There is something else going on here beside being a hotel. Seems like it's a long-term shelter or something. Gross. Shouldn't even be listed on Hotels.com.
- 4/5
Close to airport.
- 5/5
The beds were comfortable. Walls are thick, we didn't hear anybody during our stay. The pool was nice, a little cool, but nice for the kids. The wifi was spoty and only worked about 50% of the time. The air conditioner did work which was great cause it definitely was warmer than we anticipated.

Would not recommend at all.

There was a dirty sock left in kitchen area. A medicine like container was left in the ice bucket that said bee pollen. I do not think that it was bee pollen. I did not touch. Left it there. Chair in room ripped and not useable. Tilted to one side. Bathroom door did not shut properly. Overall poor condition.
- 2/5
Place wasn’t bad at all just poor night staff very rude and i didn’t like the fact that people live in the hotel that are homeless guest were leaving in and out naked in their undies and playing loud music late at night

The price. The internet was not working, and me as a guess, should not have to call the company in order to activate service. Also, the hotel lost power 3xs in one day, which is very annoying. The room had no amenities , no coffee , no soap , no dishes , no cups.
- 3/5
The property was clean enough , but they were still cleaning at 6pm when we checked in? So was a bit noisy. I should not include free breakfast in there in description. . At the very least , if you're going to say that then include something more than a prewrapped stale muffin . There was only grits to choose from no milk.No juice, no fruit, no creamer. For the coffee well, there was, but what came out of it, I wasn't going to drink. and the coffee was absolutely gross. So stale muffin and a gross black cup coffee is constituted as breakfast.I don't think the description is accurate if you're just looking for a place to sleep , it's fine.

Hotel stunk like smoke as soon as you walked in the lobby rooms smelled horrible. Rooms were dirty, torn furniture, dirty walls, no shower amenities. Overall experience was terrible. Would not recommend staying here.
- 1/5
Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was only packets of instant grits and stale blueberry muffins. Room had no working smoke detector, dirty pillow cases, pieces of baseboards peeling off, no toiletries. Pool had an overwhelming chlorine smell as soon as you walk in. Glass in the parking lot and drug addicts loitering everywhere
- 0.5/5
I asked for cancellation because if surgery, they denied and kept on saying no confirmation was received from booking. Com but they sent confirmation. They were very rude for cancellation
- 0.5/5
Nothing. The hot tub did not exist, the WiFi only worked sometimes, the ice machines seemed to have been removed. The breakfast was just muffins and coffee.
- 3/5
Location good next to airport . Safe area of town.
- 5/5
Stayed just one night, price was very reasonable. Had to leave early, so didn't get a chance to see the breakfast options, may be next time if we come in town will try to book again.
- 1/5
Air conditioner system was broke
- 1/5
Poor service.
- 1/5
It was mentioned that internet is free. But it was not working. The hotel charged for the advanced internet.
- 4/5
I liked the fact that it had a kitchenette if I wanted to cook my own meals. It was rather chilly when we were there and there was no carpet or rugs on the floor so my feet stayed cold. Otherwise it was a good stay. I would recommend it.
- 3/5
My room looked as if (they) the motel took out one of the beds. The room looked empty and cheap to me. Also, I saw that they (the motel) painted a small part of the wall. However, the paint they used did not match the original paint.
- 4/5
It was clean, the staff was nice and I can't complain.
- 1/5
We did not receive the room we reserved. Had to purchase a roll bed. Property was damaged. Plastic bag was our over smoke detector. Generally smelled like marijuana.
- 3/5
I knew this was close to the airport, but the planes were SO loud. The sink in the kitchen area, would suddenly starting bubbling very loud, and continue for 2-3 minutes each time. We were not using it at all during our overnight stay. There were people a couple rooms down from us that had a dog that would bark. The person who checked us in was polite and fast, however he never said anything about the amenities or that there was "breakfast" in the morning. We noticed that as we were leaving.

Nothing. The first thing you recieve is the hotel services staff (Harry) screaming and tell you that he canceled your reservation and that the hitel is full and now you have to another hotel that he has arrange. The second it was very dirty and it had a bad smell. We couldn’t past more of than the lobby since the hotel staff canceled our reservation to give it to other people

During the third incident, I asked one of the attending officers what was happening and was informed that the property is being used as emergency housing for individuals in crisis. While I understand and respect the importance of providing emergency accommodations, this information was never disclosed when booking the hotel. Throughout the stay, I witnessed open drug use in the parking lot and ongoing disturbances that made me feel very unsafe as a paying guest. The overall atmosphere was stressful and unsettling rather than welcoming or secure. This property may be suitable for some travelers, but based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable staying here again or recommending it to others who are expecting a typical hotel environment focused on guest comfort and safety.
- 3/5
Alright just a little out dated and seems. Needed better up keep. With rugs, windows and mirrors.
- 3/5
Room has some curry smell. Water pressure on the shower head is weak. Breakfast is just coffee cake oatmeal with power bar.
- 3/5
Somethings were very well used, no shampoo, conditioner in the rooms. Not much sound proofing.
- 3/5
Ok
- 2/5
The room was gross and there was layers of dust and crusted floors, dust layers on the shelves in the bathroom with other people’s things that had been left there. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and toilet wouldn’t flush, maintenance didn’t come for our two day stay after the desk man said he would send them.

The bed was large (King) and comfortable. Room was large, spacey, and clean. Shower was nice and water was hot. The towels in the bathroom were on the small size. The heater/air conditioner controls did not work - I had to unplug from the wall because it got to cold and I could not adjust it. Not many good tv channel choices. No ice machine/buckets (I understand this is a hotel for extended stays and you have your own freezer, but for short stays, ice should still be offered), No airport shuttle!

The ice machine had no ice. The tub did not have a stopper so that we can soak or relax after a long travel period. The staff themselves were kind, courteous and helpful once asked. I have a feeling they are doing the best they can with what they have. Location is fabulous for train and airport traveling. If planes going will deter your sleeping, avoid this area. I did t think it was bad but I could understand how it might not work for others. We did however not stay again and booked a different hotel for our second night because of the dirtiness. Cannot say I’d recommend to anyone.

A homeless shelter.

The one elevator is UNEXCEPTABLE! The breakfast offering is inadequate. No carpet in rooms is uncomfortable. A full kitchen with NO UTENSILS. The “hotel” is more like a HOSTEL! NEVER AGAIN!
- 1/5
The room was disgusting. There was balls of hair in multiple areas of the room, false eye lashes on the floor near the bed, the bathtub was dirty with no handle to turn on the shower, garbage was piled up on the side of the bathroom vanity. By far the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. I would not recommend this stay to anyone. Our brand new white socks were stained after 1 hour in the room. The smoke detector was covered in a garbage bag
- 5/5
I've been trying to book 2 nights, but for some reason they it wont let me book any stays shorter than 2 weeks. Thats never happened before and im super disappointed.
- 5/5
The room was great
- 4/5
Spent a few days here. I liked the room--had a small kitchen, but no table. The staff was ALWAYS cleaning, which was cool. There were some weird people hanging out, with their bare feet on the furniture in the lobby. Location is kind of separated. Not walkable, except to a Timmies. Would stay again.
- 1/5
The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The bath tub/shower was dirty… hair and clipped off finger/toe nails on the counter/floor. Also, the handle on the kitchen sink was broken and useless until I figured out what was wrong.
- 3/5
Room was okay, shows signs of aging. Staff was smoking in their laundry room.
- 2/5
Was not clean at all/ Staff was not nice ot helpful. Said a continental breakfast with all they had was coffee and instant oatmeal.
- 5/5

- 2/5
We checked in late in the evening, almost 10 and I was glad to see someone actively sitting at the desk ready to help us out. I was less encouraged when he had a few bouts of coughs and didn't bother coughing away. He instead, coughed straight into his hands while handling my ID and payment method. Awesome, I love handling some random dude's bodily fluids, sprayed all over my ID. The visit then went downhill when we got to our room I paid for a room with a king bed, the room we were given had two queens. That was quickly overshadowed by how incredibly beat up the room was. The walls were absolutely filthy with all kinds of stuff very clearly left from previous guests. The walls had so much patchwork and drywall repair it almost looks like they'd be better off just tearing it all down and doing new sheetrock. The subfloor beneath the tub was on its way out so just standing in the tub (which was heavily stained and needs replaced/relined) caused these incredibly loud creaks and moans from the floor. There was a thermostat recently installed in our room and the reason I could tell was because the drywall dust from drilling into the wall was left on the floor.
- 2/5
Room was dirty, bathtub and sink were disgustingly.
- 4/5
The furniture was fine. So as the kitchen equipment (microwave, refrigerator). The TV was old and the remote was missing. The floor wasn't swept prior to our entry (we even saw toenails on the floor). The free breakfast was underwhelming (coffee, package muffins, snack bars).
- 4/5
Would definitely stay again!
- 3/5
No extras. Breakfast was disappointing
- 1/5
No signage on the building exterior to indicate I was in the right place. The kitchen had a fridge, microwave and sink but no supplies. I had to ask for them, and received one fork, spoon, plate, etc. I requested a coffee pot but they had none, so I had to go out and buy one, along with my own sponge, soap and towels. Housekeeping upon request only but they didn't tell me that so after the third night I had to ask the front desk. Breakfast was a prepackaged muffin or granola bar. Not a place I'll return to.
- 5/5
Heat works great. Could use a better ashtray for outside smokers. Something bigger by a chair. Could drop the price of kitchen items by a dollar would be nicer. Needs 24/7 access to coffee.
- 3/5

It was average but looked like the housekeeper spot cleans. The shower had smudge marks and the toilet had to be wiped down. The floor needed to be swept.
- 5/5
Clean comfy beautiful room!
- 3/5
Room generally clean and staff was courteous - no issues. Gym equipment very worn; treadmill not functional. Staff cleaned room and left no soap. Room keys stopped working all at once one evening. Airport morning/day/evening noise was expected, but clientele were a constant source of loud noise every night. Room heater did not work; after I reset the breaker, the heater motor squealed while the heater fan was on. General smell of cannabis in the air.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly!
- 5/5
La habitación es grande. No hay utensilios de cocina o cafetera pero es algo que fácil de pide al frente. El lugar es silencioso y fácil de llegar a cualquier parte
- 3/5
The area was pretty nice, a little loud here and there since it’s near the airport. The staff was kind of nonexistent. The room had its issues like a lumpy flooring near the window. If you’re exploring Buffalo and the surrounding areas, everything is within driving distance. Within the last two nights of our vacation I got bite by two spiders. Yes there were spider webs that we had to clean up our first night. The wifi was working unless you leave then when you try to sign in to use it, you have to call IT to get it fix. Who wants to call IT during a vacation? Overall if you’re looking for a place to stay and not worried about minor things then this is your spot.
- 4/5
Good place, clean & employees are very polite but forget about the food. Breakfast is just coffee & snacks. Other than that very nice place.
- 1/5
I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The service quality was below expectations — staff were often unresponsive and seemed uninterested in helping guests. The room was not properly cleaned,

Clean room. No supplies, shampoo and conditioner in room.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 3/5
Room and facility were very clean. We stayed 9 nights but it was an additional charge for any housekeeping services. Staff was difficult to communicate with but generally helpful.Extended stay room was equipped with full size refrigerator and 2 burner induction cook top. The microwave was placed so high that as a 5ft 3in tall female, I could barely reach to place an item in center on bottom. Kitchen sink had no garbage disposal. There was no dishwasher. There were no kitchen utensils provided, not a plate, glass fork or paper towel. They were available for an additional charge. There was no hand hold in shower and no shampoo or conditioner was provided. The smoke detector in the room had the batteries removed. We made the best of our stay and it was a good price.

The hotel is within the fly zone of Buffalo Niagara airport with no special windows to mute the sound of jets taking off or landing. The room was dirty, particularly the bathroom. Worst free breakfast ever. Coffee, tiny prepackaged muffins, and oatmeal packets to mix with hot water.

Slow, inattentive desk service. Noisy room, right next to ice machine. No wash cloths for shower. Breakfast surpassingly stingy.

Best Extended Stay America I’ve stayed in. Will continue to use it on future trips to Buffalo to visit family.
- 3/5
Coffee was only out only during the morning.
- 2/5
Room was dirty and the heat did not work
- 3/5
Kitchen sink drain not clean. The microwave was so dirty I refused to use it. The sheet covering the mattress was stained with a big reddish pink stain. ( not the fitted sheet)
- 1/5
Tried to put me in a dirty room. Then despite my telling them I was on a time crunch took forever to get me into a clean one.
- 3/5
It’s near the airport so it’s pretty loud with the plane taking off and going
- 4/5
Nice place. Close to restaurants.
- 1/5
I've been at thousands of hotels over the years. Too much travel for work. Going to Buffalo for a family member's funeral. Didn't need much or expect much. This, by far, was the dirtiest and most run-down hotel I've been in. Hair all over the floor from past guests. Walls had holes and were unpainted. If it wasn't for the funeral and not wanting to search for another place, I would have. The Exercise room... EVERY machine was broken. Breakfast... coffee and a wrapped muffin. I don't know how it obtained such positive reviews. I'll have to think twice with Expedia going forward.
- 2/5
It was very noisy right beside the airport
- 5/5
Safe
- 4/5
Wasn’t spectacular wasn’t awful. The room was clean enough, the bed was comfortable, and I was able to have my dogs there. My room did smell like smoke which was kinda grossing me out, but overall it was a decent place to stay.
- 5/5
Limited breakfast. Good for family stay.
- 1/5
As a 30 yo single woman, i felt unsecure. Room was disappointing- smelled like cigerettes. I tried to stay but it was bad so i left and went to my uncle's house and slept on his coach.
- 2/5
Now for the NOISE! OMG. Someone slamming doors all hours of the night and a man screaming in the next room all hours of the night
- 3/5
Dirty bathtub Breakfeast very limited (muffin, granola bar, coffee)
- 5/5
Oddities: No shampoo?! Full kitchen in the room but no little table to eat. Maybe I’m nitpicking but I had to mime the word shampoo at the front desk and they gave me some sort of soap bar.
- 2/5
Not a place I would ever stay at again. The room was clean upon arrival. The bed was comfortable. There was No schedule for the TV. The Thermastat and heater/cooler did not work, so we were given extra blankets (not already in the room). The bathroom sink was VERY Slow to drain. The shower, Little to hardly any water pressure out of the shower head (Women, you'll be in there awhile if washing your long hair). There was mold umder a lip beyween the bath tub and the shower wall. We were never asked if we wamted our room cleaned or New towels, etc. Instead we had to get new towels. Now I understand why our sleeping accomodations were so cheap.
- 4/5
Room was clean. There was vomit on the stairs (2-story building). I informed them of it upon my arrival on a Thursday and when I left the following Tuesday, it was still there.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 1/5
I've stayed at many hotels in my travels, and this by far was the dirtiest, loudest, smelliest hotel I ever went to. While complaining to the staff, two other families came up to complain as well. Room looked as if it was never cleaned. Dirty floors, sticky counters, actual gum stuck to the wall, something was splattered in the other wall, dirty mirrors and dirty toilet and shower. I literally slept with the lights on because I was waiting for bugs to come out of hiding. The staff made promises about getting someone to clean room, and for two days... never did. Was actually over charged as well and won't get a call back.
- 1/5
Thank, Mr. Cornel Day
- 4/5
There are no signs on the building at all, which is confusing. Absolutely nothing fancy about the accommodations but everything worked fine. The bed was comfortable enough while the pillows were a bit lumpy. There was plenty of hot water though the sink drained slowly. The breakfast was cheap. They went to Costco or someplace to purchase boxes of small muffins. Well, ok, you get what you paid for.
- 3/5
That's it.
- 3/5
No toiletries left in the room, we had to go ask.
- 3/5
Breakfast was terrible it was so noisy we couldn’t sleep very well won’t be staying there again

- 3/5
Room wasn't super clean. Tub was dinghy. Microwave was nasty with splatters. Kichen sink area was stained. Breakfast was very limited.
- 3/5
Convenient location
- 3/5
I don't like anything about this property. I would not stay there again.
- 1/5
It was terribly, not even a smoke detector in my room. It took days to place one in my room. Bathroom toilet had mold in it. And the safe was broke or stolen and missing parts. And no working exhaust fan in my bathroom and shower floor had mold on it. I complained to staff and got lipped service!
- 5/5
Facilities were very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The washroom was a little bit old ( didnt look as newly renovated as the rest of the room) but it was clean so no complaints. My only gripe is that the grab and go breakfast was not very good. All they had were muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal and coffee/tea
- 1/5
Not a clean hotel. The hallways stunk of dope smoke. The night manager got into a shouting match with a patron.
- 4/5
Had a great time, room was perfect but breakfast is very bad. It’s just muffins and granola bars and coffee. Online it said breakfast is included so we did not buy breakfast food and then found out how bad the breakfast bar is.
- 1/5
The water from the toilet was coming up through the tub.. it was horrible and I don’t even get to take a shower wen leaving…..
- 4/5
I really only needed a place to sleep but I had some bad leg cramps and normally I’d grab a warm bath to fix things but there was no way to close the drain. The bathtub was pretty stained too.
- 1/5
It was the worst hotel I had ever stayed. The bathroom was not cleaned, the tub was black. The hallway was had smoke smell. Please do not book this hotel. Big mistake.
- 4/5
Overall, this hotel was a good experience. I was in town for a short trip. My only complaint was the entry way for the room smelled of smoke, but the rest of the room was fine.
- 2/5
The shower did not work— no water. I have never seen such an omission in a hotel room. I won’t return.
- 1/5
This location was dirty, not kept up, outdated and not please. The “breakfest” was coffee and bag of oatmeal. The rooms weren’t fully cleaned, just not happy
- 3/5
The tub was filthy hair all over in the shower.
- 5/5
So this hotel is by the airport so that means you will hear noise at night , I didn’t mind . Good area no weird stuff going on . Don’t expect a 5 star hotel , it’s a afford spot to save money
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Very handy to the airport. All the conveniences were appreciated. Reception staff were helpful.
- 1/5
I was not pleased with the service. Our room key wouldn’t work, therefore we could only leave the room one at a time. We expressed the door was messed up and they made it an issue to move us to a different room. It should’ve never been a hassle, seeing how I was a paying customer and was inconvenienced. They treated me as if they were doing ME a favor when they finally moved us to another room. I’m not pleased at ALL.
- 2/5
Also come to find out that there is no airport shuttle service and long term parking is extra!! Which we call Extended Stay about before booking and was assured that these services were available but is not! And Expedia did not list on the booking either. All in all room is adequate.
- 1/5
Host that checked us in could understand very little of what we said or asked making questions hard to get answers. Smoke detector bad been removed from our room. Drag racing on the street outside after midnight. People yelling their conversation in the hallway at 1:00 in the morning. Airplanes landing every 15 minutes directly above the hotel. Did not get a wink of sleep the entire night.
- 1/5
Place smelled like curry NASTY
- 3/5
Small room kitchen was good which reduced total room
- 5/5
Good stay
- 2/5
I left early and he tried to charge me a late leaving fee. Airport noise was insane. No breakfast. Just danish and coffee. No cream.
- 3/5
The airport is in the area and from 5am you here the plane right nexts to you till like 11 am,o breakfast at all only coffee and little kids in the front desk running around
- 2/5
Toilet bowel very dirty. Very stinky in the room overall.
- 5/5
Good place to stay for the price. A couple of things in the room didn't work properly (bed lamp switch broken, shower knob was partially missing). Otherwise, it was clean and spacious. Really close to the airport.
- 3/5
King bed was very comfortable, for pricing they need to do a few things to make the place people want to stay. There were. No glasses to get a drink of water, no bath soap or shampoo in room. No microwave, no coffee, for a room with a huge kitchen no table or chairs , blow dryer didn’t work. The breakfast small muffin, packages of oatmeal (no milk) only flavored creamer. The area big enough for a normal hotel breakfast. All in all it served our purpose for a short stay but could be so much better with just a little effort. Also pet fee is high!
- 4/5
We are happy with the cleanliness of the room and toilet. The kitchen amenities are a plus. We are just disappointed with the wifi as it is unavailable on our 2nd and last day. The staff are not as helpful with our request for access. At this day and age, internet access is a must for hotel stays an is part of what we have paid for. Please try to improve this service.
- 3/5
Staff was really helpful - AC in room didn’t work which made sleepy uncomfortable.
- 2/5
Room and around entrance smelled like cigarette smoke every day. I will never come back. Breakfast 2 out of 10. Cheapest packaged foods, coffee was out several times. No real creamers, just liquid pump (Coffee-Mate?)
- 2/5
Not good too old and no fresh breakfast
- 3/5
Only one elevator way at the other end of the corridor. The entrances reeked of weed. The carpet at the entrances needs a good vacuum. The blow dryer never worked and was never replaced. The clock/alarm never worked and never replaced in the 5 days I stayed there. I was told to put the dirty towels outside my door for pickup which were still there after 4 days. Garbage can at the end of the hall was overflowing so I had nowhere to empty my wastebaskets. Obviously they're very understaffed. Being from out of town now I know I will never stay at Extended Stay of America anywhere !
- 1/5
The beds were not queen size no toileteries AC didn’t work
- 3/5
You can hear every foot step and conversation outside your room and above you. When we arrived the police were there (3 of them) dealing with what sounded like someone attempted to live in a room and the hotel wanted them out. I would not recommended.
- 5/5
Liked everyone and friendly staff
- 1/5
Ants in the room, crawling on my shoes. I called the front and maintenance was supposed to come, but they never did. Kitchen & BR Floor filthy (not mopped) Bathroom door filthy Microwave not cleaned out, the plate had what looked like melted butter on it Shower filthy and had hair in it Chair ripped and had holes in it Big gap under door Walls thin (can hear tv in other rooms) Hole in the wall was patched but not completely fixed Refrigerator was dirty Dusty outlets AC unit leaking and made the floor wet very by the bed. False advertisement. Nothing listed for the kitchen was available except 1 sm pot, 1 sm pan & a knife. I came all the way from Alabama and this room was booked because it was suppose to have a full functioning kitchen d/t I had to cook for a party. Thick dust throughout the room Mold in the bathroom Scratched and damaged flooring Chipped paint on the walls Broken lamp shades and light fixtures Disgusting and unsanitary material on the headboard No fire alarm present in the room — a major safety violation Today, August 8, 2025, I went to the front desk to inform the staff of the room’s unacceptable condition and requested the manager's contact information. I was told there was no manager available, which is extremely concerning for a hotel of any standard. While I was at the front desk, I also overheard another guest calling to complain about charges related to room damages — another troubling sign of ongoing issues with how guests are treated and charged. The front desk staff member seemed dismissive, asked the caller if they had reported it earlier, and then abruptly ended the call. This only added to my concern about how complaints are being handled — or ignored — at this property. Additionally, on the day of check-in, I informed the front desk staff of how dirty the room was and even requested bleach so I could clean it myself — which I did. I also documented the condition of the room and the cleaning process via photos and video, which are time-stamped and available upon request. This clearly shows the condition of the room at check-in and the extent to which I had to go just to make i

They mentioned breakfast is served but it was very minimal, the price we are paying around $200 per night and we booked the hotel when they mentioned breakfast included. They just had coffee, oats, muffins.

Hot water wasn’t working in the shower. Kitchen items like the stove did not work. Overall okay.

Very noisy due to being located directly in the flight path of Buffalo Airport. Flights from 5:30am to 11:30pm really interrupt sleep. Also noise inside with the slamming of doors until about midnight from other patrons. Very poor sleep. Smaller rooms than normal ESAs. Interior had a bumpy floor by the AC unit as well.

The telephone in the room did not work, there were no smoke detector nor Co2 in the room

This location is run down and the items that are said to be available for the kitchen were not. Apparently the *only coffee maker was broken and they didn’t have silverware because *other guests have taken them so we had to purchase our own at Target. Our kitchen needed to be cleaned when we arrived (food and grease on the counters). The pool was dirty and the outside door near our room didn’t latch so it was not secure ever!

Toilet was leaking, everytime you would step in the shower the tub would grind all the time and under the beds it was not clean at all.

Nothing more

Excellent

Equipment failure should brought to the attention of the the new guest when arrived and select a convenient time for repairs. Maintenance like painting should be done when it can be ventilated. Staff should also educate guest what is available on site and with a bit of small talk to find out how your guest can be more comfortable and this perhaps can increase the likelihood of returning. The price was amazing but a touch positive human connection can create a positive atmosphere.

Our 2 rooms had very dirty bathrooms. And when I asked the person in front desk he only cleaned the toilet with a little bit of toilet paper, then ignored me. Thank God the next day a house keeper cleaned the bathroom for us.

The ac was leaking and when reported no action was taken to fix it. Beds were really small and they limit you to the number of device you can log onto with the internet (max 3) even thought we paid for 4 guest. We were there for 2 nights and no cleaning/house keeping was provided. The internet was horrible and the electronic door kept beeping once you enter or exist the door.

Has a small kitched standard size fridge, clean rooms and excellent staff

It was okay.

If you want to sleep on a bed as comfortable as a brick, bed linen covered in other individuals hair, a shower that hasn't been cleaned, or a room that hasn't been cleaned.. and inconsiderate people on either side blasting music/tv at 1am so you're unable to sleep then sure it's your place. Incredibly disappointed. Not even worth the $112/night

I was surprised at how simple the breakfast was.

The room was decent. The “free breakfast” was a joke. Bad coffee and a muffin. The staff was abysmal. None spoke English very well and were indifferent at best. It’s virtually impossible to make a left into the property during busy times. Also, it seems like some sketchy folks like to hang around it. This is one hotel to skip.

When we arrived I waited at the desk for about 10 minutes because a sign was put there stating the night employee was helping another guest and to call “0000” using the courtesy phone. After waiting (and now another family behind me) I dialed. While the worker answered and was to the desk within a few minutes, we learned they were eating food somewhere and that was frustrating. Why not eat in the office behind the front desk and be aware of guests if you are the only employee? The bathroom, specifically the tub/shower was disgusting. Hair still on the shower wall from previous guests, an absolutely filthy tub that needs to be resurfaced, and a shower handle with no handle (pictures included). Do yourself, and your family a favor, and go somewhere else. This was not as clean as previous Extended Stays we have used in the past.

We have been staying in Buffalo hotels for five years now since our daughter attended college in the city. We have stayed at 4 different hotels near the airport. This is the first time we were awoken multiple times by the sound of planes taking off (starting at 6:00 am). The room was dirty (hair and an unknown substance in the shower drain and a clump of hair on the bath towel. Breakfast was oatmeal packets and pre-packaged muffins. The price was very good but we won't be staying here again.

The pool was nasty salty for some reason, the water was ice cold almost and the area was ju

This would be a great hotel if they spent a little more time cleaning the rooms. The bathtub was gross upon arriving and water did not drain. I will say they had someone fix it within 10 min. A little dusting and washing the floors would go a long way in improving someone's stay.

AC doesn’t work, rooms are not well

Secondly, while looking into breakfast i ask an employee if there was a soda machine. He just said no and didn't say anything else but walked away from me. Who doesn't have a soda machine in a hotel? Thirdly, it looks like you have a 2 burner stove, but no pots or pans and no silverware. I just thought that would be there to use? Lastly, in the 3 days i was there i never saw any cleaning people to pick up trash or refresh the bedding or towels?

Considering the cost, this hotel was a terrible choice and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, safe, or comfortable stay.

it's just very dated, and so depressing. i can't imagine staying there for more than 1 night. It's the opposite of a hotel where it's nice to hang. Also it's very noisy. The breakfast area is a joke. Finally it's pretty far from the airport, and no shuttle.

Filthy! The cleanliness of this property could be improved. It would be beneficial to consider bringing on new cleaning staff to enhance the overall experience.

But gave me 2. I asked about the desk chair, he said umm not sure I have an extra. I told him I was here for work and required one. Later that evening he got one. I called the desk the next day for an additional blanket and was told the laundry was closed, my reply was, so I can’t have a blanket? He said o well I guess come to the desk. The following day I went to the pool, my key card did not work. I went to the desk, he could not get it to work so he used his key to let me in. Day 3 I asked for a toaster and pans for kitchen.. was told all the toaster were used/broken. Went to the pool later in the week and there were no towels. Breakfast was terrible, coffee/hot water, one muffin. No fruit no cereal, no milk, no juice. Very odd stay. I would not return.

The Bathrooms were terrible. There were no plates, utensils, pots, pans, coffee makers in the rooms.
- 3/5
The room was clean, the mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast they offer is coffee, 2 kinds of prepackaged muffins, a fruit breakfast bar ( I don’t remember the brand) and instant oatmeal packages. The daytime desk clerk was not friendly and spoke very little English. I asked if they were going to give us fresh towels on day 3 and he told me I would have to pick them up at the desk. So nobody came into our room during the entire stay. I don’t think we’ll return.

Clean and large rooms

The property was convenient to many things. We stayed 4 nights and the room was not cleaned once during our stay. Bed not made, garbage not emptied, etc. The website should indicate that you may be staying with people who are living there. Not sure if they were homeless or on hard times. One door was left ajar most of the time. Oil change pans left outside. Garbage evident on premises. A person was sleeping outside front door. Breakfast coffee, packaged muffins or oatmeal. Coffee was good. We would not recommend this hotel unless you are staying one night to fly out and leave your car there while traveling.
- 3/5
The rooms were tidy and neat but does need TLC and some new fixtures. Otherwise was good for a night or two stay being that we were out in surrounding areas near Niagara falls. Helped that the rooms had kitchen facility which is a plus.
- 3/5
Overall the hotel itself was good. But we were there for 3 days and the steps nor the hall ways were ever cleaned. The breakfast was called a "Cold Breakfast" it was a Nutri Grain bar and coffee. Yet they advertise free breakfast. That is not a breakfast. The rooms are paper thin and heard others doing what others do.

Nice and quiet. Good hotel. Staff was friendly
- 4/5
They offer breakfast included...but if breakfast is considered coffee and nutrition bars, they should say so so you know what you're getting into if you decide to stay at the hotel.
- 2/5
Entire place smelled like bleach and smoke and pot, all the towels in our room had hair on them, the fixtures were all very worn and dirty.
- 2/5
everything looked good until the first night people stood outside the window talking loudly for hours, not letting us sleep, the next day we woke up in high spirits since it was our vacation and everything to find a "breakfast" that doesn't deserve to be called that since they barely had coffee they should porne which is the breakfast they include because that's not breakfast at all, it couldn't be poorer, they never cleaned the room and we let them do it please, they didn't have shampoo or conditioner just a meager soap which even the ones from dollar tree are better really not at all recommended

No breakfast is big disappointment
