The A/C was so loud me and my husband barely slept. We closed the A/C but then it was so hot in the room.

Breakfast was always fresh. The room was clean when we arrived.

Paid for a double Queen room with walk-in shower, was given a double Full with tub. Pool was cloudy and smelled. First time I've ever stayed at a hotel where you have to pay for breakfast. It was already the most expensive hotel in the area!

One half roll of toilet paper for a fee of 300 CAD, the fee does not match the service. The up side was that it was a quiet hotel.

Was is a well lite and nice area. The door to the balcony wouldn’t lock. There was a spoon taped to the smoke detector. Had to call to get the tv pulled back up. Most of all the pool was disgusting. There was a film over it with bubbles on top of the water. The pull out sofa is not a bed with a mattress just pillowed from the couch.

The room and staff were great. Nothing you can control, but the live music across the road kept us up until 1am. Could hear it across 8 lanes of road and through the walls. Might consider assigning rooms on the back of the hotel when you have available rooms.

They were willing to let us check us in early to accommodate my daughter's tournament. Breakfast was really good too. Everything was great!

Clean room , helpful staff

Staff didn’t seem very welcoming. Starbucks was very slow. We were there for 3 days and our room was never cleaned even though we were told they will refresh the room on Saturday.

Every outlet in our room either didn’t work or sparked when we tried to plug something in. The TV didn’t work at all, and even the elevator had missing buttons. Kids were running up and down the halls screaming until 11 p.m., and the front desk did nothing to address it. To top it off, I was double-charged for snacks from the lobby area, and the staff seemed confused about how to fix it. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Most of the folks went out for breakfast since it was not included in what I considered a fairly high room rate.

The property was clean and staff was professional and friendly. There are more steps to getting on their internet than most places that I stay. After all the trouble to get on, it logs you out within a minute. You have to pay for any amenity other than the coffee in your room. Amenities gets a poor rating. I paid for a cop of coffee the first morning. The actual coffee in my Starbuck's cup took up 2 inches. I was told cappuccino was always mostly foam. Maybe inside this hotel but not at any Starbucks that I have been to.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The icemaker was out on our floor. Only one of the elevators was working. The outdoor area was a mess.

Toilet was running when we got to our room. They quickly moved us to another one and everything was fine.

I apologize for not giving a goid review but I was in an accident and fell and broke my leg ao I didn't have the opportunity to stay at the hotel and I had already paid for the room which was nonrefundable. I just wish an exception was madr for emergencies.

We didn't know that breakfast wasn't included and it would be a bit pricey, so we went into breakfast elsewhere. The incidental fee to be refunded several days later was also a surprise.

To highway

Do not stay here on weekends. Or at least reserve a room in the rear of hotel. Our room faced the main road. Across the street, a bar with live music could be heard from our room. Having traveled 10 hours with another 10 to go, we were looking forward to a peaceful sleep. Up all nite with the loud throbbing beat of the music. Very disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and competent. The room really needs some work - the hair dryer didn’t work in the bathroom plugs - had to plug it into the lamp! The sheets didn’t fit the bed - it kept slipping off the corner. The heating/cooling unit in the room was extremely loud and the curtains didn’t slide to close. All in all, a disappointing stay especially when the website says ‘newly refurbished”. It was definitely not worth the price - we even had to pay for coffee and breakfast when most places include that when you pay over $300 for a night!

Excellent stay overnight two rooms 4 adults. Super clean fantastic staff hotel has a bar served breakfast and dinner which was delicious our bed was so comfy didn’t want to get up ! Definitely would stay again if back in the area! Thank you so much !

I had reserved two queen size beds, as there were 2 adults and one child in the room, hotel only had single kings size room. Ice maker on the floor was also out of order and only one elevator was operating. Needless to say no one slept well.

We had a nice stay here. The young woman at the front desk was so helpful and so kind. We also ate and had drinks at the bar/restaurant. I believe she was a manager, but she was serving and making food- and she was so great and also was so nice.

The Management and Staff were excellent, we really enjoyed our stay for the event we attended.

Only one elevator worked and it was extremely slow. Bar across the street played music so loud I could hear on the fourth floor upwards til 2am Elevator was dirty and smelled Room wasn’t any better. Found hair in the shower and black smudge fingerprints on shower ceiling and around mirrors. Door did not lock and latch was broken I had to use my wife hair tie to keep it latched. I will never stay here again and I will be writing a full in depth review on google.

There was no continental breakfast, not much breakfast selection at all, to even purchase. The pool area was not in the best shape, nor was walking thru the workers to get to the pool. the carpet in our room felt damp and sticky everywhere.... however, I do want to say that the Lobby was beautiful, and the Lobby Staff was polite.

I really enjoyed my stay but the mattresses on one of the queen beds needs to be replaced. The front desk worker’s were great but the housekeeping staff was very unfriendly with poor customer service.

Property is located near the interstate, gas stations shopping and food. The beds were soft but comfy. Overall the stay was pleasant. Two complaints: The elevator (the other was OOS) needs servicing as it was shaking really bad. Our toliet begin to mess up the morning of checkout. Upon notifying housekeeping I also notified the front desk to learn housekeeping had informed her. It is safe to say during my stay I experienced good communication.

I asked , why did you move us directly below the renovations, and was told by the manager, there is nothing they can do. Would I like to check out? I asked to go where over the Christmas holidays . I was told I could check for rooms at another hotel... So disappointed in Marriott. I have used this Hotel brand for decades, and have never ever had treatment like this. I have never found the quality of the hotel health and safety, so poor, bath tubs in either room looked not washed and sanitized. The manager needs to be trained to better offer solutions, to issues for guests. Offering for us to check out with no place to go is not a solution. I was so exhausted leaving, not a pleasant place to be at all . I did take pictures and videos and recorded the noise of the jackhammer

We check in so late almost 1am and the staff was so kind and friendly I really appreciated as we needed it after a very long day driving.

I love this hotel. For the pass three years twice a year, we have stayed here. The staff is very friendly. The local is near restaurants, grocery stores and other stores. I recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was renovated but smelled aweful. The elevators were functional but scary and no sticker showing the state inspection. Our room didn't get clean and no new towels were provided. The establishment across the street had a party that could heard late into the morning hours

Thought I reserved a king suite but otherwise the property is nice. Staff is excellent.

The wall paper in the room is peeling off. The room smells bad. T.v didn’t work & the couches are old & have stains on them. The pool was dirty. And there was no cleaning supplies available to guest. Auggghhhhh

I thought it was a free breakfast when in fact there is a surcharge for the breakfast. My mistake in reading the AD. A High price too pay for a room and you can't even get a free cup of coffee or a piece of toast??????

The hotel seems understaffed. My room was clean but somewhat unorganized. Coffee pot over the sink was unusual, there was plenty of open areas to place it. There was a random wood shelving unit also by the sink.

This is a lovely property! It was quiet and safe. I loved the unique furniture configuration as well and the lovely accent wall.

Also, the heat did not work in our room!! It was chilly and it would have been nice to have a bit of heat in our room. When I asked about this at the front desk, I was told we could be moved to another room. That wasn't acceptable. It would have been wonderful if someone could have come to our room and shown us how to turn on the heat. The instructions on the unit were not clear. We managed just fine because it wasn't freezing, but it would have been nice to have heat.

The mattress reeked of urine. They had no more rooms, had to wait until night 2 to get switched. Most Uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had in a Marriott, and I travel a LOT. Marriott has always been my go to, but this time was extremely disappointing.
