    Garbage strewn in the hall, also bins of garbage in hall, water leak in hall. Toilet seat not installed properly, broken shade stored in corner of room. No desk chair, linens dingy, hair in between sheets. Room in disrepair. Not to the standards of other Quaility Inns.

    You could hear everything through the walls, and the air conditioning barely worked. The front desk was almost always unattended, with a beat-up handwritten sign saying they would “be back in 15 minutes” that looked like it had become a permanent fixture. There was no opportunity to address any concerns because no one was ever there. The floors were sticky, fixtures were falling apart, and it seemed like everything was hanging on by a literal thread. I have never seen a property so poorly maintained. Save yourself the frustration and stay far, far away.

    the beds were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The smell in the room was awful, it might have been because there was mold in the bathroom. Floors were sticky, toilet did not flush well, window blind did not work properly. Lobby is nothing like picture.

    Walked in to strong cleaning agent , but didn’t smell clean. First room had dirty sheets and I was moved to a second room with the same problems so I did not stay. Was told I would get refunded but I have not seen my money yet

    The door had to be picked up and then shut. The locks were not safe, I had to put a chair against the door to feel secure. There were no towels in the bathroom. The sheets on the other bed were dirty. The bed was springy. The sink in the bathroom was the only thing nice.

    I like this hotel. It’s directly next to a Waffle House. Very close to everything: shopping, restaurants. I will reserve another stay in this hotel next time.

    This is nothing compared to the pictures and the description of the hotel. Room was ok, seems a little bit cleaned but the smell was particular. The supposed breakfast was only waffle and bread and there was coffe. The breakfast area is literally 3 little tables with few chairs. I would never stay there again. For this price of 140 dollars I expected a lot more. The parking seemed safe tho and in the area there are places close to the hotel that you can eat, there chipotle, ihop, chick fill A, pizza…

    Bathroom tub wasn’t clean n had used soap and hair in it. No liner in the ice bucket. Only 2 hangers per room according to desk staff. 2standard size pillows on king size bed, bee in the pillow case. Staff was watching tv and would not even get up when I went to ask a question. Vagrant masturbating by rear door in the morning. No “quality” found in that inn.

    The location was the only thing that was good about this hotel. Started at check in- the lobby was gross feeling and had trash sitting in the floor near the little coffee station they had set up. Got to the room and at first glance wasn't bad, but getting in- it was nasty. The floor looked like it had not been swept or mopped. The bathroom fixture was hanging off the wall, the toilet seat was not screwed down. The sheets were fresh but stained. There were dead bugs along the wall. The window did not shut (didn't get a pic of that). The AC unit had what looked to be black mold in it (same for the unit in the breakfast area). The beds were so uncomfortable- my back still hurts. No one came in the 4 days we were there to do any cleaning/trash or change the sheets or offer new towels. We had to go and request them and then were given 2 little hand towels and put our trash out in the hall for them to pick up. The other guests were very loud and didn't have any regard for others. The breakfast option was ok- you could make your own waffles or cereal. That room was also not cleaned or kept up. The parking lot was equally as gross. I hate to sound so negative, but this spot is not it.

    Probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed..not being mean..bed was hard as a rock. I'm serious. It was like laying on plywood. Whoever manages this place just cut corners everywhere..I do not recommend it..just being honest..it should be renamed Low Quality inn

Very few towels and the shampoo and body wash in the bathroom was open and used.. TV not working we had to get someone to come in two times and still had problems both days we stayed probably the worst experience for that price. Not a good quality inn. Above.     TV didnt work. HORRENDOUSLY thin walls. I heard people even whispering in the hallway outside the door. The security latch was broken. The AC took 15 mins to begin adjusting the rooms temperature. I had to call the front desk for towels since the bathroom wasn't stocked. I will at least say the bathroom looked newly renovated and the bed was comfortable.

    If you can afford to stay elsewhere, definitely do. The only nice thing I have to say is there were no bugs. Terribly thin pillows, no smoke detector in my room, the back door to the building doesn’t secure, the front desk gave out my room number to someone(!), cheap, worn towels, the mirror was cracked and definitely a hazard, there were no no-slip aids in the shower, and the fire alarm went off in the building for 30 minutes at 3:45 AM with no assurance from staff.

    Loved my stay at Quality Inn.I got a great price on the room and was very happy with it.The bed was very comfortable,the room was very clean and smelled so nice!     Some of the lights were not working. There were no clean towels and rags. I had to wait an hour after check in. The TV wasn’t working. Had to wait for that to get fixed. Floor caved in by the wall. Floor had hair leaves dirt etc as if it had not even been swept. Parking was convenient. They supply shampoo conditioner and lotion but no kind of soap available in the entire hotel. They only have 1 house keeper.

    The location was decent and outside of the property seemed okay. However, for the price, the cleanliness was not up to par. You can tell the floors were not swept and mopped during the room turnover. The mirror in the bathroom was not fully cleaned. You can see when the mirror fogged up exactly what was and was not wiped. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean (over bleached if you ask). The smoke detector was missing from the ceiling, the vent cover in the bathroom was missing & the fan had caked on dust. If you have respiratory issue's, I would not stay here. I also noticed staying in the room, I was short of breath but when I left, I felt normal. Lastly, the walls and ceilings are very thin. You can literally hear everything going on in the next room and above your head. If you need a quick overnight trip and need to stay here, then keep your stay short and sweet or simply choose another hotel.

    Straight catfish the pics don’t match the actual rooms. When asked about the pics not matching the manager told me it’s editing. False advertisement at its best. I asked for a refund immediately and was denied a refund for the first night but given a refund for the second night. DONT STAY HERE ITS QUESTIONABLE AND I DID NOT FEEL SAFE.

    From check in to check out this was a terrible experience. When we arrived we were unable to check in due to them not having the code from expedia, which they blamed on expedia. It took almost a hour to finally get into our room. The bathroom was dirty with hair in the corners, the toilet paper dispenser was broken so our toilet paper had to stay on the sink. There were holes in the walls and chipped paint everywhere. Aside from that we saw a huge bug in crawling on the wall. During the 5 day stay they never once came to clean the room as I requested multiple times throughout the trip, nor did the send up clean towels. ONE DAY they made the bed, thats all, they did not take the garbage out nor did they put fresh towels. One night coming home there was a man asleep in the stairwell. It was a TERRIBLE experience

    When offered another room my request was, as long as it is non-smoking and clean. As soon as I open the door it reeked of smoke. Then I was told that that was all they had and I could leave since I couldn't stay there. I told them I did not want to be charged. They agreed, but then proceeded to charge me anyway. Expedia could not help me because the hotel GM said I checked in late, which by the way, I hadn't. I reached out to choice hotels, and they basically offered me points if I wanted to sign up, as if I would want to stay in another choice hotel. I finally called my credit card company and disputed the charge, and got it removed. This may not represent every Quality Inn, but I do not expect to ever find out! I have attached photos that show some of the dust on the floor, etc but the lighting does not really do it justice as how bad it was.

    The first room i was given the window shade would not come down and the front desk person didnt want to give me another room. The next room had a telephone with no cord, a iron with no ironing board, a microwave that did not work.

    They charge a "service" fee above the rate paid to Expedia. Also must pay for a security deposit, but do not want to give you a receipt for it. Clerk struggled with the payment terminal. Very unprofessional.

    However, I did not like the surprise $20 service charge, payable at check-in. I did not like the free breakfast - no hot food except the waffle machine, no high-protein food at all (no eggs, no bacon or sausage, no yogurt). I did not like the man at the front desk overnight - I think he said whatever he needed to say to get the person in front of him to go away, regardless of how true or false it was.

    I booked this room for my father so he could come to my husband's funeral after his unexpected passing. A barking dog in another room kept my father up all night. My father asked the front desk if he could switch rooms. They told him that he "can't complain" and they kicked him out of the hotel. This was extremely stressful for me during an already traumatic time. I called the front desk to explain the situation and hope for some empathy for the situation and they were equally as rude uncaring with me. When asked for the official name of the business, they said there is no official name. This is the worst experience I've ever had dealing with customer service.

    Property seems okay. Beds aren’t very comfortable. There was no towels, soap, or toilet paper in the room. Hotel refused to refund the “service” fee stating “you could have come down and asked for toilet paper any time”. Front desk guy was rude.

    First we noticed after check in, the door to enter the bldg didnt lock so anyone can come into the bldg. There were no towels, which the housekeeper was very helpful and gave us immediately. Floors were dirty & sticky. trash bag was actually ice bucket bag. attempting to iron clothes for plans we had, ironing board fell to floor, had no screws in legs. Tried to phone office, no answer. Couldnt get tv to work, went to office, he came with an attitude saying "you have to push this first" was a reset button. How should we have known? Mattress is hard and lumpy, couldnt sleep. Next morning, take a shower, shampoo and conditioner dispensers hang in shower, go to wash hair, shampoo bottle is crushed in and not a drop of shampoo. Go to office just to ask for some shampoo. Asst mgr asks didnt i notice last night on checkin. I say No, didnt take shower til this am, he starts yelling how does he know his people did it and i didnt use the whole bottle. I said look at my hair, its not even wet, the bottle was crushed so obviously they just didnt replace it. He says if you dont like it leave, i dont put up with disrespect in my hotel. I said im not disrespecting you, but im telling you they had to see it was empty. Again he got rude and yelled so i walked away and back to room. The there was packets of coffee ,sugar and creamer but no coffeemaker to make coffee. If any vaping ,smoking or weed on property, $250 fine. Hallways smell like weed. Smell came in our rm so i told him. He was rud

    I tried to work with the Owner because I was in a jam and needed a room immediately and wouldn't need to best of rooms however the floors were covered in dirt chunks, the blankets and sheets had dirt between them and half the power and lights in the room didn't work. My wife was harassed on a number of occasions by other dangerous and rowdy guest Everytime she left the room for something.

    Next morning at 7 am we had breakfast. Homeless man was filling 4 bottles with orange juice and packed them together with four yogurts and some waffles. Homeless was governmental branded and got free thousand dollars of debit card. But this greedy homeless took so many foods from the breakfast place. We normal guests cannot stand it to see. We went back to the room soon. No wifi at all. Also, noise from people at the parking lot late night, people from Waffle House in the evening and a hotel house keeper woman who was blowing the leaves at 8 am made us another sleepless night at this hotel. Hotel operation and room were great. But the hotel guests are horrible. Hotel should contact the police to stop crazy hotel guest to harass others.

    to be given away and i was given a dirty 3rd floor room with no elevator and was told i could not and would not be accommodated in any type of way. told the guy the room was dirty he just looked at me crazy and said o sorry in broken english. i asked for a manager and a room switch and was told no that this was the only room left. terrible service and even worse rooms. no comforters on the beds air conditioner smelled like urine. there was bits of hair on things in the room. just completely gross. i would not ever recommend this quality inn to anyone

    Almost exactly between the Norfolk Airport and the place I was going to be that weekend. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Although we didn't really need anything for our room. They even upgraded on our room for free just because they were able to. Super kind of them. I Love staying here when I visit Virginia.

    The staff at this property are always polite and go beyond to take care of their guest within their limits. I’ve never had any issues with this property or the staff. Other places I’ve seen say they have breakfast in the morning but when you go it’s doughnuts, toast and maybe drinks. You have better options here at this property. Will always stay here when the opportunity presents itself.

    Staff were very pleasant. The bed was dragged in the parking lot that left a very unpleasant mark on the side of it, trashcans in the room were nasty-they need to be cleaned. Website said free conteniental breakfast but all I saw was one coffee pot that said "for employees only". Please take down breakfast as one of your amenities because that is a straight up lie.

    I searched for econolodge.com and attempted to book a room. Once i entered my cc info the itinerary showed the wrong dates and the wrong price. I called the hotel and they explained that it was booked through expedia not econolodge. I called expedia to attempt to resolve the issue but they stated the reservation was through one of their partners and couldnt help me. They also said they had no idea which of their partners made the reservation, so im out a ton of money because of their mistake and the bait and switch tactics they use. DONT USE EXPEDIA!!!
