That it was a little difficult to get their transportation we came here for the USA CONSULATE.

Good food at restaurant downstairs and price. Located farther from consulate and on a really busy street. Noisy traffic and late music playing. Older washer and dryer.

Everyone was super friendly and always helpful! The place is clean-it’s cleaned everyday! The free breakfast is good, and the restaurant (not free) also has delicious food!

We didn't get the free breakfast, we paid for breakfast and at check in it was a rush process, we didn't get any information at all, only the keys and room number. People on the hallway very friendly, not very handicap friendly.

Too expensive, very old facilities and very dirty.

Do not believe the Airport Shuttle that runs 24 hours it’s a lie. Called them before and asked for a shuttle and they told me they didn’t have one until 8am

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and both visits were excellent! The hotel is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and the breakfast is always fresh with plenty of variety to choose from. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Location Lack of menu items.

Everything was fine except for the shower, which was a safety hazard. The rain shower head had very little pressure, so not enough water was coming out of it.The faucet handle was broken and it fell to the floor, missing my foot by an inch! The tub spout had a lot of water splattering on the floor.

It was very humid, smelled like smoke and restaurant manager and host very very rude. Very very loud music at 2am.

Friendly staff. Front desk always willing and available to help. Someone tried to open our door at midnight. Next morning, seeing police officers outside our door really made us nervous. Later we learned that they were protecting some government official which made us even more nervous. We couldn't enjoy our stay knowing that such characters were there. Honestly, we felt unsecure thinking that cartel people could burst in the restaurant or hotel rooms at any moment shooting left and right.

Amazing

Everything was totally awesome. The room was spacious and beautiful. The breakfast was perfect for me: even though I don't eat chile, I was able to enjoy several items from the breakfast offerings which were tasty and devoid of anything spicy. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating of our needs. Every one else, from the parking lot staff to the housekeepers were extremely helpful. We'll keep coming back!

It is my favorite place to stay all the time when I visit Ciudad Juarez, but the karaoke was too loud until 2:00am on Saturday night. The buffet was good, but the service and food for dinner was not good.

Good place to stay

The hotel and all around service was amazing everyone we encountered was super nice, eager to help and very respectful. The hotel restaurant had the best food I have ate in a long time loved EVERYTHING!

Maintenance people make too much noise they were laughing and chatting outside the rooms not letting sleep

There was a noise from the Restaurant exhaust fan it was loud. Beds are comfortable.

Great hotel, with a caring staff which always takes care of our needs. This is the fourth time we have stayed at this property. Kudos to the breakfast waiter. He is always fantastic. The only area that needs improvement is the jacuzzi next to the pool. Two of our previous stays were in summertime. The jacuzzi was extremely dirty. Please take care of it!

Recomiendo dar prioridad a los huéspedes en el estacionamiento antes que a los visitantes para que los huéspedes puedan encontrar estacionamiento cuando se requiera en vez de terminar estacionados en la calle.

Good value for money

Parking was not available and the few parking spaces in hotel property were splatter with old dried mud. Horrible hotel

The place is so nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Just the lady that works in the evening needs to communicate more when you check in. I had to ask for the wifi password and the next asked a maintenance lady where they serve breakfast. She didn’t even tell me they had free breakfast.

Excellent customer service

we use this hotel because was great but two years ago something happen, no water bottles and the towels are to old, we need to call service because missing towels, well you need to put attention to your property, anyway thank you.

The only reason I chose this location was because of the "shuttle to airport" included. I called before making the reservation and they assured me that they will be able to fulfill my needs. The day we checked in we asked again, and they, again, assured me that there was no problem. The next morning we found out the driver did not show up. They knew since 11 pm of the previous night and failed to inform me. The clerk was so indifferent to the fact that I was stranded without a ride to the airport in a very, very, very insecure city like Ciudad Juarez. We had to take 2 different ubers at our own expense to get to the airport. And the clerk just said that he couldn't do anything about it. The room was regular, with weird smell. The a/c does not work if the card is inserted into a scanner, so when you leave the room gets super hot. The customer service was the worst.

Food was inedible, the breakfast buffet was leftovers from the night before. Trash all over the place, it smelled badly in the building. Uncomfortable beds and ugly rooms. Skip this place, just an awful awful experience.

Tasty breakfast and got a remodeled room. Parking may be a problem.

We liked the breakfast very much. The only thing that we didn’t like was that we needed to leave by 6:30 am the second day and breakfast wasn’t ready at 6 like they said.

The property is really old and the room smelled like musk. The ac unit are really ild and super loud to the point you cant put it on high or it will vibrate so loud you cant sleep. The staff did not property inform us about the electricity issue or how to turn it in. The phones didnt work to call front desk. And the worst of all for me was all the hair in the bathroom. I was absolutely disgusted!!!

Los host no nos dieron cuarto ala hora, no nos atendían por como íbamos vestidos solo estaban atendiendo a personas vestidas ejecutivas , nos dieron la habitación al lado del sótano en donde lavan y todo el día se escuchaban las lavadoras y secadoras , el peor hotel y discriminación por parte de todos , el bufete incluido no te dejaban agarrar del bufete del hotel, te hacían ir a un cuarto en donde tenían solo 5 platillos y frutas

This is a classic hotel, the place feels and looks historic. Everything was excellent, 2 TV's, very spacious, the kitchenette was a plus.

3 people at the front desk and only one working if you want to call it working. About 7 people waiting in line. Room not ready, still trying to obtain a cleaning report after 3pm Room was not cleaned properly Noise didn’t stopped until after 2am General cleaning even outside the room was poor Coffee maker installed in the bathroom, and as if that was not sanitary. It was pretty disgusting. No wash clothes, old beat up bath towels This property should not be considered vip. There’s nothing vip about it.

The pool was very small nothing like the pictures and it was dirty the whole time. No parking available.

Safe and convenient location to businesses

I like the service and thE food

We reserved a room in Maria Bonita Business Hotel in October, but when we checked in on January 8 there was no room for us. They transferred us to their other hotel in Juarez and upgraded our room to a suite, but we're senior travelers who were very tired after a long day of flights from the Yucatan to Mexico City to Juarez. The upgraded hotel resulted in increased taxi fares the following day to depart Juarez, so inconvenient for us. The hotel tried to compensate for their error and were gracious in regard.

Convenient to work and restaurants

Tv was way too small for the suite and parking was a hassle to get in the gate .

I liked the style of the property.
