Amazing stay

I only stayed less than 24 hours. But the hotel was beautiful, very clean and pristine. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The shower had amazing water pressure! I booked for the next time I’ll be in Buffalo in August the same kind of room! For another concert. Thank you!! Wonderful experience!!

Room had an odor to it, the floor was wet and sticky. The breakfast area did not have much food available for guests, the transportation bus to airport was not available when we were there (we booked this hotel specifically for that option). The front desk was not super friendly.

The staff member who took care of the breakfast was absolutely amazing. She took such great care of me. As a disabled person I greatly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. All of the staff was great. But a special shout out to the breakfast lady!!!

The King bed rooms were very spacious, staff were pleasant, a list of restaurants with directions was very helpful. However the breakfast was limited to cheese omelet, 2 types of sausage patties (pork and turkey), fruit loops and some sweet rolls. Pancake machine was broken, no yogurt and I don't remember seeing any milk for cereal however they probably had some. I would return but go outside for breakfast (which I did).

Surprisingly quiet for being right across from the airport. I appreciated the Dove products in the shower. The coffee is delicious at breakfast. I do recommend getting there very early for breakfast...cause you know...if you snooze you lose.

This is a very good hotel. Employees were present and helpful. The landscape was beautifully planted with New Guinea begonias and freshly mulched. The room was almost perfect except for the sock fuzz in the bathroom. The room was comfortable and had everything you need for an overnight stay. Unfortunately the other guests on my hall liked to go in and out of their rooms and slam the doors. This occurred after 10pm for about an hour so my sleep was delayed. And no I didn't call the front desk. If this was after midnight I would have. You would think other guests would be more courteous. I left before breakfast was served.

The receptionist was great. She was kind with everyone. I’ve done a lot of hotels/motels. Never gave receptionist’s a tip. She got one. Rooms clean. We had concerted rooms. Air conditioner didn’t work well. Breakfast service could have been better. The lady couldn’t keep up either days. Ran out of eggs over and over both days. Ran out of milk. There was other things ran out of both days. She was complaining a lot. She either needed more help or use time wisely. I would give breakfast 2.5 out of five. Parking was good. Good location. Would use again.

Hotel charged me twice for one room on one night - not getting help to fix the overcharge

This hotel was easy to find from the airport, literally next door, room was nice. Breakfast was egg white “omelette” & turkey sausage… gross… a lady was shouting orders the whole time we ate & one of the front desk guys wouldn’t put his phone down when I was talking to him…

Rooms were clean, hallways and main lobby were well maintained. Staff was really nice. Lots of parking. Breakfast was sufficient.

Did not get the room I booked they said they overbooked so we got queen instead of king . Also need a walk in shower and it was a tub. Half of the breakfast was not working! The juice machine and the pancake one was not working

Decent hotel, some rooms were fully renovated while others only partial such as the washroom tub was not new and the door, I don’t see that concept in that, why not change everything. The pool was nice, kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was mid. We hang out at the lobby which was really nice.

When arriving at breakfast they were out of almost everything. I was told by front desk they were working on replenishing everything. 30 minutes go by and no fresh food has come out. I was then told they ran out of all hot items except sausage. The fridge was out of milk, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. The pancake machine was broken as well as coffee machine out of coffee beans. Lastly, the pool was closed unexpectedly for maintenance. The 2 reasons we chose this place directly next to Buffalo Int’l was for the breakfast and for my son to swim before our flight out the next morning.

Check in was good. Hotel is surrounded by places to eat, movie theatre and stores.

We were greeted well on check-in, but the air conditioning was off in our room and wouldn’t cool when set at 68, someone came to check it and acted like he didn’t know how to adjust the thermostat, after an hour and a half we finally were given another room with working air conditioning.

We are an unfortunate negative stay at another hotel and had to leave that I messaged the manager when I booked the room about if it was possible to check in early he went above and beyond even went up and cleaned a room for us so we could check in at 11. Take showers and enjoy our last day in town. The staff was super friendly definitely a highlight of our hotel experiences in New York.

Sunday morning around 8:20am my husband went to the front desk again after dropping our daughter at the competition. The first customer service rep was there she said she needs to ask the headcof the cleaner and that they are not there until 9am. So we waited in our room until 10:15am still nothing. We had to check out by 11am. Managements helped to look for the plug in thermos but couldn't find it. Very disappointed! Someone cleaned the first room after we moved. Thermos missing?!

The common areas were well cleaned and maintained, however the room we stayed in had a dirty/sticky carpet, the shower/toilet didn’t seem like it was cleaned recently

Friendly staff The pool was closed and that was the whole reason we stayed there. I spent an extra $100 so that my 4 year old granddaughter could swim. They did not tell us it was closed, it wasn't until my granddaughter got in her swim suit went down and seen it was not open. They said it will be open in the morning. My Granddaughter woke up early and excited to find out it was not open. We calmed her down saying they have pancakes got to breakfast and to find out the pancake machine was not working.

Our room was just a little bit late being ready but that’s my only complaint. The man working the front desk was super nice. Also, if I was a woman staying alone I don’t think I would want to stay on the first floor. it’s ground level with large windows. I was with my fiance so it was fine but otherwise I probably would have wanted to be on another level just to feel safest.

When we told her the pancake machine didn’t work (Saturday) she advised she’s the only one and too busy to fix it. Sunday, we went down at 8:55 (breakfast is until 10). There was 3 pieces of sausage remaining, absolutely nothing else and not even a plate to put it on. Also, couldn’t find this said worker in order to ask. Overall a really terrible weekend experience. The property itself like I said was nice, wifi worked well.

The room itself was great. We checked in at 5pm and the entire hallway was littered with bedding. Could barely get by with luggage. Staff didn't know the area when we asked about restaurants nearby. Breakfast was empty when we went at 7:30. The worker only made the minimum amount causing delays. We ended up having to skip the breakfast that was included in our stay and went elsewhere.

The hotel and the room looked nice, clean, and modern. In spite of this, the elevator smelled like horse and the room itself absolutely reeked of mold and/or dead mice, especially the bathroom. The in-room coffee machine had a short circuit and spattered everywhere, making a mess (although the coffee itself was superior to what was served in the lobby.) When it came to breakfast, everything was tepid and/or entirely gone by 8:15am and both the toaster and pancake machine were out of order. I didn't really expect much from an airport hotel near Buffalo and those expectations were definitely not exceeded.

Expedia said they would get in touch with the hotel. The hotel didnt care. Asked for a blanket for the pull out sofa and all they had was a sheet. So i paid full for somethjng different than what i paid for and had a cold uncomfortable sleep. Miserable night. Staff or expedia do not care.

My family and I traveled from Tennessee to Buffalo, NY! We had an amazing stay. Staff friendly, rooms clean, and the beds were super comfy! If we are ever in town again we will plan to stay there again.

I think that only complaint I have about the room is that the AC/fan is very very loud. And it does not cool the room well at all. We were able to crack the window and it was cool enough outside to get some air through the room. Other than that, our stay in Buffalo was nice.

Ariel front desk attendant was fabulous. She helped every aspect of our stay. Sam the shuttle driver, went out of his way to help us out of town folks enjoy our stay. The room was up-to-date, bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast provided was also a decent meal with alternatives. Right across the street from the airport and close to downtown. My only concern was there was minimal linens and the lock on the door got stuck a few times.

Overall the hotel was okay. It was just a basic hotel. Vending and ourdoor seating options would have been nice. Breakfast was out both mornings.

To begin, the advertised airport shuttle was nonexistent. I waited patiently, only to be completely ignored. Multiple calls to the hotel went unanswered, leaving me stranded and forced to pay for an Uber out of pocket. Strike one. Upon arrival, things only got worse. The floors were visibly dirty, and I encountered bugs within minutes of walking in. The elevator reeked of stale cigarette smoke — a clear violation of what should be a non-smoking property. When I finally reached my room, I found the door handle barely attached to the door — a basic safety and maintenance failure that should have been addressed immediately. But none of that compares to what happened overnight. I spent the entire night scratching, only to wake up at 4 a.m. with a bed bug bite on my neck. Let me be clear: this is not just unpleasant, it is a health and safety hazard. Bed bugs are not only repulsive, they are a sign of gross negligence. This alone is enough to warrant serious concern from corporate. I paid for a clean, safe, and restful night. Instead, I got a sleepless, bug-infested nightmare. For the price I paid — and under the expectation that the Holiday Inn name guarantees a basic level of quality — this experience was insulting. This hotel should be ashamed. Your guests deserve, at a bare minimum, a clean and safe room free from

Disruption because of construction and remodeling. Major problem with keycard...many trips back to desk...only person at desk was very helpful and eventually reassigned us a different room which was very nice.

We selected this hotel for the airport shuttle specifically. However, no shuttle ever came. We called over and over and the call wouldn't even go through. We ended up calling a Lyft. Other people behind us at the check in desk said the same. However check in and room were fine.

The toilet and shower were dirty but the rest of the room was modern and clean. No one was at the front desk when I checked out. The lock on my door was in poor condition—it broke so I could not get into the room one night and it took a long time to fix while I waited in the hallway. The staff in the breakfast area worked hard and did a good job.

We were surprised to see the renovations going on. That was okay, but we were not aware that there would not be any pool use and no longer a hot tub. Part of the reason for our excursion was to enjoy those two amenities, just as we had many years prior. The Staff however was amazing, Raif and Lulu. Thanks to them our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast room was in a different room altogether and staffed by only one person Brian. We were looking to meeting up with previous staff whom we got to know. We didn’t really like the changes. Brian asked if we’d come again and I said “no”. Unfortunately, we didn’t like the changes. If one was staying for an overnighter and perhaps flying out the next day, that would be okay. The rooms were great, exceptionally clean and comfortable. For a long relaxing stay, no.

I like the staff and the excellent service. Very special persons are 2 ladies Annie at the breakfast and the lady driver of the shuttle Lalu or Lala sorry dont remember exact her name both are very very excellent.

Horrible conditions property was under construction, materials everywhere, unfinished floors not blocked off were an accident waiting to happen. Black mold in the lobby. We cut our vacation short due to the unsafe conditions manager would not speak to us, no refund provided by the hotel, not even for the night we did not use. Expedia stepped up and offered a refund for the unused portion of our trip. I understand hotels being under construction but this needs to be disclosed and done in a safe manner. I would not recommend this property due to the unresponsiveness of the hotel and disregard for guest safety.

It would have been good to know that the hotel was going through a major renovation before or after we booked our stay there.

This property is heavily under construction. I had no idea I was walking into a full construction site when I booked my room. I couldn’t believe they still are charging people full price. If I had known, I wouldn’t have booked there. Last year I stayed there and it was so lovely and this year it was an expensive mess. The breakfast was served in a temporary dark room shoved to the side with construction dust in the air so I skipped it. The AC was pretty much ineffective and my throat was irritated by all the dust. I’m frustrated I wasn’t warned beforehand and I was still charged full price.

It was a good hotel for staying the night before an early flight. The hotel transportation to the airport starts at 4am, our flight left at 4 so we were unable to use that. I’m sure the hotel would have been nicer but it was completely under construction. I wish we could’ve received a discount as the pool and lobby and snack services were unavailable. Room was clean.

We had no idea the pool was not open which was why we booked that hotel in the first place. I feel the property should have communicated that. The rooms were nice and customer service and breakfast were all great, but our family was really looking forward to going swimming.

This facility was undergoing a complete renovation, pool was closed, breakfast area was broken up into two areas. They did the best they could do under the circumstances but I likely would have stayed someplace else if I had known they were doing a renovation!

The hotel was under renovation and know one let us know this. Went to check in at 4:00pm and room was not ready. Came back at 6:00 and room was not ready. The clerk at the desk informed us she didn’t know what was going on.

We had two rooms. The bathroom door did not close on one room. The main door on the second room was very hard to open or close. We asked for a wakeup call for 4:30 AM. It never happened. There was no coffee available in the room. I always tend to get that a Holiday Inn. The pool was out of service. It sure would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Two receptionists were disinterested.

The hotel is under major construction and has dust everywhere on the first floor. We were not warned about this. The lobby area is a joke, cramped and a total mess. The breakfast area is crowded and poorly arranged with some of the foods not available for 15 minutes (or not at all). Several staff members were surly and very poor communicators. No one was at the check-in desk when we arrived. We waited and waited until finally someone showed up. Two staff members were excellent (Lulu and Sam), but despite their kindness we will never stay at this property again. For the hefty price we paid, it was awful.

Liked that we were in a newly remodeled room. New bedding was quite comfortable. Beware you are super close to the airport if that might be too noisy.

Not sure how long. Looks like they have started to renovate but the hotel needs a major cleaning before they do anything. We thought about switching hotels but more a a pain since we are only here for one night and leaving early. Staff was great checking in. Area is a bit sketchy and weird.

The room was nice and very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This hotel was horrible and horrible service. They did not have clean rooms at check in. They swiped our card for incidentals but never assigned us a room. When we wnet back afyer our concert they had overbooked and had no room for us. We had to drive home 3 hours after a lo g day.

Most important thing to me is internet, and it was very poor, despite a very good wifi signal. At breakfast the juice machine wasn't working.

The cleaning lady knocked on our door at 8am and told us we would be charged if we weren’t out on time..then we couldn’t sleep bc at 745 the construction started and sounded like it was right next door to us..this was not worth the money

Hotel is under renovations and it’s a bit dusty. Our room was not available and the 3 of us had to share a king size bed. There was a pull out sofa but it didn’t seem too comfortable.

Room was quiet (even with construction) the entire staff very kind and friendly (especially the woman running the breakfast). Breakfast was decent ... Will definitely stay there again!

Great location!

We arrived late night and waited 40mins trying to check in before asking agency we booked through to change to a different hotel. This process took over 1.5hrs going until 130am and we had young children who just wanted to go to sleep. The man was not able to unlock his computer to allow for us to check in.

Great overall. Renos can’t be helped.

Parking lot had an excessive amount of snow and ice build up and was difficult to walk in.

Nice beds

We stayed to visit Buc-ees and the Oil Museum in Luling. Made our ride to Austin a little over an hour. Would stay again.

Staff was excellent! Very friendly

We showed up and they didn’t have a room for us. And orbitz won’t refund our money. Now we have to sleep in the car tonight in 22 degree weather

Room was not cleaned daily. When I complained to mgmt they said it was not their problem. Cleaning staff was gone.

Safe and quiet

Conveniently located and and in good clean condition. My only complaint was the lack of vending machine options and no snacks available through the front desk. There were only a couple machines with limited options. None used credit cards and two weren't working. So if you are hungry, plan a trip out in the 6 degree weather to find a convenience store or restaurant.

I really enjoyed my stay. Great service and nice variety for breakfast. Will stay here again.

The trip on the second stay was at 15:00 which I assumed was a normal time. We were told that there was not going to be a shuttle until 17:00. We had to get a taxi. The shuttle was only used for 50% of our needed transportation. The rooms are a bit dated. The friendliness of the desk workers is hit and miss. Some were great but others... The lady in the dining room was extra friendly and cheerful.

We stayed for 5 nights. The room and hotel were clean and the staff was really friendly. Check in was easy and they were quick to bring things I asked for. The breakfast had healthy items and they restocked quickly. The lady that worked the breakfast- I think her name was Annie was so friendly and a very hard worker. We will stay here again.

Front door people are the best

The hotel is clean but outdated. It has great staff. The breakfast is good. We met Lulu who was very sweet. The lady who does the breakfast is also great. We had a nice stay.

Property was nice, clean and quiet.

The breakfast was awesome! Every staff member I met was very friendly, talkative, and kind. I had an issue with my key card not working but they resolved it quickly. Room and service was clean and comfortable. The airport/hotel shuttle was a huge plus!

Across the street from the airport. Down the street there is a Starbucks. The hotel breakfast had a lot of options.

Very convenient for shopping, dining and close to high park stadium.

We were VERY satisfied with EVERY aspect of our stay!!! The only suggestion Id have is maybe small side store/area with Tylenol, toothbrush, bandaids etc

I will not stay here again. Extremely dissatisfied. Picture of the hotel when you book has a hot tub yet theres no hot tub so false advertising and went to 4 floors to get a drink from machine and none work. Had to get my toddler out just to leave the hotel to get a drink. Terrible

Room was very clean

The breakfast was delicious especially the warm cinnamon rolls. Coffee was good too. The only issue was a slow running drain in the shower. Beds were comfy. Room was clean and fresh smelling.

Old carpet in rooms and bathroom has seen better days

A little outdated and a bit of dirt collected in he bathroom corners.

Lady at the breakfast area rushing people to finish. Room not clean, old dirty carpet. Front desk Lady sent us to the wrong room which was still occupied. Dirty and small microwave in the meeting room not in the dining room.

The lady at the reception neither smiled nor looked at you when she talked to you. The old gentlemen driving the shuttle bus was all heart and soul, on the contrary.

Tub didn’t drain and shower handle was loose and hard to control.

Good service, staff is customer friendly and interactive. We enjoyed the stay prior to our flight. Took a flight out of Buffalo to Palm Beach the next day so we ended up staying the night prior. Nice hotel for the price, nothing special, but good got a Holiday Inn. Flight with Jet Blue was 1/3 the cost of Air Canada out of Person for the Holidays, would look at this option as an alternative if you agree with the ridiculous fare prices and lack of Quality that Air Canada currently offers..

Will stay here again!
