gross. Bad bathroom, bed mattress, tv and floors. I'll never stay in a super 8 again.

The bed and bedding were covered in burn holes. The chair in the room was also vovered in burn holes. The smell when we walked in was awful smelled like sewer and mold. Opened the bathroom door and the shower was covered in black mold. The towels in the bathroom were full of hair and mold. When we asked for a different room we were told there were none available so we asked for a refund and was told the room was non refundable. Also the lady at check in was very rude and high. Upon leaving the 2 staff members we encountered were very nice.

The room was in bad condition. It had two holes in the walls. The toilet had been replaced and the floor was disgusting around it. The breakfast was only a granola bar and coffee, nothing else. Did not even have cream for the coffee. The A/C did work great and the staff was very nice.

The staff were friendly for the most part. Clerk was not as friendly once i asked to be moved to a different room at check in. She stated I was being given the employee room and just found that odd. So I asked for another room. The room itself was good size. The floors left your feet black. Kinda gross. One of the beds had a medal rod sticking out from the side. Hurt like hell if you hit it getting out of the bed. Exterior sidewalks need a deep cleaning. Lobby basic with no functionality. Not inviting at all. The property is older but should invest in their appearances. If the lobby looks outdated and dirty first impressions are everything so we assume the rooms aren’t much better. I would stay here again however it would be nice to see a personal touch or character about the property that stands out and makes folks remember this motel. Only thing I’ll remember is the awkwardness of the desk clerk. Also please unclog the drains in the shower. I took a shower however felt like a bath due to the tub drained so slow. Had to shut the water off to avoid overfilling the tub. Curb appeal isn’t something this property is known for. Online advertises a swimming pool but that was removed eight years ago according to one of the employees. Should update online. Hotel built next door is seriously was to close for comfortable parking if you park by your room. Invest in your property and guests will come back and repeat over and over. Show some personality. Your investment will reward you.

Our room was literally nasty and dirty. Everything had spots on it from I presume previous guests and the bathroom was covered in black mold. Back of the bathroom door covered in brown splatters. Toilet not cleaned when we checked in. Didn't even use the shower because of the mold. Slept in a sleeping bag on the bed because I was scared to let my skin touch the bed. Cheap cost but clearly skimping on basic cleaning between guests.

There was dog poop stuck to the floor in the closet. The drain was clogged with hair and if you didn’t lock the door as soon as you pushed it closed it would open again. There was not a continental breakfast like stated

Toilet seat needed to be repaired. Bathroom water fixtures coming apart needing repair. Suggest you get a maintenance man or fire the one you have.

The staff was nice, and friendly. When I made it to my room I can tell the floors have not been mopped. The bathroom door, the floor, toilet was nasty. Good thing I always keep me some clorox clean up in the car. When I woke up it was two roaches behind the toilet. At that point I got my stuff together, and left.

Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Room smelled nasty. No parking near our room, had to park on the other side of the motel.

the stay would have been ok of housekeeping had taken care of our room while visiting family. I have never stayed anywhere that the room was not cleaned and items like towels were replaced and bed made by staff while room was not occupied by us. I have stayed weeks on the road working and not ever had this problem. thanks to the person manning the front desk we were able to get towels and other items needed that I was allowed to get myself. Very poor housekeeping there.

A hotel is meant mostly for sleep. That's its main purpose.. the beds are ao uncomfortable.. sleeping was not an option

Staff was extremely rude 5/23, was immediately rude and yelled for me to “just give her a second” bc she was sitting on the phone on hold when I walked in the door to check in . Then began to interrogate me on how many people were “actually” staying in my room since my rental car was a mini van ! Definitely will NEVER stay here again .

This this hotel was literally the worst hotel I've ever been. It was a nightmare to be exact. The shower didn't have a curtain and there was mold around the whole entire shower area. The floors were dirty. There was blood on the floor still there. The room was supposed to be Non-smoking, yet there were cigarette burns all over the top sheet of the bed. This place should be condemned. There are knocks on my door at 3 AM in the morning and police were very busy throughout tonight in this hotel. If you want a nightmare, then book a room in this hotel. I didn't really wanna take photos, because I just wanted to get the hell out of there. I had maybe an hour sleep. Do not book a room here do not stay here. Don't even think about it. I can't believe Expedia would allow this type of a hotel on there website.. if i don’t receive a FULL REFUND from Expedia, then i will have my attorney draw up a lawsuit against Expedia for putting me in harms way!!!!!!

Bad- Smell: The first room we checked into smelled like cigarettes really badly, so we asked to change rooms. The second room also smelled very badly of cigarettes but not quite as bad as the first so we just stayed there as it would've been very expensive to get another hotel that short of notice. The smell was terrible even though these rooms were supposed to be non-smoking rooms. We bought Ozium to spray but that didn't even help which tells you how bad it was. The smoke was soaked into the paintings in the room and the walls so there was nothing to do to try and rid the smell. Cleanliness: The floors of the rooms have never been mopped- they had stuff on them and if you wiped any part of the floor the rag would be black, it was disgusting. The bed skirts look like they have never been washed and have stains all over them, same for the cover sheet that goes on top of the bed (we just completely removed that). The bathroom was decent, but you could tell the vent, behind the toilet, and some of the hardware hasn't been cleaned in awhile. Overall: Would not recommend staying here. Pay the extra $15 a night to stay some place cleaner. I travel every weekend for business and try to book the cheapest but cleanest place based on reviews. I messed up with this.

Front desk and room service were really friendly. It was quiet and clean in the perfect designated area for in and out of town traveling, dining and activites. We will defenitly be returning to Super 8 by Windham at East Ridge.

Stopped over on our way from MI to FL. Friendly service, quick check in. Room, tabletops, and beds were clean. Bathroom floor looked dirty and the toilet paper holder was broken so the roll kept falling on the floor. Breakfast had something for each of my kids that they were willing to eat, and my kids are picky! I do wish they had had another fruit choice other than fruit cocktail cups. Fresh bananas, maybe, or even pears or mandarin orange cups? But it worked really well for an overnight pit stop while traveling.

The reviews are completely false. The floors have visible dirt. The bedside lamp has what appears to be blood spatter. The bed comforter had mystery matter on the upper portion, near the top. The lamp has unknown matter aroumd the buttons. The TV remote is missing batter cover. The roomsmells of cigarettes.

The place was kinda ran down and I guess we had a smoking room. It smelt horrible. The towels and wash cloths need to be replaced. Beds were hard and uncomfortable and definitely old. They did allow pets but you had better watch where you and your pet stepped. The entire surrounding area was piles of Pooh.

Please change information, from breakfast to continental breakast, I dont think I've ever had a worse breakfast, everything was the cheapest food they could find, and the milk ws set out at room temp!

We are on our honeymoon and we booked a non smoking room which we did get, but they have a non smoking room above a smoking room so our room smelled heavily of smoke. The room was dirty, stuff was falling off the walls. It was not a great experience at all. We ended up staying at a different hotel because the smell of smoke was so bad and we are traveling with a baby. Front desk staff was great but management was MIA and seemingly couldn't be bothered with any of this. We asked for a refund and they said they will give the paperwork to management which hasn't gotten back to us at all.

The staff was friendly, however, when we pulled up, there were 3 police cars outside arresting a man. When we got into our room, we noticed burn marks in the bedspread and the bathroom was disgusting!! It looked like someone smeared feces on the side of the shower in from of the tub that was obviously not cleaned up. The whirlpool tub and shower could have used a good scrubbing and the drain stopper for the tub was all rusted.

Front desk staff was very nice and helped with food recommendations. Very convenient location while traveling. Worked perfectly for a place to sleep for the night as we traveled through for a lot less than the hotel next door.

It was a little dirty, like everything was washed but maybe their lent trap isn’t working or something because there were hairs. I did like the microwave and fridge in the room, big TV, and bed. The area was well lit and police made some rounds, so I at least felt safe and like my car wouldn’t get broken into. I would not suggest it if you’re a clean freak, but it’s not bad for the price.

We booked a non-smoking room, but our room smelled of cigarette smoke and when we closed the door to the room roaches crawled out from under the AC unit. We ended up cancelling our stay and found a new hotel. I will say the staff was extremely helpful and understanding.

I have never stayed at a worst motel. The room said no smoking but everything reeked of heavy smoke. The bathroom was dirty. If I bring bed bugs home, I will be pissed. We left a day early. I do not recommend this motel to anyone.

The hotel wasn't terrible and I love how housekeeping made sure we had fresh towels the next day. The shower was completely open and the whole floor was wet. It was not the best. The front desk service was awesome. Our card had to be fixed twice.

The bathroom had mold all around the tub and shower. The parking lot of the building ws a bunch of pot holes. The parking lot seemed to be roped off for some reason. When i got our of my car to walk in to check in i seriously wnderdd if this place was open or had been shut down. The paint was old and even the sign was coming apart. This was a terrible experience.

When we arrived and I was inspecting the room, the sheets were dirty. When we woke up, there were German cockroaches crawling on the walls…right above my 1 and 2 year olds pack and play. While we were packing to leave, found several more roaches. Would not recommend this hotel. It would be better to spend money on a better hotel and not having to clean all your belongings.

I had no idea the motel is under renovation. Stairwells are delapidated. It smelledl like pot as soon as we walked in to our "non smoking" room. Icing on the cake was when I realized after I left the motel, I had what I'm assuming bed bug bites, under my chin, chest and around my wrist. The welts didn't develop until I scratched at them. One night.

This is hands down the WORST Red Roof that I have ever stayed in. I did not even partake in the breakfast because the place was so gross. NEVER... NEVER AGAIN! I have several pictures but it will not let me add them! Ugh!

I've stayed at this motel twice in 10 days, traveling to and from vacation destination. I wish I hadn't prepaid, because tis is the worst motel I've ever experienced. It's dirty, the staff is incompetent, the "free breakfast" is a joke. I actually feel that $65 is a rip off.

The tub had mold around it. Now, let's talk about their free "breakfast". A selection of 3 cold cereals, packs of instant oatmeal, granola bars and stale bread to make toast. That's it. The coffee was the only solid performer. The area is as sketchy as the hotel.
