Staff was beyond helpful …Rooms were super clean . The pool chairs had comfortable cushions . At the service desk , Karla was amazing . The landscaping helped the place feel very good … The lights at night were cool …. The water from the pools were super cold … but with the hot weather made up for it …

Staff were very friendly and helpful. People hanging out in the hallways past 1am, being very loud. The showerhead was halfway clogged. Mini fridge was barely cold. Unsafe area. The description was extremely misleading. Definitely not a "deluxe" room. For a five star hotel, it felt like a 2 star.

However, there were a few issues that impacted my experience. One significant drawback was the need to walk outdoors to access the room. In the current cold weather, this was quite uncomfortable. Finally, there was noticeable humidity in the room, which was a bit of a minor annoyance. Despite these points, the friendly staff and other amenities made for an acceptable stay. *Pool is closed

I feel like i paid enough money to where some basic amenities should be included such as mini fridge and microwave they took care of the fridge but i had to pay almost double the price for a microwave I felt like that was crazy

The bar served excellent drinks and the staff was friendly. They do have a breakfast buffet option and it’s very delicious. I’m giving 3 stars because the bathroom does not have any ventilation whatsoever and the toilets do not have pressure to flush adequately.

Booked rooms and our family booked another room aswell. Their room had the toilet malfunctioned and the room was flooded over night. Water was flowing outside the room. The front desk did not offer a refund they only gave a free breakfast. The a/c did not function and the room had no phone to contact the from desk. We were at the hotel only for 7hours and all of this happened. Hotel management did not make sure their rooms were in working condition.

I'm speechless. Frond desk does whatever they want 🙈 I asked them NOT to do the housekeeping on my room ON PURPOSE, because I don't need my bed made daily and fresh towels daily !!!! It's driving me crazy, what a waste of resources !!!! I come back from the gym to find the cleaning lady inside and a strong smell of chemicals that I cannot stand !!!! I went to the front desk furious. Now I'm waiting outside of my room for this smell to evaporate while I cannot even go back inside my room to take shower. This hotel is very, very nice inside. You can get a quiet room on the parking lot side, or a one inside with a view. The restaurant is spacious, the pool and lounge are beautiful. The only thing is that in the lobby they need some aroma because it smells like the pipes. During the day the hotel seems to be almost empty. Gym is pretty decent, the staff is attentive. I just don't understand the need for housekeeping service if im only staying in the hotel for 2 days. That's unnecessary. Also, please don't stamp toilet paper ! It's very inconvenient to use it after !!!

Great stay for great price. Only downside we encountered was no WiFi service while we stayed.

The property felt very safe. However, the parking security was very loud at night and in the early morning you can hear them shouting. The bathrooms are very small but it wasn’t that bad. Nice hotel overall

The hotel is nice and easy parking for my big truck. I stayed two nights. The king bed was hard , firm. I didnt like that. There was no hot water presure in the morning for my shower. It was just a drip. I was in room 206. The two swimming pools are not heated. They looked clean. The airconditioner worked good and there was cable tv. There was also a parking security guard all night. I liked that.

A report was made about the door lock. They said maintenance staff would be sent to the room to fix it. It was never sent we had to use one of tje chairs in the room to lock the door at night. The rooms are very noisy. Noises from the other rooms as well as from the cars outside can be heard at all times. And last but no least wifi cannot be easily be used it requests apart from the password to sign in using a social network. Not quite convenient.

El hotel está limpio y muy bonito pero cuando nos salimos del cuarto dejé mis cosas incluyendo joyería y cuando volví me faltaban 2 anillos y unos aretes . Según el personal del hotel nadie entró al cuarto pero mis cosas nunca aparecieron y no hicieron ni el mínimo esfuerzo por ayudarme .

No lo recomiendo pueden encontrar mejores hoteles por calidad precio. Mucho ruido el clima en las habitaciones. A veces prefieres tener calor que escuchar el ruido del clima toda la noche.

It was very nice. But our whole time there we had to take cold showers. Called the front desk more than 3 time. Room service was called several time. Its a really nice place, but they need to be a little more attentive. Rooms were pretty clean but could do better.

They need to add a little more products to the room. More towels, toilet paper, tissue, etc.

Rooms were clean and very nice place. We got a room in the back one of that had the storage and work supplies but over all great stay. They lock up where cars are parked and walking distance to grocery store and resturants.

Property is clean, rooms are really spacious. We hang out by the pool mostly and we had a great time.

As soon as you walked in it smelled like sewage and it wasn’t great to have that constant smell. Never again I used to stay there not anymore moving on. Don’t recommend

The main lights in my room did not work and the TV wouldn’t turn on. I received a visit from housekeeping and a call regarding the same around 10:30pm.

This is an untrustworthy and unsafe property. Housekeeping stole my fiance's engagement ring out of our room. Then when I called several times they acted as though they didn't know how to speak English however when we were there they didn't know how to speak English. The last time I called they knew who I was and I can hear them whispering with each other in the background and giggling. And then they hung up

If you are thinking about going to this hotel DO NOT GO!! THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF STOLE MY FIANCE'S ENGAGEMENT RING OUT OF OUR ROOM!!!
