Don’t never stay at this place. It’s run down bad. Water leaks. Only one elevator works for 5 floors . Pool has never been cleaned and open. When you take a shower takes about 4 hrs for the water to drain.

The hotel does have some age. The staff was excellent especially the old lady who was in the breakfast room she made sure we had everything. The house keeper on our floor was good too. She made sure we had towels and rags. The wife and I will stay there again.

I left a pair of crocks in the bathroom accidentally after checking out. I called back and was told by the front desk that they were not turned in by housekeeping. The room smelled musty. It was not my best experience at this hotel

Room was ok but the air filters were disgusting, only 1 light worked in the bathroom, had a hot tub that did not work, pool was empty, kitchenette sink would not turn off, we had to get under it and actually cut the water off. Trash outside and a very strong smell of weed. Will not be staying here again.

BEWARE June 1,2026! Room was super dirty it looked like a crime was made there. What looked to be blood on floor. Sheets were dirtyyyy, walls, door, curtains, everywhere you turned dirty. I cancelled instantly, front desk person did not help had an attitude and wanted to change our room. I was traveling with my 2 small children. Do not go here!

The biggest issue was the elevators being out of service from Monday through Wednesday. Having to constantly walk up and down to the third floor was already frustrating, especially after long workdays. To make matters worse, on Monday evening when I returned from work, my room key suddenly stopped working. Since the elevator was down, I had to walk all the way back downstairs only to find no one at the front desk. I waited approximately 15 minutes for assistance and even called the front desk phone three separate times hoping someone would hear it, but no one ever answered. The cleanliness and overall upkeep of the hotel were also unacceptable. There was dirt and debris all over the floors for at least two days from construction workers’ boots, and it clearly was not being cleaned properly. Guests were also allowed to leave trash bags in the hallway, which caused a horrible smell every time I walked out of my room. The complimentary breakfast was another disappointment. The potatoes were stale and did not seem fresh at all FROM SUNDAY - WEDNESDAY! Overall, the customer service, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience were very poor. This stay was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The same elevator that was out-of-service last year was unavailable again. The only working ice machine was on the 4th floor. In the room we were assigned, the sink faucet waterflow was a trickle...20 sec to fill a coffee cup. The bathroom vent was inoperative. The common areas seemed clean enough, but many other areas looked like the hadnt been cleaned in a long time. I considered leaving for another hotel, but we "toughed" it out since we werent there much. I wont be using this hotel again.

Nothing it was disgusting. The front desk was rude. T The bed, furniture floor, was full of stains, hair on the pillows. It smelled disgusting and not clean. The first room they booked us had ceiling paint peeling and mold growing. The second room they booked us had a huge hole in the bathroom wall leading to the pipes. The staff was rude, then kept apologizing for being rude. They were double booking rooms, there was a line of people at midnight waiting to be put into rooms. Other guests walking in on other guests sleeping because they double booked. Multiple rooms were not cleaned. Gross. Blood on the blow dryer in one room. Holes in the carpet in another. Rooms smelling like cigarette smoke.

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to sleep inside a forgotten roadside pit stop with a questionable past, this hotel absolutely delivers. If you're looking for that nostalgic 'Motel 6 that peaked in 1994,' this is your place.

The hotel looked decent enough. However the room we got was not worth the price. Everything seemed fine for check but as soon as we got to the room disappointing. Bathroom was out date and warn, tub slowly drained and the water was murky. Gunked and gross. Could bring ourselves to shower. Next there was a sticky spot on the floor next to the bed… towels were hard stained and hair interlocked in the fabric. Will not stay there again. Room was not super clean and could benefit from a deep clean. The shower was in poor condition. And the nozzle fell when I tried to turn to shower mode. Would avoid going back here at all cost.
- 1/5
The condition of the hotel was very disappointing. It hasn’t been really maintained to any standard again. There has to be a sense of realism when coming to a budget hotel however, when you check in and the first room, you go to has a bath tub full of dirty water, he isn’t a good start with the room being very humid when we get put into a second room where there is black mold in the bathroom above the shower, shower, railing, barely hanging on into the wall. The tap for the water comes off the wall. There is toothpaste, splattering all over the mirror and frame. There are some questionable stains on the seat seating and then there are bugs running off the bed.
- 2/5
The linens were clean and the check-in woman’s and breakfast cook were very nice. Aside from the linens it was dirty. Old soap left on the shower tray. Wires hanging out of the ceiling in the room. There was a plastic bag coming out of the smoke detector. Weird holes in the shower wall. Bathroom lights didn’t work. Stains all over the carpet and ironing board. The whole 3rd floor smelled like weed. Some of the cleaning staff was nice, while some was super loud inappropriate, and immature (running and screaming inappropriate things in the hallways, this was in around 10am) We were barley in the room (we were in town for an event), but since I was staying with my daughter I made it a point to be back to the room before it got dark out. We toughed it out because same day rates at surrounding places were really high to book same day. I have more pictures and videos.

- 4/5

- 1/5
There were visible handprints on the walls, and what appeared to be red stains on the carpet that looked like blood or dye. The curtains were dirty, and the corners of the walls were visibly grimy and poorly maintained. The cleanliness issues were not limited to my room—there was an unpleasant smell throughout the hallways, and both the elevator and stairwells were extremely dirty. I also noticed handful of guests outside complaining about the condition of the carpets and rooms, which confirms this is an ongoing issue. The breakfast was not worth it and did not meet expectations either. Overall, the hotel is in serious need of a deep, thorough cleaning and proper sanitation. It’s disappointing to pay a high rate for a stay that felt more like a low-standard motel. I would not recommend this hotel in its current condition.

The Attendant at the front desk that registered me & my family not friendly or kind least to say welcoming. I asked the attendant may I have an extra set of towels because usually when I come with my family (4) I always have to ask for extra towels cause there is NEVER enough towels for (4) people. The attendant was very controversial, not wanting to give extra towels. I asked who should I call to ask for extra towels , housekeeping ? He stated he didn't .know. They had just bought the Hotel. I went to my room and found there was only three sets of towels. Our toilet was constantly running, lights in bathroom continually blinking and carpet had large shredded torn hole. Beds were clean and Thank GOD we had heat. I did return to the front desk and told the same unkind, unfriendly, not welcoming front desk attendant I needed some towels. He just happen to have a set of towels sitting at the front desk. We also reported the constantly running toilet in which no one came to fix during our two day stay, blinking bathroom lights and torn shredded carpet. We never receive a apology or any action to take care of our room tissues. POOR SERVICE and POOR condition of room. I do not recommend anyone to stay & I will never stay again

Shower rod was falling down and handle for bathtub faucet fell right off and missing privacy curtains and people could walk by and look right in. To top it off the continental breakfast was not available due to some tripped breaker and only had one front desk staff so she said she hadn’t gotten a chance to reset it. I will be reaching out to manager Give us a room that actually is nice

Great location, great service, g People or staff workers across the hall couple doors down slamming doors 5 o’clock in the morning waking us up, they don’t know how to close a door without slamming it waking up the guest, manager needs to handle this before someone with attitude does.
- 0.5/5
Nothing at all didn’t even spend the night The nasty smell everywhere in the building plus the cockroaches that crawled all around the room.
- 4/5
The room was very clean although for it being a suite there was no table in the room. We didn’t have any television to watch. We had to hook up our own hot spot to get our Xbox to work. Other than the odd smell coming from the hallway it was a good hotel for the price.
- 1.5/5
The first room they gave me, with the king sized bed, was full of bugs when I turned on the ac. They may have been stink bugs or water bugs. The second room had no bugs, however it was not much cleaner. The previous person had left a used soap bar and their razor in the shower. The bathroom light did not work at all. The bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain. Someone was drying their socks on the lamp... I informed the front desk of those things when I left for work in the morning, hoping that those things would be taken care of while I was out. Normally, I do not allow the housekeeper in when I stay more than a day. I always hang the sign on the door. Well, I went to work and the housekeeper did come in and do a light cleaning, the only thing that changed was the bed was made and the light in the bathroom worked. Everything else was exactly the same, the sink was still clogged. The socks were still hanging in the lamps. The stuff in the shower were still in the exact places. When I went to the front desk again to mention the sink, the current attendant didn't seem to know there was a problem that I had mentioned. So to me, this speaks of a deeper issue. There is a huge problem with communication. The housekeepers aren't doing their job properly by reporting problems. Or if they are, then the maintenance staff isn't doing their job properly. Or if they are, then management is not following up to do their job accurately. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here
- 0.5/5
Nothing. First was told they could charge a deposit but it’s not in there booking details. The elevator on the way down isn’t safe. The room was filthy! Then the sink wouldn’t drain they came up and kept our room open and would leave for periods of time the wouldn’t even knock would just walk back into our room. I left early.

This place was without a doubt the worst hotel we have ever been to. We lasted about 15 minutes before having to change hotels. And Hotels.com is refusing to refund us. This place is not as advertised. It’s advertised as smoke free but they let their guests smoke throughout the hotel From the moment we walked into the door we were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. No one was at the front desk and the phone was ringing off the hook. We finally got our room key and went to our floor and the smell of cigs got so much worse. People were ripping cigs in multiple rooms on our floor. Children were screaming from inside different rooms. Lights were flickering. I felt like I entered the Twilight Zone. Then we finally got to our room and the place was disgusting. There were bloody boogers on the wall. Gross white stains on the chair (yeah it was that type of stain). The ceiling was also disgusting with spider webs. And the bathroom still had someone else’s trash in it. I’m actually considering never using hotels.com because of how poorly they handled this situation. I wish anyone peace that stays a night at this cancer acceleration center.

Moved to first floor after reporting dirty water etc. poor lighting in room. Unable to regulate temperature properly! Breakfast area crowded. No creamer for coffee. Ironing board in room but no iron! Older mismatched furniture! Only one light working in bathroom! Totally dissatisfied with place and personnel ! Definitely would not recommend it!!!

The young guy who checked me in either hated his job or hated guests or both. I don’t need a bubbly personality, but in the hospitality industry, one expects . . . well, hospitality. Even a little. I found my room, despite the surrealist non-helpful sign (see photo). I was given an accessible room even though I deliberately reserved a NON-accessible room because they are the worst if you don’t require one. It was late and I had all my gear in hand so did not feel like interacting with Mr. Sunshine again. The lighting in the room left a lot to be desired with confusing switches and cool white, industrial-feeling light bulbs. They had plugged the alarm clock into a switch-controlled outlet, so that was on the blink. The lighting in the bathroom was awful. Extremely dim and the only light that was available to light the walk-in shower was a heat lamp on a timer. The A/C controls seemed to do nothing, so the room remained coolish, but damp. The TV control was so slow, I gave up surfing and just settled eight channels in. When I went to get in bed, all the pillows were square, throw pillow sized. I hoped they were just folded or something, but they resisted my attempts to enlarge them. The guests were noisy, talking loudly on the phone in the hallway at 6a and carrying on in their rooms. I’d give it a miss.
- 3/5
Rather not say.

I’m so disappointed in this hotel. I was unable to check in and keep the reservation due to going into labor on the same day of checking in. I spent 10 days in the hospital after having a premature baby due to unforeseen complications. After being discharged. I called the hotel to explain and provided proof of my hospital stay. Which dated the exact date I had to check in and they refused to refund/ voucher. The hotel manager was very rude and hanged up on me mid conversation.
- 1/5
Customer services was horrible! They also could not accommodate me when I asked to switch my room due to it being noticeable BLOOD on the linen!
- 3/5
Pool was nice and worm, other guest where nice. The room would need renovations, there as a big hole in the carpet. The elevator next to our room was out of service so we had to walk all the way to the other side of the hotel. It wasn't the cleanest or up to date hotel of the chain. There is definitly better for similar price in the area. On the upside, we got to try the mexican restaurant next door which was really good with amazing service!

My wife and I checked in on Friday at around 8pm. I booked a king room. We got to the room and it was a double. I called the front desk, and the male agent tried to tell me that I probably booked a double room. I assured him that I know what type of room I booked. Then he told me that hotels.com made a mistake. I went down to the front desk to show him that hotels.com had me booked for a king room. Then he told me that we’re free to check for a king room at other hotels in the area. Very unprofessional. The only good thing about this hotel is Geraldine who works in the cafeteria. She was very pleasant and very helpful. The front desk agent can learn a lot from her. The shower curtain was dirty. The toilet seat looked like it was 30 years old. And there was a small spider running around inside the TV screen.

Reviews are nothing as to how the hotel is. Room smelled bad. Old furniture, ac wasn’t functioning properly in the room. Dirty furniture with stains. Mold in bathroom ceiling. To top it off room door was easily pushed in to open without the key.
- 3/5
TV was broken, sofa bed was stained. Free Breakfast is good and room is spacious.

I had to change rooms because the A/C wasn’t working, the bathtub was peeling and the plaster was peeling off the walls by the shower rods. The ceiling over the shower was leaking. They showed me another room and the bathroom was filled with mold. They upgraded me to a suite and that was raggedy also and the cable in the bedroom didn’t work. It was the most horrible hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The property was in need of repairs. The elevator was not working, it had leaks from the ceiling around the dinning area, there were buckets catching the water dripping from the ceiling and my room 104 had mold behind the bathroom door, and the rug was wet outside of the bathroom, looks like from leaks.

what we didn't like: rugs were wet, ceiling showed signs of mold or water stains, pillows and room smelled musty, no water pressure in bathroom sink, walls and bathroom sink cabinet had chips and looked very worn, maid left dirty glove in garbage and a bottle of cleaning solution by the television (which did not work), garbage by pool was not emptied and taken away and the elevator has seen better days, room had no curtains to close for privacy other than the see through curtains that were already in place, hallway needs to be renovated and I had to join some sort of membership to get wi-fi which I did not do even though it claimed it was free. whatever wi-fi I did get was not a mirror image of what I get at home.

Property ran down. Ask for towels in am after i had gave them my dirty ones. Came to give me towels 5 hours later. Checkin service was horrible
- 1/5
First room had musty smell, carpet was wet, and the bathroom was slippery. Was told only other room available had no A/C. Five minutes later, front desk called back and offer me a room with no wet carpet or musty smell but the shower doesn’t work. We ended up with 2 rooms. One to stay in and the other for showering. We reserved for 2 nights but only stay for 1. Do not recommend staying here.
- 3/5
The rooms have a terrible mold smell. There were leaking in the hall ceiling from my room (102) to lobby. My friend room was originally 513, but when he was there after check in, the room was not ready (when we arrived near midnight). Had to be switched to another room. With the same bad smell. The air conditioner in my room was leaking and the carpet closest to the window was totally wet. The service was good, and the girls in the breakfast were always friendly. The hotel need a serious update!
- 3/5
The property was beneficial under the circumstances. My family and I needed a last minute hotel and this one was available at a fair rate. The staff was great and the children enjoyed the pool, but all in all the hotel needs renovating. There was only one elevator working, it was hot throughout the hotel, there’s rust throughout the bathrooms, ceilings cracking and peeling, tub filled with water as you showered, and the lights constantly flickered. It was not the worst hotel and it was fairly clean. But you can tell it’s an older hotel.
- 1/5
The property is dated and lacks basic maintenance. Washroom had moldy and missing caulking, sink had a crack, exhaust fan was non functioning, and shower head hanging loose, to name a few. Went to breakfast area in the morning and the waffle machine didn't work. Seems as if the elevator has not been deodorized in a while, the rear door has visible smudges, and the list goes on and on. The Comfort Inn brand is strong and I've had better experiences in the past with this chain, but clearly not all properties in this chain are created equal. I felt I paid twice as much as a night stay at this property should've cost.

This property was literally unbelievable. I never actually stayed because upon arrival I was told they didn't have any rooms available. I made a prepaid reservation through Expedia and the funds were already taken upon my arrival. There was another guest at the front desk speaking to Araia the front desk attendant about her room and the issue she was having with her sink. I'm traveling with a 3 and 5 year old and it's 11pm. The women said she had driven 14hrs and we both just needed somewhere to rest. After speaking with her manager she was told to open up a room that was booked for the next day. I'm given room 101. When I enter the room I find an oxygen concentrater and an oxygen tank sitting in the middle of the floor and a dirty bathroom. Literally, what can you say lol. I go to the desk and speaks with Araia and she states " that's all we have as if thats even an option. I could go on further but I'm saving the rest for CNN. It doesn't get any worst than this!!!

The hotel is dated in dire need of renovation. There was an awful smell in the room and throughout the hotel. I checked for bedbugs and something bit me. Replace that awful carpet

The hotel presents itself as beyond dirty. Not only does one of the elevators not work, (the elevator that does not work seems to be in disrepair for years) but the one that does work, the floor is disgusting and even some of the elevator lights don’t work. The bathtub is polished, slippery, but don’t worry, the fall handles are loose. The bolt lock on the door is misaligned so it won’t lock. I thought my car would be stolen. No - I would not stay here again or recommend anybody to stay here in the first place. By the way, when we were first given the key to our room, I opened up the door, and a family was in the room. But don’t worry, the same thing happened to the couple who came to the hotel just after us!

New room toilet didn’t flush due to poor water pressure. Also didn’t have a black out curtain functioning. Second room smell of smoke and had many air fresheners on wall and vent. One elevator didn’t work and second one was incredibly dirty. Staff was friendly.
- 1/5
Shower was broken and had been broken for quite some time!
- 3/5
Not good condition
- 1/5
There were roaches on bathroom door & furniture was filthy!
- 3/5
It was clean but the elevator was broken. Good vending and ice machines. Decent parking.
- 1/5
My room had a leak in the shower I asked for help n the maintenance man couldn't fix it. The other employee said she would get me another room n she disappeared.
- 5/5
Staff was courteous and helpful.
- 3/5
The staff was rather impatient and not welcoming. The sheets and towers were surprisingly soft and clean.

Very dirty, my first room had what appeared to be a red stain on the wall. I told the front desk and the sent a cleaning lady to clean it up. I thought that was just a mistake so I moved on. Was very exhausted after checking in. Went to sleep because I had an early start the next morning. After I came back to the room from handling what I had to do that morning I noticed tiny red bugs crawling on the desk next to the window by the A/C unit. I killed it, then noticed a lot more on the A/C unit itself. I immediately started packing up and went to the front desk to complain and demand another room. Apron exiting the room my family noticed a pair of dirty underwear underneath the bed. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. After transferring to the other room and shaking out everything in hopes we didn’t bring anything with us from the last room. We were ready to shower and go to bed and the shower had no shower curtain. At that point I just wanted the nightmare to come to an end as I closed my eyes and clicked my heels and said “there’s no place like home “I told my family we’re just going to get through the night because we’re checking out tomorrow. But after this experience I probably will never stay at another Comfort Inn again. And I will never stay at that place again. I asked to speak to a manager three times and every time no manager was available. Nasty Work!!!!!

The room was ok the back door was broken so anyone could just walk in the hotel. There was no house keeping the 2 nd day I was there

Overall a pleasant stay

Personnel was rude and that’s why i cancelled the stay

Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Our flight got in earlier then check in which was at 3pm they allowed us to check in a few hours early which was a convenience. As soon as you walk in you can smell the cleanliness and was always seeing someone cleaning the grounds as well. I felt safe having my family there. It was very quiet. The vending machines was For mini options, the breakfast was phenomenal. The front desk was very friendly and housekeeping as well as far as the location there’s lots of gas stations not many restaurants so we did have to do a little traveling to eat out the highway to Richmond or other areas is convenient and very close the beds I think had nice Soft bedding the shower was very clean bathroom everything was A-OK. The only downside was the pool was closed which was a little disappointing considering the weather was very nice. Was told that it will be open after memorial day don’t let the name of the hotel for you I definitely give it , a five star if the pool was open

The room was nice but the beds were soft and noisy. The bathroom sink faucet was loose and the plug for the shower very hard to pull up. Breakfast was good.
- 3/5
Well, one of the elevators were broke so he had to walk around to other side of the building to be able to get on the elevator. The lady that does the breakfast is just so rude .
- 5/5
The room was adequate. Clean and comfort able. The hall was noisy with doors loudly closing at all hours of the night. After a long day of traveling, did not get a restful night of sleep.
- 1/5
They don’t even clean the rooms. They didn’t put a new towel and when I called the front desk, they told me to go and pick them up.
- 2/5
There was hair on one queen bed and on the other a toenail clipper under the sheets! I was so disgusted and when asked could the sheets be changed she just took the hair off and threw it on the floor
- 5/5
Is a good place to stay, safe and convenient for shopping. Thank you
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Dirty, smells weird, no tvs working in the entire property, internet is painfully slow, 1 out of 2 elevators broken, front desk at checkin was understaffed and overwhelmed. Manager unavailable the entire stay
- 1/5
It was an all-around horrible stay! There were obnoxious high schoolers there. Playing knock, knock, ditch until at least 11:00pm. That entire hotel and hotel property is trash! There are absolutely disgusting rooms here. I immediately requested to have a new room. There were multiple burn stains on the carpet. Four pillows and pillowcases were stained yellow and brown. (Why would you ever put those out?!) The shower had nasty mold, as did my second room. The floors are sticky, and parts of the carpeting are, too. I would never put food in either room mini fridge. The only positive during this was Josh. He was very kind, calm, professional, and helpful. As well as that super kind old school black lady. She's great, professional, hard working, etc.

Simole, nice and quiet

Dirty, smelly, outdated, smelled like smoke. BAD
- 3/5
Good location But not a great hotel
- 4/5
Clean comfortable room with an amazing receptionist made this a very pleasant stay.

Everything an overnight stay should be
- 3/5
Definitely need to modernize the building.
- 1/5
Rooms were filthy and reeked of smoke.
- 5/5
Exercise area had workout weights and cardio machines.
- 2/5
The main entry doors don’t lock on the rear of the property, only one elevator is in service at the far end of the building, the doors, elevators and whatnot are in disrepair. Would not recommend.
- 3/5
The rooms were cleaned. But to noise in the other rooms and noise in lobby.
- 4/5
Comfort inn is a great place to stay. The front desk staff get the job done, the people who run the breakfast are angels, and all the cleaning staff are friendly and cool. There is no easy or safe way to walk to shops or cycle so for people coming from overseas, be prepared for a very car-centric locale. There is a laundry machine and dryer on the fifth floor that works well. There is a bad smoke smell sometimes in certain halls and the expectations of guests are not laid out clearly which might be nerve-wracking.

Couldn't check in for my stay because they charge $100 deposit. Stayed here several times within the week and never paid a deposit.
- 2/5
This facility is very old. The elevators had trash in them. The room door was wood and looked like it had been broken into at one time. The luggage carts were barely usable. The breakfast offered was sausage links, heat up omelet, bread, English muffins, and mini poppy seed muffins.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
The ceilings need to be painted. All other parts of room were great. Not sure if it was mold or something else.
- 3/5
Pretty gross smelly & dirty.
- 4/5
I chose the hotel for its location as I needed to do things in Petersburg area. It was fine, my room was clean and comfortable, it wasn’t noisy. The breakfast was fine. The reception was friendly and helpful. It was good value for money. The hotel could do with some minor maintenance, some lights in the lift didn’t work, that kind of thing. No big deal and I was very happy with my stay. I basically used it to sleep and that was fine.
- 1/5
Bathroom wasn’t clean at all, entire place smelled like it hadn’t been clean
- 5/5
This hotel is a really great hotel to stay at
- 1/5
DON'T STAY HERE!!! RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK!! BED BUGS!!! FILTH!!! STENCH!!
- 1/5
The stay was horrible! We paid for a non smoking hotel and from the first step in the building the hotel reached of cigarette and marijuana smell. One elevator was broken. Through our walk to the elevator the ceiling was completely covered in stains. In our room, the ceiling was also stained and moldy. The paint was completely peeling and had water damage throughout the whole bathroom. The curtain was hanging on by 1 nail. The room was not what was described and I will not recommend the hotel to anyone.
- 5/5
good location away from noise and a place eat nearby
- 2/5
Great property and easy parking. However, if you book on Expedia, definitely check that you paid prior to check in. I was charged in the morning for my room and they tried to get me to scan my card. When I asked if it was the card that was charged said you weren’t charged. I pulled up my information and they didn’t even look at it. They continued the check in process. So definitely stay aware
- 2/5
Dirty. Needs facelift.
- 5/5
There was arguments that could be heard around the halls and fighting people smoking and soliciting
- 4/5
The gentleman at check-in was great went above and beyond to help me out
- 2/5
The pool area is unsafe. Mold in the bathroom above the shower. Beds were very uncomfortable.
- 3/5
I loved it ,only thing was the connection for the TV
- 4/5
It's clean and staff is friendly
- 2/5
The smell in the hallway and especially the rooms was terrible! The sheets and blanket was terrible, we had to change rooms and it took 3 rooms to be okay with! Definitely need upgrades and to throw away stained sheets and comforters! New carpeting is needed.. 2 of the rooms had mold on the wall and lounge chair! Definitely not a comfortable stay!
- 5/5
We had a nice suite which was very comfortable. Location was good for us.
- 1/5
Mildew everywhere needs to be renovated or shut down immediately
- 1/5
Carpet peeling, ceiling/walls peeling. Hallways smelt like humidity and dirty water. One elevator was working. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and got a room of 2 full beds.
- 2/5
The elevator didnt work on my side of the building. I have chronic arthritis in both knees so the walk from the opposite side of the building was a challenge. Weed smell in the hallway of a non smoking building. T.v. didnt work first night. Breakfast was not good. The toilet didnt flush adequately. Bed was soft though.
- 5/5
Been here awhile and it’s the safest I felt
- 3/5
Rooms are ok, one of the elevators was always stuck and noisy.
- 5/5
This was surprisingly good...for the price, and sometimes that's exactly what you need when you're just sleeping and showering. It's close enough to Richmond and Busch Gardens to save some $$$ on a room for a few nights.
- 5/5
Staff, especially at free Breakfast were very accommodating. Everything was clean and very professionally run. My family enjoyed the stay.
- 4/5
Clean, easy access to 95 and a decent breakfast
