iStay Hotel Ciudad Juarez

Location was great. Elevator was far off

Location was close to everything. When I rented the rooms they were for 2 adults each and specified on my reservation. When the additional adults arrived I was charged and additional $30. The rooms were not worth the price. No refrigerator and limited above ground parking. Not enough towels.

I like that my dentist appointments were closed by and restaurants and easy to go downtown I always stay at this hotel I think it’s my 5 time going to Juarez and never had an issue until this last time . The lady that did the cleaning accused us of smoking inside the room which was false . Just because she found a water bottle with cigarettes that was inside the trash she awesome we smoked inside the room . The rooms have a balcony so I would smoke outside the room in the balcony and I would throw the cigarettes buds inside the water bottle I didn’t know we couldn’t smoke outside neither until they told me and I stopped. I thought it was ok because I would see other people doing it but I should have none better . Anyway what made me mad was the fact that the cleaning lady looked through the trash to find the water bottle and right away said we smoked inside the room I don’t even smoke inside my own house . But all the rest was good .

Entire stay was great. You have 3 options in the area and we chose ISTAY. Glad we did. For the price, location and pool we were Happy. Oh and OSCAR the shuttle driver was exceptional. He helped translate and took us where we needed, without hesitation. All was great.

They charge for a buffet breakfast that isn’t even close to a buffet. Online reservations are not the same as advertised when you arrive.

This friendly and helpful when I checked in. The room was good size and very clean.

The Room Was Ok, Only Thing Is That Everything Look Old And Worn, Had Problem With The Door Security Pin. It Locked Us Out. Sliding Glass Door Lock Inoperative . Staff Was Very Courteous. I Would Stay There Again.

It was okay. Expedia promotes it having A/C but we could not turn it on because the whole establishment is at a set temperature so during winter off and rooms were hot. Shower pressure for hot water after is slow. Frustrating. Good customer service and breakfast.

Check out is at 1:00 pm, but they lock your keys at 12:30 The hotel was OK, but I will try a different one next time.

Shopping mall is across the street. Be careful when crossing street. Cars dont respect people crossing street. I found out the hard way

The cheaper alternative in Juarez compared to the hotels across the street. Rooms are good, cooked breakfast and nice seating areas. Good deal for the price, but not a honeymoon destination.

The elevators needs air condition, the rooms needs attention, dirty floors, the restrooms needs an extractor or ventilation.

Staff was very welcoming and professional. Room was clean and AC worked correctly.

The air conditioner was not working properly. Pillows were hard and the bed were extremely slippery.

This should be an advertised as a motel not a hotel.

Staff was average. Hotel was very comfortable. We had everything close by. Hotel breakfast was very good. We only struggled getting someone to clean and restock our room with towels and toilet paper.

Just a little tune up needed on some rooms. Small details such as showers or outlets loose from the wall. Other than that all good. 11 years staying at this place.

El personal muy amable, el lugar es limpio,accesible, seguro.mall,restaurant,caffee a solo pasos del edificio. el problema es el PESIMO MANTENIMIENTO DEL CLIMA ARTIFICIAL. Mi última visita tuve que cambiar 3 habitaciones diferentes porque ninguna servía la calefacción . El problema es recurrente por que no soy la única persona que ha experimentado el problema. NO RECOMIENDO un hotel donde NO ponen como prioridad el mantenimiento básico de sus instalaciones.

The service was good. The room was clean and it was comfortable. The ice machine in our floor was broken and the tv’s remote control had low batteries.

The hotel itself was clean and they offer a breakfast buffet for $150 pesos. I ate there one morning. They had pancakes, eggs, fruits, yogurt, chilaquiles rojo y Verde, and potatoes (extremely spicy). They had coffee, milk, and orange juice to drink. There is an indoor pool. I didn't get to use it but I saw others swimming in it. The room was spacious. I got a room with a king sized bed. It was comfortable.

Me encanta el servicio aquí. Les pedi si me podían acomodar mi cuarto en un lugar de el hotel y lo hicieron con mucho gusto. Los cuartos súper limpios, desayuno es excelente, internet rápido, y lo mejor es el Staff, todos que trabajan allí. Excelente servicio. Por eso siempre regreso aquí.

Lady in customer service was very gentle and helpful , the rooms were big and comfortable, definitely one of my favorite hotels.

I booked for three nights. Almost every day had to take the key back to get programmed. That was a little annoying. Otherwise, good stay very convenient location.

My room was dirty, hair and dirt on the floor, smelled like moisture and feet, we found several roaches, the beds were uncomfortable and old, the countertops are stained, AC was not working during the day, the shower curtain was mid ripped and the main the pool heater wasn’t working and on front desk didn’t let us know.

The hotel is not to clean my room’s floors were very dirty. I think then need little bit of maintenance. The restaurant was extremely full not accessible for elderly people.
